3:1
አሌፍ። አነ፡ ብእሲ፡ ዘይሬኢ፡ ተፅናሰ፡ በበትረ፡ መዐቱ።
I am the man who has seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.
我是因耶和華忿怒的杖， 遭遇困苦的人。
3:2
ነሥአኒ፡ ወወሰደኒ፡ ውስተ፡ ጽልመት፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ብርሃን።
He has led me and caused me to walk in darkness, and not in light.
他引導我，使我行在黑暗中， 不行在光明裏。
3:3
ወሜጠ፡ እዴሁ፡ ኀቤየ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዕለተ።
Surely he turns his hand against me again and again all day long.
他真是終日再三反手攻擊我。
3:4
በልየ፡ ሥጋየ፡ ወማእስየ፡ ወተቀጥቀጠ፡ አዕፅምትየ።
He has made my flesh and my skin old. He has broken my bones.
他使我的皮肉枯乾； 他折斷 我的骨頭。
3:5
ቤት። ሐነጸ፡ ጥቅመ፡ ላዕለ፡ ርእስየ። ወሰርሐ፡ ፍኖተ፡ ሕማም፡ ላዕሌየ።
He has built against me, and surrounded me with bitterness and hardship.
他築壘攻擊我， 用苦楚 和艱難圍困我。
3:6
ወውስተ፡ ጽልመት፡ አንበረኒ፡ ከመ፡ ምዉተ፡ ትካት።
He has made me dwell in dark places, as those who have been long dead.
他使我住在幽暗之處， 像死了許久的人一樣。
3:7
ወነደቀ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ወኢይወፅእ፡ ወአክበደ፡ ብርትየ።
He has walled me about, so that I can’t go out. He has made my chain heavy.
他用籬笆圍住我，使我不能出去； 他使我的銅鍊沉重。
3:8
ጋሜል። እጸርሕ፡ ወአአወዩ፡ እስመ፡ ተፈጸመ፡ ጸሎትየ።
Yes, when I cry, and call for help, he shuts out my prayer.
我哀號求救； 他使我的禱告不得上達。
3:9
ዳሌጥ። ወሐነጸ፡ ፍኖትየ፡ በኰኵሕ፡ ወዐጸወ፡ ፍኖትየ።
He has walled up my ways with cut stone. He has made my paths crooked.
他用鑿過的石頭擋住我的道； 他使我的路彎曲。
3:10
ድብ፡ እንተ፡ ትንዑ፡ ውእቱ፡ ሊተ፡ ወከመ፡ አንበሳ፡ ጽሚተ።
He is to me as a bear lying in wait, as a lion in hiding.
他向我如熊埋伏， 如獅子在隱密處。
3:11
ዴገነኒ፡ ወአኅለቀኒ፡ ወረሰየኒ፡ ገዳመ።
He has turned away my path, and pulled me in pieces. He has made me desolate.
他使我轉離正路， 將我撕碎，使我淒涼。
3:12
ሄ። ወሰቀ፡ ቀስቶ፡ ወአቀመኒ፡ ከመ፡ መጠራ፡ ለሐፅ።
He has bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
他張弓將我當作箭靶子。
3:13
ወነደፈኒ፡ ውስተ፡ ኵልያትየ፡ በአሕፃሁ።
He has caused the shafts of his quiver to enter into my kidneys.
他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
3:14
ወኮንኩ፡ ሰሐቀ፡ ለኵሉ፡ ሕዝብየ፡ ወየኀልዩኒ፡ ኵሎ፡ አሚረ።
I have become a derision to all my people, and their song all day long.
我成了眾民的笑話； 他們終日以我為歌曲。
3:15
ዋው። አጽገበኒ፡ ሕምዘ፡ ወአርወየኒ፡ ሐሞተ።
He has filled me with bitterness. He has stuffed me with wormwood.
他用苦楚充滿我，使我飽用茵蔯。
3:16
ወሰበረ፡ ስነንየ፡ በኆጻ፡ ወአቅምሐኒ፡ ሐመደ።
He has also broken my teeth with gravel. He has covered me with ashes.
他又用沙石磣斷我的牙， 用灰塵將我蒙蔽。
3:17
ቀብጸት፡ ነፍስየ፡ ሰላመ፡ ወረሳዕክዋ፡ ለሠናይት።
You have removed my soul far away from peace. I forgot prosperity.
