חַֽסְדֵ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ כִּ֣י לֹא־תָ֔מְנוּ כִּ֥י לֹא־כָל֖וּ רַחֲמָֽיו׃ {ס}
It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail.
我們不致消滅， 是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛； 是因他的憐憫不致斷絕。
וְרַחֲמִ֗ין לְמִבְעֵא֙ מִן־קֳדָם֙ אֱלָ֣הּ שְׁמַיָּ֔א עַל־רָזָ֖א דְּנָ֑ה דִּ֣י לָ֤א יְהֽוֹבְדוּן֙ דָּנִיֵּ֣אל וְחַבְר֔וֹהִי עִם־שְׁאָ֖ר חַכִּימֵ֥י בָבֶֽל׃
that they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret, that Daniel and his companions would not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
要他們祈求天上的上帝施憐憫，將這奧祕的事指明，免得但以理和他的同伴與巴比倫其餘的哲士一同滅亡。
לָהֵ֣ן מַלְכָּ֗א מִלְכִּי֙ יִשְׁפַּ֣ר (עליך) [עֲלָ֔ךְ] (וחטיך) [וַחֲטָאָךְ֙] בְּצִדְקָ֣ה פְרֻ֔ק וַעֲוָיָתָ֖ךְ בְּמִחַ֣ן עֲנָ֑יִן הֵ֛ן תֶּהֱוֵ֥ה אַרְכָ֖ה לִשְׁלֵוְתָֽךְ׃
Therefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable to you, and break off your sins by righteousness, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor. Perhaps there may be a lengthening of your tranquility.”
王啊，求你悅納我的諫言，以施行公義斷絕罪過，以憐憫窮人除掉罪孽，或者你的平安可以延長。」
לַֽאדֹנָ֣י אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ הָרַחֲמִ֖ים וְהַסְּלִח֑וֹת כִּ֥י מָרַ֖דְנוּ בּֽוֹ׃
To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against him.
主－我們的上帝是憐憫饒恕人的，我們卻違背了他，
הַטֵּ֨ה אֱלֹהַ֥י׀אׇזְנְךָ֮ וּֽשְׁמָע֒ (פקחה) [פְּקַ֣ח] עֵינֶ֗יךָ וּרְאֵה֙ שֹֽׁמְמֹתֵ֔ינוּ וְהָעִ֕יר אֲשֶׁר־נִקְרָ֥א שִׁמְךָ֖ עָלֶ֑יהָ כִּ֣י׀ לֹ֣א עַל־צִדְקֹתֵ֗ינוּ אֲנַ֨חְנוּ מַפִּילִ֤ים תַּחֲנוּנֵ֙ינוּ֙ לְפָנֶ֔יךָ כִּ֖י עַל־רַחֲמֶ֥יךָ הָרַבִּֽים׃
My God, turn your ear and hear. Open your eyes and see our desolations, and the city which is called by your name; for we do not present our petitions before you for our righteousness, but for your great mercies’ sake.
我的上帝啊，求你側耳而聽，睜眼而看，眷顧我們荒涼之地和稱為你名下的城。我們在你面前懇求，原不是因自己的義，乃因你的大憐憫。
וְקִרְע֤וּ לְבַבְכֶם֙ וְאַל־בִּגְדֵיכֶ֔ם וְשׁ֖וּבוּ אֶל־יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם כִּֽי־חַנּ֤וּן וְרַחוּם֙ ה֔וּא אֶ֤רֶךְ אַפַּ֙יִם֙ וְרַב־חֶ֔סֶד וְנִחָ֖ם עַל־הָרָעָֽה׃
Tear your heart and not your garments, and turn to Yahweh, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.
你們要撕裂心腸， 不撕裂衣服。 歸向耶和華－你們的上帝； 因為他有恩典，有憐憫， 不輕易發怒， 有豐盛的慈愛， 並且後悔不降所說的災。
מְשַׁמְּרִ֖ים הַבְלֵי־שָׁ֑וְא חַסְדָּ֖ם יַעֲזֹֽבוּ׃
Those who regard vain idols forsake their own mercy.
