6:1
ስምዑኬ፡ ነገሥት፡ ወለብዉ፡ ወአእምሩ፡ መኳንንተ፡ አጽናፈ፡ ምድር።
君王啊，所以你們要聽，要明白；地極的審判官哪，你們要受教。
Hear therefore, you⌃ kings, and understand; Learn, you⌃ judges of the ends of the earth:
6:2
ወአጽምኡ፡ እለ፡ ትእኅዙ፡ ምድረ፡ ብዙኀ፡ ወእለ፡ ትትዔበዩ፡ በብዝኀ፡ አሕዛብ።
你們這些轄管眾民、因列邦羣眾而誇耀的，要側耳而聽。
Give ear, you⌃ that have dominion over much people, And make your boast in multitudes of nations.
6:3
እስመ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወሀበክሙ፡ እዘዘ፡ ወጽንዕክሙ፡ እምኀበ፡ ልዑል፡ ወውእቱ፡ ዘየሐትት፡ ምግባሪክሙ፡ ወይፈትን፡ ምክረክሙ።
因為你們的權柄是從主賜下的，你們的統治是從至高者而來的；祂必察究你們的作為，鑒察你們的計謀。
Because your dominion was given you from the Lord, And your sovereignty from the Most High; Who will search out your works, And will make inquisition of your counsels:
6:4
እስመ፡ እንዘ፡ ላእካነ፡ ጽድቁ፡ አንትሙ፡ እፎኑመ፡ ኢትኴንኑ፡ ፍትሕ፡ ርቱዐ፡ ወኢዓቀብክሙ፡ ሕጎ፡ ወኢሖረክሙ፡ በፍናወ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
因為你們既作祂國度的臣僕，卻沒有按公正審判，沒有遵守律法，也沒有照神的旨意而行。
Because being officers of his kingdom you⌃ did not judge aright, Neither kept you⌃ law, nor walked after the counsel of God.
6:5
ወያነሥእ፡ ላዕሌክሙ፡ ድንጋፄ፡ ፍጡነ፡ ዘይትቃወመክሙ፡ እስመ፡ ኵነኔ፡ ምቱር፡ ለመኳንንት፡ ይከውን።
祂必可畏而迅速地臨到你們；因為嚴厲的審判必臨到居高位的人。
Awfully and swiftly will he come upon you; Because a stern judgement befalleth those who are in high place:
6:6
ወለነዳይሰ፡ ያነሐስዮ፡ ሎቱ፡ እምፍኖተ፡ ምሕረት፡ ወለጽኑዐንሰ፡ ጽኑዐ፡ ሐተታ፡ የሐትትዎሙ።
因為卑微的人尚可蒙憐憫得赦免，但有權勢的人必受嚴厲的察究。
For the man of low estate may be pardoned in mercy, But mighty men will be searched out mightily.
6:7
እስመ፡ ኢያደሉ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለገጸ፡ ኵሉ፡ ወኢየኃፍር፡ ክብረ፡ ዕበይ፡ እስመ፡ ዓቢየ፡ ወንኡሰ፡ ገብረ፡ ወከማሁ፡ ይሔሊ፡ በእንተ፡ ኵሉ፡ ዘይቀኒ፡ ወዘይትቀነይ፡ ወይሠርዖሙ።
因為那作萬有之主宰者，必不因任何人的情面而退縮，也不因尊大而有所顧忌；因為無論大小都是祂所造的，祂也照樣眷顧萬人；
For the Sovereign Lord of all will not refrain himself for any man’s person, Neither will he reverence greatness; Because it is he that made both small and great, And alike he takes thought for all;
6:8
ወለአዚዛንሰ፡ ኅዩለ፡ ሐተታ፡ ይበጽሖሙ።
但嚴密的察究必臨到有權勢的人。
But strict is the scrutiny that comes upon the powerful.
6:9
ለክሙኬ፡ ነገርየ፡ ኢ፡ መኳንንት፡ እኩያን፡ ወገፋዕያነ፡ ከመ፡ ታእምሩ፡ ጥበበ፡ ወተግሣፀ፡ ወኢትደቁ።
君王啊，所以我的話是對你們說的，好叫你們學習智慧，不致失足跌倒。
To you therefore, O princes, are my words, That you⌃ may learn wisdom and fall not from the right way.
6:10
እስመ፡ እለ፡ የአምሩ፡ ትእዛዘ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ወየዓቅቡ፡ በጽድቅ፡ ይጸድቁ፡ ወእለ፡ ተምህርዋ፡ ይረክቡ፡ ምሕረተ።
因為謹守聖事為聖的，必成為聖；領受這些教訓的，必尋得可以分訴的答話。
For those who have kept holily the things that are holy will themselves be hallowed; And those who have been taught them will find what to answer;
6:11
ፍትዉኬ፡ እንከ፡ ነገርየ፡ አፍቅርዋ፡ ወተገሠፁ፡ ከመ፡ ትርከቡ፡ ሣህለ፡ ወምሕረተ።
所以你們要切慕我的話，渴想它們，就必受到訓誨。
Set your desire therefore on my words; Long for them, and you⌃ will be trained by their discipline.
6:12
ብርህት፡ ይእቲ፡ ጥቀ፡ ጥበብ፡ ወኢይጸመሂ፡ ሥና፡ ወእለ፡ ያፈቅርዋ፡ ይሬእይዋ፡ ፍጡነ፡ ወእለ፡ የኃሥሥዋ፡ ይረክብዋ።
智慧是光輝燦爛、永不衰殘的；愛慕她的人容易看見她，尋求她的人必尋見她。
Wisdom is radiant and fades not away; And easily is she saw those who love her, And found of those who seek her.
