65:1
נִדְרַ֙שְׁתִּי֙ לְל֣וֹא שָׁאָ֔לוּ נִמְצֵ֖אתִי לְלֹ֣א בִקְשֻׁ֑נִי אָמַ֙רְתִּי֙ הִנֵּ֣נִי הִנֵּ֔נִי אֶל־גּ֖וֹי לֹא־קֹרָ֥א בִשְׁמִֽי׃
ἐμφανὴς ἐγενόμην τοῖς ἐμὲ μὴ ζητοῦσιν εὑρέθην τοῖς ἐμὲ μὴ ἐπερωτῶσιν εἶπα ἰδού εἰμι τῷ ἔθνει οἳ οὐκ ἐκάλεσάν μου τὸ ὄνομα
Quaesierunt me qui ante non interrogabant ; invenerunt qui non quaesierunt me. Dixi : Ecce ego, ecce ego, ad gentem quae non invocabat nomen meum.
ረከቡኒ፡ እለ፡ ኢኀሠሡኒ፡ ወአስተርአይክዎሙ፡ ለእለ፡ ኢተስእሉኒ።
“I am inquired of by those who didn’t ask. I am found by those who didn’t seek me. I said, ‘See me, see me,’ to a nation that was not called by my name.
65:2
פֵּרַ֧שְׂתִּי יָדַ֛י כׇּל־הַיּ֖וֹם אֶל־עַ֣ם סוֹרֵ֑ר הַהֹֽלְכִים֙ הַדֶּ֣רֶךְ לֹא־ט֔וֹב אַחַ֖ר מַחְשְׁבֹתֵיהֶֽם׃
ἐξεπέτασα τὰς χεῖράς μου ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν πρὸς λαὸν ἀπειθοῦντα καὶ ἀντιλέγοντα οἳ οὐκ ἐπορεύθησαν ὁδῷ ἀληθινῇ ἀλλ’ ὀπίσω τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτῶν
Expandi manus meas tota die ad populum incredulum, qui graditur in via non bona post cogitationes suas.
ኵሎ፡ አሚረ፡ እሰፍሕ፡ እደውየ፡ ለሕዝብ፡ ዓላውያን፡ ወከሐድያን፣፡ እለ፡ ኢሖሩ፡ በፍኖተ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ወተለዉ፡ ኃጢአቶሙ።
I have spread out my hands all day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, after their own thoughts;
65:3
הָעָ֗ם הַמַּכְעִסִ֥ים אֹתִ֛י עַל־פָּנַ֖י תָּמִ֑יד זֹֽבְחִים֙ בַּגַּנּ֔וֹת וּֽמְקַטְּרִ֖ים עַל־הַלְּבֵנִֽים׃
ὁ λαὸς οὗτος ὁ παροξύνων με ἐναντίον ἐμοῦ διὰ παντός αὐτοὶ θυσιάζουσιν ἐν τοῖς κήποις καὶ θυμιῶσιν ἐπὶ ταῖς πλίνθοις τοῖς δαιμονίοις ἃ οὐκ ἔστιν
Populus qui ad iracundiam provocat me ante faciem meam semper ; qui immolant in hortis, et sacrificant super lateres ;
ዝንቱኬ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዘአምፅዑኒ፡ ወትረ።
a people who provoke me to my face continually, sacrificing in gardens, and burning incense on bricks;
65:4
הַיֹּֽשְׁבִים֙ בַּקְּבָרִ֔ים וּבַנְּצוּרִ֖ים יָלִ֑ינוּ הָאֹֽכְלִים֙ בְּשַׂ֣ר הַחֲזִ֔יר (ופרק) [וּמְרַ֥ק] פִּגֻּלִ֖ים כְּלֵיהֶֽם׃
καὶ ἐν τοῖς μνήμασιν καὶ ἐν τοῖς σπηλαίοις κοιμῶνται δῑ ἐνύπνια οἱ ἔσθοντες κρέα ὕεια καὶ ζωμὸν θυσιῶν μεμολυμμένα πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτῶν
qui habitant in sepulchris, et in delubris idolorum dormiunt ; qui comedunt carnem suillam, et jus profanum in vasis eorum ;
