1:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּקְרָ֖א אֶל ־מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיְדַבֵּ֤ר יְהֹוָה֙ אֵלָ֔יו מֵאֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵ֖ד לֵאמֹֽר ׃
καὶ ἀνεκάλεσεν Μωυσῆν καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος αὐτῷ ἐκ τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου λέγων
Vocavit autem Moysen , et locutus est ei Dominus de tabernaculo testimonii , dicens :
(ኦሪት ፡ ዘሌዋውያን ።)ወጸውዖ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ ወተናገሮ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ደብተራ ፡ ዘመርጡል ፡ ወይቤሎ ፤
Yahweh called to Moses, and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,
1:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ דַּבֵּ֞ר אֶל ־בְּנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵהֶ֔ם אָדָ֗ם כִּֽי ־יַקְרִ֥יב מִכֶּ֛ם קׇרְבָּ֖ן לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה מִן ־הַבְּהֵמָ֗ה מִן ־הַבָּקָר֙ וּמִן ־הַצֹּ֔אן תַּקְרִ֖יבוּ אֶת ־קׇרְבַּנְכֶֽם ׃
λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ὑμῶν ἐὰν προσαγάγῃ δῶρα τῷ κυρίῳ ἀπὸ τῶν κτηνῶν ἀπὸ τῶν βοῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων προσοίσετε τὰ δῶρα ὑμῶν
Loquere filiis Israël , et dices ad eos : Homo , qui obtulerit ex vobis hostiam Domino de pecoribus , id est , de bobus et ovibus offerens victimas ,
በሎሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወአይድዖሙ ፡ እመቦ ፡ ዘአብአ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ መባአ ፡ እምኔክሙ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምእንስሳ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ላህም ፡ ወእምነ ፡ አባግዕ ፡ ታበውኡ ፡ መባአክሙ ።
“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When anyone of you offers an offering to Yahweh, you shall offer your offering of the livestock, from the herd and from the flock.
1:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ אִם ־עֹלָ֤ה קׇרְבָּנוֹ֙ מִן ־הַבָּקָ֔ר זָכָ֥ר תָּמִ֖ים יַקְרִיבֶ֑נּוּ אֶל ־פֶּ֜תַח אֹ֤הֶל מוֹעֵד֙ יַקְרִ֣יב אֹת֔וֹ לִרְצֹנ֖וֹ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָֽה ׃
ἐὰν ὁλοκαύτωμα τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῶν βοῶν ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει πρὸς τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου προσοίσει αὐτὸ δεκτὸν ἐναντίον κυρίου
si holocaustum fuerit ejus oblatio , ac de armento : masculum immaculatum offeret ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii , ad placandum sibi Dominum :
ለእመ ፡ ለሠዊዕ ፡ መባኡ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ላህም ፡ ተባዕተ ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ ያመጽኦ ፡ ኀበ ፡ ኆኅተ ፡ ደብተራ ፡ ዘመርጡል ፡ ያበውኦ ፡ ስጥወ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
“‘If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without defect. He shall offer it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, that he may be accepted before Yahweh.
1:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְסָמַ֣ךְ יָד֔וֹ עַ֖ל רֹ֣אשׁ הָעֹלָ֑ה וְנִרְצָ֥ה ל֖וֹ לְכַפֵּ֥ר עָלָֽיו ׃
καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ καρπώματος δεκτὸν αὐτῷ ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ αὐτοῦ
ponetque manum super caput hostiae , et acceptabilis erit , atque in expiationem ejus proficiens .
ወያነብር ፡ እዴሁ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ርእሱ ፡ ለዝክቱ ፡ ዘአምጽአ ፡ ለሠዊዕ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይሰጠዎ ፡ ወይሰሪ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ በእንቲአሁ ።
He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.
1:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְשָׁחַ֛ט אֶת ־בֶּ֥ן הַבָּקָ֖ר לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה וְ֠הִקְרִ֠יבוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ אֶת ־הַדָּ֔ם וְזָרְק֨וּ אֶת ־הַדָּ֤ם עַל ־הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ סָבִ֔יב אֲשֶׁר ־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד ׃
καὶ σφάξουσι τὸν μόσχον ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ προσοίσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα καὶ προσχεοῦσιν τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν θυρῶν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου
Immolabitque vitulum coram Domino , et offerent filii Aaron sacerdotes sanguinem ejus , fundentes per altaris circuitum , quod est ante ostium tabernaculi :
ወይጠብሕዎ ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ ላህም ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወያመጽኡ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ደሞ ፡ ለሊሆሙ ፡ ካህናት ፡ ወይክዕውዎ ፡ ለደሙ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ዐውዶ ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ ኆኅተ ፡ ደብተራ ፡ ዘመርጡል ።
He shall kill the bull before Yahweh. Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall present the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
1:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהִפְשִׁ֖יט אֶת ־הָעֹלָ֑ה וְנִתַּ֥ח אֹתָ֖הּ לִנְתָחֶֽיהָ ׃
καὶ ἐκδείραντες τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα μελιοῦσιν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη
detractaque pelle hostiae , artus in frusta concident .
ወይወቅዕዎ ፡ ወይፈልጡ ፡ መለያልዮ ፡ ዘዘ ፡ ዚአሁ ።
He shall skin the burnt offering and cut it into pieces.
1:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְ֠נָתְנ֠וּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֧ן הַכֹּהֵ֛ן אֵ֖שׁ עַל ־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְעָרְכ֥וּ עֵצִ֖ים עַל ־הָאֵֽשׁ ׃
καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς πῦρ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν ξύλα ἐπὶ τὸ πῦρ
Et subjicient in altari ignem , strue lignorum ante composita :
ወይወድዩ ፡ እሳተ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ካህናት ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ወይዌጥሑ ፡ ዕፀወ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እሳት ።
The sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar, and lay wood in order on the fire;
1:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְעָרְכ֗וּ בְּנֵ֤י אַהֲרֹן֙ הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים אֵ֚ת הַנְּתָחִ֔ים אֶת ־הָרֹ֖אשׁ וְאֶת ־הַפָּ֑דֶר עַל ־הָעֵצִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל ־הָאֵ֔שׁ אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל ־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ ׃
καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ διχοτομήματα καὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς τὰ ὄντα ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου
et membra quae sunt caesa , desuper ordinantes , caput videlicet , et cuncta quae adhaerent jecori ,
ወይዌጥሑ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ካህናት ፡ ዝክተ ፡ ዘገመዱ ፡ ወርእሰኒ ፡ ወሥብሐኒ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ዕፀው ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ።
and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall lay the pieces, the head, and the fat in order on the wood that is on the fire which is on the altar;
1:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְקִרְבּ֥וֹ וּכְרָעָ֖יו יִרְחַ֣ץ בַּמָּ֑יִם וְהִקְטִ֨יר הַכֹּהֵ֤ן אֶת ־הַכֹּל֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה עֹלָ֛ה אִשֵּׁ֥ה רֵֽיחַ ־נִיח֖וֹחַ לַֽיהֹוָֽה ׃ {ס}
τὰ δὲ ἐγκοίλια καὶ τοὺς πόδας πλυνοῦσιν ὕδατι καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ πάντα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κάρπωμά ἐστιν θυσία ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ
intestinis et pedibus lotis aqua : adolebitque ea sacerdos super altare in holocaustum et suavem odorem Domino .
