39:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ πλὴν τοῦ ἐπιδιδόντος τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ διανοουμένου ἐν νόμῳ ὑψίστου σοφίαν πάντων ἀρχαίων ἐκζητήσει καὶ ἐν προφητείαις ἀσχοληθήσεται
Sapientiam omnium antiquorum exquiret sapiens , et in prophetis vacabit .
ወባሕቱ ፡(ኪንሰ ፡)ለዘ ፡ አስተሐመመ ፡ በልቡ ፡(ውእቱ ፡)ወዘይኄሊ ፡ ሕጎ ፡ ለልዑል ፡ ጥበብ (ሰ )፡ ተኀሠት ፡ በኀበ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ቀደምት ፡ ወትሜህር ፡ ተነብዮተ ፡ ለዕደው ።
Not so he that has applied his soul, And meditateth in the law of the Most High; He will seek out the wisdom of all the ancients, And will be occupied in prophecies.
39:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ διήγησιν ἀνδρῶν ὀνομαστῶν συντηρήσει καὶ ἐν στροφαῖς παραβολῶν συνεισελεύσεται
Narrationem virorum nominatorum conservabit , et in versutias parabolarum simul introibit .
እለ ፡ አስመዩ ፡ በሃይማኖት ፡ ወታበውእ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አምሳለ ፡ ነቢያት ።
He will keep the discourse of the men of renown, And will enter in amidst the subtleties of parables.
39:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἀπόκρυφα παροιμιῶν ἐκζητήσει καὶ ἐν αἰνίγμασι παραβολῶν ἀναστραφήσεται
Occulta proverbiorum exquiret , et in absconditis parabolarum conversabitur .
ወተኅሥሥ ፡ አምሳለ ፡ ዘኅቡእ ፤[ወትትመየጥ ]፡ በፍካሬ ፡ አምሳል ።
He will seek out the hidden meaning of proverbs, And be conversant in the dark sayings of parables.
39:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἀνὰ μέσον μεγιστάνων ὑπηρετήσει καὶ ἔναντι ἡγουμένων ὀφθήσεται ἐν γῇ ἀλλοτρίων ἐθνῶν διελεύσεται ἀγαθὰ γὰρ καὶ κακὰ ἐν ἀνθρώποις ἐπείρασεν
In medio magnatorum ministrabit , et in conspectu præsidis apparebit .
ወትበቊዕ ፡ በማእከለ ፡ መኳንንት ፡ ወታስተርኢ ፡ በማእከለ ፡ መላእክት ፡ ወትበውእ ፡ ብሔረ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ነኪር ፡ እስመ ፡ ወጠንቆሙ ፡ ለእጓለ ፡ እመሕያው ፡ በሠናይትኒ ፡ ወበእኪትኒ ።
He will serve among great men, And appear before him that rules: He will travel through the land of strange nations; For he has tried good things and evil among men.
39:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ τὴν καρδίαν αὐτοῦ ἐπιδώσει ὀρθρίσαι πρὸς κύριον τὸν ποιήσαντα αὐτὸν καὶ ἔναντι ὑψίστου δεηθήσεται καὶ ἀνοίξει στόμα αὐτοῦ ἐν προσευχῇ καὶ περὶ τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτοῦ δεηθήσεται
In terram alienigenarum gentium pertransiet : bona enim et mala in hominibus tentabit .
ወሜጠ ፡ ልቦ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይጊሥ ፡ ኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ፈጣሪሁ ፤ወ (ከመ ፡)፡ ይጼሊ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ወይከሥት ፡ [አፉሁ ]፡ ወይስእል ፡ ወይትጋነይ ፡ እንበይነ ፡ ኀጢአቱ ።
He will apply his heart to resort early to the Lord that made him, And will make supplication before the Most High, And will open his mouth in prayer, And will make supplication for his sins.
39:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἐὰν κύριος ὁ μέγας θελήσῃ πνεύματι συνέσεως ἐμπλησθήσεται αὐτὸς ἀνομβρήσει ῥήματα σοφίας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν προσευχῇ ἐξομολογήσεται κυρίῳ
Cor suum tradet ad vigilandum diluculo ad Dominum , qui fecit illum , et in conspectu Altissimi deprecabitur .
ወእመሰ ፡ ፈቀደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘዐቢይ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወመልአ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ ጥበብ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ ወውእቱ ፡ ያነቅዕ ፡ ቃለ ፡ ጥበቢሁ ፡ [ለሊሁ ]፡ ወበጸሎት ፡ ይገኒ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
If the great Lord will, He shall be filled with the spirit of understanding: He shall pour forth the words of his wisdom, And in prayer give thanks to the Lord.
39:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ αὐτὸς κατευθυνεῖ βουλὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπιστήμην καὶ ἐν τοῖς ἀποκρύφοις αὐτοῦ διανοηθήσεται
Aperiet os suum in oratione , et pro delictis suis deprecabitur .
ወውእቱ ፡ ያረትዕ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ምክረ ፡ ወጥበበ ፡ ወያኄልዮ ፡ ዘኅቡእ ፡ ያእምር ።
He shall direct his counsel and knowledge, And in his secrets shall he meditate.
39:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ αὐτὸς ἐκφανεῖ παιδείαν διδασκαλίας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν νόμῳ διαθήκης κυρίου καυχήσεται
Si enim Dominus magnus voluerit , spiritu intelligentiæ replebit illum :
ወውእቱ ፡ ያርኢ ፡ ጥበበ ፡ ትምህርቱ ፡ ወይትሜካሕ ፡ በሕገ ፡ ኪዳኑ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
He shall show forth the instruction which he has been taught, And shall glory in the law of the covenant of the Lord.
39:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ αἰνέσουσιν τὴν σύνεσιν αὐτοῦ πολλοί καὶ ἕως τοῦ αἰῶνος οὐκ ἐξαλειφθήσεται οὐκ ἀποστήσεται τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ζήσεται εἰς γενεὰς γενεῶν
et ipse tamquam imbres mittet eloquia sapientiæ suæ , et in oratione confitebitur Domino :
ወብዙኃን ፡ ይዌድስዎ ፡ እንበይነ ፡ ጥበቢሁ ፡ ወኢይደመሰስ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ወኢይጠፍእ ፡ ዝክሩ ፡ ወይቀውም ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለትውልደ ፡ ትውልድ ።
Many shall commend his understanding; And so long as the world endures, it shall not be blotted out: His memorial shall not depart, And his name shall live from generation to generation.
39:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ τὴν σοφίαν αὐτοῦ διηγήσονται ἔθνη καὶ τὸν ἔπαινον αὐτοῦ ἐξαγγελεῖ ἐκκλησία
et ipse diriget consilium ejus , et disciplinam , et in absconditis suis consiliabitur .
ወይትናገሩ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ በጥበቢሁ ፡ ወይዌድስዎ ፡ በማእከለ ፡ ማኅበር ።
Nations shall declare his wisdom, And the congregation shall tell out his praise.
39:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἐὰν ἐμμείνῃ ὄνομα καταλείψει ἢ χίλιοι καὶ ἐὰν ἀναπαύσηται ἐκποιεῖ αὐτῷ
Ipse palam faciet disciplinam doctrinæ suæ , et in lege testamenti Domini gloriabitur .
ወይኄይስ ፡ ቀዊመ ፡ ስሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ፲፻ ፡ ወእምድኅረ ፡ ሞተኒ ፡ ጽኑዕ ፡ ግብሩ ።
If he continue, he shall leave a greater name than a thousand: And if he die, he adds thereto.
39:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἔτι διανοηθεὶς ἐκδιηγήσομαι καὶ ὡς διχομηνία ἐπληρώθην
Collaudabunt multi sapientiam ejus , et usque in sæculum non delebitur .
ወዓዲ ፡ እኄሊ ፡ ወእነግር ፤….።
Yet more will I utter, which I have thought upon; And I am filled as the moon at the full.
39:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ εἰσακούσατέ μου υἱοὶ ὅσιοι καὶ βλαστήσατε ὡς ῥόδον φυόμενον ἐπὶ ῥεύματος ὑγροῦ
Non recedet memoria ejus , et nomen ejus requiretur a generatione in generationem .
ስምዑኒ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ጻድቃን ፡ ወሥረጹ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ይጸጊ ፡ ጽጌ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ጠለ ፡ ገዳም ፡ ጽገዩ ።
Hearken to me, you⌃ holy children, And bud forth as a rose growing by a brook of water:
39:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ καὶ ὡς λίβανος εὐωδιάσατε ὀσμὴν καὶ ἀνθήσατε ἄνθος ὡς κρίνον διάδοτε ὀσμὴν καὶ αἰνέσατε ᾆσμα εὐλογήσατε κύριον ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τοῖς ἔργοις
Sapientiam ejus enarrabunt gentes , et laudem ejus enuntiabit ecclesia .
