約翰福音 第 6 章（上），希臘文原文誦讀，附中英對照字幕與逐節跳轉。這事以後，耶穌渡過加利利海，就是提比哩亞海。
6:1 Μετὰ ταῦτα ἀπῆλθεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς πέραν τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς Γαλιλαίας τῆς Τιβεριάδος·這事以後，耶穌渡過加利利海，就是提比哩亞海。After these things, Jesus went away to the other side of the sea of Galilee, which is also called the Sea of Tiberias.
6:2 ἠκολούθει δὲ αὐτῷ ὄχλος πολύς, ὅτι ἑώρων τὰ σημεῖα ἃ ἐποίει ἐπὶ τῶν ἀσθενούντων.有許多人因為看見他在病人身上所行的神蹟，就跟隨他。A great multitude followed him, because they saw his signs which he did on those who were sick.
6:3 ἀνῆλθεν δὲ εἰς τὸ ὄρος Ἰησοῦς, καὶ ἐκεῖ ἐκαθέζετο μετὰ τῶν μαθητῶν αὐτοῦ.耶穌上了山，和門徒一同坐在那裏。Jesus went up into the mountain, and he sat there with his disciples.
6:4 ἦν δὲ ἐγγὺς τὸ πάσχα, ἡ ἑορτὴ τῶν Ἰουδαίων.那時猶太人的逾越節近了。Now the Passover, the feast of the Jews, was at hand.
6:5 ἐπάρας οὖν τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ θεασάμενος ὅτι πολὺς ὄχλος ἔρχεται πρὸς αὐτὸν λέγει πρὸς Φίλιππον· πόθεν ἀγοράσωμεν ἄρτους ἵνα φάγωσιν οὗτοι;耶穌舉目看見許多人來，就對腓力說：「我們從哪裏買餅叫這些人吃呢？」（Jesus therefore, lifting up his eyes and seeing that a great multitude was coming to him, said to Philip, “Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?”
6:6 τοῦτο δὲ ἔλεγεν πειράζων αὐτόν· αὐτὸς γὰρ ᾔδει τί ἔμελλεν ποιεῖν.他說這話是要試驗腓力；他自己原知道要怎樣行。）He said this to test him, for he himself knew what he would do.
6:7 ἀποκρίνεται αὐτῷ ὁ Φίλιππος, διακοσίων δηναρίων ἄρτοι οὐκ ἀρκοῦσιν αὐτοῖς, ἵνα ἕκαστος βραχύ τι λάβῃ.腓力回答說：「就是二十兩銀子的餅，叫他們各人吃一點也是不夠的。」Philip answered him, “Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may receive a little.”
6:8 λέγει αὐτῷ εἷς ἐκ τῶν μαθητῶν αὐτοῦ, Ἀνδρέας ὁ ἀδελφὸς Σίμωνος Πέτρου·有一個門徒，就是西門‧彼得的兄弟安得烈，對耶穌說：One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him,
6:9 ἔστιν παιδάριον ὧδε ὃς ἔχει πέντε ἄρτους κριθίνους καὶ δύο ὀψάρια· ἀλλὰ ταῦτα τί ἐστιν εἰς τοσούτους;「在這裏有一個孩童，帶着五個大麥餅、兩條魚，只是分給這許多人還算甚麼呢？」“There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these among so many?”
6:10 εἶπεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ποιήσατε τοὺς ἀνθρώπους ἀναπεσεῖν. ἦν δὲ χόρτος πολὺς ἐν τῷ τόπῳ. ἀνέπεσαν οὖν οἱ ἄνδρες τὸν ἀριθμὸν ὡς πεντακισχίλιοι.耶穌說：「你們叫眾人坐下。」原來那地方的草多，眾人就坐下，數目約有五千。Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in that place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
6:11 ἔλαβεν οὖν τοὺς ἄρτους ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ εὐχαρίστησεν καὶ ἔδωκεν τοῖς ἀνακειμένοις, ὁμοίως καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὀψαρίων ὅσον ἤθελον.耶穌拿起餅來，祝謝了，就分給那坐着的人；分魚也是這樣，都隨着他們所要的。Jesus took the loaves, and having given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sitting down, likewise also of the fish as much as they desired.
6:12 ὡς δὲ ἐνεπλήσθησαν, λέγει τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ· συναγάγετε τὰ περισσεύσαντα κλάσματα, ἵνα μή τι ἀπόληται.他們吃飽了，耶穌對門徒說：「把剩下的零碎收拾起來，免得有糟蹋的。」When they were filled, he said to his disciples, “Gather up the broken pieces which are left over, that nothing be lost.”
