105:1
הוֹד֣וּ לַ֭יהֹוָה קִרְא֣וּ בִשְׁמ֑וֹ הוֹדִ֥יעוּ בָ֝עַמִּ֗ים עֲלִילוֹתָֽיו׃
αλληλουια ἐξομολογεῖσθε τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ ἐπικαλεῖσθε τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἀπαγγείλατε ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν τὰ ἔργα αὐτοῦ
Alleluja. Confitemini Domino, et invocate nomen ejus ; annuntiate inter gentes opera ejus.
—
Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name! Make his doings known among the peoples.
105:2
שִֽׁירוּ־ל֭וֹ זַמְּרוּ־ל֑וֹ שִׂ֝֗יחוּ בְּכׇל־נִפְלְאוֹתָֽיו׃
ᾄσατε αὐτῷ καὶ ψάλατε αὐτῷ διηγήσασθε πάντα τὰ θαυμάσια αὐτοῦ
Cantate ei, et psallite ei ; narrate omnia mirabilia ejus.
—
Sing to him, sing praises to him! Tell of all his marvelous works.
105:3
הִֽ֭תְהַלְלוּ בְּשֵׁ֣ם קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ יִ֝שְׂמַ֗ח לֵ֤ב׀ מְבַקְשֵׁ֬י יְהֹוָֽה׃
ἐπαινεῖσθε ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι τῷ ἁγίῳ αὐτοῦ εὐφρανθήτω καρδία ζητούντων τὸν κύριον
Laudamini in nomine sancto ejus ; laetetur cor quaerentium Dominum.
—
Glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.
105:4
דִּרְשׁ֣וּ יְהֹוָ֣ה וְעֻזּ֑וֹ בַּקְּשׁ֖וּ פָנָ֣יו תָּמִֽיד׃
ζητήσατε τὸν κύριον καὶ κραταιώθητε ζητήσατε τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ διὰ παντός
Quaerite Dominum, et confirmamini ; quaerite faciem ejus semper.
—
Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more.
105:5
זִכְר֗וּ נִפְלְאוֹתָ֥יו אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֑ה מֹ֝פְתָ֗יו וּמִשְׁפְּטֵי־פִֽיו׃
μνήσθητε τῶν θαυμασίων αὐτοῦ ὧν ἐποίησεν τὰ τέρατα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ κρίματα τοῦ στόματος αὐτοῦ
Mementote mirabilium ejus quae fecit ; prodigia ejus, et judicia oris ejus :
—
Remember his marvelous works that he has done: his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,
105:6
זֶ֭רַע אַבְרָהָ֣ם עַבְדּ֑וֹ בְּנֵ֖י יַעֲקֹ֣ב בְּחִירָֽיו׃
σπέρμα Αβρααμ δοῦλοι αὐτοῦ υἱοὶ Ιακωβ ἐκλεκτοὶ αὐτοῦ
semen Abraham servi ejus ; filii Jacob electi ejus.
—
you offspring of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
105:7
ה֭וּא יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ בְּכׇל־הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ מִשְׁפָּטָֽיו׃
αὐτὸς κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ τὰ κρίματα αὐτοῦ
Ipse Dominus Deus noster ; in universa terra judicia ejus.
—
He is Yahweh, our God. His judgments are in all the earth.
