9:1
ወአንተኒ፡ ኦሰብእ፡ ወአኮ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለምንት፡ ትትዒበይ፡ ዘዮምኪ፡ ሰብእ፡ ወጌሠመ፡ መሬት፡ ወሐመድ፡ ወትከውን፡ ዕፄ፡ ወዕፄያት፡ ውስተ፡ መቃብሪከ።
And you, O man—and you are not God—why are you proud? You who are a man today are dust and ashes tomorrow, and you become worms and maggots in your grave.
你這人哪—你並不是神—為何驕傲呢？你今日不過是個人，明日便是塵土爐灰，在你墳墓裡作蟲和蛆。
9:2
ወዓዲ፡ ሲኦል፡ ትተልወከ፡ ወለእለ፡ ይገብሩ፡ ምግባረ፡ ዚአከ፡ እስመ፡ ለከሰ፡ መምህርከ፡ ሰብልያኖስ፡ ዘአግብኦ፡ ዲበ፡ ርእሱ፡ ኃጢአተ፡ ኵሉ፡ ዓለም፡ በእንተ፡ ዘአስሐቶ፡ ለአቡነ፡ አዳም፡ በትዕቢቱ።
And moreover Sheol shall follow you, and those who do your deeds; for as for your teacher Sablyanos, he brought back upon his own head the sin of all the world, because he led astray our father Adam by his pride.
並且陰間必跟隨你，又跟隨那些行你所行之事的人；至於你的師傅薩布利亞諾斯，他把全世界的罪都帶回到自己頭上，因為他憑著自己的驕傲引誘了我們的始祖亞當。
9:3
እስመ፡ ዘአበየ፡ ሰጊደ፡ ለግብረ፡ አምላኩ፡ በአዕብዮ፡ ርእሱ፡ ወበግዝፈት፡ ክሣዱ።
For he refused to bow down before the work of his Creator, exalting his own head and stiffening his neck.
因為他自高自大，硬著頸項，竟不肯向他造物主所造的下拜。
9:4
ወአንተኒ፡ በከመ፡ መምህርከ፡ አበይከ፡ ሰፊደ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ አምላክከ።
And you also, like your teacher, have refused to bow down before the Lord your God.
你也像你的師傅一樣，不肯向主你的神下拜。
9:5
መንግሥታት።
Even as your forefathers before you, who did not acknowledge their Creator in worship and went their way to the kingdoms of destruction.
正如在你以先的列祖，他們不在敬拜中認識創造他們的主，反倒走向毀滅的國度。
9:6
ወተበቀሎሙ፡ ወወረዱ፡ ውስተ፡ ሲኦል፡ በእንተ፡ እከየ፡ ምግባሮሙ፡ ዘገብሩ፡ በዲብነ፡ ምድር።
And He took vengeance upon them, and they went down into Sheol because of the evil of their deeds which they did upon the earth.
祂向他們報復，他們就因自己在地上所行的惡，下到陰間。
9:7
ወእንተኒ፡ ከማሆሙ፡ ትወርድ፡ ውስተ፡ ገሃነም።
And you also, like them, shall go down into Gehenna.
你也必像他們一樣，下到陰間。
9:8
ይመስለከኑ፡ ዘታመሥጥ፡ እምእዴሁ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ መዓቶ፡ ወሀከ፡ ወተሀከ፡ ይከ፡ አምልኮቶ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘወሀበከ፡ ሥልጣነ፡ ላዕለ
Does it seem to you that you can escape out of the hand of the Lord, seeing that you have provoked His wrath and neglected and grown slack in the worship of the Lord, who gave you authority over the kingdoms?