你使我遠離平安， 我忘記好處。
3:18
ወሐጐልኩ፡ ተስፋየ፡ ወትውክልትየ፡ በኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
I said, “My strength has perished, along with my expectation from Yahweh.”
我就說：我的力量衰敗； 我在耶和華那裏毫無指望！
3:19
ዛይ። ተዘከርኩ፡ ተፅናስየ፡ ወተሰዶትየ፡ ወምረተ፡ ሕምዝየ።
Remember my affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the bitterness.
耶和華啊，求你記念我 如茵蔯和苦膽的困苦窘迫。
3:20
ወዐንበዘት፡ ነፍስየ፡ በላዕሌየ።
My soul still remembers them, and is bowed down within me.
我心想念這些， 就在裏面憂悶。
3:21
ወአነብር፡ ውስተ፡ ልብየ፡ በእተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ እትዔገሥ።
This I recall to my mind; therefore I have hope.
我想起這事， 心裏就有指望。
3:22
ሔት። ምሕረተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ ኢኀልቀ፡ ወኢተፈጸመ፡ ሣህሉ።
It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail.
我們不致消滅， 是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛； 是因他的憐憫不致斷絕。
3:23
ሐዳሳት፡ ለለ፡ ጽባሕ፡ ብዝኀ፡ ጽድቅከ።
They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness.
每早晨，這都是新的； 你的誠實極其廣大！
3:24
ክፍልየ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ትቤ፡ ነፍስየ፡ በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ እጸንሕ።
“Yahweh is my portion,” says my soul. “Therefore I will hope in him.”
我心裏說：耶和華是我的分， 因此，我要仰望他。
3:25
ጤት። ኄር፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለእለ፡ ይትዔገሥዎ።
Yahweh is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
凡等候耶和華，心裏尋求他的， 耶和華必施恩給他。
3:26
ለነፍስ፡ እንተ፡ ተኀሥሥ፡ በሠናይ፡ ወትትዔገሥ፡ ወታረምም፡ ለመድኀኒተ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Yahweh.
人仰望耶和華， 靜默等候他的救恩， 這原是好的。
3:27
ጤት። ሠናይ፡ ለብእሲ፡ ሶበ፡ ይነሥእ፡ አርዑቶ፡ እምንእሱ።
It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
人在幼年負軛， 這原是好的。
3:28
ወይነብር፡ ባሕቲቱ፡ ወይፃሙ፡ ሶበ፡ አንሥኡ፡ ላዕሌሁ።
Let him sit alone and keep silence, because he has laid it on him.
他當獨坐無言， 因為這是耶和華加在他身上的。
3:29
ይወዲ፡ ውስተ፡ መሬት፡ አፉሁ፡ ዮጊ፡ በተስፋ።
Let him put his mouth in the dust, if it is so that there may be hope.
他當口貼塵埃， 或者有指望。
3:30
ዮድ። ይመይጥ፡ መልታሕቶ፡ ለዘይጸፍዖ፡ ወይጸግብ፡ ጽዕለተ።
Let him give his cheek to him who strikes him. Let him be filled full of reproach.
他當由人打他的腮頰， 要滿受凌辱。
3:31
እስመ፡ ኢይገድፎሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለዓለም።
For the Lord will not cast off forever.
因為主必不永遠丟棄人。
3:32
ካፍ። እስመ፡ ዘአሕመመ፡ ይሠሀል፡ በከመ፡ ብዝኀ፡ ምሕረቱ።
For though he causes grief, yet he will have compassion according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
主雖使人憂愁， 還要照他諸般的慈愛發憐憫。
3:33
እስመ፡ ኢተቈጥዐ፡ ልቡ፡ ወኢያሕመመ፡ ደቂቀ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው።
For he does not afflict willingly, nor grieve the children of men.
