19:1
Τότε οὖν ἔλαβεν ὁ Πειλᾶτος τὸν Ἰησοῦν καὶ ἐμαστίγωσεν .
So Pilate then took Jesus and flogged him.
當下彼拉多將耶穌鞭打了。
19:2
καὶ οἱ στρατιῶται πλέξαντες στέφανον ἐξ ἀκανθῶν ἐπέθηκαν αὐτοῦ τῇ κεφαλῇ , καὶ ἱμάτιον πορφυροῦν περιέβαλον αὐτόν ,
The soldiers twisted thorns into a crown and put it on his head, and dressed him in a purple garment.
兵丁用荊棘編做冠冕戴在他頭上，給他穿上紫袍，
19:3
καὶ ἤρχοντο πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ ἔλεγον · χαῖρε , ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων · καὶ ἐδίδοσαν αὐτῷ ῥαπίσματα .
They kept saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” and they kept slapping him.
又挨近他，說：「恭喜，猶太人的王啊！」他們就用手掌打他。
19:4
Ἐξῆλθεν πάλιν ὁ Πειλᾶτος ἔξω καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς · ἴδε ἄγω ὑμῖν αὐτὸν ἔξω , ἵνα γνῶτε ὅτι αἰτίαν οὐχ εὑρίσκω .
Then Pilate went out again, and said to them, “Behold, I bring him out to you, that you may know that I find no basis for a charge against him.”
彼拉多又出來對眾人說：「我帶他出來見你們，叫你們知道我查不出他有甚麼罪來。」
19:5
ἐξῆλθεν οὖν ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἔξω , φορῶν τὸν ἀκάνθινον στέφανον καὶ τὸ πορφυροῦν ἱμάτιον . καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς · ἰδοὺ ὁ ἄνθρωπος .
Jesus therefore came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment. Pilate said to them, “Behold, the man!”
耶穌出來，戴着荊棘冠冕，穿着紫袍。彼拉多對他們說：「你們看這個人！」
19:6
ὅτε οὖν ἴδον αὐτὸν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ ὑπηρέται , ἐκραύγασαν · σταύρωσον σταύρωσον . λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Πειλᾶτος · λάβετε αὐτὸν ὑμεῖς καὶ σταυρώσατε , ἐγὼ γὰρ οὐχ εὑρίσκω ἐν αὐτῷ αἰτίαν .
When therefore the chief priests and the officers saw him, they shouted, saying, “Crucify! Crucify!” Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves and crucify him, for I find no basis for a charge against him.”
祭司長和差役看見他，就喊着說：「釘他十字架！釘他十字架！」彼拉多說：「你們自己把他釘十字架吧！我查不出他有甚麼罪來。」
19:7
ἀπεκρίθησαν οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι · ἡμεῖς νόμον ἔχομεν , καὶ κατὰ τὸν νόμον ὀφείλει ἀποθανεῖν , ὅτι υἱὸν θεοῦ ἑαυτὸν ἐποίησεν .
The Jews answered him, “We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.”
猶太人回答說：「我們有律法，按那律法，他是該死的，因他以自己為上帝的兒子。」
19:8
Ὅτε οὖν ἤκουσεν ὁ Πειλᾶτος τοῦτον τὸν λόγον , μᾶλλον ἐφοβήθη ,
When therefore Pilate heard this saying, he was more afraid.
彼拉多聽見這話，越發害怕，
19:9
καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς τὸ πραιτώριον πάλιν καὶ λέγει τῷ Ἰησοῦ · πόθεν εἶ σύ ; ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς ἀπόκρισιν οὐκ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ .
He entered into the Praetorium again, and said to Jesus, “Where are you from?” But Jesus gave him no answer.
又進衙門，對耶穌說：「你是哪裏來的？」耶穌卻不回答。
19:10
λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Πειλᾶτος · ἐμοὶ οὐ λαλεῖς ; οὐκ οἶδας ὅτι ἐξουσίαν ἔχω ἀπολῦσαί σε καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔχω σταυρῶσαί σε ;
Pilate therefore said to him, “Aren’t you speaking to me? Don’t you know that I have power to release you and have power to crucify you?”
