18:1
ወአልቦሙ ፡ መክፈልተ ፡ ካህናት ፡ ወሌዋውያን ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ሌዊ ፡ ምስለ ፡ እስራኤል ፤ መባኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ክፍሎሙ ፡ ወኪያሁ ፡ ይሴሰዩ ።
「祭司利未人和利未全支派必在以色列中無分無業；他們所吃用的就是獻給耶和華的火祭和一切所捐的。
The priests and the Levites—all the tribe of Levi—shall have no portion nor inheritance with Israel. They shall eat the offerings of Yahweh made by fire and his portion.
18:2
ወክፍለ ፡ ባሕቱ ፡ አልቦሙ ፡ በውስተ ፡ አኀዊሆሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ክፍሉ ፡ በከመ ፡ ይቤሎ ።
他們在弟兄中必沒有產業；耶和華是他們的產業，正如耶和華所應許他們的。
They shall have no inheritance among their brothers. Yahweh is their inheritance, as he has spoken to them.
18:3
ወዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ሕጎሙ ፡ ለካህናት ፡ ዘእምኀበ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ እለ ፡ ይጠብኁ ፡ ጥብኀ ፡ እመኒ ፡ ላህመ ፡ ወእመኒ ፡ በግዐ ፡ ዘይሁብዎ ፡ ለካህን ፡ መዝራዕተ ፡ ወሕልቀ ፡ ወቈስጤ ።
祭司從百姓所當得的分乃是這樣：凡獻牛或羊為祭的，要把前腿和兩腮並脾胃給祭司。
This shall be the priests’ due from the people, from those who offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep, that they shall give to the priest: the shoulder, the two cheeks, and the inner parts.
18:4
ወቀዳሜ ፡ እክልከ ፡ ወቀዳሜ ፡ ወይንከ ፡ ወቀዳሜ ፡ ቅብእከ ፡ ወእምነ ፡ ዘቀረፅከ ፡ አባግዒከ ፡ ትሁቦ ።
初收的五穀、新酒和油，並初剪的羊毛，也要給他；
You shall give him the first fruits of your grain, of your new wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep.
18:5
እስመ ፡ ኀር[ዮ] ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሕዘቢከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይቁም ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ወይትለአኮ ፡ ወይባርክ ፡ በስመ ፡ ዚአሁ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወደቂቁ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ።
因為耶和華－你的上帝從你各支派中將他揀選出來，使他和他子孫永遠奉耶和華的名侍立，事奉。
For Yahweh your God has chosen him out of all your tribes to stand to minister in Yahweh’s name, him and his sons forever.
18:6
ወለእመ ፡ መጽአ ፡ ሌዋዊ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ አህጉሪክሙ ፡ ዘእምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ዘኀበ ፡ ይነብር ፡ ውእቱ ፡ እስመ ፡ ፈተወ ፡ በነፍሱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይትለአክ ፡ በውእቱ ፡ መካን ፡ ኀበ ፡ ኀርየ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፤
「利未人無論寄居在以色列中的哪一座城，若從那裏出來，一心願意到耶和華所選擇的地方，
If a Levite comes from any of your gates out of all Israel where he lives, and comes with all the desire of his soul to the place which Yahweh shall choose,
18:7
ወይትቀነይ ፡ ለስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላኩ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ አኀዊሁ ፡ ሌዋውያን ፡ እለ ፡ ይቀውሙ ፡ ህየ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
就要奉耶和華－他上帝的名事奉，像他眾弟兄利未人侍立在耶和華面前事奉一樣。
then he shall minister in the name of Yahweh his God, as all his brothers the Levites do, who stand there before Yahweh.
18:8
ይትከፈል ፡ መክፈልቶ ፡ ወይሴሰይ ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ ዘበ ፡ ሢመቱ ፡ ዘበ ፡ ሀገሩ ።
除了他賣祖父產業所得的以外，還要得一分祭物與他們同吃。」
They shall have like portions to eat, in addition to that which comes from the sale of his family possessions.
18:9
ወለእመ ፡ ቦእከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ ይሁበከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ኢትትመሀር ፡ ገቢረ ፡ ከመ ፡ ርኵሶሙ ፡ ለውእቶሙ ፡ አሕዛብ ።
「你到了耶和華－你上帝所賜之地，那些國民所行可憎惡的事，你不可學着行。
When you have come into the land which Yahweh your God gives you, you shall not learn to imitate the abominations of those nations.
