8:1
መኑ ፡ ይውህበከ ፡ ወልድ ፡ እኁየ ፡ ትጠቡ ፡ አጥባቲሃ ፡ ለእምከ ። ረኪብየ ፡ በአፍኣ ፡ እስዕመከ ። ወኢይሜንኑኒ ።
Oh that you were like a brother to me, / Who nursed at my mothers breasts! / If I found you outside, I would kiss you, / And none would despise me.
哦，巴不得你像我的兄弟，像喫我母親奶的兄弟！我在外頭遇見你就與你親嘴，誰也不輕看我。
8:2
እነሥአከ ፡ ወኣበውአከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እምየ ። ወውስተ ፡ ውሳጥያቲሃ ፡ ለእንተ ፡ ሐፀነተኒ ። ኣሰትየከ ፡ እምርሔ ፡ አፈውየ ። ወእምስቴ ፡ ሮማንየ ።
I would lead you and bring you / Into my mothers house, / Who has instructed me; / I would make you drink spiced wine / From the juice of my pomegranate.
我必引導你，領你進我母親的家；我領受了她的教訓；我要使你喝石榴汁釀的香酒。
8:3
የማኑ ፡ ተሐቅፈኒ ፡ ወፀጋሙ ፡ ታሕተ ፡ ርእስየ ።
His left hand would be under my head, / And his right hand would embrace me.
他的左手必在我頭下，他的右手必將我抱住。
8:4
አመሐልኩክን ፡ አዋልደ ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም ። በኀይሉ ፡ ወበጽንዑ ፡ ለገዳም ። አመ ፡ ተንሥአ ፡ ወአንሥአ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሙታነ ። አፈቅሮ ፡ እስከ ፡ አመ ፡ ፈቀደ ።
I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, / Do not rouse up or awaken my love / Until she pleases.
耶路撒冷的眾女子阿，我鄭重的囑咐你們，不要驚動，不要叫醒我所愛的，等她自己情願。
8:5
መኑ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ እንተ ፡ ትሔውጽ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጎሕ ። ጽዕዱት ፡ ወብርህት ። እንተ ፡ ትትመረጐዝ ፡ በወልድ ፡ እኁሃ ። እምኀበ ፡ ኮል ፡ አንሣእኩከ ። ኮልኬ ፡ ዘበዕብራይዲ ፡ እለ ፡ ቅቡዓን ፡ በደመ ፡ ሐርጌ ፡ ዘገለዓድ ።
Who is this who comes up from the wilderness, / Leaning on her beloved? / I awakened you under the apple tree: / There your mother was in labor with you; / There she was in labor and brought you forth.
那從曠野上來，靠著她良人的是誰呢？我在蘋果樹下叫醒你：你母親在那裏為你劬勞；生你的在那裏為你劬勞。
8:6
በህየ ፡ ሐመት ፡ ብከ ፡ እምከ ። ወበህየ ፡ ሐመት ፡ ብከ ፡ እምከ ፡ ወላዲትከ ። ደቂቀ ፡ ይሣኮር ፡ ይሣለቁ ፡ ብከ ።
Set me as a seal on your heart, / As a seal on your arm; / For love is as strong as death, / Jealousy is as cruel as Sheol; / Its flashes are the flashes of fire, / A flame of Jehovah.
求你將我放在你心上如印記，帶在你臂上如戳記；因為愛如死之堅強，嫉妒如陰間之殘忍；所閃的光是火的閃光，是耶和華的烈焰。
8:7
አንብረኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ ሕልቀት ፡ ውስተ ፡ ልብከ ። ወከመ ፡ ማዕተብ ፡ በመዝራዕትከ ። እስመ ፡ ፍቅር ፡ ከመ ፡ ሞት ፡ ጽንዕት ። ወርቅ ፡ ወዮሣር ፡ ኢይከውኑ ፡ ሤጣ ። ወድርክት ፡ ከመ ፡ ሲኦል ።
Many waters cannot quench love, / Nor do floods drown it. / If a man gave all the substance of his house for love, / It would be utterly despised.
這愛，眾水不能熄滅，洪水也不能淹沒。若有人拿家中所有的財寶要換這愛，就全被藐視。
8:8
ቅንዓት ፡ ትበልዖሙ ፡ ለልበ ፡ ብዙኃን ፡ በመዓት ። እስመ ፡ በቅንዓትሰ ፡ ኢይትረከብ ፡ ጸጋ ። ክነፊሃ ፡ ክንፈ ፡ እሳት ፡ ላህባ ።
We have a little sister, / And she has no breasts: / What shall we do for our sister / On the day when she is spoken for?