彼拉多說：「你不對我說話嗎？你豈不知我有權柄釋放你，也有權柄把你釘十字架嗎？」
19:11
ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς · οὐκ ἔχεις ἐξουσίαν κατ’ ἐμοῦ οὐδεμίαν εἰ μὴ ἦν δεδομένον σοι ἄνωθεν · διὰ τοῦτο ὁ παραδούς μέ σοι μείζονα ἁμαρτίαν ἔχει .
Jesus answered, “You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above. Therefore he who delivered me to you has greater sin.”
耶穌回答說：「若不是從上頭賜給你的，你就毫無權柄辦我。所以，把我交給你的那人罪更重了。」
19:12
ἐκ τούτου ὁ Πειλᾶτος ἐζήτει ἀπολῦσαι αὐτόν · οἱ δὲ Ἰουδαῖοι ἐκραύγαζον λέγοντες · ἐὰν τοῦτον ἀπολύσῃς , οὐκ εἶ φίλος τοῦ Καίσαρος · πᾶς ὁ βασιλέα ἑαυτὸν ποιῶν ἀντιλέγει τῷ Καίσαρι .
At this, Pilate was seeking to release him, but the Jews cried out, saying, “If you release this man, you aren’t Caesar’s friend! Everyone who makes himself a king speaks against Caesar!”
從此，彼拉多想要釋放耶穌，無奈猶太人喊着說：「你若釋放這個人，就不是凱撒的忠臣 。凡以自己為王的，就是背叛凱撒了。」
19:13
ὁ οὖν Πειλᾶτος ἀκούσας τῶν λόγων τούτων ἤγαγεν ἔξω τὸν Ἰησοῦν , καὶ ἐκάθισεν ἐπὶ βήματος εἰς τόπον λεγόμενον Λιθόστρωτον , Ἑβραϊστὶ δὲ Γαββαθᾶ .
When Pilate therefore heard these words, he brought Jesus out and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called “The Pavement”, but in Hebrew, “Gabbatha.”
彼拉多聽見這話，就帶耶穌出來，到了一個地方，名叫「鋪華石處」，希伯來話叫厄巴大，就在那裏坐堂。
19:14
ἦν δὲ παρασκευὴ τοῦ πάσχα , ὥρα ἦν ὡς ἕκτη . καὶ λέγει τοῖς Ἰουδαίοις · ἴδε ὁ βασιλεὺς ὑμῶν .
Now it was the Preparation Day of the Passover, at about the sixth hour. He said to the Jews, “Behold, your King!”
那日是預備逾越節的日子，約有午正。彼拉多對猶太人說：「看哪，這是你們的王！」
19:15
ἐκραύγασαν οὖν ἐκεῖνοι · ἆρον ἆρον , σταύρωσον αὐτόν . λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Πειλᾶτος · τὸν βασιλέα ὑμῶν σταυρώσω ; ἀπεκρίθησαν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς · οὐκ ἔχομεν βασιλέα εἰ μὴ Καίσαρα .
They cried out, “Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!” Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar!”
他們喊着說：「除掉他！除掉他！釘他在十字架上！」彼拉多說：「我可以把你們的王釘十字架嗎？」祭司長回答說：「除了凱撒，我們沒有王。」
19:16
τότε οὖν παρέδωκεν αὐτὸν αὐτοῖς ἵνα σταυρωθῇ . Παρέλαβον οὖν τὸν Ἰησοῦν ,
So then he delivered him to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus and led him away.
於是彼拉多將耶穌交給他們去釘十字架。
19:17
καὶ βαστάζων ἑαυτῷ τὸν σταυρὸν ἐξῆλθεν εἰς τὸν λεγόμενον Κρανίου τόπον , ὃ λέγεται Ἑβραϊστὶ Γολγοθᾶ ,
He went out, bearing his cross, to the place called “The Place of a Skull”, which is called in Hebrew, “Golgotha”,
他們就把耶穌帶了去。耶穌背着自己的十字架出來，到了一個地方，名叫「髑髏地」，希伯來話叫各各他。
19:18
ὅπου αὐτὸν ἐσταύρωσαν , καὶ μετ’ αὐτοῦ ἄλλους δύο ἐντεῦθεν καὶ ἐντεῦθεν , μέσον δὲ τὸν Ἰησοῦν .
where they crucified him, and with him two others, on either side one, and Jesus in the middle.