那信奉虛無之神的人， 離棄憐愛他們的主；
וַיִּתְפַּלֵּ֨ל אֶל־יְהֹוָ֜ה וַיֹּאמַ֗ר אָנָּ֤ה יְהֹוָה֙ הֲלוֹא־זֶ֣ה דְבָרִ֗י עַד־הֱיוֹתִי֙ עַל־אַדְמָתִ֔י עַל־כֵּ֥ן קִדַּ֖מְתִּי לִבְרֹ֣חַ תַּרְשִׁ֑ישָׁה כִּ֣י יָדַ֗עְתִּי כִּ֤י אַתָּה֙ אֵֽל־חַנּ֣וּן וְרַח֔וּם אֶ֤רֶךְ אַפַּ֙יִם֙ וְרַב־חֶ֔סֶד וְנִחָ֖ם עַל־הָרָעָֽה׃
He prayed to Yahweh, and said, “Please, Yahweh, wasn’t this what I said when I was still in my own country? Therefore I hurried to flee to Tarshish, for I knew that you are a gracious God and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and you relent of doing harm.
就禱告耶和華說：「耶和華啊，我在本國的時候豈不是這樣說嗎？我知道你是有恩典、有憐憫的上帝，不輕易發怒，有豐盛的慈愛，並且後悔不降所說的災，所以我急速逃往他施去。
הִגִּ֥יד לְךָ֛ אָדָ֖ם מַה־טּ֑וֹב וּמָֽה־יְהֹוָ֞ה דּוֹרֵ֣שׁ מִמְּךָ֗ כִּ֣י אִם־עֲשׂ֤וֹת מִשְׁפָּט֙ וְאַ֣הֲבַת חֶ֔סֶד וְהַצְנֵ֥עַ לֶ֖כֶת עִם־אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ {ס}
He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
世人哪，耶和華已指示你何為善。 他向你所要的是甚麼呢？ 只要你行公義，好憐憫， 存謙卑的心，與你的上帝同行。
תִּתֵּ֤ן אֱמֶת֙ לְיַֽעֲקֹ֔ב חֶ֖סֶד לְאַבְרָהָ֑ם אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתָּ לַאֲבֹתֵ֖ינוּ מִ֥ימֵי קֶֽדֶם׃
You will give truth to Jacob, and mercy to Abraham, as you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.
你必按古時起誓應許我們列祖的話， 向雅各發誠實， 向亞伯拉罕施慈愛。
הַ֥עַל כֵּ֖ן יָרִ֣יק חֶרְמ֑וֹ וְתָמִ֛יד לַהֲרֹ֥ג גּוֹיִ֖ם לֹ֥א יַחְמֽוֹל׃ {ס}
Will he therefore continually empty his net, and kill the nations without mercy?
他豈可屢次倒空網羅， 將列國的人時常殺戮，毫不顧惜呢？
יְהֹוָ֗ה שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי שִׁמְעֲךָ֮ יָרֵ֒אתִי֒ יְהֹוָ֗ה פׇּֽעׇלְךָ֙ בְּקֶ֤רֶב שָׁנִים֙ חַיֵּ֔יהוּ בְּקֶ֥רֶב שָׁנִ֖ים תּוֹדִ֑יעַ בְּרֹ֖גֶז רַחֵ֥ם תִּזְכּֽוֹר׃
Yahweh, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, Yahweh. Renew your work in the middle of the years. In the middle of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy.
耶和華啊，我聽見你的名聲 就懼怕。 耶和華啊，求你在這些年間復興你的作為， 在這些年間顯明出來； 在發怒的時候以憐憫為念。
וַיַּ֣עַן מַלְאַךְ־יְהֹוָה֮ וַיֹּאמַר֒ יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת עַד־מָתַ֗י אַתָּה֙ לֹֽא־תְרַחֵ֣ם אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֔͏ִם וְאֵ֖ת עָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר זָעַ֔מְתָּה זֶ֖ה שִׁבְעִ֥ים שָׁנָֽה׃
Then Yahweh’s angel replied, “O Yahweh of Armies, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which you have had indignation these seventy years?”
