5:1
ወጸውዖሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይቤሎሙ ፡ ስማዕ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ኵነኔ ፡ ወፍትሐ ፡ ዘአነ ፡ እነግረ [ክሙ] ፡ ዮም ፡ ውስተ ፡ እዘኒክሙ ፡ በዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ወተመሀሩ ፡ ገቢሮቶ ፡ ወዐቂቦቶ ።
Moses called to all Israel, and said to them, “Hear, Israel, the statutes and the ordinances which I speak in your ears today, that you may learn them, and observe to do them.”
摩西將以色列眾人召了來，對他們說：「以色列人哪，我今日曉諭你們的律例典章，你們要聽，可以學習，謹守遵行。
5:2
እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክክሙ ፡ አቀመ ፡ ኪዳኖ ፡ ምስሌክሙ ፡ በኮሬብ ።
Yahweh our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.
耶和華－我們的上帝在何烈山與我們立約。
5:3
አኮ ፡ ለአበዊክሙ ፡ ዘአቀመ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ኪዳነ ፡ አላ ፡ ለክሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ አንትሙ ፡ ሀለውክሙ ፡ ዝየ ፡ ዮም ፡ ኵልክሙ ፡ ሕያዋን ።
Yahweh didn’t make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive today.
這約不是與我們列祖立的，乃是與我們今日在這裏存活之人立的。
5:4
ገጸ ፡ በገጽ ፡ ተናገረክሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በደብር ፡ በማእከለ ፡ እሳት ።
Yahweh spoke with you face to face on the mountain out of the middle of the fire,
耶和華在山上，從火中，面對面與你們說話－
5:5
ወአንሰ ፡ [እቀውም ፡ ማእከለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወ]ማእከሌክሙ ፡ በይእቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ከመ ፡ እንግርክሙ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እስመ ፡ ፈራህክሙ ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ገጸ ፡ እሳት ፡ ወኢዐረግሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደብር ።
(I stood between Yahweh and you at that time, to show you Yahweh’s word; for you were afraid because of the fire, and didn’t go up onto the mountain) saying,
那時我站在耶和華和你們中間，要將耶和華的話傳給你們；因為你們懼怕那火，沒有上山－說：
5:6
ወይቤ ፡ አነ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ዘአውፃእኩከ ፡ አምነ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ እምነ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ቅኔት ።
“I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
「『我是耶和華－你的上帝，曾將你從埃及地為奴之家領出來。
5:7
ወኢይኩንከ ፡ ባዕድ ፡ አማልክት ፡ እንበሌየ ።
“You shall have no other gods before me.
「『除了我以外，你不可有別的神。
5:8
ወኢትግበር ፡ ለከ ፡ አምላከ ፡ ዘግልፎ ፡ ወኢበኵሉ ፡ አምሳለ ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ በላዕሉ ፡ ወኢበኵሉ ፡ ዘ[ውስተ] ፡ ምድር ፡ በታሕቱ ፡ ወኢበኵሉ ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ማይ ፡ መትሕተ ፡ ምድር ።
“You shall not make a carved image for yourself—any likeness of what is in heaven above, or what is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
「『不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做甚麼形像，彷彿上天、下地和地底下、水中的百物。
5:9
ወኢትስግድ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ወኢታምልኮሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ አነ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ቀናኢ ፡ ዘያትፈደይ ፡ ኀጣይአ ፡ ወላዲ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ውሉድ ፡ እስከ ፡ ሣልስት ፡ ወራብዕት ፡ ትውልድ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ይጸልኡኒ ፤
You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me
不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它，因為我耶和華－你的上帝是忌邪的上帝。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代；
5:10
ወእገብር ፡ ምሕረተ ፡ እስከ ፡ እልፍ ፡ ትውልድ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ያፈቅሩኒ ፡ ወለእለ ፡ የዐቅቡ ፡ ትእዛዝየ ።
and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
愛我、守我誡命的，我必向他們發慈愛，直到千代。
5:11
ኢትምሐል ፡ በስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ በሐሰት ፡ እስመ ፡ ኢያነጽሖ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለዛ ፡ ይምሕል ፡ በስሙ ፡ በሐሰት ።
“You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your God; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name.
「『不可妄稱耶和華－你上帝的名；因為妄稱耶和華名的，耶和華必不以他為無罪。
5:12
ወዕቀብ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ሰንበት ፡ ከመ ፡ ትቀድሳ ፡ በከመ ፡ አዘዘከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ።
“Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you.