ይትኔወሙ፡ ውስተ፡ በአታት፡ ሐላምያን፣፡ ወይበልዑ፡ ሥጋ፡ ሐራውያ፡ ወያረኵሱ፡ ደመ፡ መሥዋዕቶሙ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ንዋዮሙ።
who sit among the graves, and spend nights in secret places; who eat pig’s meat, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
65:5
הָאֹֽמְרִים֙ קְרַ֣ב אֵלֶ֔יךָ אַל־תִּגַּשׁ־בִּ֖י כִּ֣י קְדַשְׁתִּ֑יךָ אֵ֚לֶּה עָשָׁ֣ן בְּאַפִּ֔י אֵ֥שׁ יֹקֶ֖דֶת כׇּל־הַיּֽוֹם׃
οἱ λέγοντες πόρρω ἀπ’ ἐμοῦ μὴ ἐγγίσῃς μου ὅτι καθαρός εἰμι οὗτος καπνὸς τοῦ θυμοῦ μου πῦρ καίεται ἐν αὐτῷ πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας
qui dicunt : Recede a me, non appropinques mihi, quia immundus es. Isti fumus erunt in furore meo, ignis ardens tota die.
እለ፡ ይብሉ፤ ረኀቕ፡ እምኔየ፡ ወኢትቅረበኒ፡ እስመ፡ ንጹሕ፡ አነ።
who say, ‘Stay by yourself, don’t come near to me, for I am holier than you.’ These are smoke in my nose, a fire that burns all day.
65:6
הִנֵּ֥ה כְתוּבָ֖ה לְפָנָ֑י לֹ֤א אֶֽחֱשֶׁה֙ כִּ֣י אִם־שִׁלַּ֔מְתִּי וְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֖י עַל־חֵיקָֽם׃
ἰδοὺ γέγραπται ἐνώπιόν μου οὐ σιωπήσω ἕως ἂν ἀποδῶ εἰς τὸν κόλπον αὐτῶν
Ecce scriptum est coram me : Non tacebo, sed reddam, et retribuam in sinum eorum.
ናሁ፡ ጽሑፍ፡ ቅድሜየ፤ ወኢያረምም፡ እስከ፡ እፈዲ፡ ወእትቤቀል፡ ወአገብእ፡ ሎሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ሕፅኖሙ።
“Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will repay, yes, I will repay into their bosom
65:7
עֲ֠וֺנֹֽתֵיכֶ֠ם וַעֲוֺנֹ֨ת אֲבוֹתֵיכֶ֤ם יַחְדָּו֙ אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר קִטְּרוּ֙ עַל־הֶ֣הָרִ֔ים וְעַל־הַגְּבָע֖וֹת חֵרְפ֑וּנִי וּמַדֹּתִ֧י פְעֻלָּתָ֛ם רִאשֹׁנָ֖ה (על) [אֶל־]חֵיקָֽם׃ {ס}
τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτῶν καὶ τῶν πατέρων αὐτῶν λέγει κύριος οἳ ἐθυμίασαν ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν βουνῶν ὠνείδισάν με ἀποδώσω τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν εἰς τὸν κόλπον αὐτῶν
Iniquitates vestras, et iniquitates patrum vestrorum simul, dicit Dominus ; qui sacrificaverunt super montes, et super colles exprobraverunt mihi ; et remetiar opus eorum primum in sinu eorum.
ኃጢአቶሙ፡ ወዘአበዊሆሙ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
your own iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers together”, says Yahweh, “who have burned incense on the mountains, and blasphemed me on the hills. Therefore I will first measure their work into their bosom.”
