3:1

ወእሉ፡ ደቂቁ፡ ለዳዊት፡ እለ፡ ተወልዱ፡ በኬብሮን፡ በኵሩ፡ አምኖን፡ እምአኪናሆም፡ ኢይዝራኤላዊት፡ ወካልእ፡ ዶለህያ፡ እምአቤግያ፡ ቀርሜሎሳዊት።

Now these were the sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;

大衛在希伯崙所生的兒子記在下面：長子暗嫩是耶斯列人亞希暖生的。次子但以利是迦密人亞比該生的。

3:2

ወሣልስ፡ አቤሴሎም፡ ወልደ፡ መዓክ፡ ወለተ፡ ቱምኤል፡ ንጉሠ፡ ጌድሶር፡ ወራብዕ፡ አዶንያስ፡ ወልደ፡ አጊት።

the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;

三子押沙龍是基述王達買的女兒瑪迦生的。四子亞多尼雅是哈及生的。

3:3

ኃምስ፡ ሰፋጥያስ፡ እምአቢጣል።

the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife:

五子示法提雅是亞比她生的。六子以特念是大衛的妻以格拉生的。

3:4

ሣድስ፡ ይትረሃም፡ እምኤግላ፡ ብእሲቱ፡ እሉ፡ ስድስቱ፡ ተወልዱ፡ ሎቱ፡ በኬብሮን፡ ወነግሠ፡ በህየ፡ ሰብዐት፡ ክረምተ፡ ወስድስተ፡ አውራኀ፡ ሠላሳ፡ ወሠለስተ፡ ክረምተ፡ ነግሠ፡ በኢየሩሳሌም።

six were born to him in Hebron; and he reigned there seven years and six months. He reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem;

這六人都是大衛在希伯崙生的。大衛在希伯崙作王七年零六個月，在耶路撒冷作王三十三年。

3:5

ወእሉ፡ እለ፡ ተወልዱ፡ ሎቱ፡ በኢየሩሳሌም፡ ሳሚዓ፡ ወሶባብ፡ ወናታን፡ ወሰሎሞን፡ እለ፡ ተወልዱ፡ አርባዕቱ፡ እምቤ፡ ርሳቤህ፡ ወለተ፡ አሚሄል፡ ወልደ፡ ኤልያብ።

and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon, four, by Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel;

大衛在耶路撒冷所生的兒子是示米亞、朔罷、拿單、所羅門。這四人是亞米利的女兒拔‧書亞生的。

3:6

ወኢያቤሄር፡ ወኤልሳማ፡ ወኤልፋሌጥ።

and Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,

還有益轄、以利沙瑪、以利法列、

3:7

ወናጌል፡ ወናፊግ፡ ወያፍያ።

Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,

挪迦、尼斐、雅非亞、

3:8

ወኤልሳማ፡ ወኤልዳ፡ ወኤልፋጥ።

Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

以利沙瑪、以利雅大、以利法列，共九人。

3:9

እሉ፡ ተስዐቱ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ ደቂቀ፡ ዳዊት፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ደቂቀ፡ ዕቁባቲሁ፡ ወትእማር፡ እኀቶሙ፡ እሉ፡ ተወልዱ፡ ሎቱ፡ በኢየሩሳሌም።

All these were the sons of David, in addition to the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.

這都是大衛的兒子，還有他們的妹子她瑪，妃嬪的兒子不在其內。
