尼希米記 第 10 章

And in all these things we make a binding pledge and write it down, and all our rulers, our Levites, our priests set their seal to it.

And over those sealing: Neemias son of Achalia, and Sedekias,

son of Saraia, and Azaria and Iermia,

Phasour, Amaria, Melchia,

Atous, Sebani, Malouch,

Iram, Meramoth, Abdia,

Daniel, Ganathon, Barouch,

Mesoulam, Abia, Miamin,

Maazia, Belgai, Samaia; these were priests.

And the Levites: Iesous son of Azania, Banaiou, of the sons of Enadad, Kadmiel;

and his brothers: Sabania, Odouia, Kalita, Pheleia, Anan;

Micha, Roob, Esebias;

Zachor, Sarabia, Sebania;

Odouia, the sons of Banounai;

the rulers of the people: Phoros, Phaathmoab, Elam, Zathouia, the sons;

Bani, Asgad, Bebai;

Edania, Bagoi, Edin;

Ater, Ezekia, Azour;

Odouia, Esam, Besi;

Ariph, Anathoth, Nobai;

Magaphes, Mesoulam, Ezir;

Mesozebel, Saddouk, Ieddoua;

Phaltia, Anan, Anaia;

Osee, Anania, Asoub;

Aloes, Phalai, Sobek;

Raoum, Esabana, Maasaia;

and Aia, Ainan, Enan;

Malouch, Eram, Baana.

And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the nathinim, and everyone who came over from the peoples of the land to the law of God, their wives, their sons, their daughters, everyone who knew and understood,

they prevailed over their brothers; they cursed them; and they entered into a curse and into an oath to walk in the law of God that was given by the hand of Moyses the servant of God, and to keep and to do all the commandments of our Lord and his judgments;

and not to give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and their daughters we will not take for our sons;

And as for the peoples of the land who bring wares and every kind of merchandise to sell on the sabbath day, we will not buy from them on a sabbath or on a holy day; and we will let go the seventh year and the exaction of every hand.

And we will establish commandments upon ourselves to give for ourselves a third of the didrachm yearly, for the service of the house of our God,

for the bread of the Presence, and the continual sacrifice, and for the continual whole burnt offering of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the feasts and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings, to make atonement for Israel, and for the works of the house of our God.

And we cast lots concerning the lot of the wood carrying — the priests and the Levites and the people — to bring it into the house of our God, into the house of our ancestral families, at seasons from year to year, to burn upon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the law;

and to bring the first produce of our land and the first produce of the fruit of every tree, year by year, into the house of the Lord;

and the firstborn of our sons and of our livestock, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn of our herds and of our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God;

and the firstfruits of our grain and the fruit of every tree, of wine and of oil, we will bring to the priests, into the treasury of the house of God; and the tithe of our land to the Levites; and the Levites themselves take the tithe in all the cities of our labour.

And the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levite at the Levite's tithe; and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God, into the treasuries, into the house of God.

For into the storehouses the sons of Israel and the sons of Leui shall bring the firstfruits of the grain and of the wine and of the oil; and there are the holy vessels, and the priests who minister, and the gatekeepers, and the singers. And we will not forsake the house of our God.