於是，耶和華的使者說：「萬軍之耶和華啊，你惱恨耶路撒冷和猶大的城邑已經七十年，你不施憐憫要到幾時呢？」
לָכֵ֞ן כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֗ה שַׁ֤בְתִּי לִירוּשָׁלַ֙͏ִם֙ בְּֽרַחֲמִ֔ים בֵּיתִי֙ יִבָּ֣נֶה בָּ֔הּ נְאֻ֖ם יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת (וקוה) [וְקָ֥ו] יִנָּטֶ֖ה עַל־יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
Therefore Yahweh says: “I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy. My house shall be built in it,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and a line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.”’
所以耶和華如此說：現今我回到耶路撒冷，仍施憐憫，我的殿必重建在其中，準繩必拉在耶路撒冷之上。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
וְגִבַּרְתִּ֣י׀ אֶת־בֵּ֣ית יְהוּדָ֗ה וְאֶת־בֵּ֤ית יוֹסֵף֙ אוֹשִׁ֔יעַ וְהֽוֹשְׁבוֹתִים֙ כִּ֣י רִֽחַמְתִּ֔ים וְהָי֖וּ כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־זְנַחְתִּ֑ים כִּ֗י אֲנִ֛י יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם וְאֶעֱנֵֽם׃
“I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back, for I have mercy on them. They will be as though I had not cast them off, for I am Yahweh their God, and I will hear them.
我要堅固猶大家，拯救約瑟家， 要領他們歸回。 我要憐恤他們； 他們必像未曾棄絕的一樣， 都因我是耶和華－他們的上帝， 我必應允他們的禱告。
ἐπειδὴ εὗρεν ὁ παῖς σου ἔλεος ἐναντίον σου καὶ ἐμεγάλυνας τὴν δικαιοσύνην σου ὃ ποιεῖς ἐπ’ ἐμέ τοῦ ζῆν τὴν ψυχήν μου ἐγὼ δὲ οὐ δυνήσομαι διασωθῆναι εἰς τὸ ὄρος μὴ καταλάβῃ με τὰ κακὰ καὶ ἀποθάνω
Since your servant has found mercy before you, and you have magnified your righteousness which you show toward me in keeping my soul alive; but I shall not be able to escape to the mountain, lest the evils overtake me and I die.
你僕人既在你面前蒙了憐憫，你又向我大施公義，救活我的性命；我卻不能逃到山上去，恐怕這災禍追上我，我就死了。
καὶ εἶπεν κύριε ὁ θεὸς τοῦ κυρίου μου Αβρααμ εὐόδωσον ἐναντίον ἐμοῦ σήμερον καὶ ποίησον ἔλεος μετὰ τοῦ κυρίου μου Αβρααμ
And he said, O Lord, God of my master Abraham, grant me success before me today, and show mercy to my master Abraham.
他說：主我主人亞伯拉罕的神啊，求你今日在我面前使事順利，向我主人亞伯拉罕施憐憫。
καὶ ἔσται ἡ παρθένος ᾗ ἂν ἐγὼ εἴπω ἐπίκλινον τὴν ὑδρίαν σου ἵνα πίω καὶ εἴπῃ μοι πίε καὶ τὰς καμήλους σου ποτιῶ ἕως ἂν παύσωνται πίνουσαι ταύτην ἡτοίμασας τῷ παιδί σου Ισαακ καὶ ἐν τούτῳ γνώσομαι ὅτι ἐποίησας ἔλεος τῷ κυρίῳ μου Αβρααμ
And let it be that the virgin to whom I say, Tip down your water jar that I may drink, and she says to me, Drink, and I will water your camels also until they have finished drinking—let her be the one you have prepared for your servant Isaac; and by this I shall know that you have shown mercy to my master Abraham.