105:8
זָכַ֣ר לְעוֹלָ֣ם בְּרִית֑וֹ דָּבָ֥ר צִ֝וָּ֗ה לְאֶ֣לֶף דּֽוֹר׃
ἐμνήσθη εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα διαθήκης αὐτοῦ λόγου οὗ ἐνετείλατο εἰς χιλίας γενεάς
Memor fuit in saeculum testamenti sui ; verbi quod mandavit in mille generationes :
—
He has remembered his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations,
105:9
אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּ֭רַת אֶת־אַבְרָהָ֑ם וּשְׁב֖וּעָת֣וֹ לְיִשְׂחָֽק׃
ὃν διέθετο τῷ Αβρααμ καὶ τοῦ ὅρκου αὐτοῦ τῷ Ισαακ
quod disposuit ad Abraham, et juramenti sui ad Isaac :
—
the covenant which he made with Abraham, his oath to Isaac,
105:10
וַיַּעֲמִידֶ֣הָ לְיַעֲקֹ֣ב לְחֹ֑ק לְ֝יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל בְּרִ֣ית עוֹלָֽם׃
καὶ ἔστησεν αὐτὴν τῷ Ιακωβ εἰς πρόσταγμα καὶ τῷ Ισραηλ διαθήκην αἰώνιον
et statuit illud Jacob in praeceptum, et Israël in testamentum aeternum,
—
and confirmed it to Jacob for a statute; to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
105:11
לֵאמֹ֗ר לְךָ֗ אֶתֵּ֥ן אֶת־אֶֽרֶץ־כְּנָ֑עַן חֶ֝֗בֶל נַחֲלַתְכֶֽם׃
λέγων σοὶ δώσω τὴν γῆν Χανααν σχοίνισμα κληρονομίας ὑμῶν
dicens : Tibi dabo terram Chanaan, funiculum haereditatis vestrae :
ሀሌሉያ ። ግኔዩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወጸውዑ ፡ ስሞ ፤ ወንግርዎሙ ፡ ለአሕዛብ ፡ ምግባሮ ።
saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance,”
105:12
בִּֽ֭הְיוֹתָם מְתֵ֣י מִסְפָּ֑ר כִּ֝מְעַ֗ט וְגָרִ֥ים בָּֽהּ׃
ἐν τῷ εἶναι αὐτοὺς ἀριθμῷ βραχεῖς ὀλιγοστοὺς καὶ παροίκους ἐν αὐτῇ
cum essent numero brevi, paucissimi, et incolae ejus.
ሰብሕዎ ፡ ወዘምሩ ፡ ሎቱ ፤ ወንግሩ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ መንክሮ ። ወትከብሩ ፡ በስሙ ፡ ቅዱስ ፤
when they were but a few men in number, yes, very few, and foreigners in it.
105:13
וַ֭יִּֽתְהַלְּכוּ מִגּ֣וֹי אֶל־גּ֑וֹי מִ֝מַּמְלָכָ֗ה אֶל־עַ֥ם אַחֵֽר׃
καὶ διῆλθον ἐξ ἔθνους εἰς ἔθνος ἐκ βασιλείας εἰς λαὸν ἕτερον
Et pertransierunt de gente in gentem, et de regno ad populum alterum.
ለይትፌሣሕ ፡ ልብ ፡ ዘየኀሦ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ። ኅሥዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወትጸንዑ ፤ ወኅሡ ፡ ገጾ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ጊዜ ።
They went about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people.
105:14
לֹא־הִנִּ֣יחַ אָדָ֣ם לְעׇשְׁקָ֑ם וַיּ֖וֹכַח עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם מְלָכִֽים׃
οὐκ ἀφῆκεν ἄνθρωπον ἀδικῆσαι αὐτοὺς καὶ ἤλεγξεν ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν βασιλεῖς
Non reliquit hominem nocere eis : et corripuit pro eis reges.
ወተዘከሩ ፡ መንክሮ ፡ ዘገብረ ፤ ተኣምሪሁ ፡ ወኵነኔ ፡ አፉሁ ።
He allowed no one to do them wrong. Yes, he reproved kings for their sakes,
105:15
אַֽל־תִּגְּע֥וּ בִמְשִׁיחָ֑י וְ֝לִנְבִיאַ֗י אַל־תָּרֵֽעוּ׃
μὴ ἅπτεσθε τῶν χριστῶν μου καὶ ἐν τοῖς προφήταις μου μὴ πονηρεύεσθε
Nolite tangere christos meos, et in prophetis meis nolite malignari.
ዘርዐ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ አግብርቲሁ ፤ ወደቂቀ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ኅሩያኒሁ ።
“Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!”
105:16
וַיִּקְרָ֣א רָ֭עָב עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ כׇּֽל־מַטֵּה־לֶ֥חֶם שָׁבָֽר׃
καὶ ἐκάλεσεν λιμὸν ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν πᾶν στήριγμα ἄρτου συνέτριψεν
Et vocavit famem super terram, et omne firmamentum panis contrivit.