65:8
כֹּ֣ה׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֗ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר יִמָּצֵ֤א הַתִּירוֹשׁ֙ בָּֽאֶשְׁכּ֔וֹל וְאָמַר֙ אַל־תַּשְׁחִיתֵ֔הוּ כִּ֥י בְרָכָ֖ה בּ֑וֹ כֵּ֤ן אֶֽעֱשֶׂה֙ לְמַ֣עַן עֲבָדַ֔י לְבִלְתִּ֖י הַֽשְׁחִ֥ית הַכֹּֽל׃
οὕτως λέγει κύριος ὃν τρόπον εὑρεθήσεται ὁ ῥὼξ ἐν τῷ βότρυι καὶ ἐροῦσιν μὴ λυμήνῃ αὐτὸν ὅτι εὐλογία κυρίου ἐστὶν ἐν αὐτῷ οὕτως ποιήσω ἕνεκεν τοῦ δουλεύοντός μοι τούτου ἕνεκεν οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσω πάντας
Haec dicit Dominus : Quomodo si inveniatur granum in botro, et dicatur : Ne dissipes illud, quoniam benedictio est : sic faciam propter servos meos, ut non disperdam totum.
ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፤ በከመ፡ ይትረከብ፡ ሕንባበ፡ ወይን፡ ውስተ፡ አስካል፡ ወይብሉ፤ ኢታጥፍኦ፡ እስመ፡ በረከተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ላዕሌሁ፡ ከመዝ፡ እገብር፡ በእንተ፡ ዘተቀንየ፡ ሊተ፡ በበይነ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመ፡ ኢያጥፍእ።
Yahweh says, “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one says, ‘Don’t destroy it, for a blessing is in it:’ so I will do for my servants’ sake, that I may not destroy them all.
65:9
וְהוֹצֵאתִ֤י מִֽיַּעֲקֹב֙ זֶ֔רַע וּמִֽיהוּדָ֖ה יוֹרֵ֣שׁ הָרָ֑י וִירֵשׁ֣וּהָ בְחִירַ֔י וַעֲבָדַ֖י יִשְׁכְּנוּ־שָֽׁמָּה׃
καὶ ἐξάξω τὸ ἐξ Ιακωβ σπέρμα καὶ τὸ ἐξ Ιουδα καὶ κληρονομήσει τὸ ὄρος τὸ ἅγιόν μου καὶ κληρονομήσουσιν οἱ ἐκλεκτοί μου καὶ οἱ δοῦλοί μου καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐκεῖ
Et educam de Jacob semen, et de Juda possidentem montes meos ; et haereditabunt eam electi mei, et servi mei habitabunt ibi.
ወአመጽእ፡ ዘርአ፡ ያዕቆብ፡ ወዘርአ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ወይወርሱ፡ ደብረ፡ መቅደስየ፣፡ ወይወርሱ፡ ኅሩያንየ፡ ወአግብርትየ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ህየ።
I will bring offspring out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains. My chosen will inherit it, and my servants will dwell there.
65:10
וְהָיָ֤ה הַשָּׁרוֹן֙ לִנְוֵה־צֹ֔אן וְעֵ֥מֶק עָכ֖וֹר לְרֵ֣בֶץ בָּקָ֑ר לְעַמִּ֖י אֲשֶׁ֥ר דְּרָשֽׁוּנִי׃
καὶ ἔσονται ἐν τῷ δρυμῷ ἐπαύλεις ποιμνίων καὶ φάραγξ Αχωρ εἰς ἀνάπαυσιν βουκολίων τῷ λαῷ μου οἳ ἐζήτησάν με
Et erunt campestria in caulas gregum, et vallis Achor in cubile armentorum, populo meo qui requisierunt me.
ወየኀድሩ፡ ማእከለ፡ ዖም፡ ወአዕፃዳተ፡ መራዕይ፡ ወውስተ፡ ቈላተ፡ አኮር፡ አዕፃዳተ፡ ወፍር፡ ዘሕዝብየ፡ እለ፡ ኀሠሡኒ።
Sharon will be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down in, for my people who have sought me.
