3:1
ወሶበ፡ ኮነ፡ ስድስቱ፡ ሰዐት፡ ዘሌሊት፡ ዘይቤሎ፡ እግዚእ፡ ለኤርምያስ፡ ከመ፡ ይፃእ፡ ምስለ፡ ባሮክ፡ ወበጽሑ፡ ውስተ፡ ቅጽረ፡ ሀገር፡ ወነበሩ፡ እንዘ፡ ይጸንሑ።
到了夜間那時辰，正如主對耶利米所說的，耶利米和巴錄一同來到城牆上。
And when the hour of the night came, as the Lord had said to Jeremiah, Jeremiah and Baruch came together to the walls of the city.
3:2
ወሶበ፡ ኮነ፡ ስድስቱ፡ ሰዐት፡ ዘሌሊት፡ ዘይቤሎ፡ እግዚእ፡ ለኤርምያስ፡ ከመ፡ ይፃእ፡ ምስለ፡ ባሮክ፡ ወበጽሑ፡ ውስተ፡ ቅጽረ፡ ሀገር፡ ወነበሩ፡ እንዘ፡ ይጸንሑ።
忽然有號筒的響聲，有天使從天而降，手中拿著火把，站在城牆上。
And behold, there came a sound of trumpets, and angels came forth out of heaven, holding torches in their hands, and they stood upon the walls of the city.
3:3
ወኮነ፡ ቃለ፡ ቀርን፡ ወወፅኡ፡ መላእክት፡ እምሰማይ፡ ወበእደዊሆሙ፡ ይጸውሩ፡ ብርሃናተ፡ እሰት፡ ወቆሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ቅጽረ፡ ሀገር።
耶利米和巴錄看見他們，就哭著說：「如今我們知道這話是真的了。」
And when Jeremiah and Baruch saw them, they wept, saying: Now we know that the word is true.
3:4
ወሶቤሃ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ወባሮክ፡ በከዩ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብሉ፡ እስመ፡ ይእዜ፡ አእመርነ፡ ከመ፡ አማን፡ ነገር።
耶利米懇求天使說：「我求你們，且不要毀滅這城，等我先向主說一句話。」
And Jeremiah entreated the angels, saying: I beseech you, do not destroy the city yet, until I speak a word to the Lord.
3:5
ወአስተብቍዖሙ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ለመላእክት፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ኣስተበቍዐክሙ፡ ኵሎ፡ ኢታህጕሉ፡ ሀገረ፡ እስከ፡ እስእሎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ አሐተ፡ ነገረ፤ ወነበቦሙ፡ እግዚእ፡ ለመላእክት፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ኢታህጕሉ፡ ሀገረ፡ እስከ፡ እትናገር፡ ምስለ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ኅሩይየ።
主對天使說：「你們不要毀滅這城，等我對我所揀選的耶利米說話。」
And the Lord spoke to the angels, saying: Do not destroy the city until I speak to my chosen one Jeremiah.
3:6
ወሶቤሃ፡ ተናገረ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ኣስተበቍዐከ፡ እግዚእየ፡ አዝዝ፡ ሊተ፡ ከመ፡ አትናገር፡ ምስሌከ፤ ወይቤሎ፡ ንብብ፡ ኅሩይየ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ዘትፈቅድ።
耶利米就說：「主啊，我求你，吩咐我在你面前說話。」
Then Jeremiah spoke, saying: I beseech you, Lord, command me to speak before you.
3:7
ወይቤሎ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ናሁ፡ ይእዜ፡ አእመርነ።
主說：「我所揀選的耶利米啊，你說罷。」
And the Lord said: Speak, my chosen one Jeremiah.
3:8
እግዚእየ፡ ከመ፡ ትሜጥዋ፡ ለሀገር፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ ጸላእታ፡ ወይነሥኣ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዘእምባቢሎን፤ ወምንተ፡ ትፈቅድ፡ ከመ፡ እግበር፡ ቅድስተ፡ ቅኔነ፡ በኅቡእ፡ ዘንትቀነይ፡ ወምንተ፡ ትፈቅድ፡ እግበር፡ ዲቤሆሙ።
耶利米說：「主啊，看哪，如今我們知道你要把這城交在仇敵手中，他們要把百姓擄到巴比倫去。
And Jeremiah said: Behold now, Lord, we know that you are delivering the city into the hands of its enemies, and they will carry the people away to Babylon.