ወከመ ፡ መዐዛ ፡ ሊባኖስ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ይጥዐም ፡ መዐዛክሙ ፡ ወአብቊሉ ፡ ፍሬክሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጽጌ ፡ ረዳ ፡ ወአጥዕሙ ፡ ወዐዛክሙ ፡ ወሰብሑ ፡ ማሕሌቶ ፡ ወባርክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ምግባሩ ።
And give you⌃ a sweet savor as frankencense, And put forth flowers as a lily, Spread abroad a sweet smell, and sing a song of praise; Bless you⌃ the Lord for all his works.
39:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ δότε τῷ ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ μεγαλωσύνην καὶ ἐξομολογήσασθε ἐν αἰνέσει αὐτοῦ ἐν ᾠδαῖς χειλέων καὶ ἐν κινύραις καὶ οὕτως ἐρεῖτε ἐν ἐξομολογήσει
Si permanserit , nomen derelinquet plus quam mille : et si requieverit , proderit illi .
ወአዕብይዎ ፡ ለስሙ ፡ ወግነዩ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ለስብሐቲሁ ፡ በ፲፻ማሕሌት ፡ ወበመሰንቆ ፡ ወከመዝ ፡ በሉ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ትሴብሕዎ ።
Magnify his name, And give utterance to his praise With the songs of your lips, and with harps; And thus shall you⌃ say when you⌃ utter his praise:
39:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ τὰ ἔργα κυρίου πάντα ὅτι καλὰ σφόδρα καὶ πᾶν πρόσταγμα ἐν καιρῷ αὐτοῦ ἔσται οὐκ ἔστιν εἰπεῖν τί τοῦτο εἰς τί τοῦτο πάντα γὰρ ἐν καιρῷ αὐτοῦ ζητηθήσεται
Adhuc consiliabor ut enarrem : ut furore enim repletus sum .
ዐቢይ ፡ ግብሩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወፈድፋደ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሥርዐቱ ፡ ዘበዕድሜሁ ።
All the works of the Lord are exceeding good, And every command shall be accomplished in his season.
39:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἐν λόγῳ αὐτοῦ ἔστη ὡς θιμωνιὰ ὕδωρ καὶ ἐν ῥήματι στόματος αὐτοῦ ἀποδοχεῖα ὑδάτων
In voce dicit : Obaudite me , divini fructus , et quasi rosa plantata super rivos aquarum fructificate .
ወአልቦ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይበሉ ፡ ለምንትኑ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ወለምንትኑ ፡ ዝክቱ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ በጊዜሁ ፡ ይትፈቀድ ፡ አቀሞ ፡ ለማይ ፡ ከመ ፡ አረፍት ፡ በቃሉ ፤….።
None can say, What is this? wherefore is that? For in his season they shall all be sought out. At his word the waters stood as a heap, And the receptacles of waters at the word of his mouth.
39:18 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἐν προστάγματι αὐτοῦ πᾶσα ἡ εὐδοκία καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν ὃς ἐλαττώσει τὸ σωτήριον αὐτοῦ
Quasi Libanus odorem suavitatis habete .
— At his command is all his good pleasure done; And there is none that shall hinder his salvation.
39:19 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἔργα πάσης σαρκὸς ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν κρυβῆναι ἀπὸ τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν αὐτοῦ
Florete flores quasi lilium : et date odorem , et frondete in gratiam : et collaudate canticum , et benedicite Dominum in operibus suis .
ወቅድሜሁ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘነፍስ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ዘይክል ፡ ተኀብኦ ፡ እምውድመ ፡ አዕይንቲሁ ።
The works of all flesh are before him; And it is not possible to be hid from his eyes.
39:20 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἰῶνος εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ἐπέβλεψεν καὶ οὐθέν ἐστιν θαυμάσιον ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ
Date nomini ejus magnificentiam , et confitemini illi in voce labiorum vestrorum , et in canticis labiorum , et citharis : et sic dicetis in confessione :
እምቅድመ ፡ ይትፈጠር ፡ ዓለም ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ኵሎ ፡ አእመረ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ምንትኒ ፡ ነኪር ፡ በቅድሜሁ ።
He sees from everlasting to everlasting; And there is nothing wonderful before him.
39:21 ⧉ ⤴︎ οὐκ ἔστιν εἰπεῖν τί τοῦτο εἰς τί τοῦτο πάντα γὰρ εἰς χρείας αὐτῶν ἔκτισται
Opera Domini universa bona valde .
ወአልቦ ፡ ዘይክል ፡ ይበል ፡ ለምንትኑ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ወለምንትኑ ፡ ዝክቱ ፡ እስመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ መፍቅዶሙ ፡ ተፈጥረ ።
None can say, What is this? wherefore is that? For all things are created for their uses.
