13:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ וִיהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ זָקֵ֔ן בָּ֖א בַּיָּמִ֑ים וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהֹוָ֜ה אֵלָ֗יו אַתָּ֤ה זָקַ֙נְתָּה֙ בָּ֣אתָ בַיָּמִ֔ים וְהָאָ֛רֶץ נִשְׁאֲרָ֥ה הַרְבֵּֽה ־מְאֹ֖ד לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ ׃
καὶ Ἰησοῦς πρεσβύτερος προβεβηκὼς τῶν ἡμερῶν καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Ἰησοῦν σὺ προβέβηκας τῶν ἡμερῶν καὶ ἡ γῆ ὑπολέλειπται πολλὴ εἰς κληρονομίαν
Josue senex provectaeque aetatis erat , et dixit Dominus ad eum : Senuisti , et longaevus es , terraque latissima derelicta est , quae necdum sorte divisa est :
ወልህቀ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ወኀለፈ ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ፡ ወይቤሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለኢየሱስ ፡ ናሁ ፡ ኀለፈ ፡ መዋዕሊከ ፡ ለከ ፡ ወተርፈት ፡ ምድር ፡ ብዝኅት ፡ ዘይትወረሱ ።
Now Joshua was old and well advanced in years. Yahweh said to him, “You are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.
13:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ זֹ֥את הָאָ֖רֶץ הַנִּשְׁאָ֑רֶת כׇּל ־גְּלִיל֥וֹת הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים וְכׇל ־הַגְּשׁוּרִֽי ׃
καὶ αὕτη ἡ γῆ ἡ καταλελειμμένη ὅρια Φυλιστιιμ ὁ Γεσιρι καὶ ὁ Χαναναῖος
omnis videlicet Galilaea , Philisthiim , et universa Gessuri .
ወዛቲ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ ተርፈት ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለፍል [ስጥኤ ]ም ፡ ወዘጌሲሪ ፡ ወዘከናኔዎን ፤
“This is the land that still remains: all the regions of the Philistines, and all the Geshurites;
13:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ מִֽן ־הַשִּׁיח֞וֹר אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ עַל ־פְּנֵ֣י מִצְרַ֗יִם וְעַ֨ד גְּב֤וּל עֶקְרוֹן֙ צָפ֔וֹנָה לַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י תֵּחָשֵׁ֑ב חֲמֵ֣שֶׁת ׀ סַרְנֵ֣י פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים הָֽעַזָּתִ֤י וְהָֽאַשְׁדּוֹדִי֙ הָאֶשְׁקְלוֹנִ֣י הַגִּתִּ֔י וְהָעֶקְרוֹנִ֖י וְהָעַוִּֽים ׃
ἀπὸ τῆς ἀοικήτου τῆς κατὰ πρόσωπον Αἰγύπτου ἕως τῶν ὁρίων Ακκαρων ἐξ εὐωνύμων τῶν Χαναναίων προσλογίζεται ταῖς πέντε σατραπείαις τῶν Φυλιστιιμ τῷ Γαζαίῳ καὶ τῷ Ἀζωτίῳ καὶ τῷ Ἀσκαλωνίτῃ καὶ τῷ Γεθθαίῳ καὶ τῷ Ακκαρωνίτῃ καὶ τῷ Ευαίῳ
A fluvio turbido , qui irrigat Aegyptum , usque ad terminos Accaron contra aquilonem : terra Chanaan , quae in quinque regulos Philisthiim dividitur , Gazaeos , et Azotios , Ascalonitas , Gethaeos , et Accaronitas .
