1:1
ተረፈ፡ ነነዌ፡ መጽሐፈ፡ ራእዩ፡ ለናሆም፡ ልደ፡ ሔልቂዮስ።
A revelation about Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite.
論尼尼微的默示，就是伊勒歌斯人那鴻所得的默示。
1:2
እግዚአብሔር፡ ቀናኢ፡ ወመስተበቅል፡ ወይትቤቀሎሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይትቤቀሎሙ፡ እግዚአብር፡ በመዐቱ፡ ለፅሩ፡ ወያጠፍኦሙ።
Yahweh is a jealous God and avenges. Yahweh avenges and is full of wrath. Yahweh takes vengeance on his adversaries, and he maintains wrath against his enemies.
耶和華是忌邪施報的上帝。 耶和華施報大有忿怒； 向他的敵人施報， 向他的仇敵懷怒。
1:3
እግዚአብሔር፡ መስተዐግስ፡ ወዓቢይ፡ ኃይሉ፡ ወንጹሕኒ፡ አልቦ፡ ንጹሐ፡ በኀቤሁ። እግዚአብሔር፡ በፍጽም፡ ወበድልቅልቅ፡ ፍኖቱ፡ ወደመና፡ ጸበለ፡ እገሪሁ።
Yahweh is slow to anger, and great in power, and will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. Yahweh has his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
耶和華不輕易發怒，大有能力， 萬不以有罪的為無罪。 他乘旋風和暴風而來， 雲彩為他腳下的塵土。
1:4
ወያጠፍኦ፡ ለባሕር፡ ዋያየብሳ፡ ወያነፅፎሙ፡ ለኲሎሙ፡ አፍላግ፡ ኀልቁ፡ ባሳን፡ ወቀርሜሎስ፡ ወጠፍአ፡ ፍሬ፡ ሊባኖስ።
He rebukes the sea and makes it dry, and dries up all the rivers. Bashan and Carmel languish. The flower of Lebanon languishes.
他斥責海，使海乾了， 使一切江河乾涸。 巴珊和迦密的樹林衰殘； 黎巴嫩的花草也衰殘了。
1:5
ወአንቀልቀሉ፡ አድባር፡ እምኔሁ፡ ወእለቅለቁ፡ አውግር፡ ወደንገፀት፡ ኲላ፡ ምድር፡ እምቅድመ፡ ገጹ፡ ወኲሎሙ፡ እለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስቴታ።
The mountains quake before him, and the hills melt away. The earth trembles at his presence, yes, the world, and all who dwell in it.
大山因他震動； 小山也都消化。 大地在他面前突起； 世界和住在其間的也都如此。
1:6
ወመኑ፡ ይትቃወማ፡ ለመቅሠተ፡ መአቱ፡ ወመዐቱሂ፡ ይመስዎሙ፡ ለአርእስቲሆሙ፡ ወይትቀጠቀጥ፡ ኮኲሕ፡ እምኔሁ።
Who can stand before his indignation? Who can endure the fierceness of his anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken apart by him.
他發忿恨，誰能立得住呢？ 他發烈怒，誰能當得起呢？ 他的忿怒如火傾倒； 磐石因他崩裂。
1:7
ኄር፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለእ፡ ይትዔገስዎ፡ በዕለተ፡ ምንዳቤሆሙ፡ ወየአምሮሙ፡ ለእ፡ ይፈርህዎ።
Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.
耶和華本為善， 在患難的日子為人的保障， 並且認得那些投靠他的人。
1:8
ወይሬስዮሙ፡ ለእለ፡ ትነስኡ፡ ከመ፡ ይኀልቁ፡ በፍኖተ፡ አይኀ፡ ወዴገኖሙ፡ ጽልመት፡ ለፀሩ።
But with an overflowing flood, he will make a full end of her place, and will pursue his enemies into darkness.
但他必以漲溢的洪水淹沒尼尼微， 又驅逐仇敵進入黑暗。
1:9
ምንተ፡ ትሔልየ፡ ላዕለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ናሁ፡ ለውእቱ፡ ይገብር፡ ማኀለቅተ፡ ወኢይትቤቀል፡ ካዕበ፡ ኀቡረ፡ በሕማም።
What do you plot against Yahweh? He will make a full end. Affliction won’t rise up the second time.
尼尼微人哪，設何謀攻擊耶和華呢？ 他必將你們滅絕淨盡； 災難不再興起。
1:10
አወስከ፡ መሠረቶሙ፡ ማሰኑ፡ ወትትበላዕ፡ ከመ፡ ብልዐ፡ ፃፄ፡ ወመልአት፡ ከመ፡ ባሕሩስ፡ ይቡስ።
For entangled like thorns, and drunken as with their drink, they are consumed utterly like dry stubble.
你們像叢雜的荊棘， 像喝醉了的人， 又如枯乾的碎稭全然燒滅。
1:11
እስመ፡ እምኑከ፡ ይወፅእ፡ ሕሊና፡ እኩይ፡ ላዕለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወትመክር፡ ህሡመ።
One has gone out of you who devises evil against Yahweh, who counsels wickedness.
有一人從你那裏出來， 圖謀邪惡，設惡計攻擊耶和華。
1:12
ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሁር፡ ዘያውኀዝ፡ ብዙሕ፡ ማየ፡ ወያፅፎ፡ ከማሁ፡ ወነገርከሂ፡ ኢይሰማፅ፡ እንከ።
Yahweh says: “Though they are in full strength and likewise many, even so they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.
耶和華如此說： 尼尼微雖然勢力充足，人數繁多， 也被剪除，歸於無有。 猶大啊，我雖然使你受苦， 卻不再使你受苦。
1:13
ወይእዜኒ፡ እቀጠቅጣ፡ ለበርሩ፡ እምኔከ፡ ወእበትክ፡ ማኅሜከ።
Now I will break his yoke from off you, and will burst your bonds apart.”
現在我必從你頸項上折斷他的軛， 扭開他的繩索。
1:14
ወይእዜዝ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በእንቲአከ፡ ከመ፡ ኢይሰማዕ፡ ስምከ፡ ወዓዲ፡ እሤርዎ፡ ለግልፎከ፡ ወለስብኮከ፡ እምቤተ፡ አምላክከ፡ ወፍጡነ፡ እሬስያ፡ መቃብሪከ።
Yahweh has commanded concerning you: “No more descendants will bear your name. Out of the house of your gods, I will cut off the engraved image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile.”
耶和華已經出令，指着尼尼微說： 你名下的人必不留後； 我必從你神的廟中除滅雕刻的偶像和鑄造的偶像； 我必因你鄙陋，使你歸於墳墓。
1:15
ናሁ፡ ውስተ፡ አድባር፡ እገሪሆሙ፡ ለሰብአ፡ ዜና፡ ወይዜንው፡ ሰላመ፡ ገበር፡ በዐለከ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ወፍዲ፡ ብፅዓቲከ፡ እስመ፡ ኢይደግሙ፡ እንከ፡ ዋኢይመጽኡ፡ ይትጋደሉከ፡ ኀልቀ፡ ወተሥዕረ።
Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace! Keep your feasts, Judah! Perform your vows, for the wicked one will no more pass through you. He is utterly cut off.
看哪，有報好信傳平安之人的腳登山，說： 猶大啊，可以守你的節期， 還你所許的願吧！ 因為那惡人不再從你中間經過， 他已滅絕淨盡了。