39:22 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἡ εὐλογία αὐτοῦ ὡς ποταμὸς ἐπεκάλυψεν καὶ ὡς κατακλυσμὸς ξηρὰν ἐμέθυσεν
In verbo ejus stetit aqua sicut congeries : et in sermone oris illius sicut exceptoria aquarum :
ወበረከቱኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ ማየ ፡ ተከዜ ፡ መልአት ፡ ወከመ ፡ ማየ ፡ አይኅ ፡ [አርወየታ ፡]ለምድር ።
His blessing covered the dry land as a river, And saturated it as a flood.
39:23 ⧉ ⤴︎ οὕτως ὀργὴν αὐτοῦ ἔθνη κληρονομήσει ὡς μετέστρεψεν ὕδατα εἰς ἅλμην
quoniam in præcepto ipsius placor fit , et non est minoratio in salute ipsius .
ወከማሁ ፡ መዐቱኒ ፡ ከፈለቶሙ ፡ ለአሕዛብ ።
As he has turned the waters into saltness; So shall the heathen inherit his wrath.
39:24 ⧉ ⤴︎ αἱ ὁδοὶ αὐτοῦ τοῖς ὁσίοις εὐθεῖαι οὕτως τοῖς ἀνόμοις προσκόμματα
Opera omnis carnis coram illo , et non est quidquam absconditum ab oculis ejus .
ርቱዕ ፡ ፍናዊሁ ፡ ለጻድቅ ፡ ወለኃጥእሰ ፡ ዕቅፍት ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘሜጦ ፡ ለማይ ፡ ወረሰዮ ፡ ጼወ ።
His ways are plain to the holy; So are they stumbling blocks to the wicked.
39:25 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἀγαθὰ τοῖς ἀγαθοῖς ἔκτισται ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς οὕτως τοῖς ἁμαρτωλοῖς κακά
A sæculo usque in sæculum respicit , et nihil est mirabile in conspectu ejus .
ሠናይት ፡ ለሠናያት ፡ ተፈጥረት ፡ እምትካት ፡ ወከማሁ ፡ እኪትኒ ፡ ለኃጥኣን ።
Good things are created from the beginning for the good; So are evil things for sinners.
39:26 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἀρχὴ πάσης χρείας εἰς ζωὴν ἀνθρώπου ὕδωρ καὶ πῦρ καὶ σίδηρος καὶ ἅλας καὶ σεμίδαλις πυροῦ καὶ γάλα καὶ μέλι αἷμα σταφυλῆς καὶ ἔλαιον καὶ ἱμάτιον
Non est dicere : Quid est hoc , aut quid est istud ? omnia enim in tempore suo quærentur .
ቀዳሜ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ መፍቅዱ ፡ ለሰብእ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወእሳት ፡ ወኀጺን ፡ ወጼው ፡ ወእክል ፡ ሥርናይ ፡ ወመዓር ፡ ወሐሊብ ፡ ደመ ፡ አስካል ፡ ወቅብእ ፡ ወልብስ ።
The chief of all things necessary for the life of man Are water, and fire, and iron, and salt, And flour of wheat, and honey, and milk, The blood of the grape, and oil, and clothing.
39:27 ⧉ ⤴︎ ταῦτα πάντα τοῖς εὐσεβέσιν εἰς ἀγαθά οὕτως τοῖς ἁμαρτωλοῖς τραπήσεται εἰς κακά
Benedictio illius quasi fluvius inundavit .
ዝንቱ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ በረከቶሙ ፡ ለጻድቃን ፡ ወከማሁ ፡ ለኃጥኣን ፡ ይትመየጦሙ ፡ በእኩይ ።
All these things are for good to the godly; So to the sinners they shall be turned into evil.
39:28 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἔστιν πνεύματα ἃ εἰς ἐκδίκησιν ἔκτισται καὶ ἐν θυμῷ αὐτοῦ ἐστερέωσεν μάστιγας αὐτῶν ἐν καιρῷ συντελείας ἰσχὺν ἐκχεοῦσιν καὶ τὸν θυμὸν τοῦ ποιήσαντος αὐτοὺς κοπάσουσιν
Quomodo cataclysmus aridam inebriavit , sic ira ipsius gentes quæ non exquisierunt eum hæreditabit .
ወቦ ፡ መንፈስ ፡ ለተበቅሎ ፡ ተፈጥረት ፡ ወበመንሱቶሙ ፡ ያዐብይዋ ፡ ለመቅሠፍቶሙ ፡ ወበዕድሜሆሙ ፡ ይዘረው ፡ ኀይሎሙ ፡ ወመቅሠፍተ ፡ ፈጣሪሆሙ ፡ ይቀርቦሙ ።
There be winds that are created for vengeance, And in their fury lay on their scourges heavily; In the time of consummation they pour out their strength, And shall appease the wrath of him that made them.
