ወደቂቀ ፡ ጋሜር ፡ አስካናስ ፡ ወራፍት ፡ ወቶጋርማ ።
The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Diphath, and Togarmah.
歌篾的兒子是亞實基拿、低法 、陀迦瑪。

ወደቂቀ ፡ ይሕያን ፡ ኤልሳ ፡ ወተርሴስ ፡ ቄጥይ ፡ ወሮድእ ።
The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.
雅完的兒子是以利沙、他施、基提、多單 。

ወደቂቀ ፡ ካም ፡ ኩሳ ፡ ወመስርም ፡ ወፉጥ ፡ ወከነዓን ።
The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
含的兒子是古實、麥西、弗、迦南。

ወደቂቀ ፡ ኩሳ ፡ ሴባዕ ፡ ወኤውላን ፡ ወሴበታ ፡ ወሬግማን ፡ ወሶቦን ፡ ወደቂቀ ፡ ሬግማን ፡ ሴባዕ ፡ ወዳዳን ።
The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raama, Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
古實的兒子是西巴、哈腓拉、撒弗他、拉瑪、撒弗提迦。拉瑪的兒子是示巴、底但。

ወኩሳ ፡ ወለዶ ፡ ለናምሩድ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ይኩን ፡ ረዓይተ ፡ ወነዓዌ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ።
Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one on the earth.
古實生寧錄；他為世上英雄之首。

ወመስርም ፡ ወለዶሙ ፡ ለሎዲዓም ፡ ወለአናኒም ፡ ወለሎቢን ፡ ወለንፍታሌም ፡ ወለጴጥሳሮኒኤም ፡ ወለከሰሎንኤም ።
Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
麥西生路低人、亞拿米人、利哈比人、拿弗土希人、

ወእምኔሁ ፡ ወጽኡ ፡ ፍልስጥኤም ፡ ወከፋቱሪም ፡ 13፡ ወከነአን ፡ ወለዶሙ ፡ ለሲዶን ፡ በኵሩ ፡ ወለኬጤዎን ።
Pathrusim, Casluhim (where the Philistines came from), and Caphtorim.

ወለኢያቡሴዎን ፡ ወለአሞሬዎን ፡ ወለጌርጌሴዎን ።
the Jebusite, the Amorite, the Girgashite,

閃的兒子是以攔、亞述、亞法撒、路德、亞蘭、烏斯、戶勒、基帖、米設 。

ወአርፋክስድ ፡ ወለዶ ፡ ለቃይናን ፡ ወቃይናን ፡ ወለዶ ፡ ለሳላ ፡ ወሳላ ፡ ወለዶ ፡ ለኤቦር ።
Arpachshad became the father of Shelah, and Shelah became the father of Eber.
亞法撒生沙拉；沙拉生希伯。
1:19
ወለኤቦር ፡ ተወልዱ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ክልኤቱ ፡ ደቂቅ ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለአሐዱ ፡ ፋሌቅ ፡ እስመ ፡ በመዋዕሊሁ ፡ ተከፍለት ፡ ምድር ፡ ወስሙ ፡ ለእኁሁ ፡ ዮቅጣን ።
To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
希伯生了兩個兒子：一個名叫法勒 ，因為那時人就分地居住；法勒的兄弟名叫約坍。
1:20
ወዮቅጣን ፡ ወለዶሙ ፡ ለኤልሞዳድ ፡ ወለሴሌፍ ፡ ወለኤራሞት ፡ ወለሴሩክ ።
Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
約坍生亞摩答、沙列、哈薩瑪非、耶拉、

ወለቄራድም ፡ ወለኤዜል ፡ ወለቄቃልም ።
Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
哈多蘭、烏薩、德拉、

ወለጌማኤል ፡ ወለአቢሜሄል ፡ ወለሳባ ።
Ebal, Abimael, Sheba,
以巴錄、亞比瑪利、示巴、
1:23
ወለውፌር ፡ ወለሔዊ ፡ ወለአራም ፡ ቀዑካብ ፡ ወእሉተሎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ዮቅጣን ።
Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
阿斐、哈腓拉、約巴。這都是約坍的兒子。

ወደቂቁ ፡ ለሴም ፡ አይላም ፡ ወአሱር ፡ ወአርፋክስድ ፡ ወሳላን ፡ ወቃይናን ።
Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,
閃生亞法撒；亞法撒生沙拉；
1:25
ወኤቦር ፡ ወፋሌግ ፡ ወራግው ።
Eber, Peleg, Reu,
沙拉生希伯；希伯生法勒；法勒生拉吳；