他們就在那裏釘他在十字架上，還有兩個人和他一同釘着，一邊一個，耶穌在中間。
19:19
ἔγραψεν δὲ καὶ τίτλον ὁ Πειλᾶτος καὶ ἔθηκεν ἐπὶ τοῦ σταυροῦ · ἦν δὲ γεγραμμένον , Ἰησοῦς ὁ Ναζωραῖος ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων .
Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. There was written, “JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
彼拉多又用牌子寫了一個名號，安在十字架上，寫的是：「猶太人的王，拿撒勒人耶穌。」
19:20
τοῦτον οὖν τὸν τίτλον πολλοὶ ἀνέγνωσαν τῶν Ἰουδαίων , ὅτι ἐγγὺς ἦν ὁ τόπος τῆς πόλεως ὅπου ἐσταυρώθη ὁ Ἰησοῦς · καὶ ἦν γεγραμμένον Ἑβραϊστί , Ῥωμαϊστί , Ἑλληνιστί .
Therefore many of the Jews read this title, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew, in Latin, and in Greek.
有許多猶太人念這名號；因為耶穌被釘十字架的地方與城相近，並且是用希伯來、羅馬、希臘三樣文字寫的。
19:21
ἔλεγον οὖν τῷ Πειλάτῳ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς τῶν Ἰουδαίων · μὴ γράφε · ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων , ἀλλ’ ὅτι ἐκεῖνος εἶπεν · βασιλεύς εἰμι τῶν Ἰουδαίων .
The chief priests of the Jews therefore said to Pilate, “Don’t write, ‘The King of the Jews,’ but, ‘he said, “I am King of the Jews.”’”
猶太人的祭司長就對彼拉多說：「不要寫『猶太人的王』，要寫『他自己說：我是猶太人的王』。」
19:22
ἀπεκρίθη ὁ Πειλᾶτος · ὃ γέγραφα , γέγραφα .
Pilate answered, “What I have written, I have written.”
彼拉多說：「我所寫的，我已經寫上了。」
19:23
Οἱ οὖν στρατιῶται , ὅτε ἐσταύρωσαν τὸν Ἰησοῦν , ἔλαβον τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ , καὶ ἐποίησαν τέσσαρα μέρη , ἑκάστῳ στρατιώτῃ μέρος , καὶ τὸν χιτῶνα . ἦν δὲ ὁ χιτὼν ἄραφος , ἐκ τῶν ἄνωθεν ὑφαντὸς δι’ ὅλου .
Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also the tunic. Now the tunic was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
兵丁既然將耶穌釘在十字架上，就拿他的衣服分為四分，每兵一分；又拿他的裏衣，這件裏衣原來沒有縫兒，是上下一片織成的。
19:24
εἶπαν οὖν πρὸς ἀλλήλους · μὴ σχίσωμεν αὐτόν , ἀλλὰ λάχωμεν περὶ αὐτοῦ , τίνος ἔσται . ἵνα ἡ γραφὴ πληρωθῇ · διεμερίσαντο τὰ ἱμάτιά μου ἑαυτοῖς καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν ἱματισμόν μου ἔβαλον κλῆρον . Οἱ μὲν οὖν στρατιῶται ταῦτα ἐποίησαν .
Then they said to one another, “Let’s not tear it, but cast lots for it to decide whose it will be,” that the Scripture might be fulfilled, which says, “They parted my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.” Therefore the soldiers did these things.
他們就彼此說：「我們不要撕開，只要拈鬮，看誰得着。」這要應驗經上的話說： 他們分了我的外衣， 為我的裏衣拈鬮。 兵丁果然做了這事。
19:25
εἱστήκεισαν δὲ παρὰ τῷ σταυρῷ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ ἀδελφὴ τῆς μητρὸς αὐτοῦ , Μαρίαμ ἡ τοῦ Κλωπᾶ καὶ Μαρίαμ ἡ Μαγδαληνή .