6:13 συνήγαγον οὖν, καὶ ἐγέμισαν δώδεκα κοφίνους κλασμάτων ἐκ τῶν πέντε ἄρτων τῶν κριθίνων, ἃ ἐπερίσσευσαν τοῖς βεβρωκόσιν.他們便將那五個大麥餅的零碎，就是眾人吃了剩下的，收拾起來，裝滿了十二個籃子。So they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with broken pieces from the five barley loaves, which were left over by those who had eaten.
6:14 Οἱ οὖν ἄνθρωποι ἰδόντες ὃ ἐποίησεν σημεῖον ἔλεγον ὅτι οὗτός ἐστιν ἀληθῶς ὁ προφήτης ὁ εἰς τὸν κόσμον ἐρχόμενος.眾人看見耶穌所行的神蹟，就說：「這真是那要到世間來的先知！」When therefore the people saw the sign which Jesus did, they said, “This is truly the prophet who comes into the world.”
6:15 Ἰησοῦς οὖν γνοὺς ὅτι μέλλουσιν ἔρχεσθαι καὶ ἁρπάζειν αὐτὸν ἵνα ποιήσωσιν βασιλέα, φεύγει πάλιν εἰς τὸ ὄρος αὐτὸς μόνος.耶穌既知道眾人要來強逼他作王，就獨自又退到山上去了。Jesus therefore, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.
6:16 Ὡς δὲ ὀψία ἐγένετο, κατέβησαν οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν,到了晚上，他的門徒下海邊去，When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea.
6:17 καὶ ἐμβάντες εἰς πλοῖον ἤρχοντο πέραν τῆς θαλάσσης εἰς Καφαρναούμ. κατέλαβεν δὲ αὐτοὺς ἡ σκοτία καὶ οὔπω ἐληλύθει Ἰησοῦς πρὸς αὐτοὺς,上了船，要過海往迦百農去。天已經黑了，耶穌還沒有來到他們那裏。They entered into the boat, and were going over the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus had not come to them.
6:18 ἥ τε θάλασσα ἀνέμου μεγάλου πνέοντος διεγείρετο.忽然狂風大作，海就翻騰起來。The sea was tossed by a great wind blowing.
6:19 ἐληλακότες οὖν ὡς στάδια εἴκοσι πέντε ἢ τριάκοντα θεωροῦσιν τὸν Ἰησοῦν περιπατοῦντα ἐπὶ τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ ἐγγὺς τοῦ πλοίου γινόμενον, καὶ ἐφοβήθησαν.門徒搖櫓，約行了十里多路，看見耶穌在海面上走，漸漸近了船，他們就害怕。When therefore they had rowed about twenty-five or thirty stadia, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid.
6:20 ὁ δὲ λέγει αὐτοῖς· ἐγώ εἰμι, μὴ φοβεῖσθε.耶穌對他們說：「是我，不要怕！」But he said to them, “It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
6:21 ἤθελον οὖν λαβεῖν αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ πλοῖον, καὶ εὐθέως ἐγένετο τὸ πλοῖον ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν εἰς ἣν ὑπῆγον.門徒就喜歡接他上船，船立時到了他們所要去的地方。They were willing therefore to receive him into the boat. Immediately the boat was at the land where they were going.
6:22 Τῇ ἐπαύριον ὁ ὄχλος ὁ ἑστηκὼς πέραν τῆς θαλάσσης εἶδον ὅτι πλοιάριον ἄλλο οὐκ ἦν ἐκεῖ εἰ μὴ ἕν, καὶ ὅτι οὐ συνεισῆλθεν τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἰς τὸ πλοῖον ἀλλὰ μόνοι οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ ἀπῆλθον·第二日，站在海那邊的眾人知道那裏沒有別的船，只有一隻小船，又知道耶穌沒有同他的門徒上船，乃是門徒自己去的。On the next day, the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except the one in which his disciples had embarked, and that Jesus hadn’t entered with his disciples into the boat, but his disciples had gone away alone.
6:23 ἄλλα ἦλθεν πλοιάρια ἐκ Τιβεριάδος ἐγγὺς τοῦ τόπου ὅπου ἔφαγον τὸν ἄρτον εὐχαριστήταντος τοῦ κυρίου.然而，有幾隻小船從提比哩亞來，靠近主祝謝後分餅給人吃的地方。However, boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks.