ወሴሩህ ፡ ወናኮር ፡ ወታራ ።
Serug, Nahor, Terah,
拉吳生西鹿；西鹿生拿鶴；拿鶴生他拉；

ወአብራም ፡ ዘውእቱ ፡ አብርሃም ።
Abram (also called Abraham).
他拉生亞伯蘭，亞伯蘭就是亞伯拉罕。
1:28
ወደቂቀ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ ወይስማኤል ።
The sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.
亞伯拉罕的兒子是以撒、以實瑪利。
1:29
ወዝውእቱ ፡ ልደቶሙ ፡ በኵሩ ፡ ለይስማኤል ፡ ናቢዎት ፡ ወቄዳር ፡ ወናቢዲሄል ፡ ወሙባሳን ።
These are their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,
以實瑪利的兒子記在下面：以實瑪利的長子是尼拜約，其次是基達、押德別、米比衫、

ወሚስማዕ ፡ ወይዱማ ፡ ወማሴ ፡ ወኬዲድ ፡ ወቴማን ።
Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema,
米施瑪、度瑪、瑪撒、哈達、提瑪、

ወይጡር ፡ ወናፌስ ፡ ቄዳማ ፡ እሉ ፡ ውእቶሙ ፡ ደቂቁ ፡ ለይስማኤል ።
Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
伊突、拿非施、基底瑪。這都是以實瑪利的兒子。
1:32
ወደቂቃ ፡ ለኬጡራ ፡ ዕቅብቱ ፡ ለአብርሃም ፡ ዘወለደት ፡ ሎቱዘምራን ፡ ወዮቃጥን ፡ ወሜዶን ፡ ወምድያም ፡ ወዮሳብቅ ፡ ወሲሔ ፡ ወደቂቀ ፡ ዮቃጥን ፡ ሳባ ፡ ወዳዳን ።
The sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bore Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Dedan.
亞伯拉罕的妾基土拉所生的兒子，就是心蘭、約珊、米但、米甸、伊施巴、書亞。約珊的兒子是示巴、底但。

ወደቂቀ ፡ ዳዳን ፡ ራጉኤል ፡ ወነበዱኤል ፡ ወአሱራኤል ፡ ወሉሱጡልሄል ፡ ወለሜኒ ፡ እሉ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ ኬጡራ ።
The sons of Midian: Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.
米甸的兒子是以法、以弗、哈諾、亞比大、以勒大。這都是基土拉的子孫。
1:34
ወደቂቀ ፡ ሜዶን ፡ ጌፋር ፡ ወአፌር ፡ ወሄኖክ ፡ ወአቢዳን ፡ ወኤልዳን ፡ እሉ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ደቂቃ ፡ ለኬጡራ ።
Abraham became the father of Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.
亞伯拉罕生以撒；以撒的兒子是以掃和以色列。
1:35
ወወለዶ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ለይስሐቅ ፡ ወደቂቁ ፡ ለይስሐቅ ፡ ኤሳው ፡ ወያዕቆብ ።
The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jalam, and Korah.
以掃的兒子是以利法、流珥、耶烏施、雅蘭、可拉。
1:36
ወደቂቁ ፡ ለኤሳው ፡ ኤልፋዝ ፡ ወራጉኤል ፡ ወይዑል ፡ ወይጎሎም ፡ ወቆሬ ።
The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, Omar, Zephi, Gatam, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek.
以利法的兒子是提幔、阿抹、洗玻、迦坦、基納斯、亭納、亞瑪力。