3:9
እግዚእየ፡ ከመ፡ ትሜጥዋ፡ ለሀገር፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ ጸላእታ፡ ወይነሥኣ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዘእምባቢሎን፤ ወምንተ፡ ትፈቅድ፡ ከመ፡ እግበር፡ ቅድስተ፡ ቅኔነ፡ በኅቡእ፡ ዘንትቀነይ፡ ወምንተ፡ ትፈቅድ፡ እግበር፡ ዲቤሆሙ።
你願意我怎樣處置那供事用的聖器皿呢？」
What do you will that I do with the holy vessels of the temple service?
3:10
ወይቤሎ፡ እግዚእ፡ ንሥኦሙ፡ ውመጥዋ፡ ለምድር፡ ወለቤተ፡ መቅደስ፡ እንዘ፡ ትብል፡ ወአንቲኒ፡ ምድር፡ ስምዒ፡ ቃለ፡ ፈጣሪኪ፡ ዘፈጠረኪ፡ በኀይለ፡ ማያት፡ ዘኀተመኪ፡ በ፡ ፯፡ ማኅተምት፡ ተመጠዊ፡ ሥነኪ፡ ውዕቀቢ፡ ንዋየ፡ ቅኔኪ፡ እስከ፡ ምጽአቱ፡ ለፍቁር።
主對他說：「你把它們拿去，交給地，說：『地啊，你要聽那創造你者的聲音，就是用眾水形成你，在七個時期用七印封住你的那位。此後你必得回你的華美。』
And the Lord said to him: Take them, and deliver them to the earth, saying: Hear, O earth, the voice of him who created you, who formed you in the abundance of the waters, who sealed you with seven seals in seven seasons; and after these things you shall receive your beauty.
3:11
ወነበበ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ወይቤ፡ ኣስተበቅውዐከ፡ እግዚእየ፡ አርእየኒ፡ ዘእገብር፡ ለአቤሜሌክ፡ ኢትዮጵያዊ፡ ዘውእቱ፡ ብዙኀ፡ ዐቀቦሙ፡ ለሕዝብ፡ ወለገብርከኒ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ፈድፋደ፡ እምኵሉ፡ ሰብአ፡ ሀገር፡ ወውእቱ፡ አውፅአኒ፡ እምውስተ፡ ዐዘቅተ፡ ዐምዐም፡ ወኢይፈቅድ፡ ሎቱ፡ ይርአይ፡ ሙስናሃ፡ ወሀጕላ፡ ለሀገር፡ ከመ፡ ኢይሕዘን።
你要保守這供事的器皿，直到那蒙愛者聚集的時候。」
Guard the vessels of the temple service until the gathering of the beloved one.
3:12
ወይቤሎ፡ እግዚእ፡ ለኤርምያስ፡ ፈንዎ፡ ውስተ፡ ዐጸደ፡ ወይን፡ ዘሀግሪጳስ፡ በፍኖት፡ ዘደብር፡ ወአነ፡ እከድኖ፡ እስከ፡ ኣገብኦሙ፡ ለሕዝብ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገር፤ ወአንተ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ሖር፡ ምስለ፡ ሕዝብ፡ እስከ፡ ትበጽሑ፡ ምድረ፡ ባቢሎን፡ ወንበር፡ ትትኔበይ፡ ሎሙ፡ እስከ፡ ኣገብኦሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገሮሙ፤ ወለባሮክሂ፡ ኅድጎ፡ ህየ፡ ውስተ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም።
耶利米又說：「主啊，我求你，指示我當怎樣待古實人亞比米勒，因為他向你僕人耶利米多行善事。
And Jeremiah spoke, saying: I beseech you, Lord, show me what I shall do for Abimelech the Ethiopian, for he has done many kindnesses to your servant Jeremiah.