6:13
ወትበጽሕ፡ ለእለ፡ ይፈትውዋ፡ ወትትኤመሮሙ፡ ቅድመ።
她搶先向那渴慕的人顯現，叫人先認識她。
She forestalleth those who desire to know her, making herself first known.
6:14
ወዘይገይሥ፡ ኀቤሃ፡ ኢይፃሙ፡ እስመ፡ ውእቱ፡ ይረክባ፡ ወትረ፡ እንዘ፡ ትጸንሖ፡ ውሰተ፡ ኆኅቱ።
清早起來尋求她的，必不勞苦，因為必看見她坐在自己門口。
He that rises up early to seek her will have no toil, For he will find her sitting at his gates.
6:15
እስመ፡ ሐሊዮ፡ ኪያሃ፡ ፍጻሜ፡ አእምሮ፡ ወዘተግሀ፡ በእንቲአሃ፡ ፍጡነ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ትካዝ፡ ይከውን።
因為思念她，就是明達的完全；為她警醒的，必速速無憂。
For to think upon her is perfectness of understanding, And he that watches for her sake will quickly be free from care.
6:16
እስመ፡ ለእለ፡ ይደልውዋ፡ ይእቲ፡ ትመጽእ፡ እንዘ፡ ተኃሥሦሙ፡ ወበውስተ፡ ፍኖትኒ፡ ታስተርእዮሙ፡ ሥእልታ፡ ግብተ፡ አዳመ፡ በኵሉ፡ ሕሊና፡ ትትራከቦሙ።
因為她親自周遊，尋找那些配得她的人，在他們的路上慈祥地向他們顯現，在各樣的籌畫中迎見他們。
Because she goes about, herself seeking those who are worthy of her, And in their paths she appears to them graciously, And in every purpose she meets them.
6:17
እስመ፡ ቀዳሚ፡ ተግሣፅ፡ ህልው፡ ውእቱ፡ ፍትወታ፡ ወአስተሐምሞ፡ በተግሣፅ፡ አፍቅሮታ፡ ውእቱ።
因為她最真實的開端就是渴慕訓誨；對訓誨的關切就是愛她，
For her true beginning is desire of discipline; And the care for discipline is love of her;
6:18
ወአፍቅሮታሂ፡ ዓቂበ፡ ሕገ፡ ዚአሃ፡ ወጠይቆ፡ ኢሙስና፡ ውእቱ።
愛她就是遵守她的律法；留心她的律法，就確保了不朽，
And love of her is observance of her laws; And to give heed to her laws confirmeth incorruption;
6:19
ወኢሙስናሂ፡ ትሬሲ፡ ሰብአ፡ ቅሩበ፡ ኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
不朽使人親近神；
And incorruption brings near to God;
6:20
ፍትወታኬ፡ ለጥበብ፡ ታዓርግ፡ ኀበ፡ መንግሥት።
如此，渴慕智慧便引人進入國度。
So then desire of wisdom promoteth to a kingdom.
6:21
እመሰኬ፡ ትፈትዉ፡ መኳንንተ፡ አሕዛብ፡ መናብርተ፡ ወሢመተ፡ መወንግሥተ፡ አክብርዋ፡ ለጥበብ፡ ከመ፡ ለዓለም፡ ትንግሡ።
萬民的君王啊，你們若喜愛寶座和權杖，就當尊崇智慧，好叫你們永遠作王。
If therefore you⌃ delight in thrones and sceptres, you⌃ princes of peoples, Honor wisdom, that you⌃ may reign forever.
6:22
ወምንት፡ ይእቲ፡ ጥበብ፡ ወእፎ፡ ኮነት፡ አነ፡ አየድዐክሙ፡ ወኢየሃብእ፡ እምኔክሙ፡ ምሥጢራቲሃ፡ ክቡተ።
智慧是甚麼，她如何生成，我要宣告，不向你們隱藏奧祕；我要從創世之初追溯她的蹤跡，將認識她的知識顯明出來，絕不偏離真理；
But what wisdom is, and how she came into being, I will declare, And I will not hide mysteries from you; But I will trace her out from the beginning of creation, And bring the knowledge of her into clear light, And I will not pass by the truth;
6:23
ወባሕቱ፡ አኃሥሥ፡ እምጥንት፡ ክዋኔሃ፡ ወእሬሲ፡ ክሡተ፡ አእምሮታ፡ ወኢይትዓደው፡ ጽድቀ፡ ወኢየሐውር፡ በቅንአተ፡ ሕመሜ።
我也決不與那枯槁的嫉妒同行，因為嫉妒與智慧毫無相交。
Neither indeed will I take pining envy for my companion in the way, Because envy will have no fellowship with wisdom.
6:24
እስመ፡ ዘከመዝሰ፡ ኢይሳተፋ፡ ለጥበብ፡ እስመ፡ ብዝኅ፡ ጠበብት፡ መድኃኒተ፡ ዓለም፡ ውእቱ።
智慧人眾多就是世界的拯救，明智的君王就是百姓的安定。
But a multitude of wise men is salvation to the world, And an understanding king is tranquillity to his people.
6:25
ወንጉሥ፡ ልብው፡ ቃውም፡ ለሕዝብ፡ ተገሠፁኬ፡ በቃልየ፡ ወትረብኁ።
所以你們要受我言語的訓誨，就必得益處。
Wherefore be disciplined by my words, and thereby will you⌃ profit.