ወደቂቁ ፡ ለኤልፋዝ ፡ ቴማን ፡ ወአማር ፡ ወሳፍር ፡ ወጎታም ፡ ወቄኔዝ ፡ ወቴምናስ ፡ ዕቅብቱ ፡ ለኤልፋዝ ፡ ወለደት ፡ ሎቱ ፡ አማሌቅሃ ።
The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
流珥的兒子是拿哈、謝拉、沙瑪、米撒。
1:38
ወደቂቁ ፡ ለራጉኤል ፡ ናኬት ፡ ወዘራ ፡ ወሴይር ፡ ወሞዛ ።
The sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.
西珥的兒子是羅坍、朔巴、祭便、亞拿、底順、以察、底珊。
1:39
ወደቂቀ ፡ ሴይር ፡ ሉጣን ፡ ወሳባል ፡ ወሴቤጎን ፡ ወአናን ፡ ወዲሶን ፡ ወአሶር ፡ ወሬሳን ።
The sons of Lotan: Hori and Homam; and Timna was Lotan’s sister.
羅坍的兒子是何利、荷幔；羅坍的妹子是亭納。
1:40
ወደቂቃ ፡ ለሉጣን ፡ ኩራ ፡ ወኤማን ፡ ወእኀታሰ ፡ ለሉጣን ፡ ታምናን ።
The sons of Shobal: Alian, Manahath, Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. The sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah.
朔巴的兒子是亞勒文、瑪拿轄、以巴錄、示非、阿南。祭便的兒子是亞雅、亞拿。
1:41
ወደቂቀ ፡ ሳባል ፡ ጎለም ፡ ወመተከት ፡ ወኔባል ፡ ወሳፍር ፡ ወአናን ፡ ወደቂቁ ፡ ለሴቤጎን ፡ ሀያን ፡ ወአናንም ፡ ወእሉ ፡ ደቂቁ ፡ ለአናን ፡ ዲሶን ፡ ወሬባማ ፡ ወለቱ ፡ ለአናም ።
The son of Anah: Dishon. The sons of Dishon: Hamran, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.
亞拿的兒子是底順。底順的兒子是哈默蘭、伊是班、益蘭、基蘭。
1:42
ወደቂቀ ፡ አናን ፡ ዲሶን ፡ ወደቂቀ ፡ ዲሶን ፡ አምዳን ፡ ወኤሴቦን ፡ ወኢይትራን ፡ ወከራን ።
The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.
以察的兒子是辟罕、撒番、亞干。底珊的兒子是烏斯、亞蘭。
1:43
ወደቂቁ ፡ ለአሶር ፡ በለአን ፡ ወአዝቃን ፡ ወኢይአቃን ፡ ወደቂቁ ፡ ለሬሶን ፡ ኦስ ፡ ወአራን ።
Now these are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before any king reigned over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
以色列人未有君王治理之先，在以東地作王的記在下面：有比珥的兒子比拉，他的京城名叫亭哈巴。
1:44
ወእሉ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ነገሥት ፡ እለ ፡ ነግሡ ፡ በኤዶም ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ይንግሥ ፡ ንጉሥ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ባላቅ ፡ ወልዱ ፡ ለቤዖር ፡ ወስመ ፡ ሀገሩ ፡ ዲናባ ።
Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.
比拉死了，波斯拉人謝拉的兒子約巴接續他作王。
1:45
ወሞተ ፡ ባላቅ ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ ኢዮባብ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ዛራ ፡ ወእሙ ፡ ባሱራ ።
Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.
約巴死了，提幔地的人戶珊接續他作王。
1:46
ወሞተ ፡ ኢዮባብ ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ አሶም ፡ ዘምድረ ፡ ቴማን ።
Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who struck Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Avith.
戶珊死了，比達的兒子哈達接續他作王。這哈達就是在摩押地殺敗米甸人的，他的京城名叫亞未得。
1:47
ወሞተ ፡ አሶም ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ አዳድ ፡ ወልደ ፡ በራድ ፡ ዘቀተሎሙ ፡ ለምድያም ፡ በሐቅለ ፡ ሞአብ ፡ ወስመ ፡ ሀገሩ ፡ ጌቴም ።
Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.
哈達死了，瑪士利加人桑拉接續他作王。
1:48
ወሞተ ፡ አዳድ ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ ስማዖ ፡ እምነ ፡ መስቃ ።
Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his place.
桑拉死了，大河邊的利河伯人掃羅接續他作王。
1:49
ወሞተ ፡ ስማዖ ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ ሳዑል ፡ እምሮቦት ፡ እንተ ፡ ኀበ ፡ ተከዚ ።
Shaul died, and Baal Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.
掃羅死了，亞革波的兒子巴勒‧哈南接續他作王。
1:50
ወሞተ ፡ ሳዑል ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ በላኤኖን ፡ ወልደ ፡ አክቦር ።
Baal Hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pai. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
巴勒‧哈南死了，哈達接續他作王。他的京城名叫巴伊，他的妻子名叫米希她別，是米‧薩合的孫女，瑪特列的女兒。

ወሞተ ፡ በላኤኖን ፡ ወልደ ፡ አክቦር ፡ ወነግሠ ፡ ህየንቴሁ ፡ አዳድ ፡ ወልደ ፡ በራድ ፡ ወስመ ፡ ብሔሩ ፡ ፌጎር ፡ ብእሲቱ ፡ ሜጤቤኤል ፡ ወለተ ፡ ማጣድሮ ፡ ወለተ ፡ ሚሄዛብ ።
Then Hadad died. The chiefs of Edom were: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth,
哈達死了，以東人的族長有亭納族長、亞勒瓦族長、耶帖族長、

ወሞተ ፡ አዳድ ፡ ወኮኑ ፡ መሳፍንተ ፡ ኤዶም ፡ ቴምናን ፡ መስፍን ፡ ጎለም ፡ መስፍን ፡ ኢይቴት ፡ መስፍን ።
chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon,
亞何利巴瑪族長、以拉族長、比嫩族長、

ኤልሳበባ ፡ መስፍን ፡ ኤልሳ ፡ መስፍን ፡ ፌኖን ፡ መስፍን ።
