16:1
ወዳዊትኒ፡ ኀለፈ፡ እምነ፡ ሮዓት፡ ሕቀ፡ ወናሁ፡ ሲባ፡ ገብረ፡ ሜንፎብስቴ፡ ቅድሜሁ፡ ወ፪አእዱግ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ጽዑናን፡ ወላዕሌሆሙ፡ ፪፻ኅብስት፡ ወ፻ዐጽቅ፡ ዘቢብ፡ ወ፻ዘተመርት፡ ወኔባል፡ ዘወይን።
When David was a little past the top, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him with a couple of donkeys saddled, and on them two hundred loaves of bread, and one hundred clusters of raisins, and one hundred summer fruits, and a container of wine.
大衛剛過山頂，見米非波設的僕人洗巴拉着備好了的兩匹驢，驢上馱着二百麵餅，一百葡萄餅，一百個夏天的果餅，一皮袋酒來迎接他。
16:2
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ለሲባ፡ ምንትኑ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ለከ፡ ወይቤ፡ ሲባ፡ አእዱግ፡ ለቤተ፡ ንጉሥ፡ በዘ፡ ይፅእኑ፡ ወኅብስትሰ፡ ወተመርት፡ ለሲሳየ፡ ደቂቁ፡ ወወይንኒ፡ ከመ፡ ይስተዩ፡ እለ፡ ደክሙ፡ በሐቅል።
The king said to Ziba, “What do you mean by these?” Ziba said, “The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that those who are faint in the wilderness may drink.”
王問洗巴說：「你帶這些來是甚麼意思呢？」洗巴說：「驢是給王的家眷騎的；麵餅和夏天的果餅是給少年人吃的；酒是給在曠野疲乏人喝的。」
16:3
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወአይቴ፡ ወልደ፡ እግዚእከ፡ ወይቤ፡ ሲባ፡ ለንጉሥ፡ ናሁ፡ ይነብር፡ ውስተ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም፡ ሀለወ፡ ወይብል፡ ዮም፡ ያገብኡ፡ ሊተ፡ ቤተ፡ እስራኤል፡ መንግሥተ፡ አቡየ።
The king said, “Where is your master’s son?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is staying in Jerusalem; for he said, ‘Today the house of Israel will restore me the kingdom of my father.’”
王問說：「你主人的兒子在哪裏呢？」洗巴回答王說：「他仍在耶路撒冷，因他說：『以色列人今日必將我父的國歸還我。』」
16:4
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ለሲባ፡ ናሁ፡ ለከ፡ አግባእኩ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዘሜንፎብስቴ፡ ወሰገደ፡ ሲባ፡ ወይቤ፡ ረከብኩ፡ ሞገሰ፡ ቅድመ፡ አዕይንቲከ፡ እግዚእየ፡ ንጉሥ።
Then the king said to Ziba, “Behold, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” Ziba said, “I bow down. Let me find favor in your sight, my lord, O king.”
王對洗巴說：「凡屬米非波設的都歸你了。」洗巴說：「我叩拜我主我王，願我在你眼前蒙恩。」
16:5
ወበጽሐ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ዳዊት፡ ኀበ፡ ብኅሩም፡ ወናሁ፡ ብእሲ፡ ዘይወፅእ፡ እምህየ፡ ዘእምነ፡ ዘመደ፡ ቤተ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወስሙ፡ ሳሚ፡ ወልደ፡ ጌራ፡ ወወፅአ፡ ወእንዘ፡ የሐውር፡ ይረግሞ።
When King David came to Bahurim, behold, a man of the family of Saul’s house came out, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera. He came out and cursed as he came.
大衛王到了巴戶琳，見有一個人出來，是掃羅族基拉的兒子，名叫示每。他一面走一面咒罵，
16:6
ወይዌግሮ፡ በእብን፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወኵሉ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ሀለወ፡ ምስሴሁ፡ ወኵሎሙ፡ ኀያላን፡ እምየማኑ፡ ወእምፀጋሙ፡ ለንጉሥ፡ የሐውሩ።
He cast stones at David and at all the servants of King David, and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.
又拿石頭砍大衛王和王的臣僕；眾民和勇士都在王的左右。
16:7
ወከመዝ፡ ይብል፡ ሳሚ፡ እንዘ፡ ይረግሞ፡ ፃእ፡ ፃእ፡ ብእሴ፡ ደም፡ ወብእሲ፡ ዐማፂ።
Shimei said when he cursed, “Be gone, be gone, you man of blood, and wicked fellow!