ውእቱ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፤ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድር ፡ ኵነኔሁ ።
He called for a famine on the land. He destroyed the food supplies.
105:17
שָׁלַ֣ח לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם אִ֑ישׁ לְ֝עֶ֗בֶד נִמְכַּ֥ר יוֹסֵֽף׃
ἀπέστειλεν ἔμπροσθεν αὐτῶν ἄνθρωπον εἰς δοῦλον ἐπράθη Ιωσηφ
Misit ante eos virum : in servum venumdatus est, Joseph.
ወተዘከረ ፡ ሥርዐቶ ፡ ዘለዓለም ፤ ቃሎ ፡ ዘአዘዘ ፡ ለዐሠርቱ ፡ ምእት ፡ ትውልድ ።
He sent a man before them. Joseph was sold for a slave.
105:18
עִנּ֣וּ בַכֶּ֣בֶל (רגליו) [רַגְל֑וֹ] בַּ֝רְזֶ֗ל בָּ֣אָה נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃
ἐταπείνωσαν ἐν πέδαις τοὺς πόδας αὐτοῦ σίδηρον διῆλθεν ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ
Humiliaverunt in compedibus pedes ejus ; ferrum pertransiit animam ejus :
ዘሠርዐ ፡ ለአብርሃም ፤ ወመሐለ ፡ ለይስሐቅ ።
They bruised his feet with shackles. His neck was locked in irons,
105:19
עַד־עֵ֥ת בֹּא־דְבָר֑וֹ אִמְרַ֖ת יְהֹוָ֣ה צְרָפָֽתְהוּ׃
μέχρι τοῦ ἐλθεῖν τὸν λόγον αὐτοῦ τὸ λόγιον κυρίου ἐπύρωσεν αὐτόν
donec veniret verbum ejus. Eloquium Domini inflammavit eum.
ወአቀመ ፡ ስምዐ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፤ ወለእስራኤል ፡ ኪዳኖ ፡ ዘለዓለም ።
until the time that his word happened, and Yahweh’s word proved him true.
105:20
שָׁ֣לַח מֶ֭לֶךְ וַיַּתִּירֵ֑הוּ מֹשֵׁ֥ל עַ֝מִּ֗ים וַֽיְפַתְּחֵֽהוּ׃
ἀπέστειλεν βασιλεὺς καὶ ἔλυσεν αὐτόν ἄρχων λαῶν καὶ ἀφῆκεν αὐτόν
Misit rex, et solvit eum ; princeps populorum, et dimisit eum.
ወይቤሎ ፤ ለከ ፡ እሁበከ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ከናዐን ፤ ትኩንክሙ ፡ ሐብለ ፡ ርስትክሙ ።
The king sent and freed him, even the ruler of peoples, and let him go free.
105:21
שָׂמ֣וֹ אָד֣וֹן לְבֵית֑וֹ וּ֝מֹשֵׁ֗ל בְּכׇל־קִנְיָנֽוֹ׃
κατέστησεν αὐτὸν κύριον τοῦ οἴκου αὐτοῦ καὶ ἄρχοντα πάσης τῆς κτήσεως αὐτοῦ
Constituit eum dominum domus suae, et principem omnis possessionis suae :
እንዘ ፡ ውኁዳን ፡ ጥቀ ፡ እሙንቱ ፤ ወፈላስያን ፡ ውስቴታ ።
He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all of his possessions,
105:22
לֶאְסֹ֣ר שָׂרָ֣יו בְּנַפְשׁ֑וֹ וּזְקֵנָ֥יו יְחַכֵּֽם׃
τοῦ παιδεῦσαι τοὺς ἄρχοντας αὐτοῦ ὡς ἑαυτὸν καὶ τοὺς πρεσβυτέρους αὐτοῦ σοφίσαι
ut erudiret principes ejus sicut semetipsum, et senes ejus prudentiam doceret.
ወኀለፉ ፡ እምሕዝብ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሕዝብ ፤ ወእምነገሥት ፡ ውስተ ፡ ካልእ ፡ ሕዝብ ።
to discipline his princes at his pleasure, and to teach his elders wisdom.