你既惹動了祂的忿怒，又疏忽、懈怠那賜你權柄管轄列國之主的敬拜，難道你以為自己能逃脫主的手麼？
9:9
ወፈተነከ፡ እመ፡ ትገብር፡ ፈቃዶ፡ ወእመ፡ አልቦ፡ ወእመሰ፡ ዓሠነይከ፡ ፍኖተከ፡ በዲበ፡ ምድር፡ ያሤኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ፍናዊከ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ዘወደይከ፡ እዴከ፡ ይሤኒ፡ ወይባርክ፡ ለከ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ፀረከ፡ ወጸላእትከ፡ ያገርር፡ ለከ።
And He has tested you, whether you will do His will or not; and if you make your way good upon the earth, the Lord will make your ways prosper, and all that you set your hand to He will prosper and bless for you, and all your foes and your enemies He will subdue before you.
祂試驗你，看你是否遵行祂的旨意；你若在地上修好自己的道路，主必使你的道路亨通，又使你手所辦的一切興旺、得福，並把你一切的對頭和仇敵都制伏在你面前。
9:10
ወትትፌሣሕ፡ በፀዓትከ፡ ወበበአትከ፡ ወበፍሬ፡ ከርሥከ፡ ወበመዛግብቲከ፡ ወበመራዕይከ፡ ወኀበ፡ ዘአንፀርከ፡ በአፃብዒከ፡ ወሀለይከ፡ በልብከ፡ ኵሉ፡ ይትኤዘዝ፡ ለከ፡ እስመ፡ እምኀበብ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ትበውሐ፡ ለከ፡ ከመዝ፡ ትግበር፡ ወትሕንጽ፡ ወትትክል፡ ወትንሥት።
And you shall rejoice in your going out and in your coming in, and in the fruit of your body, and in your treasures, and in your flocks, and wherever you point with your fingers and whatever you purpose in your heart—all shall be made subject to you; for since authority has been granted to you from the Lord, so shall you do, and build, and plant, and uproot.
你必在出入、在你所生的子女、在你的財寶、在你的羊羣上歡喜，並你手指所指、心中所定的一切—全都要順服你；因為既有從主而來的權柄賜給你，你就必這樣行事、建造、栽種，並拔除。
9:11
ወእመሰ፡ አበይከ፡ ሰሚዓ፡ ቃሉ፡ ወሕጉ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወኢሖርከ፡ በኵነኔሁ፡ አልብከ፡ ኀበ፡ ታመሥጥ፡ እምእዴሁ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ከመ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ ዓላውያን፡ እለ፡ እምቅድሜከ፡ እለ፡ ኢያመልክዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ በንጹሕ፡ ወኢትወከሉ፡ በኵነኔሁ፡ ርቱዕ፡ እስመ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ኵሉ፡ ኵነኔሁ።
But if you refuse to hear the word of the Lord and His law, and do not walk in His judgment, there is nothing whereby you may escape out of the hand of the Lord—like all the rebels before you who did not worship the Lord in purity and did not trust in His upright judgment; for all His judgment is righteousness.
但你若不肯聽從主的話和祂的律法，也不行在祂的審斷中，你就無法逃脫主的手—正如在你以先一切的悖逆者，他們不以純潔敬拜主，也不信靠祂正直的審斷；因為祂一切的審斷都是公義。
9:12
ወአልቦ፡ ዘይሴወር፡ እምቅድመ፡ እምአዕይንቲሁ፡ ወኵሉ፡ ክሡተ፡ ወጽጡህ፡ በቅድሜሁ።
And there is nothing hidden from His eyes; all is uncovered and laid bare before Him.
在祂眼前沒有一樣是隱藏的；萬事在祂面前都是赤露敞開的。
9:13
አሐዜ፡ ሥልጣነ፡ ነገሥተ፡ ውእቱ፡ ወገፍታዒ፡ መነብርት፡ ኃያላን፡ ውእቱ።
He it is who takes away the authority of kings, and He it is who overthrows the thrones of the mighty.
祂是奪去君王權柄的，祂是傾覆強者寶座的。
9:14
ወመልዓሌ፡ ትሑታን፡ ውእቱ፡ ወመንሥኤ፡ ውዱቃን፡ ውእቱ።
And He it is who exalts the lowly, and He it is who raises up the fallen.
