21:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַֽיִּגְּשׁ֗וּ רָאשֵׁי֙ אֲב֣וֹת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם אֶל ־אֶלְעָזָר֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְאֶל ־יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ בִּן ־נ֑וּן וְאֶל ־רָאשֵׁ֛י אֲב֥וֹת הַמַּטּ֖וֹת לִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל ׃
καὶ προσήλθοσαν οἱ ἀρχιπατριῶται τῶν υἱῶν Λευι πρὸς Ελεαζαρ τὸν ἱερέα καὶ πρὸς Ἰησοῦν τὸν τοῦ Ναυη καὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἀρχιφύλους πατριῶν ἐκ τῶν φυλῶν Ισραηλ
Accesseruntque principes familiarum Levi ad Eleazarum sacerdotem , et Josue filium Nun , et ad duces cognationum per singulas tribus filiorum Israël :
ወመጽኡ ፡ መላእክቲሆሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ ኀበ ፡ እልዐዛር ፡ ካህን ፡ ወኀበ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ነዌ ፡ ወኀበ ፡ መላእክተ ፡ ነገደ ፡ አብያተ ፡ አበዊሆሙ ፡ ለሕዝበ ፡ እስራኤል ።
Then the heads of fathers’ houses of the Levites came near to Eleazar the priest, and to Joshua the son of Nun, and to the heads of fathers’ houses of the tribes of the children of Israel.
21:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְדַבְּר֨וּ אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם בְּשִׁלֹ֗ה בְּאֶ֤רֶץ כְּנַ֙עַן֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר יְהֹוָה֙ צִוָּ֣ה בְיַד ־מֹשֶׁ֔ה לָתֶת ־לָ֥נוּ עָרִ֖ים לָשָׁ֑בֶת וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֖ן לִבְהֶמְתֵּֽנוּ ׃ {פ}
καὶ εἶπον πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἐν Σηλω ἐν γῇ Χανααν λέγοντες ἐνετείλατο κύριος ἐν χειρὶ Μωυσῆ δοῦναι ἡμῖν πόλεις κατοικεῖν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια τοῖς κτήνεσιν ἡμῶν
locutique sunt ad eos in Silo terrae Chanaan , atque dixerunt : Dominus praecepit per manum Moysi , ut darentur nobis urbes ad habitandum , et suburbana earum ad alenda jumenta .
ወይቤልዎሙ ፡ በሴሎ ፡ በምድረ ፡ ከናኦን ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይብሉ ፡ አዘዘ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በእደ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ከመ ፡ የሀበነ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ዘውስቴቶን ፡ ንነብር ፡ ወፂኦታቲሆን ፡ ለእንስሳነ ።
They spoke to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, “Yahweh commanded through Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with their pasture lands for our livestock.”
21:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ בְנֵי ־יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל לַלְוִיִּ֛ם מִנַּחֲלָתָ֖ם אֶל ־פִּ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה אֶת ־הֶעָרִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְאֶת ־מִגְרְשֵׁיהֶֽן ׃
καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τοῖς Λευίταις ἐν τῷ κατακληρονομεῖν διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου τὰς πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῶν
Dederuntque filii Israël de possessionibus suis juxta imperium Domini , civitates et suburbana earum .
ወወሀብዎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለሌዋውያን ፡ በትእዛዘ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እላንተ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ወፂኦታቲሆን ።
The children of Israel gave to the Levites out of their inheritance, according to the commandment of Yahweh, these cities with their pasture lands.
21:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיֵּצֵ֥א הַגּוֹרָ֖ל לְמִשְׁפְּחֹ֣ת הַקְּהָתִ֑י וַיְהִ֡י לִבְנֵי֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן הַכֹּהֵ֜ן מִן ־הַלְוִיִּ֗ם מִמַּטֵּ֣ה יְ֠הוּדָ֠ה וּמִמַּטֵּ֨ה הַשִּׁמְעֹנִ֜י וּמִמַּטֵּ֤ה בִנְיָמִן֙ בַּגּוֹרָ֔ל עָרִ֖ים שְׁלֹ֥שׁ עֶשְׂרֵֽה ׃ {ס}
καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος τῷ δήμῳ Κααθ καὶ ἐγένετο τοῖς υἱοῖς Ααρων τοῖς ἱερεῦσιν τοῖς Λευίταις ἀπὸ φυλῆς Ιουδα καὶ ἀπὸ φυλῆς Συμεων καὶ ἀπὸ φυλῆς Βενιαμιν κληρωτὶ πόλεις δέκα τρεῖς
Egressaque est sors in familiam Caath filiorum Aaron sacerdotis , de tribubus Juda , et Simeon , et Benjamin , civitates tredecim :
ወበጽሖሙ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ቃዓት ፤ ወኮነ ፡ ለካህናት ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ወለሌዋውያን ፡ እምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ስምዖን ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ዐሠርቱ ፡ ወሠለስቱ ፡ አህጉር ።