39:29 ⧉ ⤴︎ πῦρ καὶ χάλαζα καὶ λιμὸς καὶ θάνατος πάντα ταῦτα εἰς ἐκδίκησιν ἔκτισται
Quomodo convertit aquas in siccitatem , et siccata est terra , et viæ illius viis illorum directæ sunt , sic peccatoribus offensiones in ira ejus .
እሳት ፡ ወበረድ ፡ ወረኃብ ፡ ወብድብድ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ለተበቅሎ ፡ ተፈጥረ ።
Fire, and hail, and famine, and death, All these are created for vengeance;
39:30 ⧉ ⤴︎ θηρίων ὀδόντες καὶ σκορπίοι καὶ ἔχεις καὶ ῥομφαία ἐκδικοῦσα εἰς ὄλεθρον ἀσεβεῖς
Bona bonis creata sunt ab initio : sic nequissimis bona et mala .
ስነነ ፡ አራዊተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወዐቃርብት ፡ ወአፍዖት ፡ ወኲናት ፡ ከመ ፡ ትሠርዎሙ ፡ ለኃጥኣን ።
Teeth of wild beasts, and scorpions and adders, And a sword punishing the ungodly to destruction.
39:31 ⧉ ⤴︎ ἐν τῇ ἐντολῇ αὐτοῦ εὐφρανθήσονται καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς εἰς χρείας ἑτοιμασθήσονται καὶ ἐν καιροῖς αὐτῶν οὐ παραβήσονται λόγον
Initium necessariæ rei vitæ hominum , aqua , ignis , et ferrum , sal , lac , et panis similagineus , et mel , et botrus uvæ , et oleum , et vestimentum .
ወውእቱሰ ፡[ያስተፌሥሕ ፡]በሣህሉ ፡ ወያስተዴሉ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ መፍቅደ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ እምከመ ፡ በጽሐ ፡ ዕድሜሁ ፡ ወኮነ ፡ ጊዜሁ ፡ የኀልቅ ፡ ሶቤ [ሃ ]።
They shall rejoice in his commandment, And shall be made ready upon earth, when need is; And in their seasons they shall not transgress his word.
39:32 ⧉ ⤴︎ διὰ τοῦτο ἐξ ἀρχῆς ἐστηρίχθην καὶ διενοήθην καὶ ἐν γραφῇ ἀφῆκα
Hæc omnia sanctis in bona , sic et impiis et peccatoribus in mala convertentur .
እንበይነ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ እምፍጥረቱ ፡ ተሠርዐ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ወኀለይክዎ ፡ ለዝንቱ ፡ ወለካእክዎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መጽሐፍ ።
Therefore from the beginning I was resolved, And I thought this, and left it in writing;
39:33 ⧉ ⤴︎ τὰ ἔργα κυρίου πάντα ἀγαθὰ καὶ πᾶσαν χρείαν ἐν ὥρᾳ αὐτῆς χορηγήσει
Sunt spiritus qui ad vindictam creati sunt , et in furore suo confirmaverunt tormenta sua .
እስመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ግብሩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ወይሁብ ፡ ለሰብእ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ መፍቅዶ ፡ በበጊዜሁ ።
All the works of the Lord are good: And he will supply every need in its season.
39:34 ⧉ ⤴︎ καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν εἰπεῖν τοῦτο τούτου πονηρότερον πάντα γὰρ ἐν καιρῷ εὐδοκιμηθήσεται
In tempore consummationis effundent virtutem , et furorem ejus qui fecit illos placabunt .
ወአልቦ ፡ ዘይብሎ ፡ ዘንተሰ ፡ እኩየ ፡ ፈጠርከ ፡ ወዝክተሰ ፡ አሠነይከ ፡ እስመ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዕለቱ ፡[ይንእዶ ]።
And none can say, This is worse than that: For they shall all be well approved in their season.
39:35 ⧉ ⤴︎ καὶ νῦν ἐν πάσῃ καρδίᾳ καὶ στόματι ὑμνήσατε καὶ εὐλογήσατε τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου
Ignis , grando , fames , et mors , omnia hæc ad vindictam creata sunt :
ወይእዜኒ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ልብክሙ ፡ ወበአፉክሙ ፡ ሰብሕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወባርኩ ፡ ለስሙ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ጊዜ ።
And now with all your heart and mouth sing you⌃ praises, And bless the name of the Lord.