3:13
ወነገሮ፡ እግዚእ፡ ዘንተ፡ ኵሎ፡ ለኤርምያስ፡ ወኀለፈ፡ እምኀበ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ውስተ፡ ሰማይ።
是他把我從淤泥的坑中拉上來；我不願他看見這城的毀滅與荒涼，惟願你憐恤他，使他不至憂傷。」
For he it was who drew me up out of the pit of mire; and I do not wish him to see the destruction of this city and its desolation, but that you would have mercy on him, that he be not grieved.
3:14
ወኤርምያስ፡ ወባሮክ፡ ቦኡ፡ ውስተ፡ ቤተ፡ መቅደስ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ንዋየ፡ ዘቅኔሆሙ፡ መጠውዋ፡ ለምድር፡ በከመ፡ አዘዞሙ፡ እግዚእ፡ ወሶቤሃ፡ ሠረበቶ፡ ምድር፡ ወነበሩ፡ ክልኤሆሙ፡ ወበከዩ።
主對耶利米說：「你打發他往亞基帕的葡萄園去，我必在山的蔭下庇護他，直到我使百姓歸回這城。
And the Lord said to Jeremiah: Send him to the vineyard of Agrippa, and in the shadow of the mountain I will shelter him, until I bring the people back to the city.
3:15
ወበሳኒታ፡ ጸቢሖ፡ ፈነዎ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ለአቤሜሌክ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ንሣእ፡ ከረቦ፡ ወሖር፡ እንተ፡ ፍኖተ፡ ደብር፡ ውስተ፡ ዐጸደ፡ ወይን፡ ዘሀግሪጳስ፡ ወአምጽእ፡ ንስቲተ፡ በለሰ፡ ለድውያን፡ ሕዝብ፡ እስመ፡ ትፍሥሕተ፡ እግዚእ፡ ሀሎ፡ ውስተ፡ ርእስከ፡ ወስብሐቱ፤ ወሖረ፡ ውእቱኒ፡ በከመ፡ አዘዞ።
至於你，耶利米，要與你的百姓往巴比倫去，留在他們中間向他們傳福音，直到我使他們歸回這城。
But you, Jeremiah, go forth with your people to Babylon, and remain with them, preaching good tidings to them, until I bring them back to the city.
3:16
ወበሳኒታ፡ ጸቢሖ፡ ፈነዎ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ለአቤሜሌክ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ንሣእ፡ ከረቦ፡ ወሖር፡ እንተ፡ ፍኖተ፡ ደብር፡ ውስተ፡ ዐጸደ፡ ወይን፡ ዘሀግሪጳስ፡ ወአምጽእ፡ ንስቲተ፡ በለሰ፡ ለድውያን፡ ሕዝብ፡ እስመ፡ ትፍሥሕተ፡ እግዚእ፡ ሀሎ፡ ውስተ፡ ርእስከ፡ ወስብሐቱ፤ ወሖረ፡ ውእቱኒ፡ በከመ፡ አዘዞ።
但要把巴錄留在此處，等我對他說話。」
But leave Baruch here, until I speak to him.
3:17
ውበሳኒታ፡ ጸቢሖ፡ ኀይለ፡ ከላዴዎን፡ ዖድዋ፡ ለሀገር፡ ወነፍኀ፡ በቀርን፡ ዐቢይ፡ መልአክ፡ ወይቤ፡ ውእቱ፡ ባኡ፡ ኀይለ፡ ከላዴዎን፡ ናሁ፡ ይትረኀው፡ ለክሙ፡ አናቅጽ።
主說了這些話，就從耶利米那裡升到天上去了。
When the Lord had said these things, he ascended from Jeremiah into heaven.
3:18
ወሶቤሃ፡ ቦአ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ምስለ፡ ሰራዊቱ፡ ወፄወዉ፡ ኵሎ፡ ሕዝበ።
耶利米和巴錄進入聖所，拿起那供事的器皿，照主所吩咐他們的，交給了地。
And Jeremiah and Baruch entered into the sanctuary, and taking up the vessels of the temple service, they delivered them to the earth, as the Lord had spoken to them.
