7:1
Ingressi sunt autem ad Raguelem , et suscepit eos Raguel cum gaudio .
They came to Ecbatana, and arrived at the house of Raguel. But Sarah met them; and she greeted them, and they her. Then she brought them into the house.
他們來到厄克巴塔納，到了辣古耳的家。撒辣出來迎接他們，向他們問安，他們也向她問安。隨後她領他們進到家裡。
7:2
Intuensque Tobiam Raguel , dixit Annæ uxori suæ : Quam similis est juvenis iste consobrino meo !
Raguel said to Edna his wife, “This young man really resembles Tobit my cousin!”
辣古耳對他的妻子厄得納說：「這少年人真像我的親戚託彼特啊！」
7:3
Et cum hæc dixisset , ait : Unde estis juvenes fratres nostri ? At illi dixerunt : Ex tribu Nephthali sumus , ex captivitate Ninive .
And Raguel asked them, “Where are you two from, kindred?” They said to him, “We are of the sons of Naphtali, who are captives in Nineveh.”
辣古耳問他們說：「弟兄，你們是從哪裡來的？」他們對他說：「我們是納斐塔裏的子孫，如今被擄在尼尼微。」
7:4
Dixitque illis Raguel : Nostis Tobiam fratrem meum ? Qui dixerunt : Novimus .
He said to them, “Do you know Tobit our brother?” They said, “We know him.” Then he said to them, “Is he in good health?”
他對他們說：「你們認識我們的弟兄託彼特嗎？」他們說：「我們認識他。」他又問他們說：「他平安嗎？」
7:5
Cumque multa bona loqueretur de eo , dixit angelus ad Raguelem : Tobias , de quo interrogas , pater istius est .
They said, “He is both alive, and in good health.” Tobias said, “He is my father.”
多俾亞對他們說：「他平安嗎？」他們說：「他既活著，也平安。」多俾亞說：「他是我的父親。」
7:6
Et misit se Raguel , et cum lacrimis osculatus est eum , et plorans supra collum ejus
And Raguel sprang up, and kissed him, wept,
辣古耳跳起來，親吻他，又哭泣，並祝福他，對他說：「孩子，願你蒙福，你是那善良美好之人的兒子。」他聽見託彼特失去了視力，就憂愁哭泣，伏在他弟兄之子多俾亞的頸項上痛哭。
7:7
dixit : Benedictio sit tibi , fili mi , quia boni et optimi viri filius es .
blessed him, and said to him, “You are the son of an honest and good man.” When he had heard that Tobit had lost his sight, he was grieved, and wept;
他的妻子厄得納和他的女兒撒辣也都哭了，並且熱誠地接待他們。
7:8
Et Anna uxor ejus , et Sara ipsorum filia , lacrimatæ sunt .
and Edna his wife and Sarah his daughter wept. They received them gladly; and they killed a ram of the flock, and served them meat. But Tobias said to Raphael, “Brother Azarias, speak of those things of which you talked about in the way, and let the matter be finished.”
他們宰了一隻公綿羊，又熱誠地款待他們。
7:9
Postquam autem locuti sunt , præcepit Raguel occidi arietem , et parari convivium . Cumque hortaretur eos discumbere ad prandium ,
So he communicated the thing to Raguel. Raguel said to Tobias, “Eat, drink, and make merry:
他們洗了澡、淨了身，坐下來用飯時，多俾亞對辣斐耳說：「阿匝黎雅弟兄，請你向辣古耳提親，叫他把我姊妹撒辣許配給我。」
7:10
Tobias dixit : Hic ego hodie non manducabo neque bibam , nisi prius petitionem meam confirmes , et promittas mihi dare Saram filiam tuam .
for it belongs to you to take my child. However I will tell you the truth.
