7:1
Et conveniunt ad eum pharisaei, et quidam de scribis, venientes ab Jerosolymis.
有法利賽人和幾個文士從耶路撒冷來,到耶穌那裏聚集。
Then the Pharisees and some of the scribes gathered together to him, having come from Jerusalem.
7:2
Et cum vidissent quosdam ex discipulis ejus communibus manibus, id est non lotis, manducare panes, vituperaverunt.
他們曾看見他的門徒中有人用俗手,就是沒有洗的手,吃飯。(
Now when they saw some of his disciples eating bread with defiled, that is unwashed, hands, they found fault.
7:3
Pharisaei enim, et omnes Judaei, nisi crebro laverint manus, non manducant, tenentes traditionem seniorum :
原來法利賽人和猶太人都拘守古人的遺傳,若不仔細洗手就不吃飯;
(For the Pharisees and all the Jews don’t eat unless they wash their hands and forearms, holding to the tradition of the elders.
7:4
et a foro nisi baptizentur, non comedunt : et alia multa sunt, quae tradita sunt illis servare, baptismata calicum, et urceorum, et aeramentorum, et lectorum :
從市上來,若不洗浴也不吃飯;還有好些別的規矩,他們歷代拘守,就是洗杯、罐、銅器等物。)
They don’t eat when they come from the marketplace unless they bathe themselves, and there are many other things which they have received to hold to: washings of cups, pitchers, bronze vessels, and couches.)
7:5
et interrogabant eum pharisaei et scribae : Quare discipuli tui non ambulant juxta traditionem seniorum, sed communibus manibus manducant panem ?
法利賽人和文士問他說:「你的門徒為甚麼不照古人的遺傳,用俗手吃飯呢?」
The Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why don’t your disciples walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat their bread with unwashed hands?”
7:6
At ille respondens, dixit eis : Bene prophetavit Isaias de vobis hypocritis, sicut scriptum est : Populus hic labiis me honorat, cor autem eorum longe est a me :
耶穌說:「以賽亞指着你們假冒為善之人所說的預言是不錯的。如經上說: 這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我, 心卻遠離我。
He answered them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
7:7
in vanum autem me colunt, docentes doctrinas, et praecepta hominum.
他們將人的吩咐當作道理教導人, 所以拜我也是枉然。
They worship me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’
7:8
Relinquentes enim mandatum Dei, tenetis traditionem hominum, baptismata urceorum et calicum : et alia similia his facitis multa.
你們是離棄上帝的誡命,拘守人的遺傳」;
“For you set aside the commandment of God, and hold tightly to the tradition of men—the washing of pitchers and cups, and you do many other such things.”
7:9
Et dicebat illis : Bene irritum facitis praeceptum Dei, ut traditionem vestram servetis.
又說:「你們誠然是廢棄上帝的誡命,要守自己的遺傳。
He said to them, “Full well do you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.
7:10
Moyses enim dixit : Honora patrem tuum, et matrem tuam. Et : Qui maledixerit patri, vel matri, morte moriatur.
摩西說:『當孝敬父母』;又說:『咒罵父母的,必治死他。』
For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother;’ and, ‘He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.’
7:11
Vos autem dicitis : Si dixerit homo patri, aut matri, Corban (quod est donum) quodcumque ex me, tibi profuerit :
你們倒說:『人若對父母說:我所當奉給你的,已經作了各耳板』(各耳板就是供獻的意思),
But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban,”’” that is to say, given to God,
7:12
et ultra non dimittitis eum quidquam facere patri suo, aut matri,
以後你們就不容他再奉養父母。
“then you no longer allow him to do anything for his father or his mother,
7:13
rescindentes verbum Dei per traditionem vestram, quam tradidistis : et similia hujusmodi multa facitis.
這就是你們承接遺傳,廢了上帝的道。你們還做許多這樣的事。」
making void the word of God by your tradition which you have handed down. You do many things like this.”
7:14
Et advocans iterum turbam, dicebat illis : Audite me omnes, et intelligite.
耶穌又叫眾人來,對他們說:「你們都要聽我的話,也要明白。
He called all the multitude to himself and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand.
7:15
Nihil est extra hominem introiens in eum, quod possit eum coinquinare, sed quae de homine procedunt illa sunt quae communicant hominem.
從外面進去的不能污穢人,惟有從裏面出來的乃能污穢人。」
There is nothing from outside of the man that going into him can defile him; but the things which proceed out of the man are those that defile the man.
7:16
Si quis habet aures audiendi, audiat.
從外面進去的不能污穢人,惟有從裏面出來的乃能污穢人。」
If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear!”
7:17
Et cum introisset in domum a turba, interrogabant eum discipuli ejus parabolam.
耶穌離開眾人,進了屋子,門徒就問他這比喻的意思。
When he had entered into a house away from the multitude, his disciples asked him about the parable.
7:18
Et ait illis : Sic et vos imprudentes estis ? Non intelligitis quia omne extrinsecus introiens in hominem, non potest eum communicare :
耶穌對他們說:「你們也是這樣不明白嗎?豈不曉得凡從外面進入的,不能污穢人,
He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him,
7:19
quia non intrat in cor ejus, sed in ventrum vadit, et in secessum exit, purgans omnes escas ?
