2:1
ወዐርገ ፡ መልአከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምነ ፡ ገልገል ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ቀለውትሞና ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ቤቴል ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይቤሎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አውፃእኩክሙአ ፡ እምነአ ፡ ግብጽአ ፡ ወአባእኩክሙአ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ መሐልኩ ፡ ለአበዊክሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ አሀብክሙ ፡ ወእቤለክሙ ፡ ኢየኀድግ ፡ ኪዳንየ ፡ ዘምስሌክሙ ፡ ለዓለም ።
耶和華的使者從吉甲上到波金，對以色列人說：「我使你們從埃及上來，領你們到我向你們列祖起誓應許之地。我又說：『我永不廢棄與你們所立的約。
Yahweh’s angel came up from Gilgal to Bochim. He said, “I brought you out of Egypt, and have brought you to the land which I swore to give your fathers. I said, ‘I will never break my covenant with you.
2:2
ወአንትሙኒ ፡ ኢትትካየዱ ፡ ኪዳነ ፡ ምስለ ፡ እለ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወኢለአማልክቲሆሙ ፡ ወኢትስግዱ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ወግልፎሆሙኒ ፡ ቀጥቅጡ ፡ ወምሥዋዓቲሆሙኒ ፡ ንሥቱ ፡ ወኢሰማዕክሙ ፡ ቃልየ ፡ አመ ፡ ገበርክሙ ፡ ዘንተ ።
你們也不可與這地的居民立約，要拆毀他們的祭壇。你們竟沒有聽從我的話！為何這樣行呢？』
You shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land. You shall break down their altars.’ But you have not listened to my voice. Why have you done this?
2:3
ወአነኒ ፡ እቤ ፡ ኢይደግም ፡ እንከ ፡ አሰስሎቶሙ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ እለ ፡ እቤ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኣውፅኦሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ቅድሜክሙ ፡ ወይከውኑክሙአ ፡ ለሐዘንአ ፡ ወአማልክቲሆሙኒአ ፡ ይከውኑክሙአ ፡ ለዕቅፍትአ ።
因此我又說：『我必不將他們從你們面前趕出；他們必作你們肋下的荊棘。他們的神必作你們的網羅。』」
Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be in your sides, and their gods will be a snare to you.’”
2:4
ወእምዝ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ይቤሎሙ ፡ መልአከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ነገረ ፡ ጸርኀ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ወበከየ ።
耶和華的使者向以色列眾人說這話的時候，百姓就放聲而哭；
When Yahweh’s angel spoke these words to all the children of Israel, the people lifted up their voice and wept.
2:5
ወበእንተ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ተሰምየ ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ መካን ፡ ብካይ ፡ ወሦዑ ፡ በህየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
於是給那地方起名叫波金 。眾人在那裏向耶和華獻祭。
They called the name of that place Bochim, and they sacrificed there to Yahweh.
2:6
ወፈነዎሙ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ ወአተው ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አብያቲሆሙ ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ርስቶሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይትዋረስዋ ፡ ለምድር ።
從前約書亞打發以色列百姓去的時候，他們各歸自己的地業，佔據地土。
Now when Joshua had sent the people away, the children of Israel each went to his inheritance to possess the land.
2:7
ወተቀንዩ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ፡ ለኢየሱስ ፡ ወበኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ ፡ ለሊቃናት ፡ ኵሉ ፡ እለ ፡ ኖኀ ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ ፡ እምድኅረ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ አእመሩ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዐቢየ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ለእስራኤል ።
約書亞在世和約書亞死後，那些見耶和華為以色列人所行大事的長老還在的時候，百姓都事奉耶和華。
The people served Yahweh all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great work of Yahweh that he had worked for Israel.
2:8
ወሞተ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ነዌ ፡ ገብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ [እንዘ ፡] ወልደ ፡ ፻ወ፲ዓመት ።
耶和華的僕人、嫩的兒子約書亞，正一百一十歲就死了。
Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Yahweh, died, being one hundred ten years old.
2:9
ወቀበርዎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደብረ ፡ ርስቱ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ተምናታረክ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደብረ ፡ ኤፍሬም ፡ እመንገለ ፡ መስዑ ፡ ለደብረ ፡ ጋአስ ።
以色列人將他葬在他地業的境內，就是在以法蓮山地的亭拿‧希烈，在迦實山的北邊。
They buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnath Heres, in the hill country of Ephraim, on the north of the mountain of Gaash.
2:10
ወኵላ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ትውልድ ፡ አተው ፡ ኀበ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ወተንሥአት ፡ ካልእት ፡ ትውልድ ፡ እምድኅሬሆሙ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ እለ ፡ ኢያአምርዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወግብረ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ለእስራኤል ።
那世代的人也都歸了自己的列祖。後來有別的世代興起，不知道耶和華，也不知道耶和華為以色列人所行的事。
After all that generation were gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who didn’t know Yahweh, nor the work which he had done for Israel.
2:11
ወገብሩ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ እኪተ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወአምለኩ ፡ በዓልም ።
以色列人行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，去事奉諸巴力，
The children of Israel did that which was evil in Yahweh’s sight, and served the Baals.
2:12
ወኀደግዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላከ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ዘአውፅኦሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ወተለው ፡ ባእደ ፡ አማልክተ ፡ አማልክተ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ እለ ፡ ዐውዶሙ ፡ ወሰገዱ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ወአምዕዕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
離棄了領他們出埃及地的耶和華－他們列祖的上帝，去叩拜別神，就是四圍列國的神，惹耶和華發怒；
They abandoned Yahweh, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the peoples who were around them, and bowed themselves down to them; and they provoked Yahweh to anger.
