18:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּקָּ֨הֲל֜וּ כׇּל ־עֲדַ֤ת בְּנֵֽי ־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ שִׁלֹ֔ה וַיַּשְׁכִּ֥ינוּ שָׁ֖ם אֶת ־אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְהָאָ֥רֶץ נִכְבְּשָׁ֖ה לִפְנֵיהֶֽם ׃
καὶ ἐξεκκλησιάσθη πᾶσα συναγωγὴ υἱῶν Ισραηλ εἰς Σηλω καὶ ἔπηξαν ἐκεῖ τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἡ γῆ ἐκρατήθη ὑπ’ αὐτῶν
Congregatique sunt omnes filii Israël in Silo , ibique fixerunt tabernaculum testimonii , et fuit eis terra subjecta .
ወተጋብኡ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ተዓይኒሆሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሴሎ ፡ ወተከልዋ ፡ ህየ ፡ ለደብተራ ፡ መርጡል ፡ ወአጽንዕዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ እሙንቱ ።
The whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled themselves together at Shiloh, and set up the Tent of Meeting there. The land was subdued before them.
18:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּוָּֽתְרוּ֙ בִּבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא ־חָֽלְק֖וּ אֶת ־נַחֲלָתָ֑ם שִׁבְעָ֖ה שְׁבָטִֽים ׃
καὶ κατελείφθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ οἳ οὐκ ἐκληρονόμησαν ἑπτὰ φυλαί
Remanserant autem filiorum Israël septem tribus , quae necdum acceperant possessiones suas .
ወተርፉ ፡ ደቂ [ቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡] እለ ፡ ኢተወርሱ ፡ ሰብዐቱ ፡ ነገድ ።
Seven tribes remained among the children of Israel, which had not yet divided their inheritance.
18:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ אֶל ־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל עַד ־אָ֙נָה֙ אַתֶּ֣ם מִתְרַפִּ֔ים לָבוֹא֙ לָרֶ֣שֶׁת אֶת ־הָאָ֔רֶץ אֲשֶׁר֙ נָתַ֣ן לָכֶ֔ם יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י אֲבוֹתֵיכֶֽם ׃
καὶ εἶπεν Ἰησοῦς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἕως τίνος ἐκλυθήσεσθε κληρονομῆσαι τὴν γῆν ἣν ἔδωκεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν
Ad quos Josue ait : Usquequo marcetis ignavia , et non intratis ad possidendam terram , quam Dominus Deus patrum vestrorum dedit vobis ?
ወይቤሎሙ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ እስከ ፡ ማኡዜኑ ፡ ታፀንሕዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢትትዋረስዋ ፡ እንተ ፡ ወሀበክሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ።
Joshua said to the children of Israel, “How long will you neglect to go in to possess the land, which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you?
18:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ הָב֥וּ לָכֶ֛ם שְׁלֹשָׁ֥ה אֲנָשִׁ֖ים לַשָּׁ֑בֶט וְאֶשְׁלָחֵ֗ם וְיָקֻ֜מוּ וְיִֽתְהַלְּכ֥וּ בָאָ֛רֶץ וְיִכְתְּב֥וּ אוֹתָ֛הּ לְפִ֥י נַחֲלָתָ֖ם וְיָבֹ֥אוּ אֵלָֽי ׃
δότε ἐξ ὑμῶν τρεῖς ἄνδρας ἐκ φυλῆς καὶ ἀναστάντες διελθέτωσαν τὴν γῆν καὶ διαγραψάτωσαν αὐτὴν ἐναντίον μου καθὰ δεήσει διελεῖν αὐτήν καὶ ἤλθοσαν πρὸς αὐτόν
Eligite de singulis tribubus ternos viros , ut mittam eos , et pergant atque circumeant terram , et describant eam juxta numerum uniuscujusque multitudinis : referantque ad me quod descripserint .
አውፅኡ ፡ እምውስቴትክሙ ፡ ሠለስተ ፡ ዕደወ ፡ እምነ ፡ ነገድ ፡ ወይትነሥኡ ፡ ይዑድዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ወይጽሐፍዋ ፡ በቅድሜየ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ ዖድዋ ።
Appoint for yourselves three men from each tribe. I will send them, and they shall arise, walk through the land, and describe it according to their inheritance; then they shall come to me.
18:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהִֽתְחַלְּק֥וּ אֹתָ֖הּ לְשִׁבְעָ֣ה חֲלָקִ֑ים יְהוּדָ֞ה יַעֲמֹ֤ד עַל ־גְּבוּלוֹ֙ מִנֶּ֔גֶב וּבֵ֥ית יוֹסֵ֛ף יַעַמְד֥וּ עַל ־גְּבוּלָ֖ם מִצָּפֽוֹן ׃
καὶ διεῖλεν αὐτοῖς ἑπτὰ μερίδας Ιουδας στήσεται αὐτοῖς ὅριον ἀπὸ λιβός καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ιωσηφ στήσονται αὐτοῖς ἀπὸ βορρᾶ
Dividite vobis terram in septem partes : Judas sit in terminis suis ab australi plaga , et domus Joseph ab aquilone .
ወርእይዋ ፡ ወመጽኡ ፡ ኀቤሁ ፡ ወከፈሎሙ ፡ ሰብዐተ ፡ ክፍለ ፡ ወአቀመ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ደወሎ ፡ መንገለ ፡ አዜብ ፡ ወደቂቀ ፡ ዮሴፍ ፡ አቀሙ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ መንገለ ፡ መስዕ ።
They shall divide it into seven portions. Judah shall live in his borders on the south, and the house of Joseph shall live in their borders on the north.
18:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאַתֶּ֞ם תִּכְתְּב֤וּ אֶת ־הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ שִׁבְעָ֣ה חֲלָקִ֔ים וַהֲבֵאתֶ֥ם אֵלַ֖י הֵ֑נָּה וְיָרִ֨יתִי לָכֶ֤ם גּוֹרָל֙ פֹּ֔ה לִפְנֵ֖י יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ ׃
ὑμεῖς δὲ μερίσατε τὴν γῆν ἑπτὰ μερίδας καὶ ἐνέγκατε πρός με ὧδε καὶ ἐξοίσω ὑμῖν κλῆρον ἔναντι κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν
Mediam inter hos terram in septem partes describite : et huc venietis ad me , ut coram Domino Deo vestro mittam vobis hic sortem :
ወአንትሙሰ ፡ ክፍልዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ሰብዐተ ፡ ክፍለ ፡ ወአምጽኡ ፡ ኀቤየ ፡ ዝየ ፡ ወኣበውእ ፡ ለክሙ ፡ ርስተ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክክሙ ።
You shall survey the land into seven parts, and bring the description here to me; and I will cast lots for you here before Yahweh our God.
18:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ כִּ֠י אֵֽין ־חֵ֤לֶק לַלְוִיִּם֙ בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֔ם כִּֽי ־כְהֻנַּ֥ת יְהֹוָ֖ה נַחֲלָת֑וֹ וְגָ֡ד וּרְאוּבֵ֡ן וַחֲצִי֩ שֵׁ֨בֶט הַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֜ה לָקְח֣וּ נַחֲלָתָ֗ם מֵעֵ֤בֶר לַיַּרְדֵּן֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה אֲשֶׁר֙ נָתַ֣ן לָהֶ֔ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה עֶ֥בֶד יְהֹוָֽה ׃
οὐ γάρ ἐστιν μερὶς τοῖς υἱοῖς Λευι ἐν ὑμῖν ἱερατεία γὰρ κυρίου μερὶς αὐτοῦ καὶ Γαδ καὶ Ρουβην καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ φυλῆς Μανασση ἐλάβοσαν τὴν κληρονομίαν αὐτῶν πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἐπ’ ἀνατολάς ἣν ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς Μωυσῆς ὁ παῖς κυρίου
quia non est inter vos pars Levitarum , sed sacerdotium Domini est eorum haereditas . Gad autem et Ruben , et dimidia tribus Manasse , jam acceperant possessiones suas trans Jordanem ad orientalem plagam , quas dedit eis Moyses famulus Domini .
እስመ ፡ አልቦሙ ፡ ክፍለ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ ምስሌክሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ ክህነቱ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ክፍሎሙ ፤
However, the Levites have no portion among you; for the priesthood of Yahweh is their inheritance. Gad, Reuben, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance east of the Jordan, which Moses the servant of Yahweh gave them.”
18:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיָּקֻ֥מוּ הָאֲנָשִׁ֖ים וַיֵּלֵ֑כוּ וַיְצַ֣ו יְהוֹשֻׁ֡עַ אֶת ־הַהֹלְכִים֩ לִכְתֹּ֨ב אֶת ־הָאָ֜רֶץ לֵאמֹ֗ר לְ֠כ֠וּ וְהִתְהַלְּכ֨וּ בָאָ֜רֶץ וְכִתְב֤וּ אוֹתָהּ֙ וְשׁ֣וּבוּ אֵלַ֔י וּ֠פֹ֠ה אַשְׁלִ֨יךְ לָכֶ֥ם גּוֹרָ֛ל לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה בְּשִׁלֹֽה ׃
καὶ ἀναστάντες οἱ ἄνδρες ἐπορεύθησαν καὶ ἐνετείλατο Ἰησοῦς τοῖς ἀνδράσιν τοῖς πορευομένοις χωροβατῆσαι τὴν γῆν λέγων πορεύεσθε καὶ χωροβατήσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ παραγενήθητε πρός με καὶ ὧδε ἐξοίσω ὑμῖν κλῆρον ἔναντι κυρίου ἐν Σηλω
Cumque surrexissent viri , ut pergerent ad describendam terram , praecepit eis Josue , dicens : Circuite terram , et describite eam , ac revertimini ad me : ut hic coram Domino , in Silo , mittam vobis sortem .
ወጋድሰ ፡ ወሮቤል ፡ ወመንፈቀ ፡ ነገደ ፡ መናሴ ፡ ነሥኡ ፡ ርስቶሙ ፡ በማዕዶተ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ጽባሓዊ ፡ ዘወሀቦሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ቍልዔሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
The men arose and went. Joshua commanded those who went to survey the land, saying, “Go walk through the land, survey it, and come again to me. I will cast lots for you here before Yahweh in Shiloh.”
18:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיֵּלְכ֤וּ הָאֲנָשִׁים֙ וַיַּעַבְר֣וּ בָאָ֔רֶץ וַיִּכְתְּב֧וּהָ לֶעָרִ֛ים לְשִׁבְעָ֥ה חֲלָקִ֖ים עַל ־סֵ֑פֶר וַיָּבֹ֧אוּ אֶל ־יְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַ אֶל ־הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה שִׁלֹֽה ׃
καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν καὶ ἐχωροβάτησαν τὴν γῆν καὶ εἴδοσαν αὐτὴν καὶ ἔγραψαν αὐτὴν κατὰ πόλεις αὐτῆς ἑπτὰ μερίδας εἰς βιβλίον καὶ ἤνεγκαν πρὸς Ἰησοῦν
Itaque perrexerunt : et lustrantes eam , in septem partes diviserunt , scribentes in volumine . Reversique sunt ad Josue in castra Silo .
ወተንሥኡ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ዕደው ፡ ወሖሩ ፡ ወአዘዞሙ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ ለእለ ፡ የሐውሩ ፡ ይዑድዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ወይቤሎሙ ፡ ሑሩ ፡ ዑድዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ወግብኡ ፡ ኀቤየ ፡ ዝየ ፡ ከመ ፡ አብእ ፡ ለክሙ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መክፈልተክሙ ፡ በሴሎ ።
The men went and passed through the land, and surveyed it by cities into seven portions in a book. They came to Joshua to the camp at Shiloh.
18:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיַּשְׁלֵךְ֩ לָהֶ֨ם יְהוֹשֻׁ֧עַ גּוֹרָ֛ל בְּשִׁלֹ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה וַיְחַלֶּק ־שָׁ֨ם יְהוֹשֻׁ֧עַ אֶת ־הָאָ֛רֶץ לִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל כְּמַחְלְקֹתָֽם ׃ {פ}
καὶ ἐνέβαλεν αὐτοῖς Ἰησοῦς κλῆρον ἐν Σηλω ἔναντι κυρίου
Qui misit sortes coram Domino in Silo , divisitque terram filiis Israël in septem partes .
ወሖሩ ፡ ወዖድዋ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ወርእይዋ ፡ ወጸሐፍዋ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መጽሐፍ ፡ በበ ፡ አህጉሪሃ ፡ ወአምጽኡ ፡ ኀበ ፡ ኢየሱስ ።
Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before Yahweh. There Joshua divided the land to the children of Israel according to their divisions.
18:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיַּ֗עַל גּוֹרַ֛ל מַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵֽי ־בִנְיָמִ֖ן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם וַיֵּצֵא֙ גְּב֣וּל גּוֹרָלָ֔ם בֵּ֚ין בְּנֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וּבֵ֖ין בְּנֵ֥י יוֹסֵֽף ׃
καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος φυλῆς Βενιαμιν πρῶτος κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὅρια τοῦ κλήρου αὐτῶν ἀνὰ μέσον Ιουδα καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν υἱῶν Ιωσηφ
Et ascendit sors prima filiorum Benjamin per familias suas , ut possiderent terram inter filios Juda et filios Joseph .
ወአብአ ፡ ኢየሱስ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በሴሎ ።
The lot of the tribe of the children of Benjamin came up according to their families. The border of their lot went out between the children of Judah and the children of Joseph.
18:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיְהִ֨י לָהֶ֧ם הַגְּב֛וּל לִפְאַ֥ת צָפ֖וֹנָה מִן ־הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן וְעָלָ֣ה הַגְּבוּל֩ אֶל ־כֶּ֨תֶף יְרִיח֜וֹ מִצָּפ֗וֹן וְעָלָ֤ה בָהָר֙ יָ֔מָּה (והיה ) [וְהָיוּ֙ ] תֹּֽצְאֹתָ֔יו מִדְבַּ֖רָה בֵּ֥ית אָֽוֶן ׃
καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῶν τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ βορρᾶ ἀπὸ τοῦ Ιορδάνου προσαναβήσεται τὰ ὅρια κατὰ νώτου Ιεριχω ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ ἀναβήσεται ἐπὶ τὸ ὄρος ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος ἡ Μαδβαρῖτις Βαιθων
Fuitque terminus eorum contra aquilonem a Jordane : pergens juxta latus Jericho septentrionalis plagae , et inde contra occidentem ad montana conscendens et perveniens ad solitudinem Bethaven ,
ወበጽሖ ፡ ክፍሉ ፡ ለብንያሚ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሁ ፡ ወረከቦሙ ፡ ደወለ ፡ መክፈልቶሙ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወማእከለ ፡ ዮሴፍ ።
Their border on the north quarter was from the Jordan. The border went up to the side of Jericho on the north, and went up through the hill country westward. It ended at the wilderness of Beth Aven.
18:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְעָבַר֩ מִשָּׁ֨ם הַגְּב֜וּל ל֗וּזָה אֶל ־כֶּ֤תֶף ל֙וּזָה֙ נֶ֔גְבָּה הִ֖יא בֵּֽית ־אֵ֑ל וְיָרַ֤ד הַגְּבוּל֙ עַטְר֣וֹת אַדָּ֔ר עַל ־הָהָ֕ר אֲשֶׁ֛ר מִנֶּ֥גֶב לְבֵית ־חֹר֖וֹן תַּחְתּֽוֹן ׃
καὶ διελεύσεται ἐκεῖθεν τὰ ὅρια Λουζα ἐπὶ νώτου Λουζα ἀπὸ λιβός αὕτη ἐστὶν Βαιθηλ καὶ καταβήσεται τὰ ὅρια Μααταρωθορεχ ἐπὶ τὴν ὀρεινήν ἥ ἐστιν πρὸς λίβα Βαιθωρων ἡ κάτω
atque pertransiens juxta Luzam ad meridiem , ipsa est Bethel : descenditque in Ataroth Addar , in montem qui est ad meridiem Beth-horon inferioris :
ወኮነ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ [ዘመንገለ ፡ መስዕ ፡] እምነ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ወየዐርግ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አዜባ ፡ ለኢየሪኮ ፡ ወይመጽእ ፡ ዲበ ፡ መስዕ ፡ ወየዐርግ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ደብር ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ ባሕር ፡ ወይከውን ፡ ሞጻእቱ ፡ መድብራይጥስ ፡ ዘቤቶን ።
The border passed along from there to Luz, to the side of Luz (also called Bethel), southward. The border went down to Ataroth Addar, by the mountain that lies on the south of Beth Horon the lower.
18:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְתָאַ֣ר הַגְּבוּל֩ וְנָסַ֨ב לִפְאַת ־יָ֜ם נֶ֗גְבָּה מִן ־הָהָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר עַל ־פְּנֵ֥י בֵית ־חֹרוֹן֮ נֶ֒גְבָּה֒ (והיה ) [וְהָי֣וּ ] תֹצְאֹתָ֗יו אֶל ־קִרְיַת ־בַּ֙עַל֙ הִ֚יא קִרְיַ֣ת יְעָרִ֔ים עִ֖יר בְּנֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה זֹ֖את פְּאַת ־יָֽם ׃
καὶ διελεύσεται τὰ ὅρια καὶ περιελεύσεται ἐπὶ τὸ μέρος τὸ βλέπον παρὰ θάλασσαν ἀπὸ λιβὸς ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄρους ἐπὶ πρόσωπον Βαιθωρων λίβα καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος εἰς Καριαθβααλ αὕτη ἐστὶν Καριαθιαριν πόλις υἱῶν Ιουδα τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ μέρος τὸ πρὸς θάλασσαν
et inclinatur circuiens contra mare ad meridiem montis qui respicit Beth-horon contra Africum : suntque exitus ejus in Cariath-baal , quae vocatur et Cariathiarim , urbem filiorum Juda . Haec est plaga contra mare , ad occidentem .
ወየኀልፍ ፡ እምህየ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አድባረ ፡ ሉዛ ፡ እንተ ፡ መንገለ ፡ ዘባነ ፡ ሉዛ ፡ ዲበ ፡ አዜባ ፡ እንተ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ቤቴል ፡ ወይወርድ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ደወለ ፡ አጣሮት ፡ ዘሆሬኅ ፡ እንተ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አድባር ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ አዜባ ፡ ለቤቶሮን ፡ ታሕ [ታይ ] ።
The border extended, and turned around on the west quarter southward, from the mountain that lies before Beth Horon southward; and ended at Kiriath Baal (also called Kiriath Jearim), a city of the children of Judah. This was the west quarter.
18:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּפְאַת ־נֶ֕גְבָּה מִקְצֵ֖ה קִרְיַ֣ת יְעָרִ֑ים וְיָצָ֤א הַגְּבוּל֙ יָ֔מָּה וְיָצָ֕א אֶל ־מַעְיַ֖ן מֵ֥י נֶפְתּֽוֹחַ ׃
καὶ μέρος τὸ πρὸς λίβα ἀπὸ μέρους Καριαθβααλ καὶ διελεύσεται ὅρια εἰς Γασιν ἐπὶ πηγὴν ὕδατος Ναφθω
A meridie autem ex parte Cariathiarim egreditur terminus contra mare , et pervenit usque ad fontem aquarum Nephtoa .
ወየኀልፍ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አሐዱ ፡ ኅብር ፡ ዘይኔጽር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ባሕር ፡ እንተ ፡ መንገለ ፡ አዜቡ ፡ ለደብር ፡ ዘቅድመ ፡ ቤቶሮን ፡ ዘዲበ ፡ አዜብ ፡ ወይከውን ፡ ሞጻእቱ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ቀርየተ ፡ በዓል ፡ እንተ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ቀርያትያርም ፡ ሀገረ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ባሕር ።
The south quarter was from the farthest part of Kiriath Jearim. The border went out westward, and went out to the spring of the waters of Nephtoah.
18:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְיָרַ֨ד הַגְּב֜וּל אֶל ־קְצֵ֣ה הָהָ֗ר אֲשֶׁר֙ עַל ־פְּנֵי֙ גֵּ֣י בֶן ־הִנֹּ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֛ר בְּעֵ֥מֶק רְפָאִ֖ים צָפ֑וֹנָה וְיָרַד֩ גֵּ֨י הִנֹּ֜ם אֶל ־כֶּ֤תֶף הַיְבוּסִי֙ נֶ֔גְבָּה וְיָרַ֖ד עֵ֥ין רֹגֵֽל ׃
καὶ καταβήσεται τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ μέρους τοῦ ὄρους ὅ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον νάπης Ονναμ ὅ ἐστιν ἐκ μέρους Εμεκραφαϊν ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ καταβήσεται Γαιεννα ἐπὶ νώτου Ιεβουσαι ἀπὸ λιβὸς καὶ καταβήσεται ἐπὶ πηγὴν Ρωγηλ
Descenditque in partem montis , qui respicit vallem filiorum Ennom : et est contra septentrionalem plagam in extrema parte vallis Raphaim . Descenditque in Geennom (id est , vallem Ennom ) juxta latus Jebusaei ad austrum : et pervenit ad fontem Rogel ,
ወደወሎሙኒ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ አዜብ ፡ እምነ ፡ ቀርያተ ፡ በዓል ፡ ወየኀልፍ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ጋይን ፡ ዲበ ፡ ነቅዐ ፡ ማይ ፡ ዘነፍቶ ።
The border went down to the farthest part of the mountain that lies before the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is in the valley of Rephaim northward. It went down to the valley of Hinnom, to the side of the Jebusite southward, and went down to En Rogel.
18:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְתָאַ֣ר מִצָּפ֗וֹן וְיָצָא֙ עֵ֣ין שֶׁ֔מֶשׁ וְיָצָא֙ אֶל ־גְּלִיל֔וֹת אֲשֶׁר ־נֹ֖כַח מַעֲלֵ֣ה אֲדֻמִּ֑ים וְיָרַ֕ד אֶ֥בֶן בֹּ֖הַן בֶּן ־רְאוּבֵֽן ׃
καὶ διελεύσεται ἐπὶ πηγὴν Βαιθσαμυς καὶ παρελεύσεται ἐπὶ Γαλιλωθ ἥ ἐστιν ἀπέναντι πρὸς ἀνάβασιν Αιθαμιν καὶ καταβήσεται ἐπὶ λίθον Βαιων υἱῶν Ρουβην
transiens ad aquilonem , et egrediens ad Ensemes , id est , fontem solis :
ወይወርድ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አሐዱ ፡ ኅብር ፡ ዘቅድመ ፡ ናጴሳነም ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ገቦሃ ፡ [ለ ]ኤመቀርፋይን ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ መስዕ ፡ ወይወርድ ፡ እምነ ፡ ናጲን ፡ ዲበ ፡ ዘባነ ፡ ኢየቡሴ ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ አዜብ ፡ ወይወርድ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ነቅዐ ፡ ሮጌል ።
It extended northward, went out at En Shemesh, and went out to Geliloth, which is opposite the ascent of Adummim. It went down to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben.
18:18 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְעָבַ֛ר אֶל ־כֶּ֥תֶף מוּל ־הָעֲרָבָ֖ה צָפ֑וֹנָה וְיָרַ֖ד הָעֲרָבָֽתָה ׃
καὶ διελεύσεται κατὰ νώτου Βαιθαραβα ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ καταβήσεται
et pertransit usque ad tumulos , qui sunt e regione ascensus Adommim : descenditque ad Abenboën , id est , lapidem Boën filii Ruben : et pertransit ex latere aquilonis ad campestria : descenditque in planitiem ,
ወየኀልፍ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ነቅዐ ፡ ቤታሳሚስ ፡ ወይበውእ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ከልዮት ፡ እንተ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ዐቀበ ፡ ኤታሚን ፡ ወይወርድ ፡ ዲበ ፡ እብነ ፡ ቤዎን ፡ ዘደቂቀ ፡ ሮቤል ።
It passed along to the side opposite the Arabah northward, and went down to the Arabah.
18:19 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְעָבַ֨ר הַגְּב֜וּל אֶל ־כֶּ֣תֶף בֵּית ־חׇגְלָה֮ צָפ֒וֹנָה֒ (והיה ) [וְהָי֣וּ ׀] (תצאותיו ) [תֹּצְא֣וֹת ] הַגְּב֗וּל אֶל ־לְשׁ֤וֹן יָם ־הַמֶּ֙לַח֙ צָפ֔וֹנָה אֶל ־קְצֵ֥ה הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן נֶ֑גְבָּה זֶ֖ה גְּב֥וּל נֶֽגֶב ׃
ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ νώτου Βαιθαγλα ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος τῶν ὁρίων ἐπὶ λοφιὰν τῆς θαλάσσης τῶν ἁλῶν ἐπὶ βορρᾶν εἰς μέρος τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἀπὸ λιβός ταῦτα τὰ ὅριά ἐστιν ἀπὸ λιβός
et praetergreditur contra aquilonem Beth Hagla : suntque exitus ejus contra linguam maris salsissimi ab aquilone in fine Jordanis ad australem plagam :
ወየኀልፍ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ዘባነ ፡ ቤተራብ ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ መስዕ ፡ ወይወርድ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ዘባነ ፡ ባሕር ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ መስዕ ።
The border passed along to the side of Beth Hoglah northward; and the border ended at the north bay of the Salt Sea, at the south end of the Jordan. This was the south border.
