13:1
בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יִֽהְיֶה֙ מָק֣וֹר נִפְתָּ֔ח לְבֵ֥ית דָּוִ֖יד וּלְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י יְרוּשָׁלָ֑͏ִם לְחַטַּ֖את וּלְנִדָּֽה׃
ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἔσται πᾶς τόπος διανοιγόμενος ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ Δαυιδ
In die illa erit fons patens domui David et habitantibus Jerusalem, in ablutionem peccatoris et menstruatae.
ወውእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ይትረኀው፡ ኲሉ፡ በሐውርተ፡ ቤተ፡ ዳዊት።
“In that day there will be a fountain opened to David’s house and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.
13:2
וְהָיָה֩ בַיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא נְאֻ֣ם׀ יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֗וֹת אַכְרִ֞ית אֶת־שְׁמ֤וֹת הָעֲצַבִּים֙ מִן־הָאָ֔רֶץ וְלֹ֥א יִזָּכְר֖וּ ע֑וֹד וְגַ֧ם אֶת־הַנְּבִיאִ֛ים וְאֶת־ר֥וּחַ הַטֻּמְאָ֖ה אַעֲבִ֥יר מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ λέγει κύριος ἐξολεθρεύσω τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν εἰδώλων ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς καὶ οὐκέτι ἔσται αὐτῶν μνεία καὶ τοὺς ψευδοπροφήτας καὶ τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἀκάθαρτον ἐξαρῶ ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς
Et erit in die illa, dicit Dominus exercituum : disperdam nomina idolorum de terra, et non memorabuntur ultra : et pseudoprophetas, et spiritum immundum auferam de terra.
ወከመ፡ ዝ፡ ይከውን፡ ውእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ወይጠፍእ፡ ስማቲሆሙ፡ ለጣዖታት፡ እምኲሉ፡ ምድር፡ ወአልቦ፡ ዜዜከሮሙ፡ እንከ፡ ወአወዕዩሙ፡ እምድር፡ ለሐሳውያነ፡ ነቢያት፡ ወለመንፈሰ፡ ሐሰት።
It will come to pass in that day, says Yahweh of Armies, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they will be remembered no more. I will also cause the prophets and the spirit of impurity to pass out of the land.
13:3
וְהָיָ֗ה כִּי־יִנָּבֵ֣א אִישׁ֮ עוֹד֒ וְאָמְר֣וּ אֵ֠לָ֠יו אָבִ֨יו וְאִמּ֤וֹ יֹֽלְדָיו֙ לֹ֣א תִֽחְיֶ֔ה כִּ֛י שֶׁ֥קֶר דִּבַּ֖רְתָּ בְּשֵׁ֣ם יְהֹוָ֑ה וּדְקָרֻ֜הוּ אָבִ֧יהוּ וְאִמּ֛וֹ יֹלְדָ֖יו בְּהִנָּֽבְאֽוֹ׃
καὶ ἔσται ἐὰν προφητεύσῃ ἄνθρωπος ἔτι καὶ ἐρεῖ πρὸς αὐτὸν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ οἱ γεννήσαντες αὐτόν οὐ ζήσῃ ὅτι ψευδῆ ἐλάλησας ἐπ’ ὀνόματι κυρίου καὶ συμποδιοῦσιν αὐτὸν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ οἱ γεννήσαντες αὐτὸν ἐν τῷ προφητεύειν αὐτόν
Et erit : cum prophetaverit quispiam ultra, dicent ei pater ejus et mater ejus, qui genuerunt eum : Non vives, quia mendacium locutus es in nomine Domini : et configent eum pater ejus et mater ejus, genitores ejus, cum prophetaverit.
ወእመቦ፡ ዘተነበየ፡ ብእሲ፡ ይብልዎ፡ አቡሁ፡ ወእመሙእለ፡ ወለድዎ፡ ሶበ፡ ተነበየ፡ ኢይከውን፡ እስመ፡ ሐሰተ፡ ተናገርከ፡ በቅድመ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይርዝዎ፡ አቡሁ፡ ወእሙ፡ እለ፡ ወለድዎ፡ ሶበ፡ ተነበየ።
It will happen that when anyone still prophesies, then his father and his mother who bore him will tell him, ‘You must die, because you speak lies in Yahweh’s name;’ and his father and his mother who bore him will stab him when he prophesies.