「『當照耶和華－你上帝所吩咐的守安息日為聖日。
5:13
ሰዱሰ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ትገብር ፡ ግብረ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረከ ።
You shall labor six days, and do all your work;
六日要勞碌做你一切的工，
5:14
ወበሳብዕት ፡ ዕለት ፡ ሰንበቱ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ወኢትግበር ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረከ ፡ ወኢወልድከ ፡ ወኢወለትከ ፡ ወኢገብርከ ፡ ወኢአመትከ ፡ ወኢላህምከ ፡ ወኢአድግከ ፡ ወኢኵሉ ፡ እንስሳከ ፡ ወኢግዩር ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ዴዴከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያዕርፍ ፡ ገብርከ ፡ ወአመትከ ፡ ከማከ ።
but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work—neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
但第七日是向耶和華－你上帝當守的安息日。這一日，你和你的兒女、僕婢、牛、驢、牲畜，並在你城裏寄居的客旅，無論何工都不可做，使你的僕婢可以和你一樣安息。
5:15
ወተዘከር ፡ ከመ ፡ ገብር ፡ አንተ ፡ በምድረ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ወአውፅአከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምለክከ ፡ እምህየ ፡ በእድ ፡ ጽንዕት ፡ ወበመዝራዕት ፡ ልዑል ፡ ወበበይነ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ አዘዘከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትዕቀባ ፡ ለዕለተ ፡ ሰንበት ፡ ወትቀድሳ ።
You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and Yahweh your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore Yahweh your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.
你也要記念你在埃及地作過奴僕；耶和華－你上帝用大能的手和伸出來的膀臂將你從那裏領出來。因此，耶和華－你的上帝吩咐你守安息日。
5:16
አክብር ፡ አባከ ፡ ወእመከ ፡ በከመ ፡ አዘዘከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ሠናይት ፡ ትኩን ፡ ላዕሌከ ፡ ወይኑኅ ፡ መዋዕሊከ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ ወሀበከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ።
“Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you, that your days may be long and that it may go well with you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.
「『當照耶和華－你上帝所吩咐的孝敬父母，使你得福，並使你的日子在耶和華－你上帝所賜你的地上得以長久。
5:17
ኢትሑር ፡ ኀበ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ ብእሲ ፤ ወኢትቅትል ፡ ነፍሰ ፤ ወኢትስርቅ ፤ ወኢትኩን ፡ ስምዐ ፡ በሐሰት ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ቢጽከ ፡ ኢተሐሱ ፡ ስምዐ ።
“You shall not murder.
「『不可殺人。
5:18
ወኢትፍቶ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ ካልእከ ፡ ወኢትፍቶ ፡ ቤቶ ፡ ለካልእከ ፡ ወኢገራህቶ ፡ ወኢገብሮ ፡ ወኢአመቶ ፡ ወኢላህሞ ፡ ወኢአድጎ ፡ ወኢእምኵሉ ፡ እንስሳሁ ፡ ወኢእምኵሉ ፡ ዘቦቱ ፡ ካልእከ ።
“You shall not commit adultery.
「『不可姦淫。
5:19
ዝንቱ ፡ ነገር ፡ ዘነገረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ተዓይኒክሙ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ደብር ፡ በማእከለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ወጽልመት ፡ ወዐውሎ ፡ ወጣቃ ፡ ወቃል ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ ወኢደገመ ፡ እንከ ፡ ወጸሐፎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ክልኤ ፡ ጽላት ፡ ዘእብን ፡ ወወሀበኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
“You shall not steal.
「『不可偷盜。
5:20
ወኮነ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ሰማዕ[ክሙ] ፡ ውእተ ፡ ቃለ ፡ እምነ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ወደብሩሂ ፡ ይነድድ ፡ በእሳት ፡ ወመጻእክሙ ፡ ኀቤየ ፡ ኵልክሙ ፡ መላእክተ ፡ ነገድክሙ ፡ ወአእሩጊክሙ ።
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
「『不可作假見證陷害人。
5:21
ወትቤሉኒ ፡ ናሁ ፡ አርአየነ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ ስብሐቲሁ ፡ ወቃሎሂ ፡ ሰማዕነ ፡ እምነ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ወዮም ፡ አእመርነ ፡ በዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ከመ ፡ ይትናገር ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስለ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ወየሐዩ ።
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. Neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”
「『不可貪戀人的妻子；也不可貪圖人的房屋、田地、僕婢、牛、驢，並他一切所有的。』
5:22
ወይእዜኒ ፡ ኢንሙት ፡ ወኢታጥፍአነ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ እሳት ፡ ዐባይ ፡ ለእመ ፡ ደገምነ ፡ ንሕነ ፡ ሰሚዖተ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ ዓዲ ፡ ንመውት ፡ እንከ ።
Yahweh spoke these words to all your assembly on the mountain out of the middle of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice. He added no more. He wrote them on two stone tablets, and gave them to me.