我向哪一個童女說：請你放下你的水瓶，讓我喝；她若對我說：你喝吧，我也要給你的駱駝喝，直到牠們喝足了——願那女子就是你為你僕人以撒所預備的。藉此我就知道你向我主人亞伯拉罕施了憐憫。
καὶ εἴπῃ μοι καὶ σὺ πίε καὶ ταῖς καμήλοις σου ὑδρεύσομαι αὕτη ἡ γυνή ἣν ἡτοίμασεν κύριος τῷ ἑαυτοῦ θεράποντι Ισαακ καὶ ἐν τούτῳ γνώσομαι ὅτι πεποίηκας ἔλεος τῷ κυρίῳ μου Αβρααμ
and she says to me, You drink, and I will draw water for your camels also—let her be the woman whom the Lord has prepared for his own attendant Isaac; and by this I shall know that you have shown mercy to my master Abraham.
她若對我說：你只管喝，我也要為你的駱駝打水——願那女子就是主為他自己的僕人以撒所預備的妻子。藉此我就知道你向我主人亞伯拉罕施了憐憫。
εἰ οὖν ποιεῖτε ὑμεῖς ἔλεος καὶ δικαιοσύνην πρὸς τὸν κύριόν μου ἀπαγγείλατέ μοι εἰ δὲ μή ἀπαγγείλατέ μοι ἵνα ἐπιστρέψω εἰς δεξιὰν ἢ εἰς ἀριστεράν
Now then, if you will deal mercifully and justly with my master, tell me; and if not, tell me, so that I may turn to the right or to the left.
現在你們若願以憐憫和公義待我主人，就告訴我；若不然，也告訴我，使我可以或向右、或向左。
καὶ ἀναβλέψας εἶδεν τὰς γυναῖκας καὶ τὰ παιδία καὶ εἶπεν τί ταῦτά σοί ἐστιν ὁ δὲ εἶπεν τὰ παιδία οἷς ἠλέησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν παῖδά σου
And lifting up his eyes he saw the women and the children, and said: What are these to you? And he said: The children with which God has been merciful to your servant.
以掃舉目看見婦人和孩子，就說：這些人是你的甚麼人呢？雅各說：這些是神施恩給你僕人的孩子。
λαβὲ τὰς εὐλογίας μου ἃς ἤνεγκά σοι ὅτι ἠλέησέν με ὁ θεὸς καὶ ἔστιν μοι πάντα καὶ ἐβιάσατο αὐτόν καὶ ἔλαβεν
Take my blessings which I have brought to you, because God has been merciful to me, and I have everything. And he pressed him, and he took them.
求你收下我帶來給你的福分，因為神施恩給我，我的一切也都夠了。雅各再三地求他，他才收下了。
καὶ ἦν κύριος μετὰ Ιωσηφ καὶ κατέχεεν αὐτοῦ ἔλεος καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ χάριν ἐναντίον τοῦ ἀρχιδεσμοφύλακος
And the Lord was with Joseph, and poured out mercy upon him, and gave him favour before the chief jailer.
但主與約瑟同在，向他傾注憐憫，使他在監獄長面前蒙恩。
ἀλλὰ μνήσθητί μου διὰ σεαυτοῦ ὅταν εὖ σοι γένηται καὶ ποιήσεις ἐν ἐμοὶ ἔλεος καὶ μνησθήσῃ περὶ ἐμοῦ Φαραω καὶ ἐξάξεις με ἐκ τοῦ ὀχυρώματος τούτου
But remember me by yourself when it goes well with you, and you shall show mercy to me, and shall make mention of me to Pharao, and shall bring me out of this fortress.
但你得好處的時候，求你自己記念我，施恩慈與我，在法老面前提說我，把我從這堡壘裡帶出去。
εἶπεν δὲ αὐτοῖς ἵλεως ὑμῖν μὴ φοβεῖσθε ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν καὶ ὁ θεὸς τῶν πατέρων ὑμῶν ἔδωκεν ὑμῖν θησαυροὺς ἐν τοῖς μαρσίπποις ὑμῶν τὸ δὲ ἀργύριον ὑμῶν εὐδοκιμοῦν ἀπέχω καὶ ἐξήγαγεν πρὸς αὐτοὺς τὸν Συμεων
And he said to them, Mercy be to you; do not fear. Your God and the God of your fathers gave you treasures in your bags; and your silver, being of good standard, I have received in full. And he brought Symeon out to them.