The lot came out for the families of the Kohathites. The children of Aaron the priest, who were of the Levites, had thirteen cities by lot out of the tribe of Judah, out of the tribe of the Simeonites, and out of the tribe of Benjamin.
21:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְלִבְנֵ֨י קְהָ֜ת הַנּֽוֹתָרִ֗ים מִמִּשְׁפְּחֹ֣ת מַטֵּֽה ־אֶ֠פְרַ֠יִם וּֽמִמַּטֵּה ־דָ֞ן וּמֵחֲצִ֨י מַטֵּ֧ה מְנַשֶּׁ֛ה בַּגּוֹרָ֖ל עָרִ֥ים עָֽשֶׂר ׃ {ס}
καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Κααθ τοῖς καταλελειμμένοις ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Εφραιμ καὶ ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Δαν καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἡμίσους φυλῆς Μανασση κληρωτὶ πόλεις δέκα
et reliquis filiorum Caath , id est Levitis , qui superfuerant , de tribubus Ephraim , et Dan , et dimidia tribu Manasse , civitates decem .
ወለደቂቀ ፡ ቃዓት ፡ እለ ፡ ተርፉ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ኤፍሬም ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ዳን ፡ ወእምነ ፡ መንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ዐሠርቱ ፡ (ወሠለስቱ ፡) አህጉር ።
The rest of the children of Kohath had ten cities by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh.
21:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְלִבְנֵ֣י גֵרְשׁ֗וֹן מִמִּשְׁפְּח֣וֹת מַטֵּֽה ־יִשָּׂשכָ֣ר וּמִמַּטֵּֽה ־אָ֠שֵׁ֠ר וּמִמַּטֵּ֨ה נַפְתָּלִ֜י וּ֠מֵחֲצִ֠י מַטֵּ֨ה מְנַשֶּׁ֤ה בַבָּשָׁן֙ בַּגּוֹרָ֔ל עָרִ֖ים שְׁלֹ֥שׁ עֶשְׂרֵֽה ׃ {ס}
καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Γεδσων ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς Ισσαχαρ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς Ασηρ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς Νεφθαλι καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἡμίσους φυλῆς Μανασση ἐν τῷ Βασαν πόλεις δέκα τρεῖς
Porro filii Gerson egressa est sors , ut acciperent de tribubus Issachar et Aser et Nephthali , dimidiaque tribu Manasse in Basan , civitates numero tredecim .
ወለደቂቀ ፡ ጌድሶን ፡ እምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ይሳኮር ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ አሴር ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ንፍታሌም ፡ ወእምነ ፡ መንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ በባሳን ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወሠላስ ፡ አህጉር ።
The children of Gershon had thirteen cities by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, out of the tribe of Asher, out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh in Bashan.
21:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ לִבְנֵ֨י מְרָרִ֜י לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֗ם מִמַּטֵּ֨ה רְאוּבֵ֤ן וּמִמַּטֵּה ־גָד֙ וּמִמַּטֵּ֣ה זְבוּלֻ֔ן עָרִ֖ים שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵֽה ׃ {ס}
καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Μεραρι κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν ἀπὸ φυλῆς Ρουβην καὶ ἀπὸ φυλῆς Γαδ καὶ ἀπὸ φυλῆς Ζαβουλων κληρωτὶ πόλεις δώδεκα
Et filiis Merari per cognationes suas de tribubus Ruben et Gad et Zabulon urbes duodecim .
ወለደቂቀ ፡ ሜራሪ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ሮቤል ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ጋድ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ዛቡሎን ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወክልኤ ፡ አህጉር ።
The children of Merari according to their families had twelve cities out of the tribe of Reuben, out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun.
21:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתְּנ֤וּ בְנֵֽי ־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לַלְוִיִּ֔ם אֶת ־הֶעָרִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְאֶת ־מִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֑ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה בְּיַד ־מֹשֶׁ֖ה בַּגּוֹרָֽל ׃ {פ}
καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τοῖς Λευίταις τὰς πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῶν ὃν τρόπον ἐνετείλατο κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ κληρωτί