65:11
וְאַתֶּם֙ עֹזְבֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֔ה הַשְּׁכֵחִ֖ים אֶת־הַ֣ר קׇדְשִׁ֑י הַעֹרְכִ֤ים לַגַּד֙ שֻׁלְחָ֔ן וְהַֽמְמַלְאִ֖ים לַמְנִ֥י מִמְסָֽךְ׃
ὑμεῖς δὲ οἱ ἐγκαταλιπόντες με καὶ ἐπιλανθανόμενοι τὸ ὄρος τὸ ἅγιόν μου καὶ ἑτοιμάζοντες τῷ δαίμονι τράπεζαν καὶ πληροῦντες τῇ τύχῃ κέρασμα
Et vos qui dereliquistis Dominum, qui obliti estis montem sanctum meum, qui ponitis fortunae mensam, et libatis super eam :
አንትሙሰ፡ እለ፡ ኀደግሙኒ፡ ወረሳዕክሙ፡ ደብረ፡ መቅደስየ፡ ወትሠርዑ፡ ማእደ፡ ለአጋንንት፡ ወትቀድሑ፡ ለበፃውዕ፡ ወትመልኡ።
“But you who forsake Yahweh, who forget my holy mountain, who prepare a table for Fortune, and who fill up mixed wine to Destiny;
65:12
וּמָנִ֨יתִי אֶתְכֶ֜ם לַחֶ֗רֶב וְכֻלְּכֶם֙ לַטֶּ֣בַח תִּכְרָ֔עוּ יַ֤עַן קָרָ֙אתִי֙ וְלֹ֣א עֲנִיתֶ֔ם דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי וְלֹ֣א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֑ם וַתַּעֲשׂ֤וּ הָרַע֙ בְּעֵינַ֔י וּבַאֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־חָפַ֖צְתִּי בְּחַרְתֶּֽם׃ {פ}
ἐγὼ παραδώσω ὑμᾶς εἰς μάχαιραν πάντες ἐν σφαγῇ πεσεῖσθε ὅτι ἐκάλεσα ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐχ ὑπηκούσατε ἐλάλησα καὶ παρηκούσατε καὶ ἐποιήσατε τὸ πονηρὸν ἐναντίον ἐμοῦ καὶ ἃ οὐκ ἐβουλόμην ἐξελέξασθε
numerabo vos in gladio, et omnes in caede corruetis : pro eo quod vocavi, et non respondistis ; locutus sum, et non audistis ; et faciebatis malum in oculis meis, et quae nolui elegistis.
ወአነ፡ እሜጥወክሙ፡ ለኵናት፡ ወትመውቱ፡ ኵልክሙ፡ በመጥባሕት፤ እስመ፡ ጸዋዕኩክሙ፡ ወኢያውሣእክሙኒ፤ ወነበብከኩክሙ፡ ወተፀመምክሙኒ፣፡ ወገበርክሙ፡ እኩየ፡ በቅድሜየ፡ ወኢፈቀድክሙ፡ አድኅንክሙ።
I will destine you to the sword, and you will all bow down to the slaughter; because when I called, you didn’t answer. When I spoke, you didn’t listen; but you did that which was evil in my eyes, and chose that in which I didn’t delight.”
65:13
לָכֵ֞ן כֹּה־אָמַ֣ר׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֗ה הִנֵּ֨ה עֲבָדַ֤י׀יֹאכֵ֙לוּ֙ וְאַתֶּ֣ם תִּרְעָ֔בוּ הִנֵּ֧ה עֲבָדַ֛י יִשְׁתּ֖וּ וְאַתֶּ֣ם תִּצְמָ֑אוּ הִנֵּ֧ה עֲבָדַ֛י יִשְׂמָ֖חוּ וְאַתֶּ֥ם תֵּבֹֽשׁוּ׃
διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι φάγονται ὑμεῖς δὲ πεινάσετε ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι πίονται ὑμεῖς δὲ διψήσετε ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι εὐφρανθήσονται ὑμεῖς δὲ αἰσχυνθήσεσθε
Propter hoc haec dicit Dominus Deus : Ecce servi mei comedent, et vos esurietis ; ecce servi mei bibent, et vos sitietis ;
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፤ እለ፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሊተ፡ ይበልዑ፣፡ ወአንትሙሰ፡ ትርኅቡ፤ እለ፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሊተ፡ ይሰትዩ፣፡ ወአንትሙሰ፡ ትጸምኡ፤ እለ፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሊተ፡ ይትፌሥሑ፡ ወአንትሙሰ፡ ተኀሥሩ።
Therefore the Lord Yahweh says, “Behold, my servants will eat, but you will be hungry; behold, my servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. Behold, my servants will rejoice, but you will be disappointed.
