40:1
Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen , dicens :
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
耶和華曉諭摩西說：
40:2
Mense primo , prima die mensis , eriges tabernaculum testimonii ,
“On the first day of the first month you shall raise up the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.
「正月初一日，你要立起帳幕，
40:3
et pones in eo arcam , dimittesque ante illam velum :
You shall put the ark of the covenant in it, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.
把法櫃安放在裏面，用幔子將櫃遮掩。
40:4
et illata mensa , pones super eam quae rite praecepta sunt . Candelabrum stabit cum lucernis suis ,
You shall bring in the table, and set in order the things that are on it. You shall bring in the lamp stand, and light its lamps.
把桌子搬進去，擺設上面的物。把燈臺搬進去，點其上的燈。
40:5
et altare aureum , in quo adoletur incensum , coram arca testimonii . Tentorium in introitu tabernaculi pones ,
You shall set the golden altar for incense before the ark of the covenant, and put the screen of the door to the tabernacle.
把燒香的金壇安在法櫃前，掛上帳幕的門簾。
40:6
et ante illud altare holocausti :
“You shall set the altar of burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.
把燔祭壇安在帳幕門前。
40:7
labrum inter altare et tabernaculum , quod implebis aqua .
You shall set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and shall put water therein.
把洗濯盆安在會幕和壇的中間，在盆裏盛水。
40:8
Circumdabisque atrium tentoriis , et ingressum ejus .
You shall set up the court around it, and hang up the screen of the gate of the court.
又在四圍立院帷，把院子的門簾掛上。
40:9
Et assumpto unctionis oleo unges tabernaculum cum vasis suis , ut sanctificentur :
“You shall take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it, and shall make it holy, and all its furniture, and it will be holy.
用膏油把帳幕和其中所有的都抹上，使帳幕和一切器具成聖，就都成聖。
40:10
altare holocausti et omnia vasa ejus ,
You shall anoint the altar of burnt offering, with all its vessels, and sanctify the altar, and the altar will be most holy.
又要抹燔祭壇和一切器具，使壇成聖，就都成為至聖。
40:11
labrum cum basi sua : omnia unctionis oleo consecrabis , ut sint Sancta sanctorum .
You shall anoint the basin and its base, and sanctify it.
要抹洗濯盆和盆座，使盆成聖。
40:12
Applicabisque Aaron et filios ejus ad fores tabernaculi testimonii , et lotos aqua
“You shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and shall wash them with water.
要使亞倫和他兒子到會幕門口來，用水洗身。
40:13
indues sanctis vestibus , ut ministrent mihi , et unctio eorum in sacerdotium sempiternum proficiat .
You shall put on Aaron the holy garments; and you shall anoint him, and sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.
要給亞倫穿上聖衣，又膏他，使他成聖，可以給我供祭司的職分；
40:14
Fecitque Moyses omnia quae praeceperat Dominus .
You shall bring his sons, and put tunics on them.
又要使他兒子來，給他們穿上內袍。
40:15
Igitur mense primo anni secundi , prima die mensis , collocatum est tabernaculum .
You shall anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office. Their anointing shall be to them for an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.”
怎樣膏他們的父親，也要照樣膏他們，使他們給我供祭司的職分。他們世世代代凡受膏的，就永遠當祭司的職任。」
40:16
Erexitque Moyses illud , et posuit tabulas ac bases et vectes , statuitque columnas ,
Moses did so. According to all that Yahweh commanded him, so he did.
摩西這樣行，都是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:17
et expandit tectum super tabernaculum , imposito desuper operimento , sicut Dominus imperaverat .
In the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was raised up.
第二年正月初一日，帳幕就立起來。
40:18
Posuit et testimonium in arca , subditis infra vectibus , et oraculum desuper .
Moses raised up the tabernacle, and laid its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and raised up its pillars.
摩西立起帳幕，安上帶卯的座，立上板，穿上閂，立起柱子。
40:19
Cumque intulisset arcam in tabernaculum , appendit ante eam velum ut expleret Domini jussionem .