Dederuntque filii Israël Levitis civitates et suburbana earum , sicut praecepit Dominus per manum Moysi , singulis sorte tribuentes .
ወወሀብዎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኤህጉረ ፡ ለሌዋውያን ፡ ወፂኦታቲሆን ፡ በከመ ፡ አዘዞ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ።
The children of Israel gave these cities with their pasture lands by lot to the Levites, as Yahweh commanded by Moses.
21:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַֽיִּתְּנ֗וּ מִמַּטֵּה֙ בְּנֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וּמִמַּטֵּ֖ה בְּנֵ֣י שִׁמְע֑וֹן אֵ֚ת הֶעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה אֲשֶׁר ־יִקְרָ֥א אֶתְהֶ֖ן בְּשֵֽׁם ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν ἡ φυλὴ υἱῶν Ιουδα καὶ ἡ φυλὴ υἱῶν Συμεων καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς υἱῶν Βενιαμιν τὰς πόλεις καὶ ἐπεκλήθησαν
De tribubus filiorum Juda et Simeon dedit Josue civitates , quarum ista sunt nomina ,
ወወሀበ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወነገደ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ስምዖን ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ እላንተ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ወተሰምያ ፤
They gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are mentioned by name:
21:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַֽיְהִי֙ לִבְנֵ֣י אַהֲרֹ֔ן מִמִּשְׁפְּח֥וֹת הַקְּהָתִ֖י מִבְּנֵ֣י לֵוִ֑י כִּ֥י לָהֶ֛ם הָיָ֥ה הַגּוֹרָ֖ל רִאישֹׁנָֽה ׃
τοῖς υἱοῖς Ααρων ἀπὸ τοῦ δήμου τοῦ Κααθ τῶν υἱῶν Λευι ὅτι τούτοις ἐγενήθη ὁ κλῆρος
filiis Aaron per familias Caath Levitici generis (prima enim sors illis egressa est ),
ለደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ እምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ቃዓት ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ እስመ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ኮና ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ።
and they were for the children of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi; for theirs was the first lot.
21:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ לָהֶ֜ם אֶת ־קִרְיַת֩ אַרְבַּ֨ע אֲבִ֧י הָעֲנ֛וֹק הִ֥יא חֶבְר֖וֹן בְּהַ֣ר יְהוּדָ֑ה וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֖הָ סְבִיבֹתֶֽיהָ ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς τὴν Καριαθαρβοκ μητρόπολιν τῶν Ενακ αὕτη ἐστὶν Χεβρων ἐν τῷ ὄρει Ιουδα τὰ δὲ περισπόρια κύκλῳ αὐτῆς
Cariatharbe patris Enac , quae vocatur Hebron , in monte Juda , et suburbana ejus per circuitum .
ወወሀብዎሙ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ቀራትርቦቅ ፡ ደብረ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ኤነቅ ፡ እንተ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ኬብሮን ፡ በደብረ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ፡ ዐውዳ ።
They gave them Kiriath Arba, named after the father of Anak (also called Hebron), in the hill country of Judah, with its pasture lands around it.
21:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאֶת ־שְׂדֵ֥ה הָעִ֖יר וְאֶת ־חֲצֵרֶ֑יהָ נָ֥תְנ֛וּ לְכָלֵ֥ב בֶּן ־יְפֻנֶּ֖ה בַּאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ ׃ {ס}
καὶ τοὺς ἀγροὺς τῆς πόλεως καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς ἔδωκεν Ἰησοῦς τοῖς υἱοῖς Χαλεβ υἱοῦ Ιεφοννη ἐν κατασχέσει
Agros vero et villas ejus dederat Caleb filio Jephone ad possidendum .
ወአሕቅልተ ፡ ሀገር ፡ ወአዕጻዳቲሃ ፡ ወሀቦሙ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ካሌብ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ዬፎኔ ፡ ደወሎሙ ።
But they gave the fields of the city and its villages to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
21:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְלִבְנֵ֣י ׀ אַֽהֲרֹ֣ן הַכֹּהֵ֗ן נָֽתְנוּ֙ אֶת ־עִיר֙ מִקְלַ֣ט הָרֹצֵ֔חַ אֶת ־חֶבְר֖וֹן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ וְאֶת ־לִבְנָ֖ה וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Ααρων τὴν πόλιν φυγαδευτήριον τῷ φονεύσαντι τὴν Χεβρων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ σὺν αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Λεμνα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐτῇ
Dedit ergo filiis Aaron sacerdotis Hebron confugii civitatem , ac suburbana ejus : et Lobnam cum suburbanis suis :
ወለደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ወሀቦሙ ፡ ሀገረ ፡ ምስካይ ፡ ለቀታሊ ፡ ኬብሮን ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወሌምና ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ።
To the children of Aaron the priest they gave Hebron with its pasture lands, the city of refuge for the man slayer, Libnah with its pasture lands,
21:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאֶת ־יַתִּר֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ וְאֶֽת ־אֶשְׁתְּמֹ֖עַ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ τὴν Αιλωμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Τεμα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ
et Jether , et Esthemo ,
ወኤሎም ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወጤማ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ።
Jattir with its pasture lands, Eshtemoa with its pasture lands,
21:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאֶת ־חֹלֹן֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ וְאֶת ־דְּבִ֖ר וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ τὴν Γελλα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Δαβιρ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ
et Holon , et Dabir ,
ወጌላ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወዳቢር ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ።
Holon with its pasture lands, Debir with its pasture lands,
21:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאֶת ־עַ֣יִן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֗הָ וְאֶת ־יֻטָּה֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ אֶת ־בֵּ֥ית שֶׁ֖מֶשׁ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ עָרִ֣ים תֵּ֔שַׁע מֵאֵ֕ת שְׁנֵ֖י הַשְּׁבָטִ֥ים הָאֵֽלֶּה ׃ {ס}
καὶ Ασα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Τανυ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Βαιθσαμυς καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις ἐννέα παρὰ τῶν δύο φυλῶν τούτων
et Ain , et Jeta , et Bethsames , cum suburbanis suis : civitates novem de tribubus , ut dictum est , duabus .
[ወኣሳ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡] ወጣኒ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወ [ቤ ]ትሰሚስ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ትስዑ ፡ አህጉር ፡ (ወ )እምነ ፡ ክልኤቱ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ እሉ ፡ ነገድ ።
Ain with its pasture lands, Juttah with its pasture lands, and Beth Shemesh with its pasture lands: nine cities out of those two tribes.
21:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּמִמַּטֵּ֣ה בִנְיָמִ֔ין אֶת ־גִּבְע֖וֹן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ אֶת ־גֶּ֖בַע וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ παρὰ τῆς φυλῆς Βενιαμιν τὴν Γαβαων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Γαθεθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ
De tribu autem filiorum Benjamin , Gabaon , et Gabae ,
ወእምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ ገባኦ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ [ወጋባ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ።
Out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its pasture lands, Geba with its pasture lands,
21:18 ⧉ ⤴︎ אֶת ־עֲנָתוֹת֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ וְאֶת ־עַלְמ֖וֹן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ עָרִ֖ים אַרְבַּֽע ׃
καὶ Αναθωθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Γαμαλα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Anathoth et Almon , cum suburbanis suis : civitates quatuor .
ወአናቶት ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወአልሞን ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡] አርባዕ ፡ አህጉር ።
Anathoth with its pasture lands, and Almon with its pasture lands: four cities.
21:19 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־עָרֵ֥י בְנֵֽי ־אַהֲרֹ֖ן הַכֹּהֲנִ֑ים שְׁלֹשׁ ־עֶשְׂרֵ֥ה עָרִ֖ים וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶֽן ׃ {ס}
πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις υἱῶν Ααρων τῶν ἱερέων δέκα τρεῖς
Omnes simul civitates filiorum Aaron sacerdotis , tredecim , cum suburbanis suis .
ወኵሎን ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ካህናት ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወሠላስ ።