65:14
הִנֵּ֧ה עֲבָדַ֛י יָרֹ֖נּוּ מִטּ֣וּב לֵ֑ב וְאַתֶּ֤ם תִּצְעֲקוּ֙ מִכְּאֵ֣ב לֵ֔ב וּמִשֵּׁ֥בֶר ר֖וּחַ תְּיֵלִֽילוּ׃
ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι ἀγαλλιάσονται ἐν εὐφροσύνῃ ὑμεῖς δὲ κεκράξεσθε διὰ τὸν πόνον τῆς καρδίας ὑμῶν καὶ ἀπὸ συντριβῆς πνεύματος ὀλολύξετε
ecce servi mei laetabuntur, et vos confundemini ; ecce servi mei laudabunt prae exsultatione cordis, et vos clamabitis prae dolore cordis, et prae contritione spiritus ululabitis,
እለ፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሊተ፡ ይትፌሥሑ፡ በኃሤት፣፡ ወአንትሙሰ፡ ትግዕሩ፡ በሕማመ፡ ልብክሙ፤ ወበቅጥቃጤ፡ ነፍስክሙ፡ ተአወይዉ።
Behold, my servants will sing for joy of heart, but you will cry for sorrow of heart, and will wail for anguish of spirit.
65:15
וְהִנַּחְתֶּ֨ם שִׁמְכֶ֤ם לִשְׁבוּעָה֙ לִבְחִירַ֔י וֶהֱמִֽיתְךָ֖ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֑ה וְלַעֲבָדָ֥יו יִקְרָ֖א שֵׁ֥ם אַחֵֽר׃
καταλείψετε γὰρ τὸ ὄνομα ὑμῶν εἰς πλησμονὴν τοῖς ἐκλεκτοῖς μου ὑμᾶς δὲ ἀνελεῖ κύριος τοῖς δὲ δουλεύουσιν αὐτῷ κληθήσεται ὄνομα καινόν
et dimittetis nomen vestrum in juramentum electis meis ; et interficiet te Dominus Deus, et servos suos vocabit nomine alio :
እስመ፡ ኀደግሙ፡ ስመክሙ፡ ወተጸገብክምዎሙ፡ ለኅሩያንየ፣፡ ወለክሙሰ፡ ያጠፍአክሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፤ ወይሰመይ፡ ስመ፡ ሐዲሰ፡ ለእለ፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሊተ።
You will leave your name for a curse to my chosen, and the Lord Yahweh will kill you. He will call his servants by another name,
65:16
אֲשֶׁ֨ר הַמִּתְבָּרֵ֜ךְ בָּאָ֗רֶץ יִתְבָּרֵךְ֙ בֵּאלֹהֵ֣י אָמֵ֔ן וְהַנִּשְׁבָּ֣ע בָּאָ֔רֶץ יִשָּׁבַ֖ע בֵּאלֹהֵ֣י אָמֵ֑ן כִּ֣י נִשְׁכְּח֗וּ הַצָּרוֹת֙ הָרִ֣אשֹׁנ֔וֹת וְכִ֥י נִסְתְּר֖וּ מֵעֵינָֽי׃
ὃ εὐλογηθήσεται ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς εὐλογήσουσιν γὰρ τὸν θεὸν τὸν ἀληθινόν καὶ οἱ ὀμνύοντες ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ὀμοῦνται τὸν θεὸν τὸν ἀληθινόν ἐπιλήσονται γὰρ τὴν θλῖψιν αὐτῶν τὴν πρώτην καὶ οὐκ ἀναβήσεται αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν
in quo qui benedictus est super terram benedicetur in Deo, amen, et qui jurat in terra jurabit in Deo, amen : quia oblivioni traditae sunt angustiae priores, et quia absconditae sunt ab oculis meis.