13:4
וְהָיָ֣ה׀ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יֵבֹ֧שׁוּ הַנְּבִיאִ֛ים אִ֥ישׁ מֵחֶזְיֹנ֖וֹ בְּהִנָּֽבְאֹת֑וֹ וְלֹ֧א יִלְבְּשׁ֛וּ אַדֶּ֥רֶת שֵׂעָ֖ר לְמַ֥עַן כַּחֵֽשׁ׃
καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ καταισχυνθήσονται οἱ προφῆται ἕκαστος ἐκ τῆς ὁράσεως αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ προφητεύειν αὐτόν καὶ ἐνδύσονται δέρριν τριχίνην ἀνθ’ ὧν ἐψεύσαντο
Et erit : in die illa confundentur prophetae, unusquisque ex visione sua cum prophetaverit : nec operientur pallio saccino, ut mentiantur :
ወውእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ይትኀፈሩ፡ ነቢት፡ ኲሎሙ፡ በዘርእዩ፡ ሶበ፡ ተነበዩ፡ ወይለብሱ፡ ሠቀ፡ ዘጸጉር፡ እስመ፡ ሐሰው።
It will happen in that day that the prophets will each be ashamed of his vision when he prophesies; they won’t wear a hairy mantle to deceive,
13:5
וְאָמַ֕ר לֹ֥א נָבִ֖יא אָנֹ֑כִי אִישׁ־עֹבֵ֤ד אֲדָמָה֙ אָנֹ֔כִי כִּ֥י אָדָ֖ם הִקְנַ֥נִי מִנְּעוּרָֽי׃
καὶ ἐρεῖ οὔκ εἰμι προφήτης ἐγώ διότι ἄνθρωπος ἐργαζόμενος τὴν γῆν ἐγώ εἰμι ὅτι ἄνθρωπος ἐγέννησέν με ἐκ νεότητός μου
sed dicet : Non sum propheta : homo agricola ego sum, quoniam Adam exemplum meum ab adolescentia mea.
ወይብሉ፡ አንሰ፡ ኢኮንኩ፡ ነቢየ፡ አላላመስተብረ፡ ምድር፡ አነ፡ ለሰብእ፡ ተቀነይኩ፡ እምንእስየ።
but he will say, ‘I am no prophet, I am a tiller of the ground; for I have been made a bondservant from my youth.’
13:6
וְאָמַ֣ר אֵלָ֔יו מָ֧ה הַמַּכּ֛וֹת הָאֵ֖לֶּה בֵּ֣ין יָדֶ֑יךָ וְאָמַ֕ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֻכֵּ֖יתִי בֵּ֥ית מְאַהֲבָֽי׃ {פ}
καὶ ἐρῶ πρὸς αὐτόν τί αἱ πληγαὶ αὗται ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν χειρῶν σου καὶ ἐρεῖ ἃς ἐπλήγην ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τῷ ἀγαπητῷ μου
Et dicetur ei : Quid sunt plagae istae in medio manuum tuarum ? Et dicet : His plagatus sum in domo eorum qui diligebant me.
ወይቤሎ፡ ምንትኑ፡ ዝንቱ፡ መቅሠፍት፡ ዘማእከለ፡ እደዊከ፡ ወይብል፡ ቁሰልኩ፡ በቤተ፡ ዐርክየ።
One will say to him, ‘What are these wounds between your arms?’ Then he will answer, ‘Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.’
13:7
חֶ֗רֶב עוּרִ֤י עַל־רֹעִי֙ וְעַל־גֶּ֣בֶר עֲמִיתִ֔י נְאֻ֖ם יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת הַ֤ךְ אֶת־הָרֹעֶה֙ וּתְפוּצֶ֣יןָ הַצֹּ֔אן וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֥י יָדִ֖י עַל־הַצֹּעֲרִֽים׃
ῥομφαία ἐξεγέρθητι ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας μου καὶ ἐπ’ ἄνδρα πολίτην μου λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ πατάξατε τοὺς ποιμένας καὶ ἐκσπάσατε τὰ πρόβατα καὶ ἐπάξω τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας
Framea, suscitare super pastorem meum, et super virum cohaerentem mihi, dicit Dominus exercituum : percute pastorem, et dispergentur oves : et convertam manum meam ad parvulos.
