8:1
ወእነግረክሙ አኀዊነ ጸጋ እግዚአብሔር ዘተውህበ ለቤተ ክርስቲያን ዘመቄዶንያ።
弟兄們，我把上帝賜給馬其頓眾教會的恩告訴你們，
Moreover, brothers, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the assemblies of Macedonia,
8:2
እስመ እምብዝኀ መከራ ሕማሞሙ ፈድፈደ ፍሥሓሆሙ ወምስለ ዕመቀ ንዴቶሙ ፈድፈደት ፍሥሓ ብዕሎሙ።
就是他們在患難中受大試煉的時候，仍有滿足的快樂，在極窮之間還格外顯出他們樂捐的厚恩。
how in a severe ordeal of affliction, the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded to the riches of their generosity.
8:3
እስመ ለልየ ሰማዕቶሙ ከመ በአምጣነ ኀይሎሙ ወዘእንበለ ኀይሎሙሂ ጥቡዓን እሙንቱ ለሊሆሙ።
我可以證明，他們是按着力量，而且也過了力量，自己甘心樂意地捐助，
For according to their power, I testify, yes and beyond their power, they gave of their own accord,
8:4
ወብዙኀ አስተብቍዑነ በእንተ ሱታፌ መልእክተ ቅዱሳን።
再三地求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的恩情上有分；
begging us with much entreaty to receive this grace and the fellowship in the service to the saints.
8:5
ወአኮሂ በከመ ተሐዘብነ እስመ ለሊሆሙ አቅደሙ በፈቃዶሙ ወመጠዉ ነፍሶሙ ለእግዚአብሔር ለነኒ በከመ ፈቀደ እግዚአብሔር።
並且他們所做的，不但照我們所想望的，更照上帝的旨意先把自己獻給主，又歸附了我們。
This was not as we had expected, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God.
8:6
ወአስተፍሥሓነ ቲቶ ወአስተብቋዕናሁ ከመ ይፈጽም ለክሙ ጸጋሁ በከመ ወጠነ።
因此我勸提多，既然在你們中間開辦這慈惠的事，就當辦成了。
So we urged Titus, that as he had made a beginning before, so he would also complete in you this grace.
8:7
እስመ ፈድፈድክሙ በኵሉ በሃይማኖት ወበቃል ወበጥበብ ወበጽሒቅ በኵሉ ዘኮነ በኀቤክሙ ወአፍቅሮተክሙ ኪያነ ከማሁ አፈድፍዱ ካዕበ ውስተ ዛቲ ጸጋ።
你們既然在信心、口才、知識、熱心，和待我們的愛心上，都格外顯出滿足來，就當在這慈惠的事上也格外顯出滿足來。
But as you abound in everything—in faith, utterance, knowledge, all earnestness, and in your love to us—see that you also abound in this grace.
8:8
ወአኮ በግብር ዘእብለክሙ ዳእሙ እስመ ቦ እለ ይጽሕቅዎ ለዝንቱ እምኔክሙ ወናሁ አእመርኩ ጽንዐ ሃይማኖትክሙ ወአፍቅሮትክሙ።
我說這話，不是吩咐你們，乃是藉着別人的熱心試驗你們愛心的實在。
I speak not by way of commandment, but as proving through the earnestness of others the sincerity also of your love.
8:9
ተአምሩ ጸጋሁ ለእግዚእነ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ በእንቲኣክሙ አንደየ ርእሶ እንዘ ባዕል ውእቱ ከመ አንትሙ ትብዐሉ በንዴተ ዚኣሁ።
你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩典：他本來富足，卻為你們成了貧窮，叫你們因他的貧窮，可以成為富足。
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might become rich.
8:10
ወበዝንቱ አምከርኩክሙ ዘይበቍዐክሙ እስመ ፈቀድክሙ ወአቅደምክሙ ትመጥዉ ነፍሰክሙ እምቀዳሚ ዓም።
我在這事上把我的意見告訴你們，是與你們有益；因為你們下手辦這事，而且起此心意，已經有一年了，
I give advice in this: it is expedient for you who were the first to start a year ago, not only to do, but also to be willing.
8:11
ወይእዜሰ ግበሩሂ ወፈጽሙሂ እስመ ፈቂድሂ እምፈቲው ወገቢርሂ እምረኪብ።
如今就當辦成這事。既有願做的心，也當照你們所有的去辦成。
But now complete the doing also, that as there was the readiness to be willing, so there may be the completion also out of your ability.
8:12
ወእምከመሰ ፈቂድ ሀሎ ይትመዘገን በዘይትከሀሎ ወአኮ በአምጣነ ዘኢይትከሀሎ።
因為人若有願做的心，必蒙悅納，乃是照他所有的，並不是照他所無的。
For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what you have, not according to what you don’t have.
