6:1
Κωνσταντῖνος Αὔηουστος Καικιλιανῷ ἐπισκόπῳ Καρταηένης. ἐπειδήπερ ἤρεσε, κατὰ πάσας ἐπαρχίας, τάς τε Ἀφρικὰς καὶ τὰς Νουμιδίας καὶ τὰς Μαυριτανίας, ῥητοῖς τισι τῶν ὑπηρετῶν τῆς ἐνθέσμου καὶ τὰς ἁγιωτάτης καθολικῆς θρησκείας εἰς ἀναλώματα ἐπιχορηγηθῆναί τι, ἔδωκα γράμματα πρὸς Οὖρσον τὸν διασημότατον καθολικὸν τῆς Ἀφρικῆς, καὶ ἐδήλωσα αὐτῷ, ὅπως τρισχιλίους φόλλειςτῇ σῇ στερρότητι ἀπαριθμῆσαι φροντίςῃ.

Since it has pleased us that in all the provinces, both those of Africa and the Numidias and the Mauritanias, something should be supplied for expenses to certain specified ministers of the lawful and most holy Catholic worship, I have given letters to Ursus, the most distinguished accountant of Africa, and have signified to him that he should take care to count out three thousand folles to your Steadfastness.
6:2
σὺ τοίνυν, ἡνίκα τὴν προδηλουμένην ποσότητα τῶν χρημάτων ὑποδεχθῆναι ποιήσεις, ἅπασι τοῖς προειρημένοις κατὰ τοὸ βρέουιον τὸ πρὸς σὲ παρὰ Ὁσίου ἀποσταλὲν ταῦτα τὰ χρήματα διαδοθῆναι κέ– λευσον.
於是你既使上述款項得以收取，便當吩咐照何西烏寄給你的清單，把這款項分發給上述眾人。
You, then, when you have caused the aforesaid sum of money to be received, command that this money be distributed to all the aforesaid persons according to the schedule sent to you by Hosius.
6:3
εἰ δ ἄρα πρὸς τὸ συμπληρωθῆναί μου τὴν εἰς τοῦτο περὶ ἅπαντας αὐτοὺς προαίρεσιν ἐνδεῖν τι καταμάθοις, παρὰ Ἡρακλείδα τοῦ ἐπιτρόπου τῶν ἡμετέρων κτημάτων ἀναμφιλίκτως ὅπερ ἀναγκαῖον εἶναι καταμάθοις αἰτῆσαι ὀφείλεις. καὶ γὰρ παρόντι αὐτῷ προσέταξα, ἵν εἴ τι ἄν χρημάτων παρ αὐτοῦ ἡ σὴ στερρότης αἰτήςῃ, ἄνευ δισταγμοῦ τινὸς ἀπαριθμῆσαι φροντίςῃ.
但你若發覺，為要成全我在這事上向他們眾人的旨意而有所缺乏，便當毫不遲疑地向我們產業的管事希拉剋利底，索取你所發覺為必要之物；因為我曾當面吩咐他：你的堅貞若向他索取任何款項，他便要留意毫不遲疑地撥付。
But if you should find that anything is lacking for the fulfilment of my purpose toward them all in this matter, you ought without hesitation to request whatever you find to be necessary from Heraclides, the steward of our estates; for I commanded him when present that, if your Steadfastness should request any money from him, he should take care to count it out without any hesitation.
6:4
καὶ ἐπειδὴ ἐπυθόμην τινὰς μὴ καθεστώσης διανοίας τυγχάνοντας ἀνθρώπους τὸν λαὸν τῆς ἁγιωτάτης καὶ καθολικῆς ἐκκλησίας φαύλῃ τινὶ ὑπονοθεύσει βούλεσθαι διαστρέφειν, γίνωσκέ με Ἀνυλίνῳ ἀνθυπάτῳ, ἀλλὰ μὴν καὶ Πατρικίῳ τῲ οὐικαρίῳ τῶν ἐπάρχων παροῦσι ροιαύτας ἐντολὰς δεδωκέναι, ἴν ἐν τοῖς λοιποῖς ἅπασι καὶ τούτου μάλιστα τὴν προσήκουσαν φροντίδα ποιήσωνται, καὶ μὴ ἀνάσχωνται περιορᾶν τοιοῦτο γινόμενον.
既然我得知有些心思不定的人，想用某種卑劣的引誘來使那至聖、大公教會的百姓偏離，你當知道，我已當面給省督阿努利努斯，並眾長官的代理帕特里基烏，下了這樣的訓令：要在其餘一切事上，尤其在此事上，加以合宜的留意，並不可容忍坐視這樣的事發生。
And since I have learned that certain men of unsettled mind wish to turn aside the people of the most holy and Catholic Church by some base corruption, know that I have given such instructions to Anulinus the proconsul, and also to Patricius the vicar of the prefects, when present, that in all other matters, and most especially in this, they should take the fitting care, and should not endure to overlook such a thing taking place.
6:5
διόπερ εἴ τινας τοιούτους ἀνθρώπους ἐν αὐτῇ τῇ μανίᾳ ἐπιμένειν κατίδοις, ἄνευ τινὸς ἀμφιβολίας τοῖς προειρημένοις δικασταῖς πρόσελθε, καὶ αὐτὸ τοῦτο προσανένεγκε, ὅπως αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖνοι, καθάπερ αὐτοῖς παροῦσιν ἐκέλευσα, ἐπιστρέψωσιν. ἡ θειότης τοῦ μεγάλου θεοῦ σε διαφυλάξοι ἐπὶ πολλοῖς ἔτεσιν.
因此，你若見有任何這樣的人仍持守這種瘋狂，便當毫不遲疑地去見上述的審判官，把這事呈報給他們，使他們可照我當面所吩咐的更正他們。願至大之神的神性保守你多年。
Wherefore, if you should observe any such men persisting in this very madness, without any hesitation go to the aforesaid judges and bring this very matter before them, that they may correct them, just as I commanded them when present. May the Divinity of the great God preserve you for many years.