But standing by Jesus’ cross were his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.
站在耶穌十字架旁邊的，有他母親與他母親的姊妹，並革羅罷的妻子馬利亞，和抹大拉的馬利亞。
19:26
Ἰησοῦς οὖν ἰδὼν τὴν μητέρα καὶ τὸν μαθητὴν παρεστῶτα ὃν ἠγάπα , λέγει τῇ μητρί · γύναι , ἴδε ὁ υἱός σου .
Therefore when Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing there, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!”
耶穌見母親和他所愛的那門徒站在旁邊，就對他母親說：「母親 ，看，你的兒子！」
19:27
εἶτα λέγει τῷ μαθητῇ · ἴδε ἡ μήτηρ σου . καὶ ἀπ’ ἐκείνης τῆς ὥρας ἔλαβεν αὐτὴν ὁ μαθητὴς εἰς τὰ ἴδια .
Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” From that hour, the disciple took her to his own home.
又對那門徒說：「看，你的母親！」從此，那門徒就接她到自己家裏去了。
19:28
Μετὰ τοῦτο εἰδὼς ὁ Ἰησοῦς ὅτι ἤδη πάντα τετέλεσται , ἵνα τελειωθῇ ἡ γραφή , λέγει · διψῶ .
After this, Jesus, seeing that all things were now finished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I am thirsty!”
這事以後，耶穌知道各樣的事已經成了，為要使經上的話應驗，就說：「我渴了。」
19:29
σκεῦος ἔκειτο ὄξους μεστόν · σπόγγον οὖν μεστὸν ὄξους ὑσσώπῳ περιθέντες προσήνεγκαν αὐτοῦ τῷ στόματι .
Now a vessel full of vinegar was set there; so they put a sponge full of the vinegar on hyssop, and held it at his mouth.
有一個器皿盛滿了醋，放在那裏；他們就拿海絨蘸滿了醋，綁在牛膝草上，送到他口。
19:30
ὅτε οὖν ἔλαβεν τὸ ὄξος εἶπεν · τετέλεσται , καὶ κλίνας τὴν κεφαλὴν παρέδωκεν τὸ πνεῦμα .
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
耶穌嘗 了那醋，就說：「成了！」便低下頭，將靈魂交付上帝了。
19:31
Οἱ οὖν Ἰουδαῖοι , ἐπεὶ παρασκευὴ ἦν , ἵνα μὴ μείνῃ ἐπὶ τοῦ σταυροῦ τὰ σώματα ἐν τῷ σαββάτῳ , ἦν γὰρ μεγάλη ἡ ἡμέρα ἐκείνου τοῦ σαββάτου , ἠρώτησαν τὸν Πειλᾶτον ἵνα κατεαγῶσιν αὐτῶν τὰ σκέλη καὶ ἀρθῶσιν .
Therefore the Jews, because it was the Preparation Day, so that the bodies wouldn’t remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a special one), asked of Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away.
猶太人因這日是預備日，又因那安息日是個大日，就求彼拉多叫人打斷他們的腿，把他們拿去，免得屍首當安息日留在十字架上。
19:32
ἦλθον οὖν οἱ στρατιῶται , καὶ τοῦ μὲν πρώτου κατέαξαν τὰ σκέλη καὶ τοῦ ἄλλου τοῦ συνσταυρωθέντος αὐτῷ ·
Therefore the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with him;
於是兵丁來，把頭一個人的腿，並與耶穌同釘第二個人的腿，都打斷了。
19:33
ἐπὶ δὲ τὸν Ἰησοῦν ἐλθόντες , ὡς εἶδον ἤδη αὐτὸν τεθνηκότα , οὐ κατέαξαν αὐτοῦ τὰ σκέλη ,
but when they came to Jesus and saw that he was already dead, they didn’t break his legs.
只是來到耶穌那裏，見他已經死了，就不打斷他的腿。
19:34
ἀλλ’ εἷς τῶν στρατιωτῶν λόγχῃ αὐτοῦ τὴν πλευρὰν ἔνυξεν , καὶ ἐξῆλθεν εὐθὺς αἷμα καὶ ὕδωρ .