ወንዋየ ፡ ውስጡ ፡ ወእገሪሁ ፡ የኀፅቡ ፡ በማይ ፡ ወደወድዮ ፡ ካህን ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፤ መሥዋዕት ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘቍርባን ፡ ወመዐዛ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
but he shall wash its innards and its legs with water. The priest shall burn all of it on the altar, for a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
1:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאִם ־מִן ־הַצֹּ֨אן קׇרְבָּנ֧וֹ מִן ־הַכְּשָׂבִ֛ים א֥וֹ מִן ־הָעִזִּ֖ים לְעֹלָ֑ה זָכָ֥ר תָּמִ֖ים יַקְרִיבֶֽנּוּ ׃
ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ ἀπό τε τῶν ἀρνῶν καὶ τῶν ἐρίφων εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει αὐτὸ καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ
Quod si de pecoribus oblatio est , de ovibus sive de capris holocaustum , masculum absque macula offeret :
ወእመሰ ፡ እምነ ፡ አባግዕ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ መባኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እመኒ ፡ በግዕ ፡ ወእመኒ ፡ መሐስእ ፡ ለሠዊዕ ፡ ተባዕተ ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ ያመጽኦ ።
“‘If his offering is from the flock, from the sheep or from the goats, for a burnt offering, he shall offer a male without defect.
1:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְשָׁחַ֨ט אֹת֜וֹ עַ֣ל יֶ֧רֶךְ הַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַ צָפֹ֖נָה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה וְזָרְק֡וּ בְּנֵי֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן הַכֹּהֲנִ֧ים אֶת ־דָּמ֛וֹ עַל ־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב ׃
καὶ σφάξουσιν αὐτὸ ἐκ πλαγίων τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου πρὸς βορρᾶν ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ
immolabitque ad latus altaris , quod respicit ad aquilonem , coram Domino : sanguinem vero illius fundent super altare filii Aaron per circuitum :
ወይጠብሕዎ ፡ በገቦ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ መስዕ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወይክዕው ፡ ደሞ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ አሮን ፡ ካህናት ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐውዱ ።
He shall kill it on the north side of the altar before Yahweh. Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.
1:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְנִתַּ֤ח אֹתוֹ֙ לִנְתָחָ֔יו וְאֶת ־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ וְאֶת ־פִּדְר֑וֹ וְעָרַ֤ךְ הַכֹּהֵן֙ אֹתָ֔ם עַל ־הָֽעֵצִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל ־הָאֵ֔שׁ אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל ־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ ׃
καὶ διελοῦσιν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη καὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν αὐτὰ οἱ ἱερεῖς ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου
dividentque membra , caput , et omnia quae adhaerent jecori , et ponent super ligna , quibus subjiciendus est ignis :
ወይሜትርዎ ፡ በበ ፡ መለያልዩ ፡ ወርእሶኒ ፡ ወሥብሖኒ ፡ ወይዌጥሕዎ ፡ ካህናት ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ዕፀው ፡ ዘዲበ ፡ እሳት ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ።
He shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat. The priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is on the altar,
1:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהַקֶּ֥רֶב וְהַכְּרָעַ֖יִם יִרְחַ֣ץ בַּמָּ֑יִם וְהִקְרִ֨יב הַכֹּהֵ֤ן אֶת ־הַכֹּל֙ וְהִקְטִ֣יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה עֹלָ֣ה ה֗וּא אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה ׃ {פ}
καὶ τὰ ἐγκοίλια καὶ τοὺς πόδας πλυνοῦσιν ὕδατι καὶ προσοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὰ πάντα καὶ ἐπιθήσει ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κάρπωμά ἐστιν θυσία ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ
intestina vero et pedes lavabunt aqua . Et oblata omnia adolebit sacerdos super altare in holocaustum et odorem suavissimum Domino .
