8:1 ወአዛዝኤል፡ መሀሮሙ፡ ለሰብእ፡ ገቢረ፡ አስይፍት፡ ወመጥባሕት፡ ወወልታ፡ ወድርዐ፡ እንግድዓ፡ ወአርአዮሙ፡ ለዘእምድኅሬሆሙ፡ ወምግባራቲሆሙ፡ አውቃፋተ፡ ወሠርጐ፡ ወተኵሕሎተ፡ ወአሠንዮ፡ ቀራንብት፡ ወእብነ፡ እምኵሉ፡ እብን፡ ክቡር፡ ወኅሩይ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ጥምዐታተ፡ ኅብር፡ ወተውላጠ፡ ዓለም።亞撒謝教導世人製造刀劍、利刃、盾牌與護心鏡，又使他們認識地上的金屬與冶煉之術，以及手鐲、飾物、銻粉的使用、修飾眼瞼之法，並各樣寶貴的石頭與一切染色之術。And Azâzêl taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals 〈of the earth〉 and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures.
8:2 ወኮነ፡ ርስዐት፡ ዐቢይ፡ ወዘምዎ፡ ወስሕቱ፡ ወማሰነ፡ ኵሉ፡ ፍናዊሆሙ።於是大有不敬虔之事興起，他們行淫，受了迷惑，在一切所行的路上都變為敗壞。And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways.
8:3 አሜዛራክ፡ መሀረ፡ ኵሎ፡ መሳብዕያነ፡ ወመታርያነ፡ ሥርዋት፡ አርሚሮስ፡ ፈትሐ፡ ስብዓታተ፡ ወበራቅኤል፡ ረኣይያነ፡ ከዋክብት፡ ወኮከብኤል፡ ትእምርታተ፡ ወጥምኤል፡ መሀረ፡ ራእየ፡ ኮከብ፡ ወአስራድኤል፡ መሀረ፡ ሩጸተ፡ ወርኅ።西米雅撒教導法術與割取樹根之術，亞瑪洛斯教導解除法術之法，巴拉吉雅珥教導占星術，可加比珥教導星宿之學，以西結珥教導觀雲之識，亞拉基珥教導地上的兆頭，珊西珥教導日頭的兆頭，撒利珥教導月亮的運行。Semjâzâ taught enchantments, and root-cuttings, Armârôs the resolving of enchantments, Barâqîjâl (taught) astrology, Kôkabêl the constellations, Êzêqêêl the knowledge of the clouds, 〈Araqiêl the signs of the earth, Shamsiêl the signs of the sun〉, and Sariêl the course of the moon.
8:4 ወበህጕለተ፡ ሰብእ፡ ጸርሑ፡ ሰብእ፡ ወበጽሐ፡ ቃሎሙ፡ ሰማየ።世人滅亡之際，他們哀號，他們的呼聲就上達於天……And as men perished, they cried, and their cry went up to heaven . . .
