λόγος κυρίου ὃς ἐγενήθη πρὸς Ιωηλ τὸν τοῦ Βαθουηλ
主的話臨到巴土業的兒子約珥。
The word of the Lord that came to Joel son of Bathuel.
1:2
ἀκούσατε δὴ ταῦτα οἱ πρεσβύτεροι καὶ ἐνωτίσασθε πάντες οἱ κατοικοῦντες τὴν γῆν εἰ γέγονεν τοιαῦτα ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ὑμῶν ἢ ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις τῶν πατέρων ὑμῶν
長老們哪,你們要聽這些事;一切住在這地上的人哪,都要側耳而聽。在你們的日子,或在你們列祖的日子,可曾有過這樣的事嗎?
Hear this, you elders, and give ear, all you who inhabit the land: has such a thing happened in your days, or in the days of your fathers?
1:3
ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν τοῖς τέκνοις ὑμῶν διηγήσασθε καὶ τὰ τέκνα ὑμῶν τοῖς τέκνοις αὐτῶν καὶ τὰ τέκνα αὐτῶν εἰς γενεὰν ἑτέραν
你們要把這些事講給你們的兒女,你們的兒女要講給他們的兒女,他們的兒女要講給另一代。
Tell your children about them, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation.
1:4
τὰ κατάλοιπα τῆς κάμπης κατέφαγεν ἡ ἀκρίς καὶ τὰ κατάλοιπα τῆς ἀκρίδος κατέφαγεν ὁ βροῦχος καὶ τὰ κατάλοιπα τοῦ βρούχου κατέφαγεν ἡ ἐρυσίβη
青蟲所剩下的,蝗蟲吃盡了;蝗蟲所剩下的,蝻子吃盡了;蝻子所剩下的,鏽病吃盡了。
What the caterpillar left, the locust devoured; what the locust left, the young locust devoured; and what the young locust left, the blight devoured.
1:5
ἐκνήψατε οἱ μεθύοντες ἐξ οἴνου αὐτῶν καὶ κλαύσατε θρηνήσατε πάντες οἱ πίνοντες οἶνον εἰς μέθην ὅτι ἐξῆρται ἐκ στόματος ὑμῶν εὐφροσύνη καὶ χαρά
醉酒的人哪,你們要從自己的酒中醒過來,要哀哭;一切喝酒至醉的人哪,你們要哀號,因為歡喜快樂已從你們口中被奪去了。
Sober up, you who are drunk from their wine, and weep; wail, all you who drink wine to drunkenness, for gladness and joy have been taken away from your mouth.
1:6
ὅτι ἔθνος ἀνέβη ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν μου ἰσχυρὸν καὶ ἀναρίθμητον οἱ ὀδόντες αὐτοῦ ὀδόντες λέοντος καὶ αἱ μύλαι αὐτοῦ σκύμνου
因為有一國上來攻擊我的地,強盛且不可勝數;牠的牙是獅子的牙,牠的臼齒是幼獅的臼齒。
For a nation has come up against my land, strong and beyond number; its teeth are the teeth of a lion, and its molars those of a lion's cub.
1:7
ἔθετο τὴν ἄμπελόν μου εἰς ἀφανισμὸν καὶ τὰς συκᾶς μου εἰς συγκλασμόν ἐρευνῶν ἐξηρεύνησεν αὐτὴν καὶ ἔρριψεν ἐλεύκανεν κλήματα αὐτῆς
牠使我的葡萄樹荒廢,使我的無花果樹折斷;牠仔細搜尋,又把它拋棄,使它的枝條發白。
It has made my vine a desolation and my fig trees a splintering; it searched her out thoroughly and cast her away, and made her branches white.
1:8
θρήνησον πρός με ὑπὲρ νύμφην περιεζωσμένην σάκκον ἐπὶ τὸν ἄνδρα αὐτῆς τὸν παρθενικόν
你要向我哀號,勝過那腰束麻布、為自己童貞時的丈夫哀哭的新婦。
Lament to me more than a bride girded with sackcloth over the husband of her virginity.
1:9
ἐξῆρται θυσία καὶ σπονδὴ ἐξ οἴκου κυρίου πενθεῖτε οἱ ἱερεῖς οἱ λειτουργοῦντες θυσιαστηρίῳ
祭物和奠祭已從主的殿中被奪去。事奉祭壇的祭司啊,你們要哀慟。
Sacrifice and drink offering have been taken away from the house of the Lord. Mourn, you priests who minister at the altar.
1:10
ὅτι τεταλαιπώρηκεν τὰ πεδία πενθείτω ἡ γῆ ὅτι τεταλαιπώρηκεν σῖτος ἐξηράνθη οἶνος ὠλιγώθη ἔλαιον
因為田野已經荒廢。願這地哀慟,因為五穀已經荒廢,酒已乾涸,油也稀少了。
For the plains have been ruined. Let the land mourn, for the grain has been ruined, the wine has dried up, the oil has grown scarce.