3:19
ወሶቤሃ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ነሥአ፡ መራኁተ፡ ዘቤተ፡ መቅደስ፡ ወወፅአ፡ አፍኣ፡ እምሀገር፡ ወወገሮ፡ ለዝንቱ፡ መራኁት፡ ቅድመ፡ ፀሓይ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ለከ፡ እብለከ፡ ፀሓይ፡ ንሣእ፡ መራኁተ፡ ዘቤተ፡ አምላክ፡ ወዕቀቦሙ፡ እስከ፡ መዋዕል፡ ዘይሴአለከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በእንቲአሁ፤ እስመ፡ ለነ፡ ኢኮነ፡ ድልወተ፡ ልደትነ፡ ለዐቂቦቱ፡ እስመ፡ ተረከብነ፡ ንሕነሰ፡ እንዘ፡ ነሐፅና፡ ለኀጢአትነ።
地就立刻把它們吞下去了。
And immediately the earth swallowed them up.
3:20
ወእንዘ፡ ይበኪ፡ ኤርምያስ፡ ለሕዝብ፡ አውፅእዎ፡ እንዘ፡ ያቴክልዎ፡ ወነድእዎ፡ ምስለ፡ ሕዝብ፡ እስከ፡ ባቢሎን።
他們二人就坐下哭泣。
And the two sat down and wept.
3:21
ወባሮክሰ፡ ነሥአ፡ ሐመደ፡ ወወደየ፡ ውስተ፡ ርእሱ፡ ወነበረ፡ ወአስቆቀወ፡ ዘንተ፡ ሰቆታወ፡ ወይቤ፡ በእንተ፡ ምንት፡ ማሰነት፡ ኢየሩሳሌም፡ አላ፡ በእንተ፡ ኀጢአቱ፡ ለፍቁር፡ ሕዝብ፡ ወተውህበት፡ በእደ፡ ጸላኢሃ፡ በእንተ፡ ኀጢአትነ፡ ወዘሕዝብ፤ አላ፡ ከመ፡ ኢይዘኀሩ፡ ኃጥኣን፡ ወኢይበሉ፡ ክህልነ፡ ነሣኦታ፡ ለሀገረ፡ አምላክ፡ በኀይልነ፡ ኢኮነ፡ በጽንዕክሙ፡ ዘክህልክምዋ፡ አላ፡ በኀጥአትነ፡ ተውሀበት፡ ለክሙ፤ ወአምላክነ፡ ይምሕረነ፡ ወያገብአነ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገርነ፡ ወለክሙሰ፡ ሕይወት፡ አልቦ፤ ብፁዓን፡ እሙንቱ፡ አበዊነ፡ አብርሃም፡ ወይስሐቅ፡ ወያዕቆብ፡ እስመ፡ ወፅኡ፡ እምዝ፡ ዓለም፡ ወኢርእዩ፡ ሙስናሃ፡ ለዛቲ፡ ሀገር።
到了早晨，耶利米打發亞比米勒，說：「你拿著籃子，從山路往亞基帕的田地去，採些無花果來，分給百姓中患病的人；因為主的恩眷在你身上，榮耀也歸在你頭上。」
And when morning came, Jeremiah sent Abimelech, saying: Take the basket, and go to the estate of Agrippa by the way of the mountain, and bringing a few figs, give them to the sick of the people; for the favor of the Lord is upon you, and upon your head is the glory.
3:22
ውእምድኅረ፡ ዘንተ፡ ተናገረ፡ ወፅአ፡ እንዘ፡ ይበኪ፡ ውይቤ፡ አሐዝን፡ በእንቲአኪ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም፡ ወወፅአ፡ እምሀገር፡ ወኀደረ፡ ውስተ፡ መቃብር፡ ወይመጽኡ፡ መላእክት፡ ወይዜንውዎ፡ በእንተ፡ ኵሉ።
耶利米說了這話，就打發他去；亞比米勒便照他所吩咐的去了。
And when Jeremiah had said this, he sent him away; and Abimelech went as he had told him.
