10:1
Hae sunt generationes filiorum Noë , Sem , Cham et Japheth : natique sunt eis filii post diluvium .
Now this is the history of the generations of the sons of Noah and of Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Sons were born to them after the flood.
挪亞的兒子閃、含、雅弗的後代記在下面。洪水以後，他們都生了兒子。
10:2
Filii Japheth : Gomer , et Magog , et Madai , et Javan , et Thubal , et Mosoch , et Thiras .
The sons of Japheth were: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
雅弗的兒子是歌篾、瑪各、瑪代、雅完、土巴、米設、提拉。
10:3
Porro filii Gomer : Ascenez et Riphath et Thogorma .
The sons of Gomer were: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
歌篾的兒子是亞實基拿、利法、陀迦瑪。
10:4
Filii autem Javan : Elisa et Tharsis , Cetthim et Dodanim .
The sons of Javan were: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
雅完的兒子是以利沙、他施、基提、多單。
10:5
Ab his divisae sunt insulae gentium in regionibus suis , unusquisque secundum linguam suam et familias suas in nationibus suis .
Of these were the islands of the nations divided in their lands, everyone after his language, after their families, in their nations.
這些人的後裔將各國的地土、海島分開居住，各隨各的方言、宗族立國。
10:6
Filii autem Cham : Chus , et Mesraim , et Phuth , et Chanaan .
The sons of Ham were: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
含的兒子是古實、麥西、弗、迦南。
10:7
Filii Chus : Saba , et Hevila , et Sabatha , et Regma , et Sabatacha . Filii Regma : Saba et Dadan .
The sons of Cush were: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah were: Sheba and Dedan.
古實的兒子是西巴、哈腓拉、撒弗他、拉瑪、撒弗提迦。拉瑪的兒子是示巴、底但。
10:8
Porro Chus genuit Nemrod : ipse coepit esse potens in terra ,
Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one on the earth.
古實又生寧錄，他為世上英雄之首。
10:9
et erat robustus venator coram Domino . Ob hoc exivit proverbium : Quasi Nemrod robustus venator coram Domino .
He was a mighty hunter before Yahweh. Therefore it is said, “like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before Yahweh”.
他在耶和華面前是個英勇的獵戶，所以俗語說：「像寧錄在耶和華面前是個英勇的獵戶。」
10:10
Fuit autem principium regni ejus Babylon , et Arach et Achad , et Chalanne , in terra Sennaar .
The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
他國的起頭是巴別、以力、亞甲、甲尼，都在示拿地。
10:11
De terra illa egressus est Assur , et aedificavit Niniven , et plateas civitatis , et Chale .
Out of that land he went into Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah,
他從那地出來往亞述去，建造尼尼微、利河伯、迦拉，
10:12
Resen quoque inter Niniven et Chale : haec est civitas magna .
and Resen between Nineveh and the great city Calah.
和尼尼微、迦拉中間的利鮮，這就是那大城。
10:13
At vero Mesraim genuit Ludim , et Anamim et Laabim , Nephthuim ,
Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,

et Phetrusim , et Chasluim : de quibus egressi sunt Philisthiim et Caphtorim .
Pathrusim, Casluhim (which the Philistines descended from), and Caphtorim.

Chanaan autem genuit Sidonem primogenitum suum . Hethaeum ,
Canaan became the father of Sidon (his firstborn), Heth,

et Jebusaeum , et Amorrhaeum , Gergesaeum ,
the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
和耶布斯人、亞摩利人、革迦撒人、

Hevaeum , et Aracaeum : Sinaeum ,
the Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites,
希未人、亞基人、西尼人、

et Aradium , Samaraeum , et Amathaeum : et post haec disseminati sunt populi Chananaeorum .
the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Afterward the families of the Canaanites were spread abroad.
亞瓦底人、洗瑪利人、哈馬人，後來迦南的諸族分散了。
10:19
Factique sunt termini Chanaan venientibus a Sidone Geraram usque Gazam , donec ingrediaris Sodomam et Gomorrham , et Adamam , et Seboim usque Lesa .
The border of the Canaanites was from Sidon—as you go toward Gerar—to Gaza—as you go toward Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim—to Lasha.
迦南的境界是從西頓向基拉耳的路上，直到迦薩，又向所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁的路上，直到拉沙。
10:20
Hi sunt filii Cham in cognationibus , et linguis , et generationibus , terrisque et gentibus suis .
These are the sons of Ham, after their families, according to their languages, in their lands and their nations.
這就是含的後裔，各隨他們的宗族、方言，所住的地土、邦國。
10:21
De Sem quoque nati sunt , patre omnium filiorum Heber , fratre Japheth majore .
Children were also born to Shem (the elder brother of Japheth), the father of all the children of Eber.
雅弗的哥哥閃，是希伯子孫之祖，他也生了兒子。
10:22
Filii Sem : Aelam , et Assur , et Arphaxad , et Lud , et Aram .
The sons of Shem were: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.
閃的兒子是以攔、亞述、亞法撒、路德、亞蘭。
10:23
Filii Aram : Us , et Hul , et Gether , et Mes .
The sons of Aram were: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.

At vero Arphaxad genuit Sale , de quo ortus est Heber .
Arpachshad became the father of Shelah. Shelah became the father of Eber.
亞法撒生沙拉；沙拉生希伯。
10:25
Natique sunt Heber filii duo : nomen uni Phaleg , eo quod in diebus ejus divisa sit terra : et nomen fratris ejus Jectan .
To Eber were born two sons. The name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided. His brother’s name was Joktan.
希伯生了兩個兒子，一個名叫法勒 ，因為那時人就分地居住；法勒的兄弟名叫約坍。
10:26
Qui Jectan genuit Elmodad , et Saleph , et Asarmoth , Jare ,
Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
約坍生亞摩答、沙列、哈薩瑪非、耶拉、

et Aduram , et Uzal , et Decla ,
Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
哈多蘭、烏薩、德拉、
10:28
et Ebal , et Abimaël , Saba ,
Obal, Abimael, Sheba,

et Ophir , et Hevila , et Jobab : omnes isti , filii Jectan .
Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
阿斐、哈腓拉、約巴，這都是約坍的兒子。
10:30
Et facta est habitatio eorum de Messa pergentibus usque Sephar montem orientalem .
Their dwelling extended from Mesha, as you go toward Sephar, the mountain of the east.
他們所住的地方是從米沙直到西發東邊的山。

Isti filii Sem secundum cognationes , et linguas , et regiones in gentibus suis .
These are the sons of Shem, by their families, according to their languages, lands, and nations.
這就是閃的子孫，各隨他們的宗族、方言，所住的地土、邦國。
10:32
Hae familiae Noë juxta populos et nationes suas . Ab his divisae sunt gentes in terra post diluvium .
These are the families of the sons of Noah, by their generations, according to their nations. The nations divided from these on the earth after the flood.
這些都是挪亞三個兒子的宗族，各隨他們的支派立國。洪水以後，他們在地上分為邦國。