እምነ ፡ በድው ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ገጸ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ እስከ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለአቃሮን ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ፀጋሞሙ ፡ ለአሞሬዎን ፡ ዘይትኌለቍ ፡ ለኀምስቱ ፡ በሓውርተ ፡ ፊልስጢእም ፡ ለጋዛ ፡ ወለአዛጦን ፡ ወለአስቀሎን ፡ ወለጌቴዎን ፡ ወለአቃሮን ፡ ወለኤዌዎን ።
from the Shihor, which is before Egypt, even to the border of Ekron northward, which is counted as Canaanite; the five lords of the Philistines; the Gazites, and the Ashdodites, the Ashkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avvim,
13:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ מִתֵּימָ֞ן כׇּל ־אֶ֣רֶץ הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֗י וּמְעָרָ֛ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר לַצִּידֹנִ֖ים עַד ־אֲפֵ֑קָה עַ֖ד גְּב֥וּל הָאֱמֹרִֽי ׃
ἐκ Θαιμαν καὶ πάσῃ γῇ Χανααν ἐναντίον Γάζης καὶ οἱ Σιδώνιοι ἕως Αφεκ ἕως τῶν ὁρίων τῶν Αμορραίων
Ad meridiem vero sunt Hevaei , omnis terra Chanaan , et Maara Sidoniorum , usque Apheca et terminos Amorrhaei ,
እምነ ፡ ቴመን ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ከናአን ፡ ዘቅድመ ፡ ጋዛ ፡ ወሲዶናሂ ፡ እስከ ፡ ጣፌቅ ፡ እስከ ፡ አድዋሊሆሙ ፡ ለአሞሬዎን ።
on the south; all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians, to Aphek, to the border of the Amorites;
13:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהָאָ֣רֶץ הַגִּבְלִ֗י וְכׇל ־הַלְּבָנוֹן֙ מִזְרַ֣ח הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ מִבַּ֣עַל גָּ֔ד תַּ֖חַת הַר ־חֶרְמ֑וֹן עַ֖ד לְב֥וֹא חֲמָֽת ׃
καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Γαβλι Φυλιστιιμ καὶ πάντα τὸν Λίβανον ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου ἀπὸ Γαλγαλ ὑπὸ τὸ ὄρος τὸ Αερμων ἕως τῆς εἰσόδου Εμαθ
ejusque confinia . Libani quoque regio contra orientem , a Baalgad sub monte Hermon , donec ingrediaris Emath ;
ወኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ገልየድ ፡ ዘፊልስጢእም ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ሊባኖን ፡ እምነ ፡ ሠርቀ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ገልጋላ ፡ ዘመትሕተ ፡ ደብረ ፡ አኤርሞን ፡ እስከ ፡ ምብዋኦ ፡ ለኤመት ።
and the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrise, from Baal Gad under Mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath;
13:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י הָ֠הָ֠ר מִֽן ־הַלְּבָנ֞וֹן עַד ־מִשְׂרְפֹ֥ת מַ֙יִם֙ כׇּל ־צִ֣ידֹנִ֔ים אָֽנֹכִי֙ אֽוֹרִישֵׁ֔ם מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל רַ֠ק הַפִּלֶ֤הָ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּֽנַחֲלָ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוִּיתִֽיךָ ׃
πᾶς ὁ κατοικῶν τὴν ὀρεινὴν ἀπὸ τοῦ Λιβάνου ἕως τῆς Μασερεφωθμαιμ πάντας τοὺς Σιδωνίους ἐγὼ αὐτοὺς ἐξολεθρεύσω ἀπὸ προσώπου Ισραηλ ἀλλὰ διάδος αὐτὴν ἐν κλήρῳ τῷ Ισραηλ ὃν τρόπον σοι ἐνετειλάμην
omnium qui habitant in monte a Libano usque ad aquas Maserephoth , universique Sidonii . Ego sum qui delebo eos a facie filiorum Israël . Veniat ergo in partem haereditatis Israël , sicut praecepi tibi .
ኵሎ ፡ እለ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አድባር ፡ እምነ ፡ ሊባኖስ ፡ እስከ ፡ ሙዓለ ፡ ሴሬት ፡ ዘማይም ፡ ዘፎሜም ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሲዶና ፡ እለ ፡ አነ ፡ ኣጠፍኦሙ ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ገጾሙ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ በከመ ፡ እቤ ፡ ለከ ።
all the inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon to Misrephoth Maim, even all the Sidonians. I will drive them out from before the children of Israel. Just allocate it to Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded you.
13:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְעַתָּ֗ה חַלֵּ֞ק אֶת ־הָאָ֧רֶץ הַזֹּ֛את בְּנַחֲלָ֖ה לְתִשְׁעַ֣ת הַשְּׁבָטִ֑ים וַֽחֲצִ֖י הַשֵּׁ֥בֶט הַֽמְנַשֶּֽׁה ׃
καὶ νῦν μέρισον τὴν γῆν ταύτην ἐν κληρονομίᾳ ταῖς ἐννέα φυλαῖς καὶ τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση ἀπὸ τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἕως τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς μεγάλης κατὰ δυσμὰς ἡλίου δώσεις αὐτήν ἡ θάλασσα ἡ μεγάλη ὁριεῖ
Et nunc divide terram in possessionem novem tribubus , et dimidiae tribui Manasse ,
ወይእዜኒ ፡ ክፍሎሙ ፡ ዛተ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ወአስተዋርሶሙ ፡ ለትስዐቱ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ወለመንፈቀ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ዘመናሴ ።
Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance to the nine tribes and the half-tribe of Manasseh.”
13:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ עִמּ֗וֹ הָרֽאוּבֵנִי֙ וְהַגָּדִ֔י לָקְח֖וּ נַחֲלָתָ֑ם אֲשֶׁר֩ נָתַ֨ן לָהֶ֜ם מֹשֶׁ֗ה בְּעֵ֤בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה כַּֽאֲשֶׁר֙ נָתַ֣ן לָהֶ֔ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה עֶ֥בֶד יְהֹוָֽה ׃
ταῖς δὲ δύο φυλαῖς καὶ τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση τῷ Ρουβην καὶ τῷ Γαδ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατ’ ἀνατολὰς ἡλίου δέδωκεν αὐτὴν Μωυσῆς ὁ παῖς κυρίου
cum qua Ruben et Gad possederunt terram , quam tradidit eis Moyses famulus Domini trans fluenta Jordanis , ad orientalem plagam .
እምነ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ እስከ ፡ ባሕር ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ዐረበ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ይሁቦሙ ፡ ወትከውኖሙ ፡ ወሰኖሙ ፡ ባሐር ፡ ዐቢይ ።
With him the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of Yahweh gave them:
13:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ מֵעֲרוֹעֵ֡ר אֲשֶׁר֩ עַל ־שְׂפַת ־נַ֨חַל אַרְנ֜וֹן וְהָעִ֨יר אֲשֶׁ֧ר בְּתוֹךְ ־הַנַּ֛חַל וְכׇל ־הַמִּישֹׁ֥ר מֵידְבָ֖א עַד ־דִּיבֽוֹן ׃
ἀπὸ Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τοῦ χείλους χειμάρρου Αρνων καὶ τὴν πόλιν τὴν ἐν μέσῳ τῆς φάραγγος καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Μισωρ ἀπὸ Μαιδαβα ἕως Δαιβαν
Ab Aroër , quae sita est in ripa torrentis Arnon , et in vallis medio , universaque campestria Medaba , usque Dibon ,
ለእልክቱ ፡ ክልኤቱ ፡ ነገድ ፡ ለሮቤል ፡ ወለጋድ ፡ ወለመንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ ወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፤
from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain of Medeba to Dibon;
13:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְכֹ֗ל עָרֵי֙ סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָלַ֖ךְ בְּחֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן עַד ־גְּב֖וּל בְּנֵ֥י עַמּֽוֹן ׃
πάσας τὰς πόλεις Σηων βασιλέως Αμορραίων ὃς ἐβασίλευσεν ἐν Εσεβων ἕως τῶν ὁρίων υἱῶν Αμμων
et cunctas civitates Sehon regis Amorrhaei , qui regnavit in Hesebon , usque ad terminos filiorum Ammon ,
ዘመንገለ ፡ ሠረቀ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ቍልዔሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምነ ፡ አሮኤር ፡ እንተ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ማዕዶተ ፡ ፈለገ ፡ አርኖን ፡ ወሀገር ፡ እንተ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ቈላት ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሚሶር ፡ እምነ ፡ [ሜ ]ዳቦን ።
and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;
13:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהַגִּלְעָ֞ד וּגְב֧וּל הַגְּשׁוּרִ֣י וְהַמַּעֲכָתִ֗י וְכֹ֨ל הַ֥ר חֶרְמ֛וֹן וְכׇל ־הַבָּשָׁ֖ן עַד ־סַלְכָֽה ׃
καὶ τὴν Γαλααδίτιδα καὶ τὰ ὅρια Γεσιρι καὶ τοῦ Μαχατι πᾶν ὄρος Αερμων καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Βασανῖτιν ἕως Σελχα
et Galaad , ac terminum Gessuri et Machati , et omnem montem Hermon , et universam Basan , usque ad Salecha ,
ኵሉ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ሴዎን ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ አሞሬዎን ፡ ዘነግሠ ፡ በሔሴቦን ፡ እስከ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ዐሞን ፤
and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and all Mount Hermon, and all Bashan to Salecah;
13:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ כׇּל ־מַמְלְכ֥וּת עוֹג֙ בַּבָּשָׁ֔ן אֲשֶׁר ־מָלַ֥ךְ בְּעַשְׁתָּר֖וֹת וּבְאֶדְרֶ֑עִי ה֤וּא נִשְׁאַר֙ מִיֶּ֣תֶר הָרְפָאִ֔ים וַיַּכֵּ֥ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה וַיֹּרִשֵֽׁם ׃
πᾶσαν τὴν βασιλείαν Ωγ ἐν τῇ Βασανίτιδι ὃς ἐβασίλευσεν ἐν Ασταρωθ καὶ ἐν Εδραϊν οὗτος κατελείφθη ἀπὸ τῶν γιγάντων καὶ ἐπάταξεν αὐτὸν Μωυσῆς καὶ ἐξωλέθρευσεν
omne regnum Og in Basan , qui regnavit in Astaroth et Edrai , ipse fuit de reliquiis Raphaim : percussitque eos Moyses , atque delevit .