He spread the covering over the tent, and put the roof of the tabernacle above on it, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
在帳幕以上搭罩棚，把罩棚的頂蓋蓋在其上，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:20
Posuit et mensam in tabernaculo testimonii ad plagam septentrionalem extra velum ,
He took and put the covenant into the ark, and set the poles on the ark, and put the mercy seat above on the ark.
又把法版放在櫃裏，把槓穿在櫃的兩旁，把施恩座安在櫃上。
40:21
ordinatis coram propositionis panibus , sicut praeceperat Dominus Moysi .
He brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the veil of the screen, and screened the ark of the covenant, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
把櫃抬進帳幕，掛上遮掩櫃的幔子，把法櫃遮掩了，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:22
Posuit et candelabrum in tabernaculo testimonii e regione mensae in parte australi ,
He put the table in the Tent of Meeting, on the north side of the tabernacle, outside of the veil.
又把桌子安在會幕內，在帳幕北邊，在幔子外。
40:23
locatis per ordinem lucernis , juxta praeceptum Domini .
He set the bread in order on it before Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
在桌子上將餅陳設在耶和華面前，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:24
Posuit et altare aureum sub tecto testimonii contra velum ,
He put the lamp stand in the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the south side of the tabernacle.
又把燈臺安在會幕內，在帳幕南邊，與桌子相對，
40:25
et adolevit super eo incensum aromatum , sicut jusserat Dominus Moysi .
He lit the lamps before Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
在耶和華面前點燈，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:26
Posuit et tentorium in introitu tabernaculi testimonii ,
He put the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting before the veil;
把金壇安在會幕內的幔子前，
40:27
et altare holocausti in vestibulo testimonii , offerens in eo holocaustum , et sacrificia , ut Dominus imperaverat .
and he burned incense of sweet spices on it, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
在壇上燒了馨香料做的香，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:28
Labrum quoque statuit inter tabernaculum testimonii et altare , implens illud aqua .
He put up the screen of the door to the tabernacle.
又掛上帳幕的門簾。
40:29
Laveruntque Moyses et Aaron ac filii ejus manus suas et pedes ,
He set the altar of burnt offering at the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting, and offered on it the burnt offering and the meal offering, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
在會幕的帳幕門前，安設燔祭壇，把燔祭和素祭獻在其上，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:30
cum ingrederentur tectum foederis , et accederent ad altare , sicut praeceperat Dominus Moysi .
He set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and put water therein, with which to wash.
把洗濯盆安在會幕和壇的中間，盆中盛水，以便洗濯。
40:31
Erexit et atrium per gyrum tabernaculi et altaris , ducto in introitu ejus tentorio . Postquam omnia perfecta sunt ,
Moses, Aaron, and his sons washed their hands and their feet there.
摩西和亞倫並亞倫的兒子在這盆裏洗手洗腳。
40:32
operuit nubes tabernaculum testimonii , et gloria Domini implevit illud .
When they went into the Tent of Meeting, and when they came near to the altar, they washed, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
他們進會幕或就近壇的時候，便都洗濯，是照耶和華所吩咐他的。
40:33
Nec poterat Moyses ingredi tectum foederis , nube operiente omnia , et majestate Domini coruscante , quia cuncta nubes operuerat .
He raised up the court around the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the screen of the gate of the court. So Moses finished the work.
在帳幕和壇的四圍立了院帷，把院子的門簾掛上。這樣，摩西就完了工。
40:34
Siquando nubes tabernaculum deserebat , proficiscebantur filii Israël per turmas suas :
Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and Yahweh’s glory filled the tabernacle.
當時，雲彩遮蓋會幕，耶和華的榮光就充滿了帳幕。
40:35
si pendebat desuper , manebant in eodem loco .
Moses wasn’t able to enter into the Tent of Meeting, because the cloud stayed on it, and Yahweh’s glory filled the tabernacle.
摩西不能進會幕；因為雲彩停在其上，並且耶和華的榮光充滿了帳幕。
40:36
Nubes quippe Domini incubabat per diem tabernaculo , et ignis in nocte , videntibus cunctis populis Israël per cunctas mansiones suas .
When the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward, throughout all their journeys;
每逢雲彩從帳幕收上去，以色列人就起程前往；
