23:1
Non suscipies vocem mendacii, nec junges manum tuam ut pro impio dicas falsum testimonium.
「不可隨夥佈散謠言；不可與惡人連手妄作見證。
“You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.
23:2
Non sequeris turbam ad faciendum malum : nec in judicio, plurimorum acquiesces sententiae, ut a vero devies.
不可隨眾行惡；不可在爭訟的事上隨眾偏行，作見證屈枉正直；
“You shall not follow a crowd to do evil. You shall not testify in court to side with a multitude to pervert justice.
23:3
Pauperis quoque non misereberis in judicio.
也不可在爭訟的事上偏護窮人。
You shall not favor a poor man in his cause.
23:4
Si occurreris bovi inimici tui, aut asino erranti, reduc ad eum.
「若遇見你仇敵的牛或驢失迷了路，總要牽回來交給他。
“If you meet your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you shall surely bring it back to him again.
23:5
Si videris asinum odientis te jacere sub onere, non pertransibis, sed sublevabis cum eo.
若看見恨你人的驢壓臥在重馱之下，不可走開，務要和驢主一同抬開重馱。
If you see the donkey of him who hates you fallen down under his burden, don’t leave him. You shall surely help him with it.
23:6
Non declinabis in judicium pauperis.
「不可在窮人爭訟的事上屈枉正直。
“You shall not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.
23:7
Mendacium fugies. Insontem et justum non occides : quia aversor impium.
當遠離虛假的事。不可殺無辜和有義的人，因我必不以惡人為義。
“Keep far from a false charge, and don’t kill the innocent and righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.
23:8
Nec accipies munera, quae etiam excaecant prudentes, et subvertunt verba justorum.
不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫明眼人變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。
“You shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight and perverts the words of the righteous.
23:9
Peregrino molestus non eris. Scitis enim advenarum animas : quia et ipsi peregrini fuistis in terra Aegypti.
「不可欺壓寄居的；因為你們在埃及地作過寄居的，知道寄居的心。」
“You shall not oppress an alien, for you know the heart of an alien, since you were aliens in the land of Egypt.
23:10
Sex annis seminabis terram tuam, et congregabis fruges ejus :
「六年你要耕種田地，收藏土產，
“For six years you shall sow your land, and shall gather in its increase,
23:11
anno autem septimo dimittes eam, et requiescere facies, ut comedant pauperes populi tui : et quidquid reliquum fuerit, edant bestiae agri : ita facies in vinea et in oliveto tuo.
只是第七年要叫地歇息，不耕不種，使你民中的窮人有吃的；他們所剩下的，野獸可以吃。你的葡萄園和橄欖園也要照樣辦理。
but the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, that the poor of your people may eat; and what they leave the animal of the field shall eat. In the same way, you shall deal with your vineyard and with your olive grove.
23:12
Sex diebus operaberis : septimo die cessabis, ut requiescat bos et asinus tuus, et refrigeretur filius ancillae tuae, et advena.
「六日你要做工，第七日要安息，使牛、驢可以歇息，並使你婢女的兒子和寄居的都可以舒暢。
“Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest, that your ox and your donkey may have rest, and the son of your servant, and the alien may be refreshed.
23:13
Omnia quae dixi vobis, custodite. Et per nomen externorum deorum non jurabitis, neque audietur ex ore vestro.
「凡我對你們說的話，你們要謹守。別神的名，你不可提，也不可從你口中傳說。」
“Be careful to do all things that I have said to you; and don’t invoke the name of other gods or even let them be heard out of your mouth.
23:14
Tribus vicibus per singulos annos mihi festa celebrabitis.
「一年三次，你要向我守節。
“You shall observe a feast to me three times a year.
23:15
Solemnitatem azymorum custodies. Septem diebus comedes azyma, sicut praecepi tibi, tempore mensis novorum, quando egressus es de Aegypto : non apparebis in conspectu meo vacuus.
你要守除酵節，照我所吩咐你的，在亞筆月內所定的日期，吃無酵餅七天。誰也不可空手朝見我，因為你是這月出了埃及。
You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it you came out of Egypt), and no one shall appear before me empty.
23:16
Et solemnitatem messis primitivorum operis tui, quaecumque seminaveris in agro : solemnitatem quoque in exitu anni, quando congregaveris omnes fruges tuas de agro.
又要守收割節，所收的是你田間所種、勞碌得來初熟之物。並在年底收藏，要守收藏節。
And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field; and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.
23:17
Ter in anno apparebit omne masculinum tuum coram Domino Deo tuo.
一切的男丁要一年三次朝見主耶和華。
Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh.
