3:1
ስምዑ፡ ዘንተ፡ ነገረ፡ ዘይቤለክሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ቤተ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወኲሉ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዘውፅአክሙ፡ እምድረ፡ ግብጽ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል።
Hear this word that Yahweh has spoken against you, children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up out of the land of Egypt, saying:
以色列人哪，你們全家是我從埃及地領上來的，當聽耶和華攻擊你們的話：
3:2
ዳእሙ፡ ኪያሙ፡ አእመርኩ፡ እምኲሉ፡ አሕዛበ፡ ምድር፡ በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ እትቤቀለክሙ፡ በእንተ፡ ኲሉ፡ ኃጢአትክሙ።
“I have only chosen you of all the families of the earth. Therefore I will punish you for all of your sins.”
在地上萬族中，我只認識你們； 因此，我必追討你們的一切罪孽。
3:3
የሐውሩኑ፡ ኀቡረ፡ እንዘ፡ ኢይትራአዩ።
Do two walk together, unless they have agreed?
二人若不同心，豈能同行呢？
3:4
ይጥህርኑ፡ አንበሳ፡ በከ፡ በውስተ፡ ቡ፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ዘይበልዕ፡ ይጥሕርኑ፡ እጓለ፡ አንበሳ፡ በውስተ፡ ግቡ፡ በከ፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ዘይመስጥ።
Will a lion roar in the thicket, when he has no prey? Does a young lion cry out of his den, if he has caught nothing?
獅子若非抓食，豈能在林中咆哮呢？ 少壯獅子若無所得，豈能從洞中發聲呢？
3:5
ወይወድቅኑ፡ ዖፍ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር፡ ዘአተሠግረ፡ ትትጋባእኑ፡ መስገርት፡ ዘእነበለ፡ ተአኀዝ።
Can a bird fall in a trap on the earth, where no snare is set for him? Does a snare spring up from the ground, when there is nothing to catch?
若沒有機檻，雀鳥豈能陷在網羅裏呢？ 網羅若無所得，豈能從地上翻起呢？
3:6
ይነግኁኑ፡ ቀርነ፡ በሀገር፡ ወኢይደነግፁ፡ አሕዛብ፡ ይመጽእኑ፡ እኩይ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገር፡ ዘእግዚአብሔር፡ ኢገብረ።
Does the trumpet alarm sound in a city, without the people being afraid? Does evil happen to a city, and Yahweh hasn’t done it?
城中若吹角，百姓豈不驚恐呢？ 災禍若臨到一城，豈非耶和華所降的嗎？
3:7
እስመ፡ አልቦ፡ ዘይገብር፡ እጊዚአብሔር፡ ዘኢከተ፡ ወዘኢነገረ፡ ለአግብርቲሁ፡ ለነቢያት።
Surely the Lord Yahweh will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.
主耶和華若不將奧祕指示他的僕人－眾先知， 就一無所行。
3:8
አንበሳ፡ ይጥህር፡ ወመኑ፡ ዘኢይፈርህ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ነበበ፡ መኑ፡ ዘኢይተኔበይ።
The lion has roared. Who will not fear? The Lord Yahweh has spoken. Who can but prophesy?
獅子吼叫，誰不懼怕呢？ 主耶和華發命，誰能不說預言呢？
3:9
ዜንውዎሙ፡ ለበሐውርተ፡ ፋርስ፡ ለበሐውርተ፡ ግብጽ፡ ወበልዎሙ፡ ተጋብኡ፡ ውስተ፡ ደብረ፡ ሰማሪያ፡ ወርእዩ፡ ብዙኀ፡ መንክረ፡ በማእከላ፡ ወትዕግልተ፡ ዘውስቴታ።
Proclaim in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, “Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and see what unrest is in her, and what oppression is among them.”
要在亞實突的宮殿中 和埃及地的宮殿裏傳揚說： 你們要聚集在撒馬利亞的山上， 就看見城中有何等大的擾亂與欺壓的事。
3:10
ወኢያእመረት፡ ዘይመጽአ፡ ቅድሜሃ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እለ፡ ዘግቡ፡ ዓመፃ፡ ወሕርትምነ፡ ውስተ፡ በሐውርቲሆሙ።
“Indeed they don’t know to do right,” says Yahweh, “Who hoard plunder and loot in their palaces.”
那些以強暴搶奪財物、 積蓄在自己家中的人 不知道行正直的事。 這是耶和華說的。
3:11
ውነተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ጢሮስ፡ ዘዐውድኪ፡ ይማስን፡ ምድርኪ፡ ወይሥዕሮ፡ ለኃይልኪ፡ እምኔኪ፡ ወይትበረበራ፡ በሐውርትኪ።
Therefore the Lord Yahweh says: “An adversary will overrun the land; and he will pull down your strongholds, and your fortresses will be plundered.”
所以主耶和華如此說： 敵人必來圍攻這地， 使你的勢力衰微， 搶掠你的家宅。
3:12
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይበ፡ እዚአብሔር፡ በከመ፡ ያነግፍ፡ ኖላዊ፡ እምአፈ፡ አንበሳ፡ ክልኤ፡ እረ፡ አው፡ ርእሰ፡ ከማሁ፡ ደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወይፅኡ፡ እለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ በሰማሪያ፡ አህዛበ፡ ደማስቆ።
Yahweh says: “As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed.”
耶和華如此說：「牧人怎樣從獅子口中搶回兩條羊腿或半個耳朵，住撒馬利亞的以色列人躺臥在床角上或鋪繡花毯的榻上，他們得救也不過如此。」
3:13
ስምዑ፡ ካህና፡ ወናሁ፡ እሰምዕ፡ ለቤተ፡ ያዕቆብ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ለኲሎ፡ ይመልክ።
“Listen, and testify against the house of Jacob,” says the Lord Yahweh, the God of Armies.
主耶和華－萬軍之上帝說： 當聽這話，警戒雅各家。
3:14
እስመ፡ በይእቲ፡ ዕለት፡ አመ፡ ተበቀልክዎ፡ ኃጢአቶ፡ ለእስራኤል፡ ወተበቀልኩ፡ ምስዋዓቲሁ፡ ለቤቴል። ወይሰበር፡ አቅርንተ፡ ምስዋዕ፡ ወይወድቅ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር።
“For in the day that I visit the transgressions of Israel on him, I will also visit the altars of Bethel; and the horns of the altar will be cut off, and fall to the ground.
我討以色列罪的日子，也要討伯特利祭壇的罪； 壇角必被砍下，墜落於地。
3:15
ወእክዕዎሙ፡ ወእቀትሎሙ፡ ለቤተ፡ ምክም፡ ዋላቤተ። ሐጋይ፡ ወይትሐጎሉ፡ አብያተ፡ ዘቀርነ፡ ነጌ፡ ወይተከሉ፡ አብያት፡ ካልዖን፡ በዙኃን፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
I will strike the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory will perish, and the great houses will have an end,” says Yahweh.
我要拆毀過冬和過夏的房屋。 象牙的房屋也必毀滅； 高大的房屋都歸無有。 這是耶和華說的。