However, one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
惟有一個兵拿槍扎他的肋旁，隨即有血和水流出來。
19:35
καὶ ὁ ἑωρακὼς μεμαρτύρηκεν , καὶ ἀληθινὴ αὐτοῦ ἐστιν ἡ μαρτυρία , κἀκεῖνος οἶδεν ὅτι ἀληθῆ λέγει , ἵνα καὶ ὑμεῖς πιστεύητε .
He who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, that you may believe.
看見這事的那人就作見證－他的見證也是真的，並且他知道自己所說的是真的－叫你們也可以信。
19:36
ἐγένετο γὰρ ταῦτα ἵνα ἡ γραφὴ πληρωθῇ · ὀστοῦν οὐ συντριβήσεται αὐτοῦ .
For these things happened that the Scripture might be fulfilled, “A bone of him will not be broken.”
這些事成了，為要應驗經上的話說：「他的骨頭一根也不可折斷。」
19:37
καὶ πάλιν ἑτέρα γραφὴ λέγει · ὄψονται εἰς ὃν ἐξεκέντησαν .
Again another Scripture says, “They will look on him whom they pierced.”
經上又有一句說：「他們要仰望自己所扎的人。」
19:38
Μετὰ δὲ ταῦτα ἠρώτησεν τὸν Πειλᾶτον Ἰωσὴφ ὁ ἀπὸ Ἀριμαθαίας , ὢν μαθητὴς τοῦ Ἰησοῦ κεκρυμμένος δὲ διὰ τὸν φόβον τῶν Ἰουδαίων , ἵνα ἄρῃ τὸ σῶμα τοῦ Ἰησοῦ · καὶ ἐπέτρεψεν ὁ Πειλᾶτος . ἦλθεν οὖν καὶ ἦραν αὐτόν .
After these things, Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, asked of Pilate that he might take away Jesus’ body. Pilate gave him permission. He came therefore and took away his body.
這些事以後，有亞利馬太人約瑟，是耶穌的門徒，只因怕猶太人，就暗暗地作門徒。他來求彼拉多，要把耶穌的身體領去。彼拉多允准，他就把耶穌的身體領去了。
19:39
ἦλθεν δὲ καὶ Νικόδημος , ὁ ἐλθὼν πρὸς αὐτὸν νυκτὸς τὸ πρῶτον , φέρων μίγμα σμύρνης καὶ ἀλόης ὡς λίτρας ἑκατόν .
Nicodemus, who at first came to Jesus by night, also came bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred Roman pounds.
又有尼哥德慕，就是先前夜裏去見耶穌的，帶着沒藥和沉香約有一百斤前來。
19:40
ἔλαβον οὖν τὸ σῶμα τοῦ Ἰησοῦ καὶ ἔδησαν αὐτὸ ὀθονίοις μετὰ τῶν ἀρωμάτων , καθὼς ἔθος ἐστὶν τοῖς Ἰουδαίοις ἐνταφιάζειν .
So they took Jesus’ body, and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury.
他們就照猶太人殯葬的規矩，把耶穌的身體用細麻布加上香料裹好了。
19:41
ἦν δὲ ἐν τῷ τόπῳ ὅπου ἐσταυρώθη κῆπος , καὶ ἐν τῷ κήπῳ μνημεῖον καινόν , ἐν ᾧ οὐδέπω οὐδεὶς ἐτέθη ·
Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden. In the garden was a new tomb in which no man had ever yet been laid.
在耶穌釘十字架的地方有一個園子，園子裏有一座新墳墓，是從來沒有葬過人的。
19:42
ἐκεῖ οὖν διὰ τὴν παρασκευὴν τῶν Ἰουδαίων , ὅτι ἐγγὺς ἦν τὸ μνημεῖον , ἔθηκαν τὸν Ἰησοῦν .
Then, because of the Jews’ Preparation Day (for the tomb was near at hand), they laid Jesus there.
只因是猶太人的預備日，又因那墳墓近，他們就把耶穌安放在那裏。