ወይትባረኩ፡ በዲበ፡ ምድር፤ እስመ፡ ይባርክዎ፡ ለአምላከ፡ ጽድቅ፤ ወዘይምሕሉ፡ ዲበ፡ ምድር፡ በአምላከ፡ ጽድቅ።
so that he who blesses himself on the earth will bless himself in the God of truth; and he who swears on the earth will swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hidden from my eyes.
65:17
כִּֽי־הִנְנִ֥י בוֹרֵ֛א שָׁמַ֥יִם חֲדָשִׁ֖ים וָאָ֣רֶץ חֲדָשָׁ֑ה וְלֹ֤א תִזָּכַ֙רְנָה֙ הָרִ֣אשֹׁנ֔וֹת וְלֹ֥א תַעֲלֶ֖ינָה עַל־לֵֽב׃
ἔσται γὰρ ὁ οὐρανὸς καινὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ καινή καὶ οὐ μὴ μνησθῶσιν τῶν προτέρων οὐδ’ οὐ μὴ ἐπέλθῃ αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν
Ecce enim ego creo caelos novos, et terram novam ; et non erunt in memoria priora, et non ascendent super cor.
እስመ፡ ይከውን፡ ሰማይ፡ ሐዲሰ፡ ወምድርኒ፡ ሐዳሰ፤ ወኢይዜከሩ፡ እንከ፡ ዘቀዲሙ፡ ወኢይመጽኦሙ፡ በልቦሙ።
“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind.
65:18
כִּֽי־אִם־שִׂ֤ישֽׂוּ וְגִ֙ילוּ֙ עֲדֵי־עַ֔ד אֲשֶׁ֖ר אֲנִ֣י בוֹרֵ֑א כִּי֩ הִנְנִ֨י בוֹרֵ֧א אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֛͏ִם גִּילָ֖הֿ וְעַמָּ֥הּ מָשֽׂוֹשׂ׃
ἀλλ’ εὐφροσύνην καὶ ἀγαλλίαμα εὑρήσουσιν ἐν αὐτῇ ὅτι ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ποιῶ Ιερουσαλημ ἀγαλλίαμα καὶ τὸν λαόν μου εὐφροσύνην
Sed gaudebitis et exsultabitis usque in sempiternum in his quae ego creo : quia ecce ego creo Jerusalem exsultationem, et populum ejus gaudium.
ዳእሙ፡ ትፍሥሕተ፡ ወኃሤተ፡ ይረክቡ፡ በውስቴታ፤ ወአነኒ፡ እገብር፡ ለኢየሩሳሌም፡ ትፍሥሕተ፡ ወኃሤተ፡ በኀበ፡ ሕዝብየ።
But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Jerusalem to be a delight, and her people a joy.
65:19
וְגַלְתִּ֥י בִירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם וְשַׂשְׂתִּ֣י בְעַמִּ֑י וְלֹא־יִשָּׁמַ֥ע בָּהּ֙ ע֔וֹד ק֥וֹל בְּכִ֖י וְק֥וֹל זְעָקָֽה׃
καὶ ἀγαλλιάσομαι ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ καὶ εὐφρανθήσομαι ἐπὶ τῷ λαῷ μου καὶ οὐκέτι μὴ ἀκουσθῇ ἐν αὐτῇ φωνὴ κλαυθμοῦ οὐδὲ φωνὴ κραυγῆς
Et exsultabo in Jerusalem, et gaudebo in populo meo, et non audietur in eo ultra vox fletus et vox clamoris.