祂是高舉卑微人的，祂是扶起跌倒人的。
9:15
ወፈታሑ፡ ዕሡራን፡ ውእቱ፡ ወመንሥኤ፡ ምውታን፡ ውእቱ፡ ወለእለ፡ በልየ፡ ሥጋሆሙ፡ ወኮነ፡ ከመ፡ ሐመድ፡ ያነቅሖሙ፡ በጊዜ፡ ፈቀደ፡ እስመ፡ ጠለ፡ ምሕረት፡ ውእቱ፡ እምኀቤሁ።
And He it is who looses the bound, and He it is who raises the dead; and those whose flesh has decayed and become as ashes He shall awaken at the time He chooses, for with Him is the dew of mercy.
祂是釋放被囚之人的，祂是叫死人復活的；那些肉身已朽爛、化為灰塵的人，祂必在祂所定的時候叫他們醒起，因為憐憫的甘露是從祂而出的。
9:16
ወለእለ፡ ገብሩ፡ እኩየ፡ ያነሥ፡ ኦሙ፡ ውእተ፡ ትንሣኤ፡ ደይን፡ እስመ፡ አምዕዕዎ፡ ወይትበቀሎሙ።
And those who have done evil He shall raise to the resurrection of judgment, for they have provoked Him, and He shall take vengeance upon them.
那些行惡的，祂必叫他們起來，受審判的復活，因為他們惹了祂的怒，祂必向他們報復。
9:17
ወዲበ፡ ምድርኒ፡ ያማስን፡ ዘርኦሙ፡ እስመ፡ ዓላውያን፡ ሕጉ፡ ወሥርዓቱ፡ ለእግዚአ፡ ብሔር፡ እሙንቱ።
And upon the earth also He shall destroy their seed, for they are transgressors of the law and ordinance of the Lord.
在地上，祂也必滅絕他們的後裔，因為他們是違背主律法和典章的人。
9:18
ወኢይፈቅዱ፡ የሀልዉ፡ ኃጥአን፡ ውስተ፡ ምክሮሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ እስመ፡ ዕፁብ፡ ፍኖ፡ ቶሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ እምፍኖቶሙ፡ ለኃጥአን።
And the wicked do not wish to abide in the counsel of the righteous, for the way of the righteous is harder than the way of the wicked.
惡人不願意守在義人的勸誡中，因為義人的道路比惡人的道路更為艱難。
9:19
ወበከመ፡ ልዑል፡ ሰማይ፡ እምድር፡ ከማሁ፡ ርኁቅ፡ ፍኖቶሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ እምፍኖቶሙ፡ ለኃጥአን።
And as the heaven is high above the earth, so far is the way of the righteous from the way of the wicked.
正如天高過地，義人的道路也照樣遠離惡人的道路。
9:20
ወፍኖቶሙሰ፡ ለኃጥአን፡ ምግባረ፡ ጹግ፡ ወትዕግልት፡ ወዓመፃ፡ ወዝሙት፡ ወጽልሑት፡ ወስስዕት፡ ወሐይደ፡ ንዋዩ፡ ባዕደ፡ ወስካር፡ በዓመፃ።
For the way of the wicked is the deed of defilement and oppression and iniquity and harlotry and treachery and covetousness, and the plundering of another's goods, and drunkenness in iniquity.
因為惡人的道路就是污穢、欺壓、不義、淫亂、奸詐和貪婪的行為，又是搶奪別人財物、並在不義中醉酒。
9:21
ወረዊጽ፡ ውስተ፡ ከዕወተ፡ ደም፡ ወአማስኖ፡ ውስተ፡ ዘኢይበቍዕ፡ ወስአንብዓ፡ ዕጓለ፡ ማውታ፡ ወበሊዓ፡ ማውታ፡ ወደም፡ ወበሊዓ፡ ሥጋ፡ ሐራውያን፡ ወገመል፡ ወሐዊር፡ ውስተ፡ ብእሲት፡ ሐራሰ፡ ወትክት፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ተነጽሕ።
And it is the rushing to the shedding of blood and to ruin in that which profits not, and the making of the orphan to weep, and the eating of carrion and blood and the flesh of swine and camels, and the going in to a woman in her blood and to one travailing in childbirth before she is cleansed.