「這些話是耶和華在山上，從火中、雲中、幽暗中，大聲曉諭你們全會眾的；此外並沒有添別的話。他就把這話寫在兩塊石版上，交給我了。」
5:23
ወመኑ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘሥጋ ፡ ዘይሰምዕ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘሕያው ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይትናገር ፡ እምነ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ እሳት ፡ ካማነ ፡ ወየሐዩ ።
When you heard the voice out of the middle of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, you came near to me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;
「那時，火焰燒山，你們聽見從黑暗中出來的聲音；你們支派中所有的首領和長老都來就近我，
5:24
ሑር ፡ አንተ ፡ ወስማዕ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዛይብል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ ወንግረነ ፡ አንተ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘይቤለከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ [ወንሰምዕ ፡ ወንገብር ።]
and you said, “Behold, Yahweh our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the middle of the fire. We have seen today that God does speak with man, and he lives.
說：『看哪，耶和華－我們上帝將他的榮光和他的大能顯給我們看，我們又聽見他的聲音從火中出來。今日我們得見上帝與人說話，人還存活。
5:25
ወሰምዐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ቃለ ፡ ነገርክሙ ፡ ዘነበብክሙ ፡ ዘትቤሉኒ ፡ ወይቤለኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ሰማዕኩ ፡ ቃሎሙ ፡ ዘይቤሉ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘይቤሉከ ፡ ወርቱዕ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይቤሉ ።
Now therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. If we hear Yahweh our God’s voice any more, then we shall die.
現在這大火將要燒滅我們，我們何必冒死呢？若再聽見耶和華－我們上帝的聲音就必死亡。
5:26
መኑ ፡ እምወሀቦሙ ፡ ከመዝ ፡ ይኩን ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይፍርሁኒ ፡ ወይዕቀቡ ፡ ትእዛዝየ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ሠናይት ፡ ትኩኖሙ ፡ ወለውሉዶሙ ፡ እስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።
For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the middle of the fire, as we have, and lived?
凡屬血氣的，曾有何人聽見永生上帝的聲音從火中出來，像我們聽見還能存活呢？
5:27
ሑር ፡ ወበሎሙ ፡ እትውአ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አብያቲክሙአ ።
Go near, and hear all that Yahweh our God shall say, and tell us all that Yahweh our God tells you; and we will hear it, and do it.”
求你近前去，聽耶和華－我們上帝所要說的一切話，將他對你說的話都傳給我們，我們就聽從遵行。』
5:28
ወአንተሰ ፡ ቁም ፡ ኀቤየ ፡ እንግርከ ፡ ትእዛዝየ ፡ ወኵነኔየ ፡ ወፍትሕየ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘትሜህሮሙ ፡ ወይግበሩ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ አነ ፡ እሁቦሙ ፡ ርስቶሙ ።
Yahweh heard the voice of your words when you spoke to me; and Yahweh said to me, “I have heard the voice of the words of this people which they have spoken to you. They have well said all that they have spoken.
「你們對我說的話，耶和華都聽見了。耶和華對我說：『這百姓的話，我聽見了；他們所說的都是。
5:29
ወዕቀቡ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትግበሩ ፡ በከመ ፡ አዘዘኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ወኢትትገሐሥ ፡ ኢለየማን ፡ ወኢለፀጋም ፤
Oh that there were such a heart in them that they would fear me and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children forever!
惟願他們存這樣的心敬畏我，常遵守我的一切誡命，使他們和他們的子孫永遠得福。
5:30
እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ፍኖት ፡ እንተ ፡ አዘዘከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትሑር ፡ ባቲ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ሠናይት ፡ ትኩንክሙ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ታዕርፉ ፡ ወይኑኅ ፡ መዋዕሊክሙ ፡ ውስቴ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ ትትዋረሱ ።
“Go tell them, ‘Return to your tents.’
