21:1
Dixit quoque Dominus ad Moysen : Loquere ad sacerdotes filios Aaron, et dices ad eos : Ne contaminetur sacerdos in mortibus civium suorum,
Yahweh said to Moses, “Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron, and say to them, ‘A priest shall not defile himself for the dead among his people,
耶和華對摩西說：「你告訴亞倫子孫作祭司的說：祭司不可為民中的死人沾染自己，
21:2
nisi tantum in consanguineis, ac propinquis, id est, super patre et matre, et filio, et filia, fratre quoque,
except for his relatives that are near to him: for his mother, for his father, for his son, for his daughter, for his brother,
除非為他骨肉之親的父母、兒女、弟兄，
21:3
et sorore virgine quae non est nupta viro :
and for his virgin sister who is near to him, who has had no husband; for her he may defile himself.
和未曾出嫁、作處女的姊妹，才可以沾染自己。
21:4
sed nec in principe populi sui contaminabitur.
He shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.
祭司既在民中為首，就不可從俗沾染自己。
21:5
Non radent caput, nec barbam, neque in carnibus suis facient incisuras.
“‘They shall not shave their heads or shave off the corners of their beards or make any cuttings in their flesh.
不可使頭光禿；不可剃除鬍鬚的周圍，也不可用刀劃身。
21:6
Sancti erunt Deo suo, et non polluent nomen ejus : incensum enim Domini, et panes Dei sui offerunt, et ideo sancti erunt.
They shall be holy to their God, and not profane the name of their God, for they offer the offerings of Yahweh made by fire, the bread of their God. Therefore they shall be holy.
要歸上帝為聖，不可褻瀆上帝的名；因為耶和華的火祭，就是上帝的食物，是他們獻的，所以他們要成為聖。
21:7
Scortum et vile prostibulum non ducent uxorem, nec eam quae repudiata est a marito : quia consecrati sunt Deo suo,
“‘They shall not marry a woman who is a prostitute, or profane. A priest shall not marry a woman divorced from her husband; for he is holy to his God.
不可娶妓女或被污的女人為妻，也不可娶被休的婦人為妻，因為祭司是歸上帝為聖。
21:8
et panes propositionis offerunt. Sint ergo sancti, quia et ego sanctus sum, Dominus qui sanctifico eos.
Therefore you shall sanctify him, for he offers the bread of your God. He shall be holy to you, for I Yahweh, who sanctify you, am holy.
所以你要使他成聖，因為他奉獻你上帝的食物；你要以他為聖，因為我－使你們成聖的耶和華－是聖的。
21:9
Sacerdotis filia si deprehensa fuerit in stupro, et violaverit nomen patris sui, flammis exuretur.
“‘The daughter of any priest, if she profanes herself by playing the prostitute, she profanes her father. She shall be burned with fire.
祭司的女兒若行淫辱沒自己，就辱沒了父親，必用火將她焚燒。
21:10
Pontifex, id est, sacerdos maximus inter fratres suos, super cujus caput fusum est unctionis oleum, et cujus manus in sacerdotio consecratae sunt, vestitusque est sanctis vestibus, caput suum non discooperiet, vestimenta non scindet :
“‘He who is the high priest among his brothers, upon whose head the anointing oil is poured, and who is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not let the hair of his head hang loose, or tear his clothes.
「在弟兄中作大祭司、頭上倒了膏油、又承接聖職、穿了聖衣的，不可蓬頭散髮，也不可撕裂衣服。
21:11
et ad omnem mortuum non ingredietur omnino : super patre quoque suo et matre non contaminabitur.
He must not go in to any dead body, or defile himself for his father or for his mother.
不可挨近死屍，也不可為父母沾染自己。
21:12
Nec egredietur de sanctis, ne polluat sanctuarium Domini, quia oleum sanctae unctionis Dei sui super eum est. Ego Dominus.
He shall not go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him. I am Yahweh.
不可出聖所，也不可褻瀆上帝的聖所，因為上帝膏油的冠冕在他頭上。我是耶和華。
21:13
Virginem ducet uxorem :
“‘He shall take a wife in her virginity.
他要娶處女為妻。
21:14
viduam autem et repudiatam, et sordidam, atque meretricem non accipiet, sed puellam de populo suo :
He shall not marry a widow, or one divorced, or a woman who has been defiled, or a prostitute. He shall take a virgin of his own people as a wife.
寡婦或是被休的婦人，或是被污為妓的女人，都不可娶；只可娶本民中的處女為妻。
21:15
ne commisceat stirpem generis sui vulgo gentis suae : quia ego Dominus, qui sanctifico eum.
He shall not profane his offspring among his people, for I am Yahweh who sanctifies him.’”
不可在民中辱沒他的兒女，因為我是叫他成聖的耶和華。」
21:16
Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens :
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
耶和華對摩西說：
21:17
Loquere ad Aaron : Homo de semine tuo per familias qui habuerit maculam, non offeret panes Deo suo,
“Say to Aaron, ‘None of your offspring throughout their generations who has a defect may approach to offer the bread of his God.
「你告訴亞倫說：你世世代代的後裔，凡有殘疾的，都不可近前來獻他上帝的食物。
21:18
nec accedet ad ministerium ejus : si caecus fuerit, si claudus, si parvo vel grandi, vel torto naso,
For whatever man he is that has a defect, he shall not draw near: a blind man, or a lame, or he who has a flat nose, or any deformity,
因為凡有殘疾的，無論是瞎眼的、瘸腿的、塌鼻子的、肢體有餘的、
21:19
si fracto pede, si manu,
or a man who has an injured foot, or an injured hand,
折腳折手的、
21:20
si gibbus, si lippus, si albuginem habens in oculo, si jugem scabiem, si impetiginem in corpore, vel herniosus.
or hunchbacked, or a dwarf, or one who has a defect in his eye, or an itching disease, or scabs, or who has damaged testicles.
駝背的、矮矬的、眼睛有毛病的、長癬的、長疥的，或是損壞腎子的，都不可近前來。
21:21
Omnis qui habuerit maculam de semine Aaron sacerdotis, non accedet offerre hostias Domino, nec panes Deo suo :
No man of the offspring of Aaron the priest who has a defect shall come near to offer the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. Since he has a defect, he shall not come near to offer the bread of his God.
祭司亞倫的後裔，凡有殘疾的，都不可近前來，將火祭獻給耶和華。他有殘疾，不可近前來獻上帝的食物。
21:22
vescetur tamen panibus qui offeruntur in sanctuario,
He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy.
上帝的食物，無論是聖的，至聖的，他都可以吃。
21:23
ita dumtaxat, ut intra velum non ingrediatur, nec accedat ad altare, quia maculam habet, et contaminare non debet sanctuarium meum. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico eos.
He shall not come near to the veil, nor come near to the altar, because he has a defect; that he may not profane my sanctuaries, for I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.’”
但不可進到幔子前，也不可就近壇前；因為他有殘疾，免得褻瀆我的聖所。我是叫他成聖的耶和華。」
21:24
Locutus est ergo Moyses ad Aaron, et ad filios ejus, et ad omnem Israël cuncta quae fuerant sibi imperata.
So Moses spoke to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel.
於是，摩西曉諭亞倫和亞倫的子孫，並以色列眾人。