示每咒罵說：「你這流人血的壞人哪，去吧去吧！
16:8
ፈደየከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በኵሉ፡ ደሙ፡ ለቤተ፡ ሳኦል፡ እስመ፡ ነገሥከ፡ ህየንቴሁ፡ ወአግብኣ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለመንግሥትከ፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ አቤሴሎም፡ ወልድከ፡ ወአንተሰ፡ ግባእ፡ ውስተ፡ እኪትከ፡ እስመ፡ ብእሴ፡ ደም፡ አንተ።
Yahweh has returned on you all the blood of Saul’s house, in whose place you have reigned! Yahweh has delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom your son! Behold, you are caught by your own mischief, because you are a man of blood!”
你流掃羅全家的血，接續他作王；耶和華把這罪歸在你身上，將這國交給你兒子押沙龍。現在你自取其禍，因為你是流人血的人。」
16:9
ወይቤሎ፡ አቢሳ፡ ወልደ፡ ሶሩህያ፡ ለንጉሥ፡ ለምንት፡ ይረግሞ፡ ለእግዚእየ፡ ለንጉሥ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከልብ፡ ምውት፡ እዕዱኑ፡ ወእምትር፡ ርእሶ።
Then Abishai the son of Zeruiah said to the king, “Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Please let me go over and take off his head.”
洗魯雅的兒子亞比篩對王說：「這死狗豈可咒罵我主我王呢？求你容我過去，割下他的頭來。」
16:10
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ሚሊተ፡ ወለክሙ፡ ደቂቀ፡ ሶሩህያ፡ ኅድግዎ፡ ለዝንቱ፡ ይርግመኒ፡ እስመ፡ ከማሁ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ይርግምዎ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወመኑ፡ ያአምር፡ ዘይገብር፡ ዝንቱ።
The king said, “What have I to do with you, you sons of Zeruiah? Because he curses, and because Yahweh has said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who then shall say, ‘Why have you done so?’”
王說：「洗魯雅的兒子，我與你們有何關涉呢？他咒罵是因耶和華吩咐他說：『你要咒罵大衛。』如此，誰敢說你為甚麼這樣行呢？」
16:11
ወይቤሎሙ፡ ዳዊት፡ ለአቢሳ፡ ወለኵሉ፡ ደቁ፡ ወልድየ፡ ዘወፅአ፡ እምነ፡ ከርሥየ፡ የኀሥሣ፡ ለነፍስየ፡ ወዘንተኒ፡ ይእዜ፡ ወልደ፡ ኢያሜኒ፡ ታነክሩ ፤ ኅድግዎ፡ ይርግመኒ፡ እስመ፡ ከማሁ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
David said to Abishai and to all his servants, “Behold, my son, who came out of my bowels, seeks my life. How much more this Benjamite, now? Leave him alone, and let him curse; for Yahweh has invited him.
大衛又對亞比篩和眾臣僕說：「我親生的兒子尚且尋索我的性命，何況這便雅憫人呢？由他咒罵吧！因為這是耶和華吩咐他的。
16:12
ዮጊ፡ ይሬኢ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሕማምየ፡ ወይፈድየኒ፡ ሠናይተ፡ ህየንተ፡ መርገመ፡ ዚአሁ፡ ዮም፡ በዛቲ፡ ዕለት።
It may be that Yahweh will look on the wrong done to me, and that Yahweh will repay me good for the cursing of me today.”
或者耶和華見我遭難，為我今日被這人咒罵，就施恩與我。」
16:13
ወሖረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ወሰብኡ፡ ፍኖቶመ፡ ወሳሚሰ፡ የሐውር፡ በገቦ፡ ደብር፡ እንተ፡ ቅሩቡ፡ ወእንዘ፡ የሐውር፡ ይረግሞ፡ ወይዌግሮ፡ በእብን፡ እመንገለ፡ ገቦሁ፡ ወይዘሩ፡ መሬተ፡ ላዕሌሁ።
So David and his men went by the way; and Shimei went along on the hillside opposite him and cursed as he went, threw stones at him, and threw dust.
於是大衛和跟隨他的人往前行走。示每在大衛對面山坡，一面行走一面咒罵，又拿石頭砍他，拿土揚他。
16:14
ወበጽሐ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወኵሉ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ድኩማኒሆሙ፡ ህየ፡ ወአዕረፉ።
The king and all the people who were with him arrived weary; and he refreshed himself there.
王和跟隨他的眾人疲疲乏乏地到了一個地方，就在那裏歇息歇息。
16:15
ወአበሴሎም፡ ወኵሉ፡ ሰብኡ፡ ቦኡ፡ ውስተ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም፡ ወአኪጦፌል፡ ምስሌሁ።
Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.