ወንዋየ ፡ ውስጡሰ ፡ ወእገሪሁ ፡ የኀፅቡ ፡ በማይ ፡ ወያመጽኦ ፡ ካህን ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ወያነብሮ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፤ ቍርባን ፡ ዘምሥዋዕ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወመዐዛ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
but the innards and the legs he shall wash with water. The priest shall offer the whole, and burn it on the altar. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
1:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאִ֧ם מִן ־הָע֛וֹף עֹלָ֥ה קׇרְבָּנ֖וֹ לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה וְהִקְרִ֣יב מִן ־הַתֹּרִ֗ים א֛וֹ מִן ־בְּנֵ֥י הַיּוֹנָ֖ה אֶת ־קׇרְבָּנֽוֹ ׃
ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν πετεινῶν κάρπωμα προσφέρῃς δῶρον τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ προσοίσει ἀπὸ τῶν τρυγόνων ἢ ἀπὸ τῶν περιστερῶν τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ
Si autem de avibus , holocausti oblatio fuerit Domino , de turturibus , aut pullis columbae ,
ወእመሰ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ አዕዋፍ ፡ ያበውእ ፡ መሥዋዕቶ ፡ ቍርባነ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወያመጽእ ፡ እመ ፡ አኮ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ማዕነቅ ፡ ወእመአኮ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ርግብ ፡ ቍርባኖ ።
“‘If his offering to Yahweh is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall offer his offering from turtledoves or of young pigeons.
1:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהִקְרִיב֤וֹ הַכֹּהֵן֙ אֶל ־הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וּמָלַק֙ אֶת ־רֹאשׁ֔וֹ וְהִקְטִ֖יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה וְנִמְצָ֣ה דָמ֔וֹ עַ֖ל קִ֥יר הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ ׃
καὶ προσοίσει αὐτὸ ὁ ἱερεὺς πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἀποκνίσει τὴν κεφαλήν καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ στραγγιεῖ τὸ αἷμα πρὸς τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου
offeret eam sacerdos ad altare : et retorto ad collum capite , ac rupto vulneris loco , decurrere faciet sanguinem super crepidinem altaris :
ወያመጽኦ ፡ ካህን ፡ ኀበ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ወይመትር ፡ ክሳዶ ፡ ወያነብሮ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ወያነጽፎ ፡ ደሞ ፡ ኀበ ፡ ምንባረ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ።
The priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; and its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar;
1:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהֵסִ֥יר אֶת ־מֻרְאָת֖וֹ בְּנֹצָתָ֑הּ וְהִשְׁלִ֨יךְ אֹתָ֜הּ אֵ֤צֶל הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ קֵ֔דְמָה אֶל ־מְק֖וֹם הַדָּֽשֶׁן ׃
καὶ ἀφελεῖ τὸν πρόλοβον σὺν τοῖς πτεροῖς καὶ ἐκβαλεῖ αὐτὸ παρὰ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κατὰ ἀνατολὰς εἰς τὸν τόπον τῆς σποδοῦ
vesiculam vero gutturis , et plumas projiciet prope altare ad orientalem plagam , in loco in quo cineres effundi solent ,
ወያሴስል ፡ ንዋየ ፡ ውስጡ ፡ ምስለ ፡ ጸጕሩ ፡ ወያወጽኦ ፡ መንገለ ፡ ጽባሒሁ ፡ ኀበ ፡ መንበረ ፡ ሐመዱ ።
and he shall take away its crop and its feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, in the place of the ashes.
1:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְשִׁסַּ֨ע אֹת֣וֹ בִכְנָפָיו֮ לֹ֣א יַבְדִּיל֒ וְהִקְטִ֨יר אֹת֤וֹ הַכֹּהֵן֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה עַל ־הָעֵצִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל ־הָאֵ֑שׁ עֹלָ֣ה ה֗וּא אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה ׃ {ס}
καὶ ἐκκλάσει αὐτὸ ἐκ τῶν πτερύγων καὶ οὐ διελεῖ καὶ ἐπιθήσει αὐτὸ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρός κάρπωμά ἐστιν θυσία ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ
confringetque ascellas ejus , et non secabit , neque ferro dividet eam , et adolebit super altare , lignis igne supposito . Holocaustum est et oblatio suavissimi odoris Domino .
ወይሴብሮ ፡ እምኀበ ፡ ክነፊሁ ፡ ወኢይሜትሮ ፡ ወያነብሮ ፡ ካህን ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምሥዋዕ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ዕፀው ፡ ዘላዕለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ቍርባን ፡ ዘምሥዋዕ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወመዐዛ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
He shall tear it by its wings, but shall not divide it apart. The priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