因為不是入他的心,乃是入他的肚腹,又落到茅廁裏( 這是說,各樣的食物都是潔淨的)」;
because it doesn’t go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, making all foods clean?”
7:20
Dicebat autem, quoniam quae de homine exeunt, illa communicant hominem.
又說:「從人裏面出來的,那才能污穢人;
He said, “That which proceeds out of the man, that defiles the man.
7:21
Ab intus enim de corde hominum malae cogitationes procedunt, adulteria, fornicationes, homicidia,
因為從裏面,就是從人心裏,發出惡念、苟合、
For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts,
7:22
furta, avaritiae, nequitiae, dolus, impudicitiae, oculus malus, blasphemia, superbia, stultitia.
偷盜、凶殺、姦淫、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、淫蕩、嫉妒、謗讟、驕傲、狂妄。
covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.
7:23
Omnia haec mala ab intus procedunt, et communicant hominem.
這一切的惡都是從裏面出來,且能污穢人。」
All these evil things come from within and defile the man.”
7:24
Et inde surgens abiit in fines Tyri et Sidonis : et ingressus domum, neminem voluit scire, et non potuit latere.
耶穌從那裏起身,往泰爾、西頓的境內去,進了一家,不願意人知道,卻隱藏不住。
From there he arose and went away into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. He entered into a house and didn’t want anyone to know it, but he couldn’t escape notice.
7:25
Mulier enim statim ut audivit de eo, cujus filia habebat spiritum immundum, intravit, et procidit ad pedes ejus.
當下,有一個婦人,她的小女兒被污鬼附着,聽見耶穌的事,就來俯伏在他腳前。
For a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell down at his feet.
7:26
Erat enim mulier gentilis, Syrophoenissa genere. Et rogabat eum ut daemonium ejiceret de filia ejus.
這婦人是希臘人,屬敘利腓尼基族。她求耶穌趕出那鬼離開她的女兒。
Now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by race. She begged him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.
7:27
Qui dixit illi : Sine prius saturari filios : non est enim bonum sumere panem filiorum, et mittere canibus.
耶穌對她說:「讓兒女們先吃飽,不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」
But Jesus said to her, “Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
7:28
At illa respondit, et dixit illi : Utique Domine, nam et catelli comedunt sub mensa de micis puerorum.
婦人回答說:「主啊,不錯;但是狗在桌子底下也吃孩子們的碎渣兒。」
But she answered him, “Yes, Lord. Yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”
7:29
Et ait illi : Propter hunc sermonem vade : exiit daemonium a filia tua.
耶穌對她說:「因這句話,你回去吧;鬼已經離開你的女兒了。」
He said to her, “For this saying, go your way. The demon has gone out of your daughter.”
7:30
Et cum abiisset domum suam, invenit puellam jacentem supra lectum, et daemonium exiisse.
她就回家去,見小孩子躺在床上,鬼已經出去了。
She went away to her house, and found the child having been laid on the bed, with the demon gone out.
7:31
Et iterum exiens de finibus Tyri, venit per Sidonem ad mare Galilaeae inter medios fines Decapoleos.
耶穌又離了泰爾的境界,經過西頓,就從低加坡里境內來到加利利 海。
Again he departed from the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and came to the sea of Galilee through the middle of the region of Decapolis.
7:32
Et adducunt ei surdum, et mutum, et deprecabantur eum, ut imponat illi manum.
有人帶着一個耳聾舌結的人來見耶穌,求他按手在他身上。
They brought to him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech. They begged him to lay his hand on him.
7:33
Et apprehendens eum de turba seorsum, misit digitos suos in auriculas ejus : et exspuens, tetigit linguam ejus :
耶穌領他離開眾人,到一邊去,就用指頭探他的耳朵,吐唾沫抹他的舌頭,
He took him aside from the multitude privately and put his fingers into his ears; and he spat and touched his tongue.
7:34
et suspiciens in caelum, ingemuit, et ait illi : Ephphetha, quod est, Adaperire.
望天歎息,對他說:「以法大!」就是說:「開了吧!」
Looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” that is, “Be opened!”
7:35
Et statim apertae sunt aures ejus, et solutum est vinculum linguae ejus, et loquebatur recte.
他的耳朵就開了,舌結也解了,說話也清楚了。
Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was released, and he spoke clearly.
7:36
Et praecepit illis ne cui dicerent. Quanto autem eis praecipiebat, tanto magis plus praedicabant :
耶穌囑咐他們不要告訴人;但他越發囑咐,他們越發傳揚開了。
He commanded them that they should tell no one, but the more he commanded them, so much the more widely they proclaimed it.
7:37
et eo amplius admirabantur, dicentes : Bene omnia fecit : et surdos fecit audire, et mutos loqui.
眾人分外希奇,說:「他所做的事都好,他連聾子也叫他們聽見,啞巴也叫他們說話。」
They were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes even the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