1:11
ἐξηράνθησαν οἱ γεωργοί θρηνεῖτε κτήματα ὑπὲρ πυροῦ καὶ κριθῆς ὅτι ἀπόλωλεν τρυγητὸς ἐξ ἀγροῦ
農夫都枯乾了。田產啊,你們要為小麥和大麥哀號,因為田間的收成已經毀了。
The farmers have withered. Wail, you landholdings, over wheat and barley, for the harvest has perished from the field.
1:12
ἡ ἄμπελος ἐξηράνθη καὶ αἱ συκαῖ ὠλιγώθησαν ῥόα καὶ φοῖνιξ καὶ μῆλον καὶ πάντα τὰ ξύλα τοῦ ἀγροῦ ἐξηράνθησαν ὅτι ᾔσχυναν χαρὰν οἱ υἱοὶ τῶν ἀνθρώπων
葡萄樹枯乾了,無花果樹也稀少了;石榴樹、棕樹、蘋果樹,以及田野一切的樹木都枯乾了,因為世人使喜樂蒙羞。
The vine has dried up and the fig trees have grown few; pomegranate and palm and apple and all the trees of the field have dried up, because the sons of men have shamed joy.
1:13
περιζώσασθε καὶ κόπτεσθε οἱ ἱερεῖς θρηνεῖτε οἱ λειτουργοῦντες θυσιαστηρίῳ εἰσέλθατε ὑπνώσατε ἐν σάκκοις λειτουργοῦντες θεῷ ὅτι ἀπέσχηκεν ἐξ οἴκου θεοῦ ὑμῶν θυσία καὶ σπονδή
祭司啊,你們要束上麻布捶胸;事奉祭壇的啊,你們要哀號。事奉神的啊,你們要進去,穿著麻布過夜,因為祭物和奠祭已從你們神的殿中止住了。
Gird yourselves and beat your breasts, you priests; wail, you who minister at the altar. Go in and spend the night in sackcloth, you who minister to God, for sacrifice and drink offering have been withheld from the house of your God.
1:14
ἁγιάσατε νηστείαν κηρύξατε θεραπείαν συναγάγετε πρεσβυτέρους πάντας κατοικοῦντας γῆν εἰς οἶκον θεοῦ ὑμῶν καὶ κεκράξατε πρὸς κύριον ἐκτενῶς
你們要分別出禁食的日子,宣告侍奉之禮,招聚長老和這地所有的居民到你們神的殿,切切地向主呼求。
Consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn service, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of your God, and cry out to the Lord earnestly.
1:15
οἴμμοι οἴμμοι οἴμμοι εἰς ἡμέραν ὅτι ἐγγὺς ἡμέρα κυρίου καὶ ὡς ταλαιπωρία ἐκ ταλαιπωρίας ἥξει
哀哉!哀哉!哀哉,為那日子!因為主的日子近了,它必如災禍接著災禍而來。
Alas, alas, alas for the day! For the day of the Lord is near, and it will come as misery out of misery.
1:16
κατέναντι τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν ὑμῶν βρώματα ἐξωλεθρεύθη ἐξ οἴκου θεοῦ ὑμῶν εὐφροσύνη καὶ χαρά
食物在你們眼前被除滅了,歡喜快樂也從你們神的殿中被除滅了。
Before your eyes food has been utterly destroyed, and from the house of your God, gladness and joy.
1:17
ἐσκίρτησαν δαμάλεις ἐπὶ ταῖς φάτναις αὐτῶν ἠφανίσθησαν θησαυροί κατεσκάφησαν ληνοί ὅτι ἐξηράνθη σῖτος
母牛在自己的槽邊跳躍;倉庫荒廢了,酒醡拆毀了,因為五穀枯乾了。
The heifers leaped at their mangers; the storehouses were laid waste, the winepresses were torn down, for the grain has dried up.
1:18
τί ἀποθήσομεν ἑαυτοῖς ἔκλαυσαν βουκόλια βοῶν ὅτι οὐχ ὑπῆρχεν νομὴ αὐτοῖς καὶ τὰ ποίμνια τῶν προβάτων ἠφανίσθησαν
我們要為自己存留甚麼呢?牛群哀哭,因為牠們沒有草場;羊群也消滅了。
What shall we store up for ourselves? The herds of cattle wept, because there was no pasture for them, and the flocks of sheep have been destroyed.
1:19
πρὸς σέ κύριε βοήσομαι ὅτι πῦρ ἀνήλωσεν τὰ ὡραῖα τῆς ἐρήμου καὶ φλὸξ ἀνῆψεν πάντα τὰ ξύλα τοῦ ἀγροῦ
主啊,我要向你呼求,因為火燒盡了曠野的佳美之處,火焰點著了田野一切的樹木。
To you, Lord, I will cry out, for fire has consumed the fair places of the wilderness, and a flame has set ablaze all the trees of the field.
1:20
καὶ τὰ κτήνη τοῦ πεδίου ἀνέβλεψαν πρὸς σέ ὅτι ἐξηράνθησαν ἀφέσεις ὑδάτων καὶ πῦρ κατέφαγεν τὰ ὡραῖα τῆς ἐρήμου
田野的走獸也仰望你,因為水道都乾涸了,火吞滅了曠野的佳美之處。
And the beasts of the plain looked up to you, for the watercourses have dried up, and fire has devoured the fair places of the wilderness.