105:23
וַיָּבֹ֣א יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל מִצְרָ֑יִם וְ֝יַעֲקֹ֗ב גָּ֣ר בְּאֶֽרֶץ־חָֽם׃
καὶ εἰσῆλθεν Ισραηλ εἰς Αἴγυπτον καὶ Ιακωβ παρῴκησεν ἐν γῇ Χαμ
Et intravit Israël in Aegyptum, et Jacob accola fuit in terra Cham.
ወኢኀደገ ፡ ይስሐጦሙ ፡ ሰብእ ፤ ወገሠጸ ፡ ነገሥተ ፡ በእንቲአሆሙ ።
Israel also came into Egypt. Jacob lived in the land of Ham.
105:24
וַיֶּ֣פֶר אֶת־עַמּ֣וֹ מְאֹ֑ד וַ֝יַּעֲצִמֵ֗הוּ מִצָּרָֽיו׃
καὶ ηὔξησεν τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ σφόδρα καὶ ἐκραταίωσεν αὐτὸν ὑπὲρ τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτοῦ
Et auxit populum suum vehementer, et firmavit eum super inimicos ejus.
ኢትግስሱ ፡ መሲሓንየ ፤ ወኢታሕሥሙ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ነቢያትየ ።
He increased his people greatly, and made them stronger than their adversaries.
105:25
הָפַ֣ךְ לִ֭בָּם לִשְׂנֹ֣א עַמּ֑וֹ לְ֝הִתְנַכֵּ֗ל בַּעֲבָדָֽיו׃
μετέστρεψεν τὴν καρδίαν αὐτῶν τοῦ μισῆσαι τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ τοῦ δολιοῦσθαι ἐν τοῖς δούλοις αὐτοῦ
Convertit cor eorum, ut odirent populum ejus, et dolum facerent in servos ejus.
ወአምጽአ ፡ ረኃበ ፡ ለብሔር ፤ ወአጥፍአ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ እክል ።
He turned their heart to hate his people, to conspire against his servants.
105:26
שָׁ֭לַח מֹשֶׁ֣ה עַבְדּ֑וֹ אַ֝הֲרֹ֗ן אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּחַר־בּֽוֹ׃
ἐξαπέστειλεν Μωυσῆν τὸν δοῦλον αὐτοῦ Ααρων ὃν ἐξελέξατο αὐτόν
Misit Moysen servum suum ; Aaron quem elegit ipsum.
ፈነወ ፡ ብእሴ ፡ ቅድሜሆሙ ፤ ወተሰይጠ ፡ ዮሴፍ ፡ ወኮነ ፡ ገብረ ።
He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.
105:27
שָֽׂמוּ־בָ֭ם דִּבְרֵ֣י אֹתוֹתָ֑יו וּ֝מֹפְתִ֗ים בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חָֽם׃
ἔθετο ἐν αὐτοῖς τοὺς λόγους τῶν σημείων αὐτοῦ καὶ τῶν τεράτων ἐν γῇ Χαμ
Posuit in eis verba signorum suorum, et prodigiorum in terra Cham.
ወሐማ ፡ እገሪሁ ፡ በመዋቅሕት ፤ ወአምሰጠት ፡ ነፍሱ ፡ እምኀጺን ። ዘእንበለ ፡ ይብጻሕ ፡ ቃሉ ፤
They performed miracles among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
105:28
שָׁ֣לַֽח חֹ֭שֶׁךְ וַיַּחְשִׁ֑ךְ וְלֹא־מָ֝ר֗וּ אֶת־[דְּבָרֽוֹ] (דבריו)׃
ἐξαπέστειλεν σκότος καὶ ἐσκότασεν καὶ παρεπίκραναν τοὺς λόγους αὐτοῦ
Misit tenebras, et obscuravit ; et non exacerbavit sermones suos.
ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እመከሮ ። ወፈነወ ፡ ንጉሥ ፡ ወፈትሖ ፤ ወሤሞ ፡ መልአከ ፡ አሕዛብ ።
He sent darkness, and made it dark. They didn’t rebel against his words.