ወእትኀሠይ፡ በኢየሩሳሌም፡ ወእትፌሣሕ፡ በሕዝብየ፤ ወኢይሰማዕ፡ እንከ፡ በውስቴታ፡ ቃለ፡ ብካይ፡ ወቃለ፡ አውያት።
I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and delight in my people; and the voice of weeping and the voice of crying will be heard in her no more.
65:20
לֹא־יִהְיֶ֨ה מִשָּׁ֜ם ע֗וֹד ע֤וּל יָמִים֙ וְזָקֵ֔ן אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־יְמַלֵּ֖א אֶת־יָמָ֑יו כִּ֣י הַנַּ֗עַר בֶּן־מֵאָ֤ה שָׁנָה֙ יָמ֔וּת וְהַ֣חוֹטֶ֔א בֶּן־מֵאָ֥ה שָׁנָ֖ה יְקֻלָּֽל׃
καὶ οὐ μὴ γένηται ἐκεῖ ἄωρος καὶ πρεσβύτης ὃς οὐκ ἐμπλήσει τὸν χρόνον αὐτοῦ ἔσται γὰρ ὁ νέος ἑκατὸν ἐτῶν ὁ δὲ ἀποθνῄσκων ἁμαρτωλὸς ἑκατὸν ἐτῶν καὶ ἐπικατάρατος ἔσται
Non erit ibi amplius infans dierum, et senex qui non impleat dies suos, quoniam puer centum annorum morietur, et peccator centum annorum maledictus erit.
ወኢይሄሉ፡ እንከ፡ ሕፃን፡ ዘኅዳጥ፡ መዋዕል፡ ወረሢእ፡ ዘኢያብጽሐ፡ ጊዜሁ።
“No more will there be an infant who only lives a few days, nor an old man who has not filled his days; for the child will die one hundred years old, and the sinner being one hundred years old will be accursed.
65:21
וּבָנ֥וּ בָתִּ֖ים וְיָשָׁ֑בוּ וְנָטְע֣וּ כְרָמִ֔ים וְאָכְל֖וּ פִּרְיָֽם׃
καὶ οἰκοδομήσουσιν οἰκίας καὶ αὐτοὶ ἐνοικήσουσιν καὶ καταφυτεύσουσιν ἀμπελῶνας καὶ αὐτοὶ φάγονται τὰ γενήματα αὐτῶν
Et aedificabunt domos, et habitabunt ; et plantabunt vineas, et comedent fructus earum.
ወየሐንጹ፡ አብያተ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ውስቴቶን፤ ወይተክሉ፡ ወይነ፡ ወይበልዑ፡ ቀምሖ።
They will build houses and inhabit them. They will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
65:22
לֹ֤א יִבְנוּ֙ וְאַחֵ֣ר יֵשֵׁ֔ב לֹ֥א יִטְּע֖וּ וְאַחֵ֣ר יֹאכֵ֑ל כִּֽי־כִימֵ֤י הָעֵץ֙ יְמֵ֣י עַמִּ֔י וּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה יְדֵיהֶ֖ם יְבַלּ֥וּ בְחִירָֽי׃
καὶ οὐ μὴ οἰκοδομήσουσιν καὶ ἄλλοι ἐνοικήσουσιν καὶ οὐ μὴ φυτεύσουσιν καὶ ἄλλοι φάγονται κατὰ γὰρ τὰς ἡμέρας τοῦ ξύλου τῆς ζωῆς ἔσονται αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ λαοῦ μου τὰ ἔργα τῶν πόνων αὐτῶν παλαιώσουσιν
Non aedificabunt, et alius habitabit ; non plantabunt, et alius comedet : secundum enim dies ligni erunt dies populi mei, et opera manuum eorum inveterabunt.
ወኢየሐንጹ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ባዕዳን፣፡ ወኢይተክሉ፡ ወይበልዑ፡ ባዕዳን፤ ወይከውን፤ መዋዕሊሆሙ፡ ለሕዝብየ፡ ከመ፡ መዋዕለ፡ ዕፀ፡ ሕይወት፤ ወይረሥኡ፡ ኅሩያንየ፡ ውስተ፡ ተግባተ፡ እደዊሆሙ።
They will not build and another inhabit. They will not plant and another eat; for the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, and my chosen will long enjoy the work of their hands.