8:13
ወዘአኮ ከመ ባዕድ ያዕርፍ ኪያክሙ ናጠውቅ ዳእሙ ተሀልዉ ዕሩየ በዝ መዋዕል።
我原不是要別人輕省，你們受累，
For this is not that others may be eased and you distressed,
8:14
እስመ ተረፈ ዚኣክሙ ውስተ ንትጋ እልክቱ ይከውን ወተረፈ ዚኣሆሙ ውስተ ንትጋ ዚኣክሙ ይከውን ከመ ይኩን ሀልዎትክሙ ዕሩየ በኵሉ።
乃要均平，就是要你們的富餘，現在可以補他們的不足，使他們的富餘，將來也可以補你們的不足，這就均平了。
but for equality. Your abundance at this present time supplies their lack, that their abundance also may become a supply for your lack, that there may be equality.
8:15
እስመ ከመዝ ይቤ መጽሐፍ «ዘቦ ብዙኅ ኢያትረፈ ወዘቦ ውኁድ ኢያሕጸጸ።»
如經上所記： 多收的也沒有餘； 少收的也沒有缺。
As it is written, “He who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack.”
8:16
እኩት እግዚአብሔር ዘወሀበነ ለነሂ ንጽሐቅ በእንቲኣክሙ በከመ ይቤ ቲቶ።
多謝上帝，感動提多的心，叫他待你們殷勤，像我一樣。
But thanks be to God, who puts the same earnest care for you into the heart of Titus.
8:17
እስመ የአኵተክሙ ወተወክፈ ለክሙ ስላጤክሙ ወአስተፋጠነ ይምጻእ ኀቤክሙ ጥቡዐ።
他固然是聽了我的勸，但自己更是熱心，情願往你們那裏去。
For he indeed accepted our exhortation, but being himself very earnest, he went out to you of his own accord.
8:18
ወፈኖነ ምስሌሁ እኁነ ዘንእድዎ ኵሉ አብያተ ክርስቲያናት በእንተ ትምህርቱ።
我們還打發一位兄弟和他同去，這人在福音上得了眾教會的稱讚。
We have sent together with him the brother whose praise in the Good News is known throughout all the assemblies.
8:19
ዓዲ ሥዩም ውእቱ ለቤተ ክርስቲያን ወኅቡር ምስሌነ በዛቲ ጸጋ እንተ ተልእክነ ለስብሐተ እግዚአብሔር ከመ ንትፈሣሕ።
不但這樣，他也被眾教會挑選，和我們同行，把所託與我們的這捐資送到了，可以榮耀主，又表明我們樂意的心。
Not only so, but he was also appointed by the assemblies to travel with us in this grace, which is served by us to the glory of the Lord himself, and to show our readiness.
8:20
ወተዐቀብዎ ለዝንቱ ከመ ኢታንውርዋ ለመልእክትክሙ።
這就免得有人因我們收的捐銀很多，就挑我們的不是。
We are avoiding this, that any man should blame us concerning this abundance which is administered by us.
8:21
ወሠናየ ኀልዩ ለቅድመ እግዚአብሔር ወለቅድመ ሰብእ።
我們留心行光明的事，不但在主面前，就在人面前也是這樣。
Having regard for honorable things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.
8:22
ወናሁ ፈነውነ ምስሌሆሙ ዓዲ እኁነ ዘአመከርናሁ በብዙኅ ወረከብናሁ ከመ ጸሓቂ ውእቱ በኵሉ ወይእዜኒ ፈድፋደ ያስተፋጥን ይምጻእ ኀቤክሙ ወይጽሕቅ በእንቲኣክሙ እስመ ብዙኀ ያፈቅረክሙ።
我們又打發一位兄弟同去；這人的熱心，我們在許多事上屢次試驗過。現在他因為深信你們，就更加熱心了。
We have sent with them our brother whom we have many times proved earnest in many things, but now much more earnest, by reason of the great confidence which he has in you.
8:23
ወእመኒ ቲቶ ሱታፌ ዘነኀብር ምስሌሁ ግብረ ወበእንተሂ አኀዊነ ሐዋርያት ዘቤተ ክርስቲያን ለስብሐተ እግዚአብሔር።
論到提多，他是我的同伴，一同為你們勞碌的。論到那兩位兄弟，他們是眾教會的使者，是基督的榮耀。
As for Titus, he is my partner and fellow worker for you. As for our brothers, they are the apostles of the assemblies, the glory of Christ.
8:24
ይእዜሰ አርእዩ ሎሙ ክሡተ ተፋቅሮተክሙ ዝንቱ ውእቱ ዘቦቱ ንትሜካሕ ብክሙ ንሕነ ወይእዜኒ አርእዩ ቦሙ በቅድመ ቤተ ክርስቲያን።
所以，你們務要在眾教會面前顯明你們愛心的憑據，並我所誇獎你們的憑據。
Therefore show the proof of your love to them before the assemblies, and of our boasting on your behalf.
