23:1
ወኢይንሣእ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ወኢይክሥት ፡ ኀፍረተ ፡ አቡሁ ።
「凡外腎受傷的，或被閹割的，不可入耶和華的會。
He who is emasculated by crushing or cutting shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly.
23:2
ወኢይባእ ፡ ዘቦቱ ፡ ነውረ ፡ ወዘምቱር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤
「私生子不可入耶和華的會；他的子孫，直到十代，也不可入耶和華的會。
A person born of a forbidden union shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one of his enter into Yahweh’s assembly.
23:3
ከመ ፡ ኢያዘሙ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
「亞捫人或是摩押人不可入耶和華的會；他們的子孫，雖過十代，也永不可入耶和華的會。
An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into Yahweh’s assembly forever,
23:4
ወኢይባእ ፡ ዐሞናዊ ፡ ወሞአባዊ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እስከ ፡ ሣልስት ፡ ወራብዕት ፡ ትውልድ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ዓሥርት ፡ ኢይባእ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።
因為你們出埃及的時候，他們沒有拿食物和水在路上迎接你們，又因他們雇了美索不達米亞的毗奪人比珥的兒子巴蘭來咒詛你們。
because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
23:5
እስመ ፡ ኢተቀበሉክሙ ፡ በእክል ፡ ወበማይ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ፍኖት ፡ አመ ፡ ወፃእክሙ ፡ እምነ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ወእስመ ፡ [ተዓሰብዎ ፡] ለበለዓም ፡ ወልደ ፡ ቤዖር ፡ ከመ ፡ ይርግምክሙ ።
然而耶和華－你的上帝不肯聽從巴蘭，卻使那咒詛的言語變為祝福的話，因為耶和華－你的上帝愛你。
Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam, but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.
23:6
ወኢፈቀደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ከመ ፡ ይስምዖ ፡ ለበለዓም ፡ ወሜጦ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለመርገሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ በረከት ፡ እስመ ፡ አፍቀረከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ።
你一生一世永不可求他們的平安和他們的利益。
You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.
23:7
ወኢትትናገሮሙ ፡ ሰላመ ፡ ወበዘ ፡ ይደልዎሙ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊከ ፡ ወለዓለም ።
「不可憎惡以東人，因為他是你的弟兄。不可憎惡埃及人，因為你在他的地上作過寄居的。
You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.
23:8
ወኢታስቆርሮ ፡ ለኢዱሜያዊ ፡ እስመ ፡ እኁከ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወኢታስቆርሮ ፡ ለግብጻዊ ፡ እስመ ፡ ፈላሰ ፡ ኮንከ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ምድሮሙ ።
他們第三代子孫可以入耶和華的會。」
The children of the third generation who are born to them may enter into Yahweh’s assembly.
23:9
ወደቂቅ ፡ ለእመ ፡ ተወልደ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ በሣልሥት ፡ ትውልድ ፡ ይበውእ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
「你出兵攻打仇敵，就要遠避諸惡。
When you go out and camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.
23:10
ወለእመ ፡ ወፃእከ ፡ ትፅብኦሙ ፡ ለፀርከ ፡ ተዓቀብ ፡ እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ቃል ፡ እኩይ ።
「你們中間，若有人夜間偶然夢遺，不潔淨，就要出到營外，不可入營；
If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens to him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp;
23:11
ወለእመቦ ፡ እምውስቴትክሙ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ዘኢኮነ ፡ ንጹሐ ፡ እምነ ፡ ሥእበቱ ፡ ዘሌሊት ፡ ለይፃእ ፡ አፍአ ፡ እምነ ፡ ትዕይንት ፡ ወኢይባእ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ትዕይንት ።
到傍晚的時候，他要用水洗澡，及至日落了才可以入營。
but it shall be, when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water. When the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.
23:12
ወፍና ፡ ሰርክ ፡ ተኀፂቦ ፡ በማይ ፡ ሥጋሁ ፡ ይበውእ ፡ ዐሪቦ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ትዕይንት ።
「你在營外也該定出一個地方作為便所。
You shall have a place also outside of the camp where you go relieve yourself.
23:13
ወአሐደ ፡ መካነ ፡ ረሲ ፡ ለከ ፡ አፍአ ፡ እምነ ፡ ትዕይንት ፡ ኀበ ፡ ትወፅእ ፡ ህየ ፡ አፍአ ።
在你器械之中當預備一把鍬，你出營外便溺以後，用以鏟土，轉身掩蓋。
You shall have a trowel among your weapons. It shall be, when you relieve yourself, you shall dig with it, and shall turn back and cover your excrement;
23:14
ወዕፀ ፡ ንሣእ ፡ ለከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቅናትከ ፡ ወሶበ ፡ ነበርከ ፡ ቅሥፈ ፡ ትከሪ ፡ ወትነሥእ ፡ ወትደፍን ፡ ኀፍረተከ ።
因為耶和華－你的上帝常在你營中行走，要救護你，將仇敵交給你，所以你的營理當聖潔，免得他見你那裏有污穢，就離開你。」
for Yahweh your God walks in the middle of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.