ወለገላአድ ፡ ወለደወሎሙ ፡ ለጌሲሪ ፡ ወለማኬጢ ፡ ወለኵሉ ፡ አድባረ ፡ አኤርሞን ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ባሳን ፡ እስከ ፡ አካ ።
all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei (who was left of the remnant of the Rephaim); for Moses attacked these, and drove them out.
13:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְלֹ֤א הוֹרִ֙ישׁוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֶת ־הַגְּשׁוּרִ֖י וְאֶת ־הַמַּעֲכָתִ֑י וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב גְּשׁ֤וּר וּמַֽעֲכָת֙ בְּקֶ֣רֶב יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה ׃
καὶ οὐκ ἐξωλέθρευσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὸν Γεσιρι καὶ τὸν Μαχατι καὶ τὸν Χαναναῖον καὶ κατῴκει βασιλεὺς Γεσιρι καὶ ὁ Μαχατι ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἕως τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας
Nolueruntque disperdere filii Israël Gessuri et Machati : et habitaverunt in medio Israël usque in praesentem diem .
ኵሎ ፡ መንግሥቶ ፡ ለአግ ፡ ዘባሳን ፡ ዘነግሠ ፡ በኤድራይን ፡ ወበአስጣሮት ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘተርፈ ፡ እምነ ፡ ደሞሙ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ያርብሕ ፡ ወቀተሎ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ [ወአጥፍኦ ፡] ፡ ወ [ኢያ ]ጥፍእዎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለጌሲሪ ፡ ወለመካጢ ፡ ወለከናኔዎን ፡ እለ ፡ ውስቴቶሙ ፡ [ወ ]ይነብር ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ጌሲሪ ፡ ወመካጢ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ እስከ ፡ ዮም ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ።
Nevertheless the children of Israel didn’t drive out the Geshurites, nor the Maacathites: but Geshur and Maacath live within Israel to this day.
13:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ רַ֚ק לְשֵׁ֣בֶט הַלֵּוִ֔י לֹ֥א נָתַ֖ן נַחֲלָ֑ה אִשֵּׁ֨י יְהֹוָ֜ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ה֣וּא נַחֲלָת֔וֹ כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּר ־לֽוֹ ׃ {פ}
πλὴν τῆς φυλῆς Λευι οὐκ ἐδόθη κληρονομία κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ οὗτος αὐτῶν κληρονομία καθὰ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς κύριος καὶ οὗτος ὁ καταμερισμός ὃν κατεμέρισεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἐν Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω
Tribui autem Levi non dedit possessionem : sed sacrificia et victimae Domini Dei Israël , ipsa est ejus haereditas , sicut locutus est illi .
እንበለ ፡ ነገደ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ እለ ፡ ኢነሥኡ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላከ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ውእቱ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ በከመ ፡ ይቤሎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወከማሁ ፡ ተከፈሉ ፡ በከመ ፡ ከፈሎሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ በ [አራቦ ]ት ፡ ዘሞአብ ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ኢያሪኮ ።
Only he gave no inheritance to the tribe of Levi. The offerings of Yahweh, the God of Israel, made by fire are his inheritance, as he spoke to him.
13:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְמַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵי ־רְאוּבֵ֖ן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς τῇ φυλῇ Ρουβην κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν
Dedit ergo Moyses possessionem tribui filiorum Ruben juxta cognationes suas .
ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለነገደ ፡ ሮቤል ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ።
Moses gave to the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families.
13:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְהִ֨י לָהֶ֜ם הַגְּב֗וּל מֵעֲרוֹעֵ֡ר אֲשֶׁר֩ עַל ־שְׂפַת ־נַ֨חַל אַרְנ֜וֹן וְהָעִ֨יר אֲשֶׁ֧ר בְּתוֹךְ ־הַנַּ֛חַל וְכׇל ־הַמִּישֹׁ֖ר עַל ־מֵידְבָֽא ׃
καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῶν τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον φάραγγος Αρνων καὶ ἡ πόλις ἡ ἐν τῇ φάραγγι Αρνων καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Μισωρ
Fuitque terminus eorum ab Aroër , quae sita est in ripa torrentis Arnon , et in valle ejusdem torrentis media : universam planitiem , quae ducit Medaba ,
ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ አሮኤር ፡ እንተ ፡ መንገለ ፡ ቈላተ ፡ አርኖን ፡ ወሀገሮሂ ፡ ዘውስተ ፡ ቈላተ ፡ አርኖን ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሚሶር ፡ እስከ ፡ ሔሴቦን ።
Their border was from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain by Medeba;
13:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ חֶשְׁבּ֥וֹן וְכׇל ־עָרֶ֖יהָ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּמִּישֹׁ֑ר דִּיבֹן֙ וּבָמ֣וֹת בַּ֔עַל וּבֵ֖ית בַּ֥עַל מְעֽוֹן ׃
ἕως Εσεβων καὶ πάσας τὰς πόλεις τὰς οὔσας ἐν τῇ Μισωρ καὶ Δαιβων καὶ Βαμωθβααλ καὶ οἴκου Βεελμων
et Hesebon , cunctosque viculos earum , qui sunt in campestribus : Dibon quoque et Bamothbaal , et oppidum Baalmaon ,
ወኵሉ ፡ አህጉር ፡ ዘሀለወ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሚሶር ፡ ወዴቦን ፡ ወበሞን ፡ ወበዓል ፡ ወአብያት ፡ ሜዔልሞት ።

13:18 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְיַ֥הְצָה וּקְדֵמֹ֖ת וּמֵפָֽעַת ׃
καὶ Ιασσα καὶ Κεδημωθ καὶ Μεφααθ
et Jassa , et Cedimoth , et Mephaath ,
ወባሳን ፡ ወበቄድሞን ፡ ወሜፋት ።

13:19 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְקִרְיָתַ֣יִם וְשִׂבְמָ֔ה וְצֶ֥רֶת הַשַּׁ֖חַר בְּהַ֥ר הָעֵֽמֶק ׃
καὶ Καριαθαιμ καὶ Σεβαμα καὶ Σεραδα καὶ Σιωρ ἐν τῷ ὄρει Εμακ
et Cariathaim , et Sabama , et Sarathasar in monte convallis .
ወቃርያትም ፡ ወሴባማ ፡ ወሴራዶት ፡ ወሲዮን ፡ በደብረ ፡ ኤነብ ።

13:20 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּבֵ֥ית פְּע֛וֹר וְאַשְׁדּ֥וֹת הַפִּסְגָּ֖ה וּבֵ֥ית הַיְשִׁמֽוֹת ׃
καὶ Βαιθφογωρ καὶ Ασηδωθ Φασγα καὶ Βαιθασιμωθ
Bethphogor et Asedoth , Phasga et Bethiesimoth ,
ወቤተ ፡ ፌጎር ፡ ወኤሴዶት ፡ (ወ )ፈስጋ ፡ ወኤቤታነሲኖት ።

13:21 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְכֹל֙ עָרֵ֣י הַמִּישֹׁ֔ר וְכׇֽל ־מַמְלְכ֗וּת סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָלַ֖ךְ בְּחֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן אֲשֶׁר֩ הִכָּ֨ה מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֹת֣וֹ ׀ וְאֶת ־נְשִׂיאֵ֣י מִדְיָ֗ן אֶת ־אֱוִ֤י וְאֶת ־רֶ֙קֶם֙ וְאֶת ־צ֤וּר וְאֶת ־חוּר֙ וְאֶת ־רֶ֔בַע נְסִיכֵ֣י סִיח֔וֹן יֹשְׁבֵ֖י הָאָֽרֶץ ׃
καὶ πάσας τὰς πόλεις τοῦ Μισωρ καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ Σηων βασιλέως τῶν Αμορραίων ὃν ἐπάταξεν Μωυσῆς αὐτὸν καὶ τοὺς ἡγουμένους Μαδιαμ καὶ τὸν Ευι καὶ τὸν Ροκομ καὶ τὸν Σουρ καὶ τὸν Ουρ καὶ τὸν Ροβε ἄρχοντας παρὰ Σηων καὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν γῆν
et omnes urbes campestres , universaque regna Sehon regis Amorrhaei , qui regnavit in Hesebon , quem percussit Moyses cum principibus Madian : Hevaeum , et Recem , et Sur , et Hur , et Rebe duces Sehon habitatores terrae .
