1:1
በካልእ፡ ዓመተ፡ መንሥቱ፡ ለዳርዩስ፡ በሳምን፡ ወርኀ፡ ኮነ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ኀበ፡ ዘካርያስ፡ ወልደ፡ በራክዩ፡ ወልደ፡ ሐዶ፡ ነቢይ፡ ወይቤሎ።
In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, Yahweh’s word came to the prophet Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, saying,
大流士王第二年八月，耶和華的話臨到易多的孫子、比利家的兒子先知撒迦利亞，說：
1:2
ተምዐ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ላዕለ፡ አበዊክሙ፡ ዓቢይ፡ መዐተ።
“Yahweh was very displeased with your fathers.
「耶和華曾向你們列祖大大發怒。
1:3
ወበሉም፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ታማያጡአ፡ ኀቤኩም፡ ይቤ፡ እግዝአብሔር፡ ዛኩሉ፡ ይመልክ።
Therefore tell them, Yahweh of Armies says: ‘Return to me,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will return to you,’ says Yahweh of Armies.
所以你要對以色列人說，萬軍之耶和華如此說：你們要轉向我，我就轉向你們。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
1:4
ወኢትኩኑ፡ ከመ፡ አበዊክሙ፡ እለ፡ ገሠጽዋሙ፡ ነቢያት፡ ቀደምት፡ ወይቤዎሙ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ተመየጡአ፡ እምፍኖትክሙ፡ እኩይ፡ ዋእእከየ፡ ምግባሪክም፡ ወአበዩ፡ ሰሚፆትየ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ።
Don’t you be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets proclaimed, saying: Yahweh of Armies says, ‘Return now from your evil ways and from your evil doings;’ but they didn’t hear nor listen to me, says Yahweh.
不要效法你們列祖。從前的先知呼叫他們說，萬軍之耶和華如此說：『你們要回頭離開你們的惡道惡行。』他們卻不聽，也不順從我。這是耶和華說的。
1:5
አይቴአ፡ አበዊክሙ፡ ወነቢያቲክሙ፡ ቦኑአ፡ ለዓለም፡ የሐይዉ።
Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever?
你們的列祖在哪裏呢？那些先知能永遠存活嗎？
1:6
ይእዜኒአ፡ ተወከፉ፡ ቃልየ፡ ወሕግየ፡ ኩሉ፡ ዘአዘዝኩ፡ በነፍስየ፡ ለአግብትየ፡ ለነቢያትት፡ ቀደምት፡ እለ፡ ረከብዎሙ፡ ለአበዊክሙ፡ ወተሠጥዎ፡ ወይቤሉ፡ በከመ፡ ነበበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ከመ፡ ይገበር፡ ላዕሌነ፡ በከመ፡ ፍናዊነ፡ ወነከመ፡ ጌጋይነ፡ ከማሁ፡ ገብረ፡ ለነ።
But my words and my decrees, which I commanded my servants the prophets, didn’t they overtake your fathers? “Then they repented and said, ‘Just as Yahweh of Armies determined to do to us, according to our ways and according to our practices, so he has dealt with us.’”
只是我的言語和律例，就是所吩咐我僕人眾先知的，豈不臨到你們列祖嗎？他們就回頭，說：『萬軍之耶和華定意按我們的行動作為向我們怎樣行，他已照樣行了。』」
1:7
ወአመ፡ ተሰዑ፡ ለጽልመት፡ ለዐሠርቱ፡ ወአሐዱ፡ ወርኀ፡ በወርኀ፡ ሳባጥ፡ ባካልእ፡ ዓመት፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ለዳርዬስ፡ ኮነ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዝአብሔር፡ ኃበ፡ ዘካርያስ፡ ወልደ፡ በራክዩ፡ ወልደ፡ ሐዶ፡ ነቢይ፡ ወይቤ።
On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Shebat, in the second year of Darius, Yahweh’s word came to the prophet Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, saying,
大流士第二年十一月，就是細罷特月二十四日，耶和華的話臨到易多的孫子、比利家的兒子先知撒迦利亞，說：
1:8
ወእቤሎ፡ ምንትኑ፡ እሉ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ መልአክ፡ ዘይተናገረኒ፡ አነ፡ እነግረክ፡ ምንት፡ ዉእቱ፡ ዝንቱ።
“I had a vision in the night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in a ravine; and behind him there were red, brown, and white horses.
「我夜間觀看，見一人騎着紅馬，站在窪地番石榴樹中間。在他身後又有紅馬、黃馬，和白馬。」
1:9
ወተሠጥወ፡ ብእሲ፡ ዘይቀዉም፡ ማእከለ፡ አድባር፡ ወይበለኒ፡ እሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ እለ፡ ፈነወ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ይዑድዋ፡ ለምድር።
Then I asked, ‘My lord, what are these?’” The angel who talked with me said to me, “I will show you what these are.”
我對與我說話的天使說：「主啊，這是甚麼意思？」他說：「我要指示你這是甚麼意思。」
1:10
ወተሠጥዉዎ፡ ለመልአክ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘይቀዉም፡ ማእከለ፡ አድባር፡ ወይቤሉ፡ ፆድነ፡ ኩላም፡ ምድር፡ ወናሁ፡ ኩላ፡ ምድር፡ ትነብር፡ ወታረምም።
The man who stood among the myrtle trees answered, “They are the ones Yahweh has sent to go back and forth through the earth.”
