33:1

ה֣וֹי שׁוֹדֵ֗ד וְאַתָּה֙ לֹ֣א שָׁד֔וּד וּבוֹגֵ֖ד וְלֹא־בָ֣גְדוּ ב֑וֹ כַּהֲתִֽמְךָ֤ שׁוֹדֵד֙ תּוּשַּׁ֔ד כַּנְּלֹתְךָ֥ לִבְגֹּ֖ד יִבְגְּדוּ־בָֽךְ׃ {ס}

禍哉！你這毀滅人的，自己倒不被毀滅；行事詭詐的，人倒不以詭詐待你。你毀滅罷休了，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。

Woe to you who destroy, but you weren’t destroyed, and who betray, but nobody betrayed you! When you have finished destroying, you will be destroyed; and when you have finished betrayal, you will be betrayed.

33:2

יְהֹוָ֥ה חׇנֵּ֖נוּ לְךָ֣ קִוִּ֑ינוּ הֱיֵ֤ה זְרֹעָם֙ לַבְּקָרִ֔ים אַף־יְשׁוּעָתֵ֖נוּ בְּעֵ֥ת צָרָֽה׃

耶和華啊，求你施恩於我們；我們等候你。求你每早晨作我們的膀臂，遭難的時候為我們的拯救。

Yahweh, be gracious to us. We have waited for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.

33:3

מִקּ֣וֹל הָמ֔וֹן נָדְד֖וּ עַמִּ֑ים מֵר֣וֹמְמֻתֶ֔ךָ נָפְצ֖וּ גּוֹיִֽם׃

喧嚷的響聲一發，眾民奔逃；你一興起，列國四散。

At the noise of the thunder, the peoples have fled. When you lift yourself up, the nations are scattered.

33:4

וְאֻסַּ֣ף שְׁלַלְכֶ֔ם אֹ֖סֶף הֶחָסִ֑יל כְּמַשַּׁ֥ק גֵּבִ֖ים שֹׁקֵ֥ק בּֽוֹ׃

你們所擄的必被斂盡，好像螞蚱吃盡禾稼。人要蹦在其上，好像蝗蟲一樣。

Your plunder will be gathered as the caterpillar gathers. Men will leap on it as locusts leap.

33:5

נִשְׂגָּ֣ב יְהֹוָ֔ה כִּ֥י שֹׁכֵ֖ן מָר֑וֹם מִלֵּ֣א צִיּ֔וֹן מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּצְדָקָֽה׃

耶和華被尊崇，因他居在高處；他以公平公義充滿錫安。

Yahweh is exalted, for he dwells on high. He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.

33:6

וְהָיָה֙ אֱמוּנַ֣ת עִתֶּ֔יךָ חֹ֥סֶן יְשׁוּעֹ֖ת חׇכְמַ֣ת וָדָ֑עַת יִרְאַ֥ת יְהֹוָ֖ה הִ֥יא אוֹצָרֽוֹ׃ {פ}

你一生一世必得安穩－有豐盛的救恩，並智慧和知識；你以敬畏耶和華為至寶。

There will be stability in your times, abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. The fear of Yahweh is your treasure.

33:7

הֵ֚ן אֶרְאֶלָּ֔ם צָעֲק֖וּ חֻ֑צָה מַלְאֲכֵ֣י שָׁל֔וֹם מַ֖ר יִבְכָּיֽוּן׃

看哪，他們的豪傑在外頭哀號；求和的使臣痛痛哭泣。

Behold, their valiant ones cry outside; the ambassadors of peace weep bitterly.

33:8

נָשַׁ֣מּוּ מְסִלּ֔וֹת שָׁבַ֖ת עֹבֵ֣ר אֹ֑רַח הֵפֵ֤ר בְּרִית֙ מָאַ֣ס עָרִ֔ים לֹ֥א חָשַׁ֖ב אֱנֽוֹשׁ׃

大路荒涼，行人止息；敵人背約，藐視城邑，不顧人民。

The highways are desolate. The traveling man ceases. The covenant is broken. He has despised the cities. He doesn’t respect man.

33:9

אָבַ֤ל אֻמְלְלָה֙ אָ֔רֶץ הֶחְפִּ֥יר לְבָנ֖וֹן קָמַ֑ל הָיָ֤ה הַשָּׁרוֹן֙ כָּֽעֲרָבָ֔ה וְנֹעֵ֥ר בָּשָׁ֖ן וְכַרְמֶֽל׃ {ס}

地上悲哀衰殘；黎巴嫩羞愧枯乾；沙崙像曠野；巴珊和迦密的樹林凋殘。

The land mourns and languishes. Lebanon is confounded and withers away. Sharon is like a desert, and Bashan and Carmel are stripped bare.