6:24 ὅτε οὖν εἶδεν ὁ ὄχλος ὅτι Ἰησοῦς οὐκ ἔστιν ἐκεῖ οὐδὲ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ, ἐνέβησαν αὐτοὶ εἰς τὰ πλοιάρια καὶ ἦλθον εἰς Καφαρναοὺμ ζητοῦντες τὸν Ἰησοῦν.眾人見耶穌和門徒都不在那裏，就上了船，往迦百農去找耶穌。When the multitude therefore saw that Jesus wasn’t there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus.
6:25 καὶ εὑρόντες αὐτὸν πέραν τῆς θαλάσσης εἶπον αὐτῷ· ῥαββεί, πότε ὧδε γέγονας;既在海那邊找着了，就對他說：「拉比，是幾時到這裏來的？」When they found him on the other side of the sea, they asked him, “Rabbi, when did you come here?”
6:26 ἀπεκρίθη αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν· ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ζητεῖτέ με οὐχ ὅτι εἴδετε σημεῖα, ἀλλ’ ὅτι ἐφάγετε ἐκ τῶν ἄρτων καὶ ἐχορτάσθητε.耶穌回答說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，你們找我，並不是因見了神蹟，乃是因吃餅得飽。Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.
6:27 ἐργάζεσθε μὴ τὴν βρῶσιν τὴν ἀπολλυμένην, ἀλλὰ τὴν βρῶσιν τὴν μένουσαν εἰς ζωὴν αἰώνιον, ἣν ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου δίδωσιν ὑμῖν· τοῦτον γὰρ ὁ πατὴρ ἐσφράγισεν, ὁ θεός.不要為那必壞的食物勞力，要為那存到永生的食物勞力，就是人子要賜給你們的，因為人子是父上帝所印證的。」Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”
6:28 εἶπον οὖν πρὸς αὐτόν· τί ποιῶμεν ἵνα ἐργαζώμεθα τὰ ἔργα τοῦ θεοῦ;眾人問他說：「我們當行甚麼才算做上帝的工呢？」They said therefore to him, “What must we do, that we may work the works of God?”
6:29 ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ ἔργον τοῦ θεοῦ, ἵνα πιστεύητε εἰς ὃν ἀπέστειλεν ἐκεῖνος.耶穌回答說：「信上帝所差來的，這就是做上帝的工。」Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”
6:30 εἶπον οὖν αὐτῷ· τί οὖν ποιεῖς σὺ σημεῖον, ἵνα ἴδωμεν καὶ πιστεύσωμέν σοι; τί ἐργάζῃ;他們又說：「你行甚麼神蹟，叫我們看見就信你；你到底做甚麼事呢？They said therefore to him, “What then do you do for a sign, that we may see and believe you? What work do you do?
6:31 οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν τὸ μάννα ἔφαγον ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ, καθώς ἐστιν γεγραμμένον· ἄρτον ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς φαγεῖν.我們的祖宗在曠野吃過嗎哪，如經上寫着說：『他從天上賜下糧來給他們吃。』」Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness. As it is written, ‘He gave them bread out of heaven to eat.’”
6:32 εἶπεν οὖν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, οὐ Μωϋσῆς δέδωκεν ὑμῖν τὸν ἄρτον ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ, ἀλλ’ ὁ πατήρ μου δίδωσιν ὑμῖν τὸν ἄρτον ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ τὸν ἀληθινόν.耶穌說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，那從天上來的糧不是摩西賜給你們的，乃是我父將天上來的真糧賜給你們。Jesus therefore said to them, “Most certainly, I tell you, it wasn’t Moses who gave you the bread out of heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread out of heaven.
6:33 ὁ γὰρ ἄρτος τοῦ θεοῦ ἐστιν ὁ καταβαίνων ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ ζωὴν διδοὺς τῷ κόσμῳ.因為上帝的糧就是那從天上降下來、賜生命給世界的。」For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world.”
6:34 εἶπον οὖν πρὸς αὐτόν· κύριε, πάντοτε δὸς ἡμῖν τὸν ἄρτον τοῦτον.他們說：「主啊，常將這糧賜給我們！」They said therefore to him, “Lord, always give us this bread.”
6:35 εἶπεν οὖν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ἄρτος τῆς ζωῆς· ὁ ἐρχόμενος πρός ἐμὲ οὐ μὴ πεινάσῃ, καὶ ὁ πιστεύων εἰς ἐμὲ οὐ μὴ διψήσει πώποτε.耶穌說：「我就是生命的糧。到我這裏來的，必定不餓；信我的，永遠不渴。Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
6:36 ἀλλ’ εἶπον ὑμῖν ὅτι καὶ ἑωράκατέ καὶ οὐ πιστεύετε.只是我對你們說過，你們已經看見我，還是不信。But I told you that you have seen me, and yet you don’t believe.