23:15
እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ያንሶሱ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ትዕይንትከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያድኅንከ ፡ ወያግብኦሙ ፡ ለፀርከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እደዊከ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ገጽከ ፡ ወትኩን ፡ ቅድስተ ፡ ትዕይንትከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢያስተርኢ ፡ ውስቴትከ ፡ ዘኮነ ፡ ኀፍረት ፡ ወይትመየጥ ፡ እምኔከ ፡ ወይኅድገ ።
「若有奴僕脫了主人的手，逃到你那裏，你不可將他交付他的主人。
You shall not deliver to his master a servant who has escaped from his master to you.
23:16
ወኢታግብኦ ፡ ለገብር ፡ ኀበ ፡ እግዚኡ ፡ እምድኅረ ፡ ተሠይጠ ፡ ኀቤከ ።
他必在你那裏與你同住，在你的城邑中，要由他選擇一個所喜悅的地方居住；你不可欺負他。
He shall dwell with you, among you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best. You shall not oppress him.
23:17
ይንበር ፡ ምስሌከ ፡ ኀበ ፡ አደሞ ፡ ወኢትሣቅዮ ።
「以色列的女子中不可有妓女；以色列的男子中不可有孌童。
There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
23:18
ወኢትኩን ፡ እምውስቴትክሙ ፡ ዘማ ፡ እምነ ፡ አዋልደ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ [ወኢይኩን ፡ ዘማዌ ፡ እምደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡] ወአልቦ ፡ ዘያገብእ ፡ ግብረ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ አዋልደ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ዘያገብእ ፡ ጸባሕተ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ።
娼妓所得的錢，或孌童 所得的價，你不可帶入耶和華－你上帝的殿還願，因為這兩樣都是耶和華－你上帝所憎惡的。
You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of Yahweh your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to Yahweh your God.
23:19
ኢታብእ ፡ ደነሰ ፡ ዘማ ፡ ወኢቤዘ ፡ ከልብ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ በበይነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ብፅዐት ፡ እስመ ፡ ርኩሳን ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ በኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ክልኤሆሙ ።
「你借給你弟兄的，或是錢財或是糧食，無論甚麼可生利的物，都不可取利。
You shall not lend on interest to your brother: interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest.
23:20
ወኢትትረደይ ፡ እምኀበ ፡ ቢጽከ ፡ ኢርዴ ፡ ወርቅ ፡ ወኢርዴ ፡ እክል ፡ ወኢርዴ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘኮነ ፡ ትካዙ ፡ ዘተለቅሐከ ።
借給外邦人可以取利，只是借給你弟兄不可取利。這樣，耶和華－你上帝必在你所去得為業的地上和你手裏所辦的一切事上賜福與你。
You may charge a foreigner interest; but you shall not charge your brother interest, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.
23:21
እምኀበ ፡ ነኪር ፡ ትትረደይ ፡ ወእምኀበሰ ፡ ቢጽከ ፡ ኢትትረደይ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይባርከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ምድር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ግብርከ ፡ እንተ ፡ ውስቴታ ፡ ትበውእ ፡ ህየ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትትወረሳ ።
「你向耶和華－你的上帝許願，償還不可遲延；因為耶和華－你的上帝必定向你追討，你不償還就有罪。
When you vow a vow to Yahweh your God, you shall not be slack to pay it, for Yahweh your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.
23:22
ወለእመ ፡ በፃዕከ ፡ ብፅዐተ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ኢትጐንዲ ፡ ገቢሮቶ ፡ እስመ ፡ ተኀሥሦ ፡ ይትኀሠሠከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክከ ፡ እምኔከ ፡ ወይከውን ፡ ኀጢአት ፡ ላዕሌከ ።
你若不許願，倒無罪。
But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.
23:23
ወለአመሰ ፡ ኢፈቀድከ ፡ ትብፃዕ ፡ አልብከ ፡ ኀጢአተ ።
你嘴裏所出的，就是你口中應許甘心所獻的，要照你向耶和華－你上帝所許的願謹守遵行。
You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to Yahweh your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
23:24
ዳእሙ ፡ እም[ከመ ፡] ወፅአ ፡ እምነ ፡ ከናፍሪከ ፡ ተዓቀብ ፡ ወግበር ፡ በከመ ፡ በፃዕከ ፡ ተሀብ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘከመ ፡ ነበብከ ፡ በአፉከ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ግበር ።
「你進了鄰舍的葡萄園，可以隨意吃飽了葡萄，只是不可裝在器皿中。
When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat your fill of grapes at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your container.
23:25
ወለእመ ፡ ቦእከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ገራህተ ፡ ካልእከ ፡ ትምሐው ፡ ሠዊተ ፡ በእደዊከ ፡ ወማዕፀደ ፡ ኢታበውእ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ገራህተ ፡ ካልእከ ። ወለእመ ፡ ቦእከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐጸደ ፡ ወይኑ ፡ ለካልእከ ፡ ብላዕ ፡ አስካለ ፡ እስከ ፡ ትጸግብ ፡ ነፍስከ ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ሙዳይ ፡ ባሕቱ ፡ ኢትወዲ ።
你進了鄰舍站着的禾稼，可以用手摘穗子，只是不可用鐮刀割取禾稼。」
When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not use a sickle on your neighbor’s standing grain.