因他並不甘心使人受苦， 使人憂愁。
3:34
ላሜድ። ከመ፡ ያኅሥር፡ በታሕተ፡ እገሪሁ፡ ለኵሉ፡ ኅሡራነ፡ ምድር።
To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth,
人將世上被囚的踹 在腳下，
3:35
ከመ፡ ይሚጥ፡ ፍትሐ፡ ብእሲ፡ በቅድመ፡ ገጸ፡ ልዑል።
to turn away the right of a man before the face of the Most High,
或在至高者面前屈枉人，
3:36
ይደይ፡ ብእሴ፡ ውስተ፡ ኵነኔ፡ ሶበ፡ ይኴንን፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኢአዘዘ።
to subvert a man in his cause, the Lord doesn’t approve.
或在人的訟事上顛倒是非， 這都是主看不上的。
3:37
መኑ፡ ዘይቤ፡ ወይከውን፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኢአዘዘ።
Who is he who says, and it comes to pass, when the Lord doesn’t command it?
除非主命定， 誰能說成就成呢？
3:38
ወእምአፈ፡ ልዑል፡ ዘኢወፅአ፡ እኩይኒ፡ ወሠናይኒ።
Doesn’t evil and good come out of the mouth of the Most High?
禍福不都出於至高者的口嗎？
3:39
ሜም። ለምንት፡ ያንጐረጕር፡ ሰብእ፡ እንዘ፡ ሕያው፡ ብእሲ፡ በእንተ፡ ኀጢአቱ።
Why should a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
活人因自己的罪受罰， 為何發怨言呢？
3:40
ኖን። ንሕትት፡ ፍኖተነ፡ ወንኀሥሦ፡ ወንትመየጥ፡ ኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Yahweh.
我們當深深考察自己的行為， 再歸向耶和華。
3:41
ናንሥእ፡ ልበነ፡ ወእደዊነ፡ ኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሰማየ።
Let’s lift up our heart with our hands to God in the heavens.
我們當誠心向天上的上帝舉手禱告。
3:42
ንሕነ፡ አበስነ፡ ወጌገይነ፡ አንተኒ፡ ኢመሐከነ።
“We have transgressed and have rebelled. You have not pardoned.
我們犯罪背逆， 你並不赦免。
3:43
ሳምኬት። ደፈንከነ፡ በመዐትከ፡ ወሰደድከነ፡ ወቀተልከነ፡ ወኢመሐከነ።
“You have covered us with anger and pursued us. You have killed. You have not pitied.
你自被怒氣遮蔽，追趕我們； 你施行殺戮，並不顧惜。
3:44
ጸለልከነ፡ በደመና፡ እምወፂእ፡ ለምዕራገ፡ ጸሎትነ።
You have covered yourself with a cloud, so that no prayer can pass through.
你以黑雲遮蔽自己， 以致禱告不得透入。
3:45
ዔ። ከመ፡ ንሕምም፡ ወከመ፡ ኢንርአይ፡ አንበርከነ፡ ማእከለ፡ አሕዛብ።
You have made us an off-scouring and refuse in the middle of the peoples.
你使我們在萬民中成為污穢和渣滓。
3:46
ከሠቱ፡ አፉሆሙ፡ ላዕሌነ፡ ኵሉ፡ ፀርነ።
“All our enemies have opened their mouth wide against us.
我們的仇敵都向我們大大張口。
3:47
ፍርሃት፡ ወረዓድ፡ አኀዘነ፡ ሙስና፡ ወቅጥቃጤ።
Terror and the pit have come on us, devastation and destruction.”
恐懼和陷坑，殘害和毀滅， 都臨近我們。
3:48
ፈለገ፡ ማይ፡ ይውሕዝ፡ እምአዕይንቲነ፡ በእንተ፡ ቅጥቃጤሃ፡ ለወለተ፡ ሕዝብየ።
My eye runs down with streams of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
因我眾民遭的毀滅， 我就眼淚下流如河。
3:49
ፌ። ዐይንየ፡ ተደፍነት፡ ወኢያረምም፡ እንከ፡ እምአልዕሎ።
My eye pours down and doesn’t cease, without any intermission,
我的眼多多流淚， 總不止息，
3:50
እስከ፡ ይሬኢ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እምሰማይ።
until Yahweh looks down, and sees from heaven.
直等耶和華垂顧， 從天觀看。
3:51
ዐይንየ፡ አሕመሞ፡ ለነፍስየ፡ በእንተ፡ ኵሉ፡ አዋልደ፡ ሀገርየ።
My eye affects my soul, because of all the daughters of my city.
