9:1

Tunc vocavit Tobias angelum ad se, quem quidem hominem existimabat, dixitque ei : Azaria frater, peto ut auscultes verba mea.

And Tobias called Raphael, and said to him,

那時，多俾亞叫了辣斐耳來，對他說：

9:2

Si meipsum tradam tibi servum, non ero condignus providentiæ tuæ :

“Brother Azarias, take with you a servant and two camels, and go to Rages of Media to Gabael, and receive the money for me, and bring him to the wedding feast,

「阿匝黎雅弟兄，請你帶四個僕人和兩匹駱駝，往辣革斯去，到加貝羅那裏，把字據交給他，取回那銀子，再帶他一同來赴婚宴；

9:3

tamen obsecro te ut assumas tibi animalia sive servitia, et vadas ad Gabelum in Rages civitatem Medorum, reddasque ei chirographum suum, et recipias ab eo pecuniam, et roges eum venire ad nuptias meas.

because Raguel has sworn that I must not depart.

因為辣古耳已起誓不許我離開。

9:4

Scis enim ipse quoniam numerat pater meus dies, et si tardavero una die plus, contristatur anima ejus.

My father counts the days; and if I wait long, he will be sorely grieved.

你知道，我父親必天天數算日子；我若遲延一日，必使他十分憂傷。你也看見辣古耳怎樣起了誓，我不能違揹他的誓言。」

9:5

Et certe vides quomodo adjuravit me Raguel, cujus adjuramentum spernere non possum.

So Raphael went on his way, and lodged with Gabael, and gave him the handwriting; so he brought forth the bags with their seals, and gave them to him.

辣斐耳便與四個僕人和兩匹駱駝，往瑪待的辣革斯去，在加貝羅那裏住宿。他把字據交給他，又把託彼特的兒子多俾亞已娶妻、並請他來赴婚宴的事告訴了他。加貝羅就起來，把那些封了印的錢袋點交給他，他們便一同收拾妥當。

9:6

Tunc Raphaël assumens quatuor ex servis Raguelis, et duos camelos, in Rages civitatem Medorum perrexit : et inveniens Gabelum, reddidit ei chirographum suum, et recepit ab eo omnem pecuniam.

Then they rose up early in the morning together, and came to the wedding feast. Tobias blessed his wife.

清早他們一同起來，前往赴婚宴，進到辣古耳家裏，見到多俾亞正坐席。他跳起來，向他請安，哭泣，並祝福他，對他說：「善良美好的人，善良正直、好施仁慈之人的兒子！願主賜天上的福於你，並賜給你的妻子、你的父親和你妻子的母親。願天主受讚美，因為我見到了與我姪兒託彼特相似的人。」