105:29
הָפַ֣ךְ אֶת־מֵימֵיהֶ֣ם לְדָ֑ם וַ֝יָּ֗מֶת אֶת־דְּגָתָֽם׃
μετέστρεψεν τὰ ὕδατα αὐτῶν εἰς αἷμα καὶ ἀπέκτεινεν τοὺς ἰχθύας αὐτῶν
Convertit aquas eorum in sanguinem, et occidit pisces eorum.
ወረሰዮ ፡ እግዚአ ፡ ለቤቱ ፤ ወአኰነኖ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ጥሪቱ ።
He turned their waters into blood, and killed their fish.
105:30
שָׁרַ֣ץ אַרְצָ֣ם צְפַרְדְּעִ֑ים בְּ֝חַדְרֵ֗י מַלְכֵיהֶֽם׃
ἐξῆρψεν ἡ γῆ αὐτῶν βατράχους ἐν τοῖς ταμιείοις τῶν βασιλέων αὐτῶν
Edidit terra eorum ranas in penetralibus regum ipsorum.
ከመ ፡ ይገሥጾሙ ፡ ለመላእክቲሁ ፡ ከማሁ ፤ ወከመ ፡ ያጥብቦሙ ፡ ለሊቃውንቲሁ ፡ ከማሁ ።
Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the rooms of their kings.
105:31
אָ֭מַר וַיָּבֹ֣א עָרֹ֑ב כִּ֝נִּ֗ים בְּכׇל־גְּבוּלָֽם׃
εἶπεν καὶ ἦλθεν κυνόμυια καὶ σκνῖπες ἐν πᾶσι τοῖς ὁρίοις αὐτῶν
Dixit, et venit coenomyia et ciniphes in omnibus finibus eorum.
ወቦአ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ብሔረ ፡ ግብጽ ፤ ወያዕቆብኒ ፡ ኀደረ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ካም ።
He spoke, and swarms of flies came, and lice in all their borders.
105:32
נָתַ֣ן גִּשְׁמֵיהֶ֣ם בָּרָ֑ד אֵ֖שׁ לֶהָב֣וֹת בְּאַרְצָֽם׃
ἔθετο τὰς βροχὰς αὐτῶν χάλαζαν πῦρ καταφλέγον ἐν τῇ γῇ αὐτῶν
Posuit pluvias eorum grandinem : ignem comburentem in terra ipsorum.
ወአብዝኆሙ ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፡ ፈድፋደ ፤ ወአጽንዖሙ ፡ እምፀሮሙ ።
He gave them hail for rain, with lightning in their land.
105:33
וַיַּ֣ךְ גַּ֭פְנָם וּתְאֵנָתָ֑ם וַ֝יְשַׁבֵּ֗ר עֵ֣ץ גְּבוּלָֽם׃
καὶ ἐπάταξεν τὰς ἀμπέλους αὐτῶν καὶ τὰς συκᾶς αὐτῶν καὶ συνέτριψεν πᾶν ξύλον ὁρίου αὐτῶν
Et percussit vineas eorum, et ficulneas eorum, et contrivit lignum finium eorum.
ወሜጠ ፡ ልቦሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይጽልኡ ፡ ሕዝቦ ፤ ወከመ ፡ ይሐብልይዎሙ ፡ ለአግብርቲሁ ።
He struck their vines and also their fig trees, and shattered the trees of their country.
105:34
אָ֭מַר וַיָּבֹ֣א אַרְבֶּ֑ה וְ֝יֶ֗לֶק וְאֵ֣ין מִסְפָּֽר׃
εἶπεν καὶ ἦλθεν ἀκρὶς καὶ βροῦχος οὗ οὐκ ἦν ἀριθμός
Dixit, et venit locusta, et bruchus cujus non erat numerus :
ወፈነወ ፡ ሙሴሃ ፡ ገብሮ ፤ ወአሮንሃ ፡ ኅሩዮ ።
He spoke, and the locusts came with the grasshoppers, without number.
105:35
וַיֹּ֣אכַל כׇּל־עֵ֣שֶׂב בְּאַרְצָ֑ם וַ֝יֹּ֗אכַל פְּרִ֣י אַדְמָתָֽם׃
καὶ κατέφαγεν πάντα τὸν χόρτον ἐν τῇ γῇ αὐτῶν καὶ κατέφαγεν τὸν καρπὸν τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν
et comedit omne foenum in terra eorum, et comedit omnem fructum terrae eorum.