65:23
לֹ֤א יִֽיגְעוּ֙ לָרִ֔יק וְלֹ֥א יֵלְד֖וּ לַבֶּהָלָ֑ה כִּ֣י זֶ֜רַע בְּרוּכֵ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ הֵ֔מָּה וְצֶאֱצָאֵיהֶ֖ם אִתָּֽם׃
οἱ δὲ ἐκλεκτοί μου οὐ κοπιάσουσιν εἰς κενὸν οὐδὲ τεκνοποιήσουσιν εἰς κατάραν ὅτι σπέρμα ηὐλογημένον ὑπὸ θεοῦ ἐστιν καὶ τὰ ἔκγονα αὐτῶν μετ’ αὐτῶν ἔσονται
Electi mei non laborabunt frustra, neque generabunt in conturbatione, quia semen benedictorum Domini est, et nepotes eorum cum eis.
ወኢይፃምዉ፡ እንከ፡ ለከንቱ፡ ወኢይወልዱ፡ ለመርገም፣፡ እስመ፡ ዘርአ፡ ብሩክ፡ ዘእምኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እሙንቱ፡ ወውሉዶሙ፡ ምስሌሆሙ።
They will not labor in vain nor give birth for calamity; for they are the offspring of Yahweh’s blessed and their descendants with them.
65:24
וְהָיָ֥ה טֶרֶם־יִקְרָ֖אוּ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶעֱנֶ֑ה ע֛וֹד הֵ֥ם מְדַבְּרִ֖ים וַאֲנִ֥י אֶשְׁמָֽע׃
καὶ ἔσται πρὶν κεκράξαι αὐτοὺς ἐγὼ ἐπακούσομαι αὐτῶν ἔτι λαλούντων αὐτῶν ἐρῶ τί ἐστιν
Eritque antequam clament, ego exaudiam ; adhuc illis loquentibus, ego audiam.
ወዘእንበለ፡ ይኬልሑ፡ እሠጠዎሙ፡ አነ፤ ወእንዘሂ፡ ይነበቡ፡ እብሎሙ፤ ነዋ፡ ሀለውኩ።
It will happen that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
65:25
זְאֵ֨ב וְטָלֶ֜ה יִרְע֣וּ כְאֶחָ֗ד וְאַרְיֵה֙ כַּבָּקָ֣ר יֹאכַל־תֶּ֔בֶן וְנָחָ֖שׁ עָפָ֣ר לַחְמ֑וֹ לֹֽא־יָרֵ֧עוּ וְלֹֽא־יַשְׁחִ֛יתוּ בְּכׇל־הַ֥ר קׇדְשִׁ֖י אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ {ס}
τότε λύκοι καὶ ἄρνες βοσκηθήσονται ἅμα καὶ λέων ὡς βοῦς φάγεται ἄχυρα ὄφις δὲ γῆν ὡς ἄρτον οὐκ ἀδικήσουσιν οὐδὲ μὴ λυμανοῦνται ἐπὶ τῷ ὄρει τῷ ἁγίῳ μου λέγει κύριος
Lupus et agnus pascentur simul, leo et bos comedent paleas, et serpenti pulvis panis ejus. Non nocebunt, neque occident in omni monte sancto meo, dicit Dominus.
ውእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ተኵላት፡ ወአባግዕ፡ ይትረዐዩ፡ ኅቡረ፣፡ ወአንበሳሂ፡ ከመ፡ ላህም፡ ሣዕረ፡ ይቀምሕ፡ ወሲሳየ፡ አርዌ፡ ምድር፡ ሐመድ፤ ወአልቦ፡ ዘይነክዩ፡ ወአልቦ፡ ዘያሐሥም፡ በደብረ፡ መቅደስየ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
The wolf and the lamb will feed together. The lion will eat straw like the ox. Dust will be the serpent’s food. They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,” says Yahweh.