21:20 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּלְמִשְׁפְּח֤וֹת בְּנֵֽי ־קְהָת֙ הַלְוִיִּ֔ם הַנּֽוֹתָרִ֖ים מִבְּנֵ֣י קְהָ֑ת וַֽיְהִי֙ עָרֵ֣י גֽוֹרָלָ֔ם מִמַּטֵּ֖ה אֶפְרָֽיִם ׃
καὶ τοῖς δήμοις υἱοῖς Κααθ τοῖς Λευίταις τοῖς καταλελειμμένοις ἀπὸ τῶν υἱῶν Κααθ καὶ ἐγενήθη πόλις τῶν ὁρίων αὐτῶν ἀπὸ φυλῆς Εφραιμ
Reliquis vero per familias filiorum Caath Levitici generis , haec est data possessio .
ወለነገደ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ቃዓት ፡ ለሌዋውያን ፡ እለ ፡ ተርፉ ፡ እምነ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ቃዓት ፤ ወኮነ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ፡ ለካህናቲሆሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ኤፍሬም ።
The families of the children of Kohath, the Levites, even the rest of the children of Kohath, had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of Ephraim.
21:21 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ לָהֶ֜ם אֶת ־עִ֨יר מִקְלַ֧ט הָרֹצֵ֛חַ אֶת ־שְׁכֶ֥ם וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֖הָ בְּהַ֣ר אֶפְרָ֑יִם וְאֶת ־גֶּ֖זֶר וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ ἔδωκαν αὐτοῖς τὴν πόλιν τοῦ φυγαδευτηρίου τὴν τοῦ φονεύσαντος τὴν Συχεμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Γαζαρα καὶ τὰ πρὸς αὐτὴν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ
De tribu Ephraim urbes confugii , Sichem cum suburbanis suis in monte Ephraim , et Gazer
ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ሀገረ ፡ ምስካይ ፡ ለቀታሊ ፡ ሲኬም ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ [ወጌዜር ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ።