ወኵሉ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ሚሶር ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ መግሥተ ፡ ሴዎን ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ አሞሬዎን ፡ ዘቀተለ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ወመሳፍንተ ፡ [ምድያም ፡] ወኤዊን ፡ ወሮቦ [ቅ ] ፡ ወሱር ፡ ወኡር ፡ ወሮቤ ፡ መሳፍንተ ፡ ጰራሊያ ፡ ወእለ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሲዮን ።
all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses struck with the chiefs of Midian, Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba, the princes of Sihon, who lived in the land.
13:22 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאֶת ־בִּלְעָ֥ם בֶּן ־בְּע֖וֹר הַקּוֹסֵ֑ם הָרְג֧וּ בְנֵֽי ־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל בַּחֶ֖רֶב אֶל ־חַלְלֵיהֶֽם ׃
καὶ τὸν Βαλααμ τὸν τοῦ Βεωρ τὸν μάντιν ἀπέκτειναν ἐν τῇ ῥοπῇ
Et Balaam filium Beor ariolum occiderunt filii Israël gladio cum ceteris interfectis .
ወበላዓም ፡ ወልደ ፡ ቤዖር ፡ ዘመቅሰም ፡ ቀተልዎሙ ፡ በምዕር ።
The children of Israel also killed Balaam the son of Beor, the soothsayer, with the sword, among the rest of their slain.
13:23 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְהִ֗י גְּבוּל֙ בְּנֵ֣י רְאוּבֵ֔ן הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן וּגְב֑וּל זֹ֣את נַחֲלַ֤ת בְּנֵֽי ־רְאוּבֵן֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָ֔ם הֶעָרִ֖ים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן ׃ {פ}
ἐγένετο δὲ τὰ ὅρια Ρουβην Ιορδάνης ὅριον αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Ρουβην κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν αἱ πόλεις αὐτῶν καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν
Factusque est terminus filiorum Ruben Jordanis fluvius . Haec est possessio Rubenitarum per cognationes suas urbium et viculorum .
ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለሮቤል ፡ (ወ )ዮርዳንስ ፡ ወሰኖሙ ፡ ወዝንቱ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ሮቤል ፡ በቦ ፡ ነገዶሙ ፡ ወአህጉሪሆሙኒ ።
The border of the children of Reuben was the bank of the Jordan. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, the cities and its villages.
13:24 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתֵּ֤ן מֹשֶׁה֙ לְמַטֵּה ־גָ֔ד לִבְנֵי ־גָ֖ד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם ׃
ἔδωκεν δὲ Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Γαδ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν
Deditque Moyses tribui Gad et filiis ejus per cognationes suas possessionem , cujus haec divisio est .
ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ጋድ ፡ በበ ፡ ነገዶሙ ።
Moses gave to the tribe of Gad, to the children of Gad, according to their families.
