何西阿書第 12 章

12:1

סְבָבֻ֤נִֽי בְכַ֙חַשׁ֙ אֶפְרַ֔יִם וּבְמִרְמָ֖ה בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וִיהוּדָ֗ה עֹ֥ד רָד֙ עִם־אֵ֔ל וְעִם־קְדוֹשִׁ֖ים נֶאֱמָֽן׃

以法蓮吃風，且追趕東風，時常增添虛謊和強暴，與亞述立約，把油送到埃及。

Ephraim feeds on wind, and chases the east wind. He continually multiplies lies and desolation. They make a covenant with Assyria, and oil is carried into Egypt.

12:2

אֶפְרַ֜יִם רֹעֶ֥ה ר֙וּחַ֙ וְרֹדֵ֣ף קָדִ֔ים כׇּל־הַיּ֕וֹם כָּזָ֥ב וָשֹׁ֖ד יַרְבֶּ֑ה וּבְרִית֙ עִם־אַשּׁ֣וּר יִכְרֹ֔תוּ וְשֶׁ֖מֶן לְמִצְרַ֥יִם יוּבָֽל׃

耶和華與猶大爭辯，必照雅各所行的懲罰他，按他所做的報應他。

Yahweh also has a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his deeds he will repay him.

12:3

וְרִ֥יב לַֽיהֹוָ֖ה עִם־יְהוּדָ֑ה וְלִפְקֹ֤ד עַֽל־יַעֲקֹב֙ כִּדְרָכָ֔יו כְּמַעֲלָלָ֖יו יָשִׁ֥יב לֽוֹ׃

他在腹中抓住哥哥的腳跟，壯年的時候與上帝較力，

In the womb he took his brother by the heel, and in his manhood he contended with God.

12:4

בַּבֶּ֖טֶן עָקַ֣ב אֶת־אָחִ֑יו וּבְאוֹנ֖וֹ שָׂרָ֥ה אֶת־אֱלֹהִֽים׃

與天使較力，並且得勝，哭泣懇求，在伯特利遇見耶和華。耶和華－萬軍之上帝在那裏曉諭我們以色列人；耶和華是他可記念的名。

Indeed, he struggled with the angel, and prevailed; he wept, and made supplication to him. He found him at Bethel, and there he spoke with us—

12:5

וַיָּ֤שַׂר אֶל־מַלְאָךְ֙ וַיֻּכָ֔ל בָּכָ֖ה וַיִּתְחַנֶּן־ל֑וֹ בֵּֽית־אֵל֙ יִמְצָאֶ֔נּוּ וְשָׁ֖ם יְדַבֵּ֥ר עִמָּֽנוּ׃

與天使較力，並且得勝，哭泣懇求，在伯特利遇見耶和華。耶和華－萬軍之上帝在那裏曉諭我們以色列人；耶和華是他可記念的名。

even Yahweh, the God of Armies. Yahweh is his name of renown!

12:6

וַיהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י הַצְּבָא֑וֹת יְהֹוָ֖ה זִכְרֽוֹ׃

所以你當歸向你的上帝，謹守仁愛、公平，常常等候你的上帝。

Therefore turn to your God. Keep kindness and justice, and wait continually for your God.

12:7

וְאַתָּ֖ה בֵּאלֹהֶ֣יךָ תָשׁ֑וּב חֶ֤סֶד וּמִשְׁפָּט֙ שְׁמֹ֔ר וְקַוֵּ֥ה אֶל־אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ תָּמִֽיד׃

以法蓮是商人，手裏有詭詐的天平，愛行欺騙。

A merchant has dishonest scales in his hand. He loves to defraud.

12:8

כְּנַ֗עַן בְּיָד֛וֹ מֹאזְנֵ֥י מִרְמָ֖ה לַעֲשֹׁ֥ק אָהֵֽב׃

以法蓮說：我果然成了富足，得了財寶；我所勞碌得來的，人必不見有甚麼不義，可算為罪的。

Ephraim said, “Surely I have become rich. I have found myself wealth. In all my wealth they won’t find in me any iniquity that is sin.”

12:9

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֶפְרַ֔יִם אַ֣ךְ עָשַׁ֔רְתִּי מָצָ֥אתִי א֖וֹן לִ֑י כׇּל־יְגִיעַ֕י לֹ֥א יִמְצְאוּ־לִ֖י עָוֺ֥ן אֲשֶׁר־חֵֽטְא׃

自從你出埃及地以來，我就是耶和華－你的上帝；我必使你再住帳棚，如在大會的日子一樣。

“But I am Yahweh your God from the land of Egypt. I will yet again make you dwell in tents, as in the days of the solemn feast.