18:20 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהַיַּרְדֵּ֥ן יִגְבֹּל ־אֹת֖וֹ לִפְאַת ־קֵ֑דְמָה זֹ֡את נַחֲלַת֩ בְּנֵ֨י בִנְיָמִ֧ן לִגְבֽוּלֹתֶ֛יהָ סָבִ֖יב לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם ׃ {פ}
καὶ ὁ Ιορδάνης ὁριεῖ ἀπὸ μέρους ἀνατολῶν αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Βενιαμιν τὰ ὅρια αὐτῆς κύκλῳ κατὰ δήμους
qui est terminus illius ab oriente . Haec est possessio filiorum Benjamin per terminos suos in circuitu , et familias suas .
ወይከውን ፡ ሞጻእቱ ፡ ለደወሎሙ ፡ ለዕለ ፡ ፍኖተ ፡ ባሕር ፡ ዘአሎን ፡ ዘዲበ ፡ መስዕ ፡ ወገቦሁ ፡ ለዮርዳንስ ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ አዜብ ፡ [ዝንቱ ፡ ደወለ ፡ አዜብ ፡] ፡ ወዮርዳንስ ፡ ወሰኖሙ ፡ እምገቦ ፡ ጽባሓዊ ፡ ወዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ደወሎሙ ፡ ዘዐውዶሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ፡ ዘተወርሱ ።
The Jordan was its border on the east quarter. This was the inheritance of the children of Benjamin, by the borders around it, according to their families.
18:21 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהָי֣וּ הֶֽעָרִ֗ים לְמַטֵּ֛ה בְּנֵ֥י בִנְיָמִ֖ן לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתֵיהֶ֑ם יְרִיח֥וֹ וּבֵית ־חׇגְלָ֖ה וְעֵ֥מֶק קְצִֽיץ ׃
καὶ ἐγενήθησαν αἱ πόλεις τῶν υἱῶν Βενιαμιν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν Ιεριχω καὶ Βαιθεγλιω καὶ Αμεκασις Βηθαγλα καὶ Αμεκκασις
Fueruntque civitates ejus , Jericho et Beth Hagla et vallis Casis ,
ወኮነ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ፡ ኢየሪኮ ፡ ወቤተ ፡ ጌዎ ፡ ወአመቃስስ ።
Now the cities of the tribe of the children of Benjamin according to their families were Jericho, Beth Hoglah, Emek Keziz,
18:22 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּבֵ֧ית הָעֲרָבָ֛ה וּצְמָרַ֖יִם וּבֵֽית ־אֵֽל ׃
καὶ Βαιθαβαρα καὶ Σαρα καὶ Βησανα καὶ Βαιθαραβα καὶ Σεμριμ καὶ Βηθηλ

ወቤተ ፡ ባራ ፡ ወሰ [ራ ፡ ወ ]ቤሰና ።

18:23 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהָעַוִּ֥ים וְהַפָּרָ֖ה וְעׇפְרָֽה ׃
καὶ Αιιν καὶ Φαρα καὶ Εφραθα καὶ Αυιμ καὶ Αφαρ καὶ Αφρα
et Avim et Aphara et Ophera ,
ወኤኢን ፡ ወፋራ ፡ ወኤፍራታ ።

18:24 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּכְפַ֧ר (העמני ) [הָעַמֹּנָ֛ה ] וְהָעׇפְנִ֖י וָגָ֑בַע עָרִ֥ים שְׁתֵּים ־עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן ׃
καὶ Καραφα καὶ Κεφιρα καὶ Μονι καὶ Γαβαα πόλεις δέκα δύο καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν καὶ Αικαρεν καὶ Καφηραμμιν καὶ Γαβαα πόλεις δώδεκα καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν

18:25 ⧉ ⤴︎ גִּבְע֥וֹן וְהָרָמָ֖ה וּבְאֵרֽוֹת ׃

ወኢየቡሴዎን ፡ እንተ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም ፡ ሀገር ፡ ወገባኦት ፡ ወሀገረ ፡ ያሪም ፡ ዐሥሩ ፡ ወሠላስ ፡ አህጉር ፡ ወአዕጻዳቲሆን ፡ ወዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ርስቶሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ብንያሚ ፡ በበ ፡ ሕዘቢሆሙ ።
Zelah, Eleph, the Jebusite (also called Jerusalem), Gibeath, and Kiriath; fourteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.