13:25 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְהִ֤י לָהֶם֙ הַגְּב֔וּל יַעְזֵר֙ וְכׇל ־עָרֵ֣י הַגִּלְעָ֔ד וַחֲצִ֕י אֶ֖רֶץ בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹן עַד ־עֲרוֹעֵ֕ר אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל ־פְּנֵ֥י רַבָּֽה ׃
καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Ιαζηρ πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις Γαλααδ καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ γῆς υἱῶν Αμμων ἕως Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον Ραββα
Terminus Jaser , et omnes civitates Galaad , et dimidiam partem terrae filiorum Ammon , usque ad Aroër , quae est contra Rabba ,
ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ኢያዜር ፡ [ወ ]ኵሉ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ገላአድ ፡ ወመንፈቀ ፡ [ምድረ ፡] ደቂቀ ፡ ዐሞን ፡ እስከ ፡ ዐራባ ፡ እንተ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ገጸ ፡ አራድ ።
Their border was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, to Aroer that is near Rabbah;
13:26 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּמֵחֶשְׁבּ֛וֹן עַד ־רָמַ֥ת הַמִּצְפֶּ֖ה וּבְטֹנִ֑ים וּמִֽמַּחֲנַ֖יִם עַד ־גְּב֥וּל לִדְבִֽר ׃
καὶ ἀπὸ Εσεβων ἕως Ραμωθ κατὰ τὴν Μασσηφα καὶ Βοτανιν καὶ Μααναιν ἕως τῶν ὁρίων Δαβιρ
et ab Hesebon usque Ramoth , Masphe et Betonim : et a Manaim usque ad terminos Dabir .
ወእምነ ፡ ሔሴቦን ፡ እስከ ፡ [አ ]ራቦት ፡ እንተ ፡ መንገለ ፡ መሴፋ ፡ ወቦጣኒ ፡ ወማዐን ፡ እስከ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ለዴቦን ።
and from Heshbon to Ramath Mizpeh, and Betonim; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;
13:27 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּבָעֵ֡מֶק בֵּ֣ית הָרָם֩ וּבֵ֨ית נִמְרָ֜ה וְסֻכּ֣וֹת וְצָפ֗וֹן יֶ֚תֶר מַמְלְכ֗וּת סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ חֶשְׁבּ֔וֹן הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן וּגְבֻ֑ל עַד ־קְצֵה֙ יָם ־כִּנֶּ֔רֶת עֵ֥בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן מִזְרָֽחָה ׃
καὶ ἐν Εμεκ Βαιθαραμ καὶ Βαιθαναβρα καὶ Σοκχωθα καὶ Σαφαν καὶ τὴν λοιπὴν βασιλείαν Σηων βασιλέως Εσεβων καὶ ὁ Ιορδάνης ὁριεῖ ἕως μέρους τῆς θαλάσσης Χενερεθ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἀπ’ ἀνατολῶν
In valle quoque Betharan , et Bethnemra , et Socoth , et Saphon reliquam partem regni Sehon regis Hesebon : hujus quoque finis , Jordanis est , usque ad extremam partem maris Cenereth trans Jordanem ad orientalem plagam .
ወበአዶም ፡ ወዖትርጋ ፡ ወዐበይን ፡ ዘትነብራ ፡ ወሴኮታ ፡ ወሳፈን ፡ ወባዕድኒ ፡ ዘተርፈ ፡ መንግሥቱ ፡ ለሴዎን ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ሔሴቦን ፤ ወዮርዳንስ ፡ ወሰኖሙ ፡ እስከ ፡ አሐዱ ፡ ሕብር ፡ ዘባሕረ ፡ ኬኔሬት ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ጽባሓዊ ።
and in the valley, Beth Haram, Beth Nimrah, Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan’s bank, to the uttermost part of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.
13:28 ⧉ ⤴︎ זֹ֛את נַחֲלַ֥ת בְּנֵי ־גָ֖ד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם הֶעָרִ֖ים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽם ׃ {ס}
αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Γαδ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν αἱ πόλεις αὐτῶν καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν
Haec est possessio filiorum Gad per familias suas , civitates et villae earum .
ወዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ጋድ ፡ በበ ፡ ነገዶሙ ፤ ወሜጡ ፡ ዘባኖሙ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ በበ ፡ ነገዶሙ ፡ ኮነ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙኒ ፡ ወደብረ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙኒ ።
This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities and its villages.
13:29 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה לַחֲצִ֖י שֵׁ֣בֶט מְנַשֶּׁ֑ה וַיְהִ֗י לַחֲצִ֛י מַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵי ־מְנַשֶּׁ֖ה לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָֽם ׃
καὶ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν
Dedit et dimidiae tribui Manasse , filiisque ejus juxta cognationes suas , possessionem ,
ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለመንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ።
Moses gave an inheritance to the half-tribe of Manasseh. It was for the half-tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.