押沙龍和以色列眾人來到耶路撒冷；亞希多弗也與他同來。
16:16
ወሶበ፡ በጽሐ፡ ኵሲ፡ ካልኡ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ኀበ፡ አበሴሎም፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ኵሲ፡ ለአበሴሎመ፡ ሕያው፡ አበ፡ ነጋሢ።
When Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, had come to Absalom, Hushai said to Absalom, “Long live the king! Long live the king!”
大衛的朋友亞基人戶篩去見押沙龍，對他說：「願王萬歲！願王萬歲！」
16:17
ወይቤሎ፡ አበሴሎም፡ ለኵሲ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ውእቱ፡ ምሕረትከ፡ በእፎ፡ ከመ፡ ኢሖርከ፡ ምስለ፡ ካልእከ።
Absalom said to Hushai, “Is this your kindness to your friend? Why didn’t you go with your friend?”
押沙龍問戶篩說：「這是你恩待朋友嗎？為甚麼不與你的朋友同去呢？」
16:18
ወይቤሎ፡ ኵሲ፡ ለአበሴሎም፡ አኮኑ፡ እለ፡ ድኅሬከ፡ ኀረየ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ውዘንቱኒ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ወኵሉ፡ ሰብአ፡ እስራኤል፡ ለከ፡ ንሕነ፡ ወምስሌከ፡ ንሄሉ።
Hushai said to Absalom, “No; but whomever Yahweh and this people and all the men of Israel have chosen, I will be his, and I will stay with him.
戶篩對押沙龍說：「不然，耶和華和這民，並以色列眾人所揀選的，我必歸順他，與他同住。
16:19
ወለመኑ፡ አነ፡ እትቀነይ፡ ዳግመ፡ እንከ፡ እንበለ፡ ቅድመ፡ ወልዱ፡ በከመ፡ ተቀነይኩ፡ ቅድመ፡ አቡከ፡ ከማሁ፡ እሄሉ፡ ቅድሜከ።
Again, whom should I serve? Shouldn’t I serve in the presence of his son? As I have served in your father’s presence, so I will be in your presence.”
再者，我當服事誰呢？豈不是前王的兒子嗎？我怎樣服事你父親，也必照樣服事你。」
16:20
ወይቤሎ፡ አበሴሎም፡ ለአኪጦፌል፡ ምክሩ፡ ምክረ፡ ዘንገብር።
Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, “Give your counsel what we shall do.”
押沙龍對亞希多弗說：「你們出個主意，我們怎樣行才好？」
16:21
ወይቤሎ፡ አኪጦፌል፡ ለአበሴሎም፡ ባእ፡ ኀበ፡ ዕቁባቲሁ፡ ለአቡከ፡ እለ፡ ኀደገ፡ ይዕቀባ፡ ቤቶ፡ ወይስምዑ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ እስራኤል፡ ከመ፡ አስተኀፈርኮ፡ ለአቡከ፡ ወይጸንዕ፡ እዴሆሙ፡ ለኵሎሙ፡ ምስሌከ።
Ahithophel said to Absalom, “Go in to your father’s concubines that he has left to keep the house. Then all Israel will hear that you are abhorred by your father. Then the hands of all who are with you will be strong.”
亞希多弗對押沙龍說：「你父所留下看守宮殿的妃嬪，你可以與她們親近。以色列眾人聽見你父親憎惡你，凡歸順你人的手就更堅強。」
16:22
ወተከሉ፡ ሎቱ፡ ደብተራሁ፡ ለአበሴሎም፡ ውስተ፡ ናሕስ፡ ወቦአ፡ አበሴሎም፡ ኀበ፡ ዕቁባተ፡ አቡሁ፡ እንዘ፡ ይሬእዩ፡ ኵሉ፡ እስራኤል።
So they spread a tent for Absalom on the top of the house, and Absalom went in to his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.
於是人為押沙龍在宮殿的平頂上支搭帳棚；押沙龍在以色列眾人眼前，與他父的妃嬪親近。
16:23
ወምክሩ፡ ለአኪጦፌል፡ እንተ፡ ያመክሮሙ፡ እምቀዲሙ፡ መዋዕል፡ በከመ፡ ውፁእ፡ ውእቱ፡ እምነ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ከማሁ፡ ኵሉ፡ ምክሩ፡ ለአኪጦሬል፡ በኀበ፡ ዳዊትኒ፡ ወበኀበ፡ አበሴሎምኒ።
The counsel of Ahithophel, which he gave in those days, was as if a man inquired at the inner sanctuary of God. All the counsel of Ahithophel was like this both with David and with Absalom.
那時亞希多弗所出的主意好像人問上帝的話一樣；他昔日給大衛，今日給押沙龍所出的主意，都是這樣。