2:13
ወኀደግዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወአምለክዎ ፡ ለበዓል ፡ ወአስጠርጤን ።
並離棄耶和華，去事奉巴力和亞斯她錄。
They abandoned Yahweh, and served Baal and the Ashtaroth.
2:14
ወተምዕዐ ፡ መዐተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወአግብኦሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እደ ፡ እለ ፡ ይፄውውዎሙ ፡ ወፄወውዎሙ ፡ ወአእተውዎሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ዐውዶሙ ፡ ወኢክህሉ ፡ ተቃውሞ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ዘበርበርዎሙ ።
耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作，就把他們交在搶奪他們的人手中，又將他們付與四圍仇敵的手中，甚至他們在仇敵面前再不能站立得住。
Yahweh’s anger burned against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies.
2:15
ወእደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፡ በእኪት ፡ በከመ ፡ ይቤ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወበከመ ፡ መሐለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወሣቀይዎሙ ፡ ጥቀ ።
他們無論往何處去，耶和華都以災禍攻擊他們，正如耶和華所說的話，又如耶和華向他們所起的誓；他們便極其困苦。
Wherever they went out, Yahweh’s hand was against them for evil, as Yahweh had spoken, and as Yahweh had sworn to them; and they were very distressed.
2:16
ወአቀመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መሳፍንተ ፡ ወአድኀኖሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምእደ ፡ እለ ፡ ፄወውዎሙ ።
耶和華興起士師，士師就拯救他們脫離搶奪他們人的手。
Yahweh raised up judges, who saved them out of the hand of those who plundered them.
2:17
ወለመሳፍንቲሆሙኒ ፡ ኢሰም[ዕዎ]ሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ ዘመው ፡ ወተለው ፡ አማልክተ ፡ ባዕድ ፡ ወሰገዱ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ወአምዕዕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወኀደግዋ ፡ ፍጡነ ፡ ለፍኖት ፡ እንተ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ሖሩ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይስምዑ ፡ ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወኢገብሩ ፡ ከማሁ ።
他們卻不聽從士師，竟隨從叩拜別神，行了邪淫，速速地偏離他們列祖所行的道，不如他們列祖順從耶和華的命令。
Yet they didn’t listen to their judges; for they prostituted themselves to other gods, and bowed themselves down to them. They quickly turned away from the way in which their fathers walked, obeying Yahweh’s commandments. They didn’t do so.
2:18
ወሶበ ፡ አቀመ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መሳፍንተ ፡ ወሀለወ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስለ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ መስፍን ፡ ወአድኀኖሙ ፡ እምእደ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ መስፍን ፡ እስመ ፡ ተሣሀሎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምነ ፡ ሕማሞሙ ፡ ዘቦ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እለ ፡ ይትቃተልዎሙ ።
耶和華為他們興起士師，就與那士師同在。士師在世的一切日子，耶和華拯救他們脫離仇敵的手。他們因受欺壓擾害，就哀聲歎氣，所以耶和華後悔了。
When Yahweh raised up judges for them, then Yahweh was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for it grieved Yahweh because of their groaning by reason of those who oppressed them and troubled them.
2:19
ወእምዝ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ሞተ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ መስፍን ፡ ይገብኡ ፡ ካዕበ ፡ ወይኤብሱ ፡ ፈድፋደ ፡ እምነ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ወየሐውሩ ፡ ወይተልው ፡ አማልክተ ፡ ባዕድ ፡ ወያመልክዎሙ ፡ ወይሰግዱ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ወኢየኀድጉ ፡ እከዮሙ ፡ ወኢይገብኡ ፡ እምነ ፡ ፍኖቶሙ ፡ እኪት ።
及至士師死後，他們就轉去行惡，比他們列祖更甚，去事奉叩拜別神，總不斷絕頑梗的惡行。
But when the judge was dead, they turned back, and dealt more corruptly than their fathers in following other gods to serve them and to bow down to them. They didn’t cease what they were doing, or give up their stubborn ways.
2:20
ወተምዕዐ ፡ መዐተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይቤ ፡ እስመ ፡ ኀደገ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ሕዝብየ ፡ ኪዳንየ ፡ ዘአዘዝክዎሙ ፡ ለአበዊሆሙ ፡ ወኢሰምዑ ፡ ቃልየ ፤
於是耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作。他說：「因這民違背我吩咐他們列祖所守的約，不聽從我的話，
Yahweh’s anger burned against Israel; and he said, “Because this nation transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and has not listened to my voice,
2:21
ወአነኒ ፡ ኢይደግም ፡ እንከ ፡ አሰስሎ ፡ ብእሴ ፡ እምቅድሜሆሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እለ ፡ አትረፈ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፤
所以約書亞死的時候所剩下的各族，我必不再從他們面前趕出，
I also will no longer drive out any of the nations that Joshua left when he died from before them;
2:22
ወኀደ[ጎ]ሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ [ያመክ]ሮሙ ፡ ቦሙ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ እመ ፡ የዐቅቡ ፡ ፍኖተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወእመ ፡ የሐውሩ ፡ ባቲ ፡ በከመ ፡ ዐቄቡ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ወእመ ፡ አልቦ ።
為要藉此試驗以色列人，看他們肯照他們列祖謹守遵行我的道不肯。」
that by them I may test Israel, to see if they will keep Yahweh’s way to walk therein, as their fathers kept it, or not.”
2:23
ወኀደጎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለእሉ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ወኢያሰሰሎሙ ፡ ፍጡነ ፡ ወኢያግብኦሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እዴሁ ፡ ለኢየሱስ ።
這樣耶和華留下各族，不將他們速速趕出，也沒有交付約書亞的手。
So Yahweh left those nations, without driving them out hastily. He didn’t deliver them into Joshua’s hand.