ወሤመ ፡ ቃለ ፡ ትእምርት ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፤ ወመንክሮሂ ፡ በምድረ ፡ ካም ።
They ate up every plant in their land, and ate up the fruit of their ground.
105:36
וַיַּ֣ךְ כׇּל־בְּכ֣וֹר בְּאַרְצָ֑ם רֵ֝אשִׁ֗ית לְכׇל־אוֹנָֽם׃
καὶ ἐπάταξεν πᾶν πρωτότοκον ἐν τῇ γῇ αὐτῶν ἀπαρχὴν παντὸς πόνου αὐτῶν
Et percussit omne primogenitum in terra eorum, primitias omnis laboris eorum.
ወፈነወ ፡ ጽልመተ ፡ ወአጽለሞሙ ፤ ወአምረርዎ ፡ ለቃሉ ።
He struck also all the firstborn in their land, the first fruits of all their manhood.
105:37
וַֽ֭יּוֹצִיאֵם בְּכֶ֣סֶף וְזָהָ֑ב וְאֵ֖ין בִּשְׁבָטָ֣יו כּוֹשֵֽׁל׃
καὶ ἐξήγαγεν αὐτοὺς ἐν ἀργυρίῳ καὶ χρυσίῳ καὶ οὐκ ἦν ἐν ταῖς φυλαῖς αὐτῶν ἀσθενῶν
Et eduxit eos cum argento et auro, et non erat in tribubus eorum infirmus.
ወረሰየ ፡ ማዮሙ ፡ ደመ ፤ ወቀተለ ፡ ዐሣቲሆሙ ።
He brought them out with silver and gold. There was not one feeble person among his tribes.
105:38
שָׂמַ֣ח מִצְרַ֣יִם בְּצֵאתָ֑ם כִּֽי־נָפַ֖ל פַּחְדָּ֣ם עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
εὐφράνθη Αἴγυπτος ἐν τῇ ἐξόδῳ αὐτῶν ὅτι ἐπέπεσεν ὁ φόβος αὐτῶν ἐπ’ αὐτούς
Laetata est Aegyptus in profectione eorum, quia incubuit timor eorum super eos.
ወአውፅአት ፡ ምድሮሙ ፡ ቈርነነዓተ ፤ ውስተ ፡ አብያተ ፡ ነገሥቶሙ ።
Egypt was glad when they departed, for the fear of them had fallen on them.
105:39
פָּרַ֣שׂ עָנָ֣ן לְמָסָ֑ךְ וְ֝אֵ֗שׁ לְהָאִ֥יר לָֽיְלָה׃
διεπέτασεν νεφέλην εἰς σκέπην αὐτοῖς καὶ πῦρ τοῦ φωτίσαι αὐτοῖς τὴν νύκτα
Expandit nubem in protectionem eorum, et ignem ut luceret eis per noctem.
ይቤ ፡ ወመጽአ ፡ አኮት ፤ ወትንንያ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድሮሙ ።
He spread a cloud for a covering, fire to give light in the night.
105:40
שָׁ֭אַל וַיָּבֵ֣א שְׂלָ֑ו וְלֶ֥חֶם שָׁ֝מַ֗יִם יַשְׂבִּיעֵֽם׃
ᾔτησαν καὶ ἦλθεν ὀρτυγομήτρα καὶ ἄρτον οὐρανοῦ ἐνέπλησεν αὐτούς
Petierunt, et venit coturnix, et pane caeli saturavit eos.
ወረሰየ ፡ ዝናሞሙ ፡ በረደ ፤ ወነደ ፡ እሳት ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድሮሙ ።
They asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of the sky.
105:41
פָּ֣תַח צ֭וּר וַיָּז֣וּבוּ מָ֑יִם הָ֝לְכ֗וּ בַּצִּיּ֥וֹת נָהָֽר׃
διέρρηξεν πέτραν καὶ ἐρρύησαν ὕδατα ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν ἀνύδροις ποταμοί
Dirupit petram, et fluxerunt aquae : abierunt in sicco flumina.