那站在番石榴樹中間的人說：「這是奉耶和華差遣在遍地走來走去的。」
1:11
ወተሠጥዎ፡ መልእክ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ትመልክ፡ እስከ፡ መእዜኑ፡ ኢትሠሀላ፡ ለኢየሩሳሌም፡ ወለአህጉር፡ ይሁዳ፡ ዘአስተት፡ እምዛ፡ ሰብዓዓም።
They reported to Yahweh’s angel who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, “We have walked back and forth through the earth, and behold, all the earth is at rest and in peace.”
那些騎馬的對站在番石榴樹中間耶和華的使者說：「我們已在遍地走來走去，見全地都安息平靜。」
1:12
ወተሠጥዎ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለዝኩ፡ መልእክ፡ ዘተነገረኒ፡ ቃለ፡ ሠናየ፡ ወነገረ፡ ፍሥሐ።
Then Yahweh’s angel replied, “O Yahweh of Armies, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which you have had indignation these seventy years?”
於是，耶和華的使者說：「萬軍之耶和華啊，你惱恨耶路撒冷和猶大的城邑已經七十年，你不施憐憫要到幾時呢？」
1:13
ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝኩ፡ መልአክ፡ ዘይትናገረኒ፡ ክላሕ፡ ወበል፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዝአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ቀናእኩ፡ ላዕለ፡ እየሩሳሌም፡ ወላዕለ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ዓቢየ፡ ቅንአተ።
Yahweh answered the angel who talked with me with kind and comforting words.
耶和華就用美善的安慰話回答那與我說話的天使。
1:14
ወተምዐዕኩ፡ ላዕለ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዓቢየ፡ መዐተ፡ እለ፡ ተቃወሙ፡ ሶበ፡ አነ፡ ታምዐዕኩ፡ ኀዳተ፡ ወእሙንቱለ፡ ወሰኩ፡ እኪተ።
So the angel who talked with me said to me, “Proclaim, saying, ‘Yahweh of Armies says: “I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.
與我說話的天使對我說：「你要宣告說，萬軍之耶和華如此說：我為耶路撒冷為錫安，心裏極其火熱。
1:15
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዝአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ወእሠርዕ፡ መስፈርታ፡ ለኢየሩሳሌም፡ ዓዲ።
I am very angry with the nations that are at ease; for I was but a little displeased, but they added to the calamity.”
我甚惱怒那安逸的列國，因我從前稍微惱怒我民，他們就加害過分。
1:16
ወዓዲ፡ ይቤለኒ፡ መልአክ፡ ዘይትናገረኒ፡ ክላሕ፡ ወበል፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘኩሉ፡ ይመልክ፡ ዓዲ፡ ትትከዐዉ፡ ሣናይት፡ ዉሰተ፡ አህጉር፡ ወይሠሀላ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዓዲ፡ ለጽዩን፡ ወየኀርያ፡ ለኢየሩሌም።
Therefore Yahweh says: “I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy. My house shall be built in it,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and a line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.”’
所以耶和華如此說：現今我回到耶路撒冷，仍施憐憫，我的殿必重建在其中，準繩必拉在耶路撒冷之上。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
1:17
ወካዕበ፡ አንሣእኩ፡ አዕይንትየ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ አርባዕተ፡ አቅንተ።
“Proclaim further, saying, ‘Yahweh of Armies says: “My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and Yahweh will again comfort Zion, and will again choose Jerusalem.”’”
你要再宣告說，萬軍之耶和華如此說：我的城邑必再豐盛發達。耶和華必再安慰錫安，揀選耶路撒冷。」
1:18
ወእቤሉ፡ ለዝኩ፡ መልእክ፡ ዘይትናገረኒ፡ ምንትኑ፡ ዝንቱ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝንቱ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝንቱ፡ አቅንት፡ ዘይዘርዎሙ፡ ለይሁዳ፡ ወለእራኤል፡ ወለኢየሩሳሌም።
I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, four horns.
我舉目觀看，見有四角。
1:19
ወከዕበ፡ ኣርአየኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አርባእተ፡ ጻረብተ።
I asked the angel who talked with me, “What are these?” He answered me, “These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”
我就問與我說話的天使說：「這是甚麼意思？」他回答說：「這是打散猶大、以色列，和耶路撒冷的角。」
1:20
ወእቤሎ፡ ምንተ፡ ይግበሩ፡ መጹኡ፡ እሱ፡ ወይበለኒ፡ እስ፡ ከፍኡ፡ እሉ፡ አቅርንት፡ ዘይዘርዉዎሙ፡ ለይሁዳዳ፡ ወለእስራኤል፡ ወአልቦ፡ ዘአንሥአ፡ ርእሶ፡ እምኔሆሙ፡ ለይሁዳ፡ ወለእስራኤል፡ ወአልቦ፡ ዘአንሥአ፡ ርእሶ፡ እምኔሆሙ፡ ወመጹኡ፡ ከመ፡ ያብልኀዎሙ፡ እሉ፡ በዉሰተ፡ እደዊሆሙ፡ እሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ አርባዕቱ፡ አቅርንት፡ አሕዛብ፡ እንክ፡ እለ፡ አንሥኡ፡ ቀርኖሙ፡ ይዝርዉዋ፡ ለምድረ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
Yahweh showed me four craftsmen.
耶和華又指四個匠人給我看。