ተንስኢ፡ ኲናት፡ ላዕለ፡ ኖሎት፡ ወላዕለ፡ ብእሴ፡ ሀገሩ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኲሎ፡ ይመልክ፡ እቀት፡ ለኖላዊ፡ ወይዘረዉ፡ አባግዐ፡ መርዔቱ፡ ወአመጽእ፡ እኤየ፡ ላዕለ፡ ኖሎት።
“Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against the man who is close to me,” says Yahweh of Armies. “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones.
13:8
וְהָיָ֤ה בְכׇל־הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֔ה פִּֽי־שְׁנַ֣יִם בָּ֔הּ יִכָּרְת֖וּ יִגְוָ֑עוּ וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁ֖ית יִוָּ֥תֶר בָּֽהּ׃
καὶ ἔσται ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ λέγει κύριος τὰ δύο μέρη ἐξολεθρευθήσεται καὶ ἐκλείψει τὸ δὲ τρίτον ὑπολειφθήσεται ἐν αὐτῇ
Et erunt in omni terra, dicit Dominus : partes duae in ea dispergentur, et deficient : et tertia pars relinquetur in ea.
ወይከውን፡ ውስተ፡ ኲሉ፡ ምድር፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ የኀልቅ፡ ክልኤ፡ ለእድ፡ ወይተርፍ፡ ሣልስተ፡ እዴሃ፡ ውስቴታ።
It shall happen that in all the land,” says Yahweh, “two parts in it will be cut off and die; but the third will be left in it.
13:9
וְהֵבֵאתִ֤י אֶת־הַשְּׁלִשִׁית֙ בָּאֵ֔שׁ וּצְרַפְתִּים֙ כִּצְרֹ֣ף אֶת־הַכֶּ֔סֶף וּבְחַנְתִּ֖ים כִּבְחֹ֣ן אֶת־הַזָּהָ֑ב ה֣וּא׀ יִקְרָ֣א בִשְׁמִ֗י וַֽאֲנִי֙ אֶעֱנֶ֣ה אֹת֔וֹ אָמַ֙רְתִּי֙ עַמִּ֣י ה֔וּא וְה֥וּא יֹאמַ֖ר יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽי׃ {פ}
καὶ διάξω τὸ τρίτον διὰ πυρὸς καὶ πυρώσω αὐτούς ὡς πυροῦται τὸ ἀργύριον καὶ δοκιμῶ αὐτούς ὡς δοκιμάζεται τὸ χρυσίον αὐτὸς ἐπικαλέσεται τὸ ὄνομά μου κἀγὼ ἐπακούσομαι αὐτῷ καὶ ἐρῶ λαός μου οὗτός ἐστιν καὶ αὐτὸς ἐρεῖ κύριος ὁ θεός μου
Et ducam tertiam partem per ignem, et uram eos sicut uritur argentum, et probabo eos sicut probatur aurum. Ipse vocabit nomen meum, et ego exaudiam eum. Dicam : Populus meus es : et ipse dicet : Dominus Deus meus.
ወእወስዶሙ፡ ውስተ፡ እሳት፡ ለእልክቱ፡ ሣልስተ፡ እድ፡ ወአረስኖሙ፡ ከመ፡ ረስንዎ፡ በብሩር፡ ወእገትኖሙ፡ ከመ፡ ይፈትንዎ፡ ለወርቅ።ወውእቱስ፡ ይጼውዕ፡ ስምየ፡ ወአነሂ፡ እሠጠዎ፡ ወእብል፡ ሕዝብየ፡ ውእቱ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ወውእቱኒ፡ ይብለኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አምላኪየ።
I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, ‘It is my people;’ and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my God.’”