辣古耳聽見了這話，便對那少年人說：「你今夜只管喫喝歡樂吧。因為除了你以外，弟兄啊，沒有人配娶我的女兒撒辣；同樣，除了你以外，我也無權把她許配給別人，因為你是我最近的親屬。孩子，現在我要把真情實況告訴你。
7:11
Quo audito verbo Raguel expavit , sciens quid evenerit illis septem viris qui ingressi sunt ad eam : et timere cœpit ne forte et hunc similiter contingeret . Et cum nutaret , et non daret petenti ullum responsum ,
I have given my child to seven men, and whenever they came in to her, they died in the night. But for the present be merry.” And Tobias said, “I will taste nothing here, until you all make a covenant and enter into that covenant with me.”
我曾把她許配給我們親族中的七個人，他們進到她那裏的那一夜都死了。但如今，孩子，你只管喫喝，主必在你們中間施行祂的作為。」多俾亞說：「在你們未立約並與我立定之前，我在這裏甚麼也不喫。」
7:12
dixit ei angelus : Noli timere dare eam isti , quoniam huic timenti Deum debetur conjux filia tua : propterea alius non potuit habere illam .
Raguel said, “Take her to yourself from now on according to custom. You are her relative, and she is yours. The merciful God will give all good success to you.”
多俾亞說：「在你未把該給我的事辦妥之前，我決不在這裏喫喝。」辣古耳便對他說：「我必照辦。她照梅瑟書上的判定許配給你，從天上也已判定要把她給你。你從今以後就領你的姊妹去吧。你是她的弟兄，她是你的姊妹；從今日直到永遠，她都歸於你。願天上的主使你們今夜順利，並向你們施行仁慈與平安。」
7:13
Tunc dixit Raguel : Non dubito quod Deus preces et lacrimas meas in conspectu suo admiserit .
And he called his daughter Sarah, and took her by the hand, and gave her to be wife of Tobias, and said, “Behold, take her to yourself after the law of Moses, and lead her away to your father.” And he blessed them.
辣古耳就叫他的女兒撒辣前來。她到了他跟前，他便拉著她的手，把她交給他，說：「你照法律，照梅瑟書上所記的判定娶她吧；你領她平安回到你父親那裏去。願天上的天主使你們順利平安。」
7:14
Et credo quoniam ideo fecit vos venire ad me , ut ista conjungeretur cognationi suæ secundum legem Moysi : et nunc noli dubium gerere quod tibi eam tradam .
He called Edna his wife, then took a book, wrote a contract, and sealed it.
他叫了她的母親來，吩咐拿一卷書來，他便寫了婚書，記明照梅瑟法律的判定把她許配給他為妻。從那時起，他們就開始喫喝。
7:15
Et apprehendens dexteram filiæ suæ , dexteræ Tobiæ tradidit , dicens : Deus Abraham , et Deus Isaac , et Deus Jacob vobiscum sit , et ipse conjungat vos , impleatque benedictionem suam in vobis .
Then they began to eat.
辣古耳叫了他的妻子厄得納來，對她說：「姊妹，請你預備另一間房，領她進去那裏。」
7:16
Et accepta carta , fecerunt conscriptionem conjugii .
And Raguel called his wife Edna, and said to her, “Sister, prepare the other chamber, and bring her in there.”
她便去照他所吩咐的鋪好那房間，把她領進去，為她哭泣，又擦乾眼淚，對她說：
7:17
Et post hæc epulati sunt , benedicentes Deum .
She did as he asked her, and brought her in there. She wept, and she received the tears of her daughter, and said to her,
「女兒，放心吧！願天上的主使你轉憂為喜。女兒，放心吧。」說完便出去了。
7:18
Vocavitque Raguel ad se Annam uxorem suam , et præcepit ei ut præpararet alterum cubiculum .
“Be comforted, my child. May the Lord of heaven and earth give you favor for this your sorrow. Be comforted, my daughter.”
辣古耳叫了他的妻子安納前來，吩咐她預備另一間臥房。