18:10
ወኢይትረከብ ፡ በውስቴትክሙ ፡ ዘይሠውዕ ፡ ወልዶ ፡ አው ፡ ወለቶ ፡ በእሳት ፡ ወዘያስተቀስም ፡ መቅሰመ ፡ ወዘያስተሰግል ፡ ወዘይጤየር ፤
你們中間不可有人使兒女經火，也不可有占卜的、觀兆的、用法術的、行邪術的、
There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who tells fortunes, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer,
18:11
ወዘሥራይ ፡ ወዘሐርስ ፡ ወዘበፃውዕ ፡ ወዘያነቅህ ፡ ምውተ ፡ ወዘያስተሰግል ፡ በዖፍ ።
用迷術的、交鬼的、行巫術的、過陰的。
or a charmer, or someone who consults with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
18:12
እስመ ፡ ርኩስ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይገብሮ ፡ ለዝንቱ ፡ በኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እስመ ፡ በበይነ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ርኵሶሙ ፡ ያጠፍኦሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምኔከ ።
凡行這些事的都為耶和華所憎惡；因那些國民行這可憎惡的事，所以耶和華－你的上帝將他們從你面前趕出。
For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Because of these abominations, Yahweh your God drives them out from before you.
18:13
ወኩን ፡ ፍጹመ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ።
你要在耶和華－你的上帝面前作完全人。」
You shall be blameless with Yahweh your God.
18:14
እስመ ፡ እልክቱ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እለ ፡ አንተ ፡ ትትወረሶሙ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ያስተሰግሉ ፡ ወያጸምኡ ፡ መቅሰመ ፡ ወለከሰ ፡ አኮ ፡ ከማሁ ።
「因你所要趕出的那些國民都聽信觀兆的和占卜的，至於你，耶和華－你的上帝從來不許你這樣行。
For these nations that you shall dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery and to diviners; but as for you, Yahweh your God has not allowed you so to do.
18:15
ነቢየ ፡ ወሀበከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ አኀዊከ ፡ ዘከማየ ፡ ወያነሥእ ፡ ለከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ወሎቱ ፡ ስምዕዎ ፡ በኵሉ ።
耶和華－你的上帝要從你們弟兄中間給你興起一位先知，像我，你們要聽從他。
Yahweh your God will raise up to you a prophet from among you, of your brothers, like me. You shall listen to him.
18:16
ወኵሉ ፡ ዘሰአልካሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ በኮሬብ ፡ አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ተጋባእክሙ ፡ ወትቤሉ ፡ ኢንድግም ፡ እንከ ፡ ሰሚዖተ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፡ ወዛቲኒ ፡ እሳት ፡ ዐባይ ፡ ኢንርአያ ፡ እንከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢንሙት ።
正如你在何烈山大會的日子求耶和華－你上帝一切的話，說：『求你不再叫我聽見耶和華－我上帝的聲音，也不再叫我看見這大火，免得我死亡。』
This is according to all that you desired of Yahweh your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, “Let me not hear again Yahweh my God’s voice, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I not die.”
18:17
ወይቤለኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አማን ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይቤሉ ።
耶和華就對我說：『他們所說的是。
Yahweh said to me, “They have well said that which they have spoken.
18:18
ነቢየ ፡ ኣነሥእ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ አኀዊሆሙ ፡ ዘከማከ ፡ ወእሁብ ፡ ቃልየ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አፉሁ ፡ ወይነግሮሙ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ አዘዝክዎ ።
我必在他們弟兄中間給他們興起一位先知，像你。我要將當說的話傳給他；他要將我一切所吩咐的都傳給他們。
I will raise them up a prophet from among their brothers, like you. I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.
18:19
ወብእሲ ፡ ዘኢይሰምዖ ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ዘነገረ ፡ በስመ ፡ ዚአየ ፡ አነ ፡ እትቤቀል ፡ እምኔሁ ።
誰不聽他奉我名所說的話，我必討誰的罪。
It shall happen, that whoever will not listen to my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
18:20
ወባሕቱ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ ዘይኤብስ ፡ ወይነብብ ፡ ቃለ ፡ በስምየ ፡ ዘኢአዘዝክዎ ፡ ይንብብ ፡ ወዘነበበሂ ፡ በስመ ፡ ባዕድ ፡ አማልክት ፡ ለይሙት ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ነቢይ ።
若有先知擅敢託我的名說我所未曾吩咐他說的話，或是奉別神的名說話，那先知就必治死。』
But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.”
18:21
ወለእመ ፡ ትብል ፡ በልብከ ፡ እፎ ፡ ኣአምር ፡ ቃለ ፡ ዘኢይቤ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤
你心裏若說：『耶和華所未曾吩咐的話，我們怎能知道呢？』
You may say in your heart, “How shall we know the word which Yahweh has not spoken?”
18:22
እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘነበበ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ በስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምከመ ፡ ኢበጽሐ ፡ ቃሉ ፡ ወኢኮነ ፡ በከመ ፡ [ይቤ ፡] ኢነበቦ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ ቃል ፡ ወበሐሰት ፡ ነበበ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ ወኢትስምዕዎ ።
先知託耶和華的名說話，所說的若不成就，也無效驗，這就是耶和華所未曾吩咐的，是那先知擅自說的，你不要怕他。」
When a prophet speaks in Yahweh’s name, if the thing doesn’t follow, nor happen, that is the thing which Yahweh has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You shall not be afraid of him.
