9:1

ወጸውዖ፡ ጦብያ፡ ለሩፋኤል፡ ወይቤሎ፡ አንተ፡ እኁየ፡ አዛርያ፡ ንሣእ፡ ምስሌከ፡ ክልኤተ፡ ደቂቀ፡ ወአግማለ።

And Tobias called Raphael, and said to him,

那時，多俾亞叫了辣斐耳來，對他說：

9:2

ወሑር፡ ራጊስ፡ ዘሜዶን፡ ኀበ፡ ገባኤል፡ ወንሣእ፡ አሠርተ፡ መክሊተ፡ ብሩር፡ ወጸውዖ፡ ኪያሁኒ፡ ውስተ፡ በዓል።

“Brother Azarias, take with you a servant and two camels, and go to Rages of Media to Gabael, and receive the money for me, and bring him to the wedding feast,

「阿匝黎雅弟兄，請你帶四個僕人和兩匹駱駝，往辣革斯去，到加貝羅那裏，把字據交給他，取回那銀子，再帶他一同來赴婚宴；

9:3

እስመ፡ አምሐለኒ፡ ራጉኤል፡ ከመ፡ ኢይፃእ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ይኅልፍ፡ በዓል።

because Raguel has sworn that I must not depart.

因為辣古耳已起誓不許我離開。

9:4

ወአቡየሰ፡ ይኌልቊ፡ መዋዕለ፡ ወለእመ፡ ጐንደይኩ፡ ጥቀ፡ የኀዝን።

My father counts the days; and if I wait long, he will be sorely grieved.

你知道，我父親必天天數算日子；我若遲延一日，必使他十分憂傷。你也看見辣古耳怎樣起了誓，我不能違揹他的誓言。」

9:5

ወሖረ፡ ሩፋኤል፡ ወበጽሐ፡ ኀበ፡ ገባኤል፡ ወመጠዎ፡ መጽሐፈ፡ ወገባኤልኒ፡ አምጽአ፡ ዝኰ፡ መስነቀ፡ በማኅተም፡ ወወሀቦ፡ ለሩፋኤል።

So Raphael went on his way, and lodged with Gabael, and gave him the handwriting; so he brought forth the bags with their seals, and gave them to him.

辣斐耳便與四個僕人和兩匹駱駝，往瑪待的辣革斯去，在加貝羅那裏住宿。他把字據交給他，又把託彼特的兒子多俾亞已娶妻、並請他來赴婚宴的事告訴了他。加貝羅就起來，把那些封了印的錢袋點交給他，他們便一同收拾妥當。

9:6

ወጌሡ፡ በጽባሕ፡ ኅቡረ፡ ወበጽሑ፡ ውስተ፡ በዓል፡ ወባረኮ፡ ጦብያ፡ ሶበ፡ አምጽአ፡ ሎቱ፡ ውእተ፡ ብሩረ።

Then they rose up early in the morning together, and came to the wedding feast. Tobias blessed his wife.

清早他們一同起來，前往赴婚宴，進到辣古耳家裏，見到多俾亞正坐席。他跳起來，向他請安，哭泣，並祝福他，對他說：「善良美好的人，善良正直、好施仁慈之人的兒子！願主賜天上的福於你，並賜給你的妻子、你的父親和你妻子的母親。願天主受讚美，因為我見到了與我姪兒託彼特相似的人。」