καὶ τὴν Καβσαϊμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν ἄνω Βαιθωρων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Cibsaim et Beth-horon , cum suburbanis suis , civitates quatuor .
ወቄቤሳይን ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡] ወቤቶሮን ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ አርባዕ ፡ አህጉር ።

21:23 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּמִ֨מַּטֵּה ־דָ֔ן אֶֽת ־אֶלְתְּקֵ֖א וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ אֶֽת ־גִּבְּת֖וֹן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Δαν τὴν Ελκωθαιμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Γεθεδαν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ

21:24 ⧉ ⤴︎ אֶת ־אַיָּלוֹן֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ אֶת ־גַּת ־רִמּ֖וֹן וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ עָרִ֖ים אַרְבַּֽע ׃
καὶ Αιλων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Γεθερεμμων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Ajalon et Gethremmon , cum suburbanis suis , civitates quatuor .
ወእምነ ፡ መንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ ጠናኅ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወዬቦታ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ክልኤ ፡ አህጉር ።

καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἡμίσους φυλῆς Μανασση τὴν Ταναχ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Ιεβαθα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις δύο

21:26 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־עָרִ֥ים עֶ֖שֶׂר וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֑ן לְמִשְׁפְּח֥וֹת בְּנֵי ־קְהָ֖ת הַנּוֹתָרִֽים ׃ {ס}
πᾶσαι πόλεις δέκα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐταῖς τοῖς δήμοις υἱῶν Κααθ τοῖς ὑπολελειμμένοις
Omnes civitates decem , et suburbana earum , datae sunt filiis Caath inferioris gradus .
ወለደቂቀ ፡ ጌድሶን ፡ ለሌዋውያን ፡ እምነ ፡ መንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ አህጉር ፡ እለ ፡ ፈለጡ ፡ ለቀታሊ ፡ ገውሎን ፡ በባሳን ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወቦሶር ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ክልኤ ፡ አህጉር ።

21:27 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְלִבְנֵ֣י גֵֽרְשׁוֹן֮ מִמִּשְׁפְּחֹ֣ת הַלְוִיִּם֒ מֵחֲצִ֞י מַטֵּ֣ה מְנַשֶּׁ֗ה אֶת ־עִיר֙ מִקְלַ֣ט הָרֹצֵ֔חַ אֶת ־[גּוֹלָ֤ן ] (גלון ) בַּבָּשָׁן֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ וְאֶת ־בְּעֶשְׁתְּרָ֖ה וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ עָרִ֖ים שְׁתָּֽיִם ׃ {ס}
καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Γεδσων τοῖς Λευίταις ἐκ τοῦ ἡμίσους φυλῆς Μανασση τὰς πόλεις τὰς ἀφωρισμένας τοῖς φονεύσασι τὴν Γαυλων ἐν τῇ Βασανίτιδι καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ τὴν Βοσοραν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις δύο

καὶ ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Ισσαχαρ τὴν Κισων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Δεββα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ

καὶ τὴν Ρεμμαθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Πηγὴν γραμμάτων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Jaramoth , et Engannim , cum suburbanis suis , civitates quatuor .
ወኬልቀጥ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ ወራአብ ፡ ወዘፈለጡ ፡ ምስሌሃ ፡ አርባዕ ፡ አህጉር ።

καὶ Χελκατ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ καὶ Ρααβ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτῇ πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Helcath , et Rohob , cum suburbanis suis , civitates quatuor .
ወኵሉ ፡ አህጉር ፡ ዘጌድሶን ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወሠላስ ፡ አህጉር ።

21:33 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־עָרֵ֥י הַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּ֖י לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם שְׁלֹשׁ ־עֶשְׂרֵ֥ה עִ֖יר וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶֽן ׃ {ס}
πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις τοῦ Γεδσων κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν πόλεις δέκα τρεῖς
Omnes urbes familiarum Gerson , tredecim , cum suburbanis suis .
ወሴላ ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ።

21:34 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּלְמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹת בְּנֵי ־מְרָרִי֮ הַלְוִיִּ֣ם הַנּוֹתָרִים֒ מֵאֵת֙ מַטֵּ֣ה זְבוּלֻ֔ן אֶֽת ־יׇקְנְעָ֖ם וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ אֶת ־קַרְתָּ֖ה וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ ׃
καὶ τῷ δήμῳ υἱῶν Μεραρι τοῖς Λευίταις τοῖς λοιποῖς ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς υἱῶν Ζαβουλων τὴν Μααν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Καδης καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς

καὶ Δεμνα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ Σελλα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς πόλεις τέσσαρες
et Damna et Naalol , civitates quatuor cum suburbanis suis .
ወእምነ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ጋድ ፡ ሀገር ፡ ለምስካየ ፡ ቀታሊ ፡ ራሞት ፡ በገላአድ ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ፡ ወቃሚን ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ፡ ወ [ሔ ]ሴቦን ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ፡ ወያዜር ፡ ወፂኦታቲሃ ፡ አርባዕ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ አህጉር ።

καὶ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου τοῦ κατὰ Ιεριχω ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Ρουβην τὴν πόλιν τὸ φυγαδευτήριον τοῦ φονεύσαντος τὴν Βοσορ ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τῇ Μισωρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Ιαζηρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς

ወዘደቂቀ ፡ ሜራሪኒ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ተርፉ ፡ እምነ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወክልኤ ፡ አህጉር ።

