43:1

γαυρίαμα ὕψους στερέωμα καθαριότητος εἶδος οὐρανοῦ ἐν ὁράματι δόξης

The pride of the height is the firmament in its clearness, The appearance of heaven, in the spectacle of its glory.

高處的榮美，乃是穹蒼的明淨，諸天的景象，顯出榮耀的奇觀。

43:2

ἥλιος ἐν ὀπτασίᾳ διαγγέλλων ἐν ἐξόδῳ σκεῦος θαυμαστόν ἔργον ὑψίστου

The sun when he appears, bringing tidings as he goes forth, Is a marvelous instrument, the work of the Most High:

太陽出現時，沿途宣告佳音，乃是奇妙的器具，是至高者的作為。

43:3

ἐν μεσημβρίᾳ αὐτοῦ ἀναξηραίνει χώραν καὶ ἐναντίον καύματος αὐτοῦ τίς ὑποστήσεται

At his noon he dries up the country, And who shall stand against his burning heat?

它正午時烤乾大地，誰能抵擋它的炎熱呢？

43:4

κάμινον φυσῶν ἐν ἔργοις καύματος τριπλασίως ἥλιος ἐκκαίων ὄρη ἀτμίδας πυρώδεις ἐκφυσῶν καὶ ἐκλάμπων ἀκτῖνας ἀμαυροῖ ὀφθαλμούς

A man blowing a furnace is in works of heat, But the sun three times more, burning up the mountains: Breathing out fiery vapours, And sending forth bright beams, he dims the eyes.

人吹爐取火尚且勞作於熱中，太陽燒熱山嶺更勝三倍；它噴出火般的蒸氣，發出耀眼的光芒，使人眼目昏花。

43:5

μέγας κύριος ὁ ποιήσας αὐτόν καὶ ἐν λόγοις αὐτοῦ κατέσπευσεν πορείαν

Great is the Lord that made him; And at his word he hastens his course.

造太陽的主為大；祂一發命令，太陽就加速運行。

43:6

καὶ ἡ σελήνη ἐν πᾶσιν εἰς καιρὸν αὐτῆς ἀνάδειξιν χρόνων καὶ σημεῖον αἰῶνος

The moon also is in all things for her season, For a declaration of times, and a sign of the world.

月亮按它的時令出現，標明時節，作萬世的記號。

43:7

ἀπὸ σελήνης σημεῖον ἑορτῆς φωστὴρ μειούμενος ἐπὶ συντελείας

From the moon is the sign of the feast day; A light that waneth when she is come to the full.

節期的記號是出於月亮；它盈滿之後，便漸漸虧缺。

43:8

μὴν κατὰ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτῆς ἐστιν αὐξανόμενος θαυμαστῶς ἐν ἀλλοιώσει σκεῦος παρεμβολῶν ἐν ὕψει ἐν στερεώματι οὐρανοῦ ἐκλάμπων

The month is called after her name, Increasing wonderfully in her changing; An instrument of the army on high, Shining forth in the firmament of heaven;

月份是按它的名而定，它奇妙地漸漸圓滿；它是高天軍隊的器具，在穹蒼中發出光輝。

43:9

κάλλος οὐρανοῦ δόξα ἄστρων κόσμος φωτίζων ἐν ὑψίστοις κυρίου

The beauty of heaven, the glory of the stars, An ornament giving light in the highest places of the Lord.

諸星的榮美，是天的美麗，是在主至高之處發光的裝飾。