23:18
Non immolabis super fermento sanguinem victimae meae, nec remanebit adeps solemnitatis meae usque mane.
「不可將我祭牲的血和有酵的餅一同獻上；也不可將我節上祭牲的脂油留到早晨。
“You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The fat of my feast shall not remain all night until the morning.
23:19
Primitias frugum terrae tuae deferes in domum Domini Dei tui. Non coques haedum in lacte matris suae.
「地裏首先初熟之物要送到耶和華－你上帝的殿。 「不可用山羊羔母的奶煮山羊羔。」
You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground into the house of Yahweh your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.
23:20
Ecce ego mittam angelum meum, qui praecedat te, et custodiat in via, et introducat in locum quem paravi.
「看哪，我差遣使者在你前面，在路上保護你，領你到我所預備的地方去。
“Behold, I send an angel before you, to keep you by the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.
23:21
Observa eum, et audi vocem ejus, nec contemnendum putes : quia non dimittet cum peccaveris, et est nomen meum in illo.
他是奉我名來的；你們要在他面前謹慎，聽從他的話，不可惹 他，因為他必不赦免你們的過犯。
Pay attention to him, and listen to his voice. Don’t provoke him, for he will not pardon your disobedience, for my name is in him.
23:22
Quod si audieris vocem ejus, et feceris omnia quae loquor, inimicus ero inimicis tuis, et affligam affligentes te.
「你若實在聽從他的話，照着我一切所說的去行，我就向你的仇敵作仇敵，向你的敵人作敵人。
But if you indeed listen to his voice, and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and an adversary to your adversaries.
23:23
Praecedetque te angelus meus, et introducet te ad Amorrhaeum, et Hethaeum, et Pherezaeum, Chananaeumque, et Hevaeum, et Jebusaeum, quos ego conteram.
「我的使者要在你前面行，領你到亞摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、迦南人、希未人、耶布斯人那裏去，我必將他們剪除。
For my angel shall go before you, and bring you in to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I will cut them off.
23:24
Non adorabis deos eorum, nec coles eos : non facies opera eorum, sed destrues eos, et confringes statuas eorum.
你不可跪拜他們的神，不可事奉他，也不可效法他們的行為，卻要把神像盡行拆毀，打碎他們的柱像。
You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars.
23:25
Servietisque Domino Deo vestro, ut benedicam panibus tuis et aquis, et auferam infirmitatem de medio tui.
你們要事奉耶和華－你們的上帝，他必賜福與你的糧與你的水，也必從你們中間除去疾病。
You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
23:26
Non erit infoecunda, nec sterilis in terra tua : numerum dierum tuorum implebo.
你境內必沒有墜胎的，不生產的。我要使你滿了你年日的數目。
No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.
23:27
Terrorem meum mittam in praecursum tuum, et occidam omnem populum, ad quem ingredieris : cunctorumque inimicorum tuorum coram te terga vertam :
凡你所到的地方，我要使那裏的眾民在你面前驚駭，擾亂，又要使你一切仇敵轉背逃跑。
I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
23:28
emittens crabrones prius, qui fugabunt Hevaeum, et Chananaeum, et Hethaeum, antequam introëas.
我要打發黃蜂飛在你前面，把希未人、迦南人、赫人攆出去。
I will send the hornet before you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before you.
23:29
Non ejiciam eos a facie tua anno uno : ne terra in solitudinem redigatur, et crescant contra te bestiae.
我不在一年之內將他們從你面前攆出去，恐怕地成為荒涼，野地的獸多起來害你。
I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the animals of the field multiply against you.
23:30
Paulatim expellam eos de conspectu tuo, donec augearis, et possideas terram.
我要漸漸地將他們從你面前攆出去，等到你的人數加多，承受那地為業。
Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and inherit the land.
23:31
Ponam autem terminos tuos a mari Rubro usque ad mare Palaestinorum, et a deserto usque ad fluvium : tradam in manibus vestris habitatores terrae, et ejiciam eos de conspectu vestro.
我要定你的境界，從紅海直到非利士海，又從曠野直到大河。我要將那地的居民交在你手中，你要將他們從你面前攆出去。
I will set your border from the Red Sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.
23:32
Non inibis cum eis foedus, nec cum diis eorum.
不可和他們並他們的神立約。
You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.
23:33
Non habitent in terra tua, ne forte peccare te faciant in me, si servieris diis eorum : quod tibi certe erit in scandalum.
他們不可住在你的地上，恐怕他們使你得罪我。你若事奉他們的神，這必成為你的網羅。」
They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me, for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”