21:37 ⧉ ⤴︎ —
καὶ τὴν Δεκμων καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Μαφα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς πόλεις τέσσαρες
De tribu Gad civitates confugii , Ramoth in Galaad , et Manaim et Hesebon et Jazer , civitates quatuor cum suburbanis suis .
ወኵሉ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ፡ ለሌዋውያን ፡ በማእከለ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ አርብዓ ፡ ወሰማኒ ፡ አህጉር ፡ ወፂኦታቲሆን ፡ ዘአውዶን ፡ ለእማንቱ ፡ አህጉር ።

καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς Γαδ τὴν πόλιν τὸ φυγαδευτήριον τοῦ φονεύσαντος τὴν Ραμωθ ἐν τῇ Γαλααδ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Καμιν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς

21:39 ⧉ ⤴︎ אֶת ־חֶשְׁבּוֹן֙ וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֔הָ אֶת ־יַעְזֵ֖ר וְאֶת ־מִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָ כׇּל ־עָרִ֖ים אַרְבַּֽע ׃
καὶ τὴν Εσεβων καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Ιαζηρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῆς αἱ πᾶσαι πόλεις τέσσαρες
Itaque civitates universae Levitarum in medio possessionis filiorum Israël fuerunt quadraginta octo
ወወሀብዎ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ክፍሎ ፡ ለኢየሱስ ፡ በትእዛዘ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወወሀብዎ ፡ ሀገረ ፡ እንተ ፡ ሰአለ ፡ ተምናሳረኅ ፡ ወወሀብዎ ፡ በደብረ ፡ ኤፍሬም ፡ ወነደቃ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ለይእቲ ፡ ሀገር ፡ ወነበረ ፡ ውስቴታ ።