我們有一小妹；她的兩乳尚未長成：當我們的妹妹被人題親的日子，我們當為她怎樣辦理？
8:9
ማይ ፡ ብዙኅ ፡ ኢይክል ፡ አጥፍኦታ ፡ ለፍቅር ። ወአፍላግኒ ፡ ኢያንቀለቅልዋ ። እመ ፡ ወሀበ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ንብረቶ ፡ ለፍቅር ። መንኖ ፡ ኢይሜንንዎ ።
If she is a wall, / We will build on her a battlement of silver; / And if she is a door, / We will enclose her with boards of cedar.
她若是牆，我們要在其上建造銀的城垛；她若是門，我們要用香柏木板圍護她。
8:10
እኅትነ ፡ ንስቲት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ወአጥባት ፡ አልባ ። ምንተ ፡ ንግበር ፡ ለእኅትነ ፡ በዕለት ፡ አመ ፡ ይትናገሩ ፡ ባቲ ።
I am a wall, and my breasts are like towers; / Then I was in his eyes like one who has found peace.
我是牆，我的兩乳像其上的樓；那時，我在他眼中像得著平安的人。
8:11
ለእመ ፡ አረፍት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ንሕንጽ ፡ ዲቤሃ ፡ ተድባበ ፡ ዘብሩር ። ወለእመ ፡ ኆኅት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ንግበር ፡ ላቲ ፡ ማዕጾ ፡ ዘቄድሮስ ። ማኅፈደ ፡ ቀይሕ ፡ ዘያነክት ፡ ለሰሎሞን ፡ በኬብሮን ።
Solomon had a vineyard at Baal-hamon: / He let out the vineyard to keepers; / Each was to bring a thousand shekels of silver for its fruit.
所羅門在巴力哈們有一葡萄園：他將這葡萄園交給看守的人，每人要為其中的果子交一千舍客勒銀子。
8:12
አነ ፡ ቅጽር ፡ ወአጥባትየ ፡ ከመ ፡ ማኅፈድ ። አነ ፡ እንተ ፡ በአዕይንቲሁ ፡ እረክብ ፡ ሰላመ ።
My vineyard, which is mine, is before me. / You will have the thousand, O Solomon; / And those who keep its fruit, two hundred.
我自己的葡萄園在我面前。所羅門哪，一千舍客勒歸你，二百舍客勒歸看守果子的人。
8:13
ዐጸደ ፡ ወይን ፡ ኮነ ፡ ለሰሎሞን ፡ በብዔላሞን ። ወወሀበ ፡ ዐጸደ ፡ ወይኑ ፡ ለእለ ፡ የዐቅቡ ፡ ፍሬሁ ። ብእሲ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ይውህብ ፡ ፍሬሁ ፡ በበጊዜሁ ።
O you who dwell in the gardens, / My companions listen for your voice; / Let me hear it.
你這住在園中的，我的同伴都要聽你的聲音，求你使我也得聽見。
8:14
ዐጸደ ፡ ወይን ፡ ሊተ ፡ አንጻርየ ። እንዘ ፡ ይነብር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ገነት ፡ ካልኣን ፡ ርእይዎ ። ጉቡአን ፡ ወስንእዋን ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ በሰላም ። ወካልአን ፡ ርእይዎሙ ።
Make haste, my beloved, / And be like a gazelle or a young hart / Upon the mountains of spices.
我的良人哪，願你快來，如羚羊或小牡鹿在香草山上。
8:15
ወእንዘ ፡ ይትረዐዩ ፡ ማዕከላ ። ወእንዘ ፡ የሐውሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ገነት ፡ ካልአን ።
And while they fed in the midst, and while they walked among the other gardens.
當他們在其中放牧，當他們在別的園中行走的時候。
8:16
ቃለከ ፡ አስምዐኒ ። ጕይ ፡ አንተ ፡ ወልድ ፡ እኁየ ፡ ወተመሰላ ፡ ለወይጠል ። ወከመ ፡ ወሬዛ ፡ ሀየል ፡ ውስተ ፡ አድባረ ፡ ድኁኃን ።
Let me hear thy voice. Make haste, my beloved, my brother, and be like a young gazelle, like a young hart upon the mountains of the lowly.
求你使我聽見你的聲音。我的良人，我的兄弟，求你快快地來，要像年幼的羚羊，像小鹿在謙卑人的山上。