又是奔向流人血，奔向毫無益處的敗壞，使孤兒哀哭，並喫自死之物、血，和豬與駱駝的肉，又在婦人經血未潔之先，或在生產之先親近她。
9:22
ወዝንቱ፡ ኵሉ፡ ምግባሮሙ፡ ለኃጥአን፡ ስፍሕት፡ ፍኖተ፡ ወርብብት፡ መርበብተ፡ ሰይጣን፡ እንተ፡ ትወስድ፡ ውስተ፡ ኃጐል፡ ወኵነኔ፡ ዘለዓለም።
And all this is the deed of the wicked—a broad way and a spread net, the net of Satan, which leads to destruction and to judgment everlasting.
這一切都是惡人的行為—是寬闊的道路、張開的羅網，就是撒但的羅網，要把人引到滅亡和永遠的審判中。
9:23
ወፍኖቶሙሰ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ ፀባብ፡ ወመቅዓን፡ እንተ፡ ትወስድ፡ ውስተ፡ ሕይወት፡ ትሕትና፡ ወየሃውት፡ ፍቅረ፡ ወሰላም፡ ጾም፡ ወጸሎት፡ ወንጽሐ፡ ሥጋ፡ ወተዓቅቦ፡ እመባልዕት፡ ዘኢይበቍዕ፡ ማውታ፡ ወብትክ፡ ወዝሙት፡ ወሐዊረ፡ ብእሲተ፡ ብእሲ።
But the way of the righteous is narrow and strait, which leads to life—humility and innocence, love and peace, fasting and prayer, and purity of the flesh, and abstinence from foods that profit not: carrion and what is torn and harlotry and the going in to another man's wife.
惟有義人的道路是又窄又狹的，要把人引到生命—就是謙卑、清白、愛、平安、禁食、禱告，並身體的潔淨，又禁戒那無益的食物：自死之物、被撕裂之物、淫亂，並親近別人的妻子。
9:24
ወይትዓቀቡ፡ እምኵሉ፡ ምግባር፡ ርስሑ፡ ወመባልዕት፡ ርኵሳት፡ እለ፡ ኢእዝዙ፡ ውስተ፡ ሕግ፡ ወእምግባር፡ ርሱሕ፡ ዘኢይሠምሮ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ ዘንተ፡ ኵሉ፡ ይግብሩ፡ ኃጥአን።
And they keep themselves from every defiled deed and from unclean foods which are not commanded in the law, and from impure deeds which the Lord does not delight in; for all these things the wicked do.
他們謹守自己，遠離一切污穢的行為和律法所未吩咐的不潔食物，並遠離主所不喜悅的污穢行為；因為這一切都是惡人所行的。
9:25
ወጻድቃንሰ፡ ይትገሃሡ፡ እምኵሉ፡ ፍናዋት፡ እኵያተ፡ ዘኢይሠምሮ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
But the righteous withdraw themselves from all the evil ways in which the Lord does not delight.
惟有義人從一切主所不喜悅的惡道中退避自己。
9:26
ወይፈቅሮሙ፡ ወይትመሐፀኖሙ፡ ወያድኅኖሙ፡ እምኵሉ፡ ምንዳቤሆሙ።
And He loves them, and shelters them, and delivers them from all their tribulation.
祂愛他們、庇護他們，又救他們脫離一切的患難。
9:27
ወለኃጥአንሰ፡ ሰይጣን፡ ይቀንዮሙ፡ እስመ፡ የዓቅቡ፡ ሕጎ፡ ወሥርዓቶ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ዘያፈቅር።
But Satan enslaves the wicked; whereas the righteous keep His law and His ordinance and all that He loves.
撒但卻轄制惡人；惟有義人遵守祂的律法、祂的典章，並一切祂所喜愛的。