21:40 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־הֶ֨עָרִ֜ים לִבְנֵ֤י מְרָרִי֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֔ם הַנּוֹתָרִ֖ים מִמִּשְׁפְּח֣וֹת הַלְוִיִּ֑ם וַֽיְהִי֙ גּוֹרָלָ֔ם עָרִ֖ים שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵֽה ׃
πᾶσαι πόλεις τοῖς υἱοῖς Μεραρι κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν τῶν καταλελειμμένων ἀπὸ τῆς φυλῆς Λευι καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια πόλεις δέκα δύο
cum suburbanis suis , singulae per familias distributae .
ወነሥአ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ዝክተ ፡ መጣብኀ ፡ ዘእዝኅ ፡ ዘቦቱ ፡ ገዘሮሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለእለ ፡ ሀለው ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ፍኖት ፡ በገዳም ፡ እስመ ፡ ኢተገዝሩ ፡ በገዳም ፡ ወአንበሮን ፡ ውስተ ፡ ተምናሳረኅ ።
All these were the cities of the children of Merari according to their families, even the rest of the families of the Levites. Their lot was twelve cities.
21:41 ⧉ ⤴︎ כֹּ֚ל עָרֵ֣י הַלְוִיִּ֔ם בְּת֖וֹךְ אֲחֻזַּ֣ת בְּנֵֽי ־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל עָרִ֛ים אַרְבָּעִ֥ים וּשְׁמֹנֶ֖ה וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶֽן ׃
πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις τῶν Λευιτῶν ἐν μέσῳ κατασχέσεως υἱῶν Ισραηλ τεσσαράκοντα ὀκτὼ πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτῶν
Deditque Dominus Deus Israëli omnem terram , quam traditurum se patribus eorum juraverat : et possederunt illam , atque habitaverunt in ea .
ወወሀቦሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ እንተ ፡ መሐለ ፡ ለአበዊሆሙ ፡ ወተወርስዋ ፡ ወነበሩ ፡ ውስቴታ ።
All the cities of the Levites among the possessions of the children of Israel were forty-eight cities with their pasture lands.
21:42 ⧉ ⤴︎ תִּֽהְיֶ֙ינָה֙ הֶעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה עִ֣יר עִ֔יר וּמִגְרָשֶׁ֖יהָ סְבִיבֹתֶ֑יהָ כֵּ֖ן לְכׇל ־הֶעָרִ֥ים הָאֵֽלֶּה ׃ {ס}
κύκλῳ τῶν πόλεων τούτων πόλις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια κύκλῳ τῆς πόλεως πάσαις ταῖς πόλεσιν ταύταις καὶ συνετέλεσεν Ἰησοῦς διαμερίσας τὴν γῆν ἐν τοῖς ὁρίοις αὐτῶν καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ μερίδα τῷ Ἰησοῖ κατὰ πρόσταγμα κυρίου ἔδωκαν αὐτῷ τὴν πόλιν ἣν ᾐτήσατο τὴν Θαμνασαραχ ἔδωκαν αὐτῷ ἐν τῷ ὄρει Εφραιμ καὶ ᾠκοδόμησεν Ἰησοῦς τὴν πόλιν καὶ ᾤκησεν ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ ἔλαβεν Ἰησοῦς τὰς μαχαίρας τὰς πετρίνας ἐν αἷς περιέτεμεν τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ τοὺς γενομένους ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ καὶ ἔθηκεν αὐτὰς ἐν Θαμνασαραχ
Dataque est ab eo pax in omnes per circuitum nationes : nullusque eis hostium resistere ausus est , sed cuncti in eorum ditionem redacti sunt .
ወአዕረፎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምነ ፡ ዐውዶሙ ፡ በከመ ፡ መሐለ ፡ ለአበዊሆሙ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ እንከ ፡ መኑሂ ፡ ዘተቃወሞሙ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ገጾሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ አግብኦሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እዴሆሙ ።
Each of these cities included their pasture lands around them. It was this way with all these cities.
21:43 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתֵּ֤ן יְהֹוָה֙ לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֶ֨ת ־כׇּל ־הָאָ֔רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נִשְׁבַּ֖ע לָתֵ֣ת לַאֲבוֹתָ֑ם וַיִּרָשׁ֖וּהָ וַיֵּ֥שְׁבוּ בָֽהּ ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν κύριος τῷ Ισραηλ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν ἣν ὤμοσεν δοῦναι τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν καὶ κατεκληρονόμησαν αὐτὴν καὶ κατῴκησαν ἐν αὐτῇ
Ne unum quidem verbum , quod illis praestiturum se esse promiserat , irritum fuit , sed rebus expleta sunt omnia .
ወኢተርፈት ፡ አሐቲ ፡ ቃል ፡ እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሠናይት ፡ እንተ ፡ ይቤሎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵሉ ፡ በጽሖሙ ።
So Yahweh gave to Israel all the land which he swore to give to their fathers. They possessed it, and lived in it.
21:44 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיָּ֨נַח יְהֹוָ֤ה לָהֶם֙ מִסָּבִ֔יב כְּכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר ־נִשְׁבַּ֖ע לַאֲבוֹתָ֑ם וְלֹא ־עָ֨מַד אִ֤ישׁ בִּפְנֵיהֶם֙ מִכׇּל ־אֹ֣יְבֵיהֶ֔ם אֵ֚ת כׇּל ־אֹ֣יְבֵיהֶ֔ם נָתַ֥ן יְהֹוָ֖ה בְּיָדָֽם ׃
καὶ κατέπαυσεν αὐτοὺς κύριος κυκλόθεν καθότι ὤμοσεν τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν οὐκ ἀνέστη οὐθεὶς κατενώπιον αὐτῶν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν ἐχθρῶν αὐτῶν πάντας τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτῶν παρέδωκεν κύριος εἰς τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν
— — Yahweh gave them rest all around, according to all that he swore to their fathers. Not a man of all their enemies stood before them. Yahweh delivered all their enemies into their hand.
21:45 ⧉ ⤴︎ לֹא ־נָפַ֣ל דָּבָ֔ר מִכֹּל֙ הַדָּבָ֣ר הַטּ֔וֹב אֲשֶׁר ־דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶל ־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל הַכֹּ֖ל בָּֽא ׃ {פ}
οὐ διέπεσεν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν ῥημάτων τῶν καλῶν ὧν ἐλάλησεν κύριος τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ πάντα παρεγένετο
— — Nothing failed of any good thing which Yahweh had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.