13:30 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְהִ֣י גְבוּלָ֗ם מִמַּחֲנַ֨יִם כׇּֽל ־הַבָּשָׁ֜ן כׇּֽל ־מַמְלְכ֣וּת ׀ ע֣וֹג מֶֽלֶךְ ־הַבָּשָׁ֗ן וְכׇל ־חַוֺּ֥ת יָאִ֛יר אֲשֶׁ֥ר בַּבָּשָׁ֖ן שִׁשִּׁ֥ים עִֽיר ׃
καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν ἀπὸ Μααναιμ καὶ πᾶσα βασιλεία Βασανι καὶ πᾶσα βασιλεία Ωγ βασιλέως Βασαν καὶ πάσας τὰς κώμας Ιαϊρ αἵ εἰσιν ἐν τῇ Βασανίτιδι ἑξήκοντα πόλεις
cujus hoc principium est : a Manaim universam Basan , et cuncta regna Og regis Basan , omnesque vicos Jair , qui sunt in Basan , sexaginta oppida :
ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ መሐና ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ መንግሥተ ፡ ባሳን ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ መንግሥተ ፡ አግ ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ባሳን ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ኢያኢር ፡ እለ ፡ ሀለዋ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ባሳን ፡ ስሳ ፡ አህጉር ።
Their border was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Bashan, sixty cities.
13:31 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַחֲצִ֤י הַגִּלְעָד֙ וְעַשְׁתָּר֣וֹת וְאֶדְרֶ֔עִי עָרֵ֛י מַמְלְכ֥וּת ע֖וֹג בַּבָּשָׁ֑ן לִבְנֵ֤י מָכִיר֙ בֶּן ־מְנַשֶּׁ֔ה לַחֲצִ֥י בְנֵֽי ־מָכִ֖יר לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָֽם ׃
καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ τῆς Γαλααδ καὶ ἐν Ασταρωθ καὶ ἐν Εδραϊν πόλεις βασιλείας Ωγ ἐν Βασανίτιδι καὶ ἐδόθησαν τοῖς υἱοῖς Μαχιρ υἱοῦ Μανασση καὶ τοῖς ἡμίσεσιν υἱοῖς Μαχιρ υἱοῦ Μανασση κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν
et dimidiam partem Galaad , et Astaroth , et Edrai , urbes regni Og in Basan : filiis Machir , filii Manasse , dimidiae parti filiorum Machir juxta cognationes suas .
ወመንፈቀ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ገላአድ ፡ ወበአስጣሮት ፡ ወበኤ (ን )ድራይን ፡ አህጉረ ፡ መንግሥቱ ፡ ለአግ ፡ እለ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ባሳን ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ማኪር ፡ ትውልደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ ወለመንፈቆሙሂ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ማኪር ፡ ዘትውልደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ።
Half Gilead, Ashtaroth, and Edrei, the cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were for the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even for the half of the children of Machir according to their families.
13:32 ⧉ ⤴︎ אֵ֕לֶּה אֲשֶׁר ־נִחַ֥ל מֹשֶׁ֖ה בְּעַֽרְב֣וֹת מוֹאָ֑ב מֵעֵ֛בֶר לְיַרְדֵּ֥ן יְרִיח֖וֹ מִזְרָֽחָה ׃ {פ}
οὗτοι οὓς κατεκληρονόμησεν Μωυσῆς πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἐν Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν
Hanc possessionem divisit Moyses in campestribus Moab trans Jordanem contra Jericho ad orientalem plagam .
[*እሉ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ እለ ፡*] አስተዋረሶሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ በአራቦት ፡ ዘሞአብ ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ጽባሒሁ ፡ ለኢያሪኮ ።
These are the inheritances which Moses distributed in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, eastward.
13:33 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּלְשֵׁ֙בֶט֙ הַלֵּוִ֔י לֹא ־נָתַ֥ן מֹשֶׁ֖ה נַחֲלָ֑ה יְהֹוָ֞ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ה֣וּא נַחֲלָתָ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֥ר לָהֶֽם ׃ {ס}
— Tribui autem Levi non dedit possessionem : quoniam Dominus Deus Israël ipse est possessio ejus , ut locutus est illi .
— But Moses gave no inheritance to the tribe of Levi. Yahweh, the God of Israel, is their inheritance, as he spoke to them.