因我本城的眾民， 我的眼，使我的心傷痛。
3:52
ጻዴ። ንዒወ፡ ነዐዉኒ፡ ከመ፡ ዖፍ፡ ኵሉ፡ ፀርየ፡ በከንቱ።
They have chased me relentlessly like a bird, those who are my enemies without cause.
無故與我為仇的追逼我， 像追雀鳥一樣。
3:53
ወቀተሉ፡ ሕይወትየ፡ በውስተ፡ ዓዘቅት፡ ወከደኑኒ፡ እብነ።
They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and have cast a stone on me.
他們使我的命在牢獄中斷絕， 並將一塊石頭拋在我身上。
3:54
ተክዕወ፡ ማይ፡ ላዕለ፡ ርእስየ፡ እቤ፡ ተኀድጉ፡ እምኔሁ።
Waters flowed over my head. I said, “I am cut off.”
眾水流過我頭， 我說：我命斷絕了！
3:55
ቆፍ። ጸዋዕኩ፡ ስመከ፡ እግዚኦ፡ እምግብ፡ ታሕቲት።
I called on your name, Yahweh, out of the lowest dungeon.
耶和華啊， 我從深牢中求告你的名。
3:56
ወሰማዕከኒ፡ ቃልየ፡ ወኢትሚጥ፡ እዝነከ፡ እምነ፡ እስለትየ።
You heard my voice: “Don’t hide your ear from my sighing, and my cry.”
你曾聽見我的聲音； 我求你解救， 你不要掩耳不聽。
3:57
ቀረብከ፡ በዕለተ፡ እጼውዐከ፡ ወትቤ፡ ኢትፍራህ።
You came near in the day that I called on you. You said, “Don’t be afraid.”
我求告你的日子，你臨近我， 說：不要懼怕！
3:58
ሬስ። ኰነንከ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ኵነኔ፡ ነፍስየ፡ ወቤዘውከ፡ ሕይወትየ።
Lord, you have pleaded the causes of my soul. You have redeemed my life.
主啊，你伸明了我的冤； 你救贖了我的命。
3:59
ርኢከ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዘይመክሩ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ፈታሕከ፡ ፍትሕየ።
Yahweh, you have seen my wrong. Judge my cause.
耶和華啊，你見了我受的委屈； 求你為我伸冤。
3:60
ርኢከ፡ ኵሎ፡ ተበቅሎቶሙ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ሕሊናሆሙ፡ ብየ።
You have seen all their vengeance and all their plans against me.
他們仇恨我，謀害我， 你都看見了。
3:61
ሳን። ሰማዕከ፡ ኵሎ፡ ጽዕለቶሙ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ሕሊናሆሙ፡ ላዕሌየ።
You have heard their reproach, Yahweh, and all their plans against me,
耶和華啊，你聽見他們辱罵我的話， 知道他們向我所設的計，
3:62
ወዘአሖሱ፡ ከናፍሪሆሙ፡ ብየ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዕለተ።
the lips of those that rose up against me, and their plots against me all day long.
並那些起來攻擊我的人口中所說的話， 以及終日向我所設的計謀。
3:63
ንብረቶሙ፡ ወተንሥኦቶሙ፡ ርኢ፡ አነ፡ ማኅሌቶሙ።
You see their sitting down and their rising up. I am their song.
求你觀看， 他們坐下，起來，都以我為歌曲。
3:64
ፍድዮሙ፡ ወተበቀሎሙ፡ በከመ፡ ምግባረ፡ እደዊሆሙ።
You will pay them back, Yahweh, according to the work of their hands.
耶和華啊，你要按着他們手所做的 向他們施行報應。
3:65
ታው። ሀቦሙ፡ ሕማመ፡ ልብ፡ ወመርገምከ።
You will give them hardness of heart, your curse to them.
你要使他們心裏剛硬， 使你的咒詛臨到他們。
3:66
ስድዶሙ፡ በመዐትከ፡ ወአጥፍኦሙ፡ እምታሕተ፡ ሰማይ፡ እግዚኦ፡ በከመ፡ እከየ፡ ልቦሙ።
You will pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of Yahweh.
你要發怒追趕他們， 從耶和華的天下除滅他們。
