Stand fast therefore in these things and follow the example of the Lord, firm in faith and immovable, lovers of the brotherhood, loving one another, united in the truth, in the gentleness of the Lord deferring to one another, despising no one.
When you are able to do good, do not put it off, for almsgiving delivers from death. All of you be subject to one another, keeping your conduct blameless among the Gentiles, that from your good works both you may receive praise and the Lord may not be blasphemed among you.