ወቀተለ ፡ ወይኖሙ ፡ ወበለሶሙ ፤ ወቀጥቀጠ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዕፀወ ፡ ብሔሮሙ ።
He opened the rock, and waters gushed out. They ran as a river in the dry places.
105:42
כִּֽי־זָ֭כַר אֶת־דְּבַ֣ר קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ אֶֽת־אַבְרָהָ֥ם עַבְדּֽוֹ׃
ὅτι ἐμνήσθη τοῦ λόγου τοῦ ἁγίου αὐτοῦ τοῦ πρὸς Αβρααμ τὸν δοῦλον αὐτοῦ
Quoniam memor fuit verbi sancti sui, quod habuit ad Abraham puerum suum.
ይቤ ፡ ወመጽአ ፡ አንበጣ ፤ ወደጎብያ ፡ ዘአልቦ ፡ ኈልቈ ።
For he remembered his holy word, and Abraham, his servant.
105:43
וַיּוֹצִ֣א עַמּ֣וֹ בְשָׂשׂ֑וֹן בְּ֝רִנָּ֗ה אֶת־בְּחִירָֽיו׃
καὶ ἐξήγαγεν τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ ἐν ἀγαλλιάσει καὶ τοὺς ἐκλεκτοὺς αὐτοῦ ἐν εὐφροσύνῃ
Et eduxit populum suum in exsultatione, et electos suos in laetitia.
[ወበልዐ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሣዕረ ፡ ብሔሮሙ ፤] ወበልዐ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ፍሬ ፡ ምድሮሙ ።
He brought his people out with joy, his chosen with singing.
105:44
וַיִּתֵּ֣ן לָ֭הֶם אַרְצ֣וֹת גּוֹיִ֑ם וַעֲמַ֖ל לְאֻמִּ֣ים יִירָֽשׁוּ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς χώρας ἐθνῶν καὶ πόνους λαῶν ἐκληρονόμησαν
Et dedit illis regiones gentium, et labores populorum possederunt :
ወቀተለ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ በኵረ ፡ ብሔሮሙ ፤ ወቀዳሜ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ተግባሮሙ ።
He gave them the lands of the nations. They took the labor of the peoples in possession,
105:45
בַּעֲב֤וּר׀ יִשְׁמְר֣וּ חֻ֭קָּיו וְתוֹרֹתָ֥יו יִנְצֹ֗רוּ הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ {פ}
ὅπως ἂν φυλάξωσιν τὰ δικαιώματα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν νόμον αὐτοῦ ἐκζητήσωσιν
ut custodiant justificationes ejus, et legem ejus requirant.
ወአውፅኦሙ ፡ በወርቅ ፡ ወበብሩር ፤ ወአልቦ ፡ ደዌ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሕዝቦሙ ። ወተፈሥሑ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ በፀአቶሙ ፤ እስመ ፡ ፈርሀዎሙ ። ወአንጦልዐ ፡ ደመና ፡ ወሰወሮሙ ፤ ወእሳትኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያብርህ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ በሌሊት ። ወሰአሉ ፡ ወመጽአ ፡ ፍርፍርት ፤ ወአጽገቦሙ ፡ ኅብስተ ፡ ሰማይ ። ወአንቅዐ ፡ ኰኵሐ ፡ ወአውሐዘ ፡ ማየ ፤ ወሖሩ ፡ አፍላግ ፡ ውስተ ፡ በድው ። እስመ ፡ ተዘከረ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ቅዱሰ ፤ ዘኀበ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ገብሩ ። ወአውፅኦሙ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ በትፍሥሕት ፤ ወለኅሩያኒሁ ፡ በሐሤት ። ወወሀቦሙ ፡ በሐውርተ ፡ አሕዛብ ፤ ወወረሱ ፡ ጻማ ፡ ባዕድ ። ከመ ፡ ይዕቀቡ ፡ ሕጎ ፤ ወይኅሥሡ ፡ ሥርዐቶ ።
that they might keep his statutes, and observe his laws. Praise Yah!