那人對他們說：願你們平安，不要害怕。是你們的神，你們列祖的神，把財寶放在你們的口袋裡賜給你們；你們的銀子分量足夠，我已經收了。他就把西緬帶出來見他們。
ἀναβλέψας δὲ τοῖς ὀφθαλμοῖς Ιωσηφ εἶδεν Βενιαμιν τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ τὸν ὁμομήτριον καὶ εἶπεν οὗτος ὁ ἀδελφὸς ὑμῶν ὁ νεώτερος ὃν εἴπατε πρός με ἀγαγεῖν καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεὸς ἐλεήσαι σε τέκνον
And Joseph lifted up his eyes and saw Benjamin his brother by the same mother, and said, Is this your youngest brother, of whom you spoke to me about bringing? And he said, May God be merciful to you, child.
約瑟舉目看見他同母的兄弟便雅憫，就說：這就是你們向我提過要帶來的那個最小的弟弟麼？他又說：孩子啊，願神憐憫你。
ἤγγισαν δὲ αἱ ἡμέραι Ισραηλ τοῦ ἀποθανεῖν καὶ ἐκάλεσεν τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ Ιωσηφ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ εἰ εὕρηκα χάριν ἐναντίον σου ὑπόθες τὴν χεῖρά σου ὑπὸ τὸν μηρόν μου καὶ ποιήσεις ἐπ’ ἐμὲ ἐλεημοσύνην καὶ ἀλήθειαν τοῦ μή με θάψαι ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ
And the days of Israel drew near for him to die, and he called his son Joseph and said to him, If I have found favor before you, put your hand under my thigh, and do mercy and truth to me, not to bury me in Egypt;
以色列的死期臨近了，他就叫了他兒子約瑟來，對他說：我若在你眼前蒙恩，請你把手放在我大腿底下，以憐憫和誠實待我，不要把我葬在埃及。
καὶ ποιῶν ἔλεος εἰς χιλιάδας τοῖς ἀγαπῶσίν με καὶ τοῖς φυλάσσουσιν τὰ προστάγματά μου
and showing mercy to thousands, to those who love me and who keep my ordinances.
又向愛我、遵守我命令的人施慈愛，及於千千萬萬。
ἔστιν γὰρ τοῦτο περιβόλαιον αὐτοῦ μόνον τοῦτο τὸ ἱμάτιον ἀσχημοσύνης αὐτοῦ ἐν τίνι κοιμηθήσεται ἐὰν οὖν καταβοήσῃ πρός με εἰσακούσομαι αὐτοῦ ἐλεήμων γάρ εἰμι
for this is his only covering; this garment is for his nakedness. In what shall he sleep? So if he calls out to me, I will hear him, for I am merciful.
因為這是他唯一的遮蓋，這件衣服是他遮身之物。他還能穿甚麼睡覺呢？他若向我呼求，我必應允他，因為我是有憐憫的。
καὶ ποιήσεις ἱλαστήριον ἐπίθεμα χρυσίου καθαροῦ δύο πήχεων καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ μῆκος καὶ πήχεος καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ πλάτος
And you shall make a mercy seat, a cover of pure gold, two and a half cubits in length and a cubit and a half in width.
你要用純金做一個施恩座，就是櫃的蓋，長二肘半，寬一肘半。
καὶ ποιήσεις δύο χερουβιμ χρυσᾶ τορευτὰ καὶ ἐπιθήσεις αὐτὰ ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων τῶν κλιτῶν τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου
And you shall make two cherubim of gold, of hammered work, and you shall set them on both sides of the mercy seat.
你要用金子錘出兩個基路伯來，安在施恩座的兩邊。
ποιηθήσονται χερουβ εἷς ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους τούτου καὶ χερουβ εἷς ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους τοῦ δευτέρου τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου καὶ ποιήσεις τοὺς δύο χερουβιμ ἐπὶ τὰ δύο κλίτη
One cherub shall be made on this side, and one cherub on the second side of the mercy seat; and you shall make the two cherubim upon the two sides.
一個基路伯要造在這一邊，一個基路伯要造在施恩座的第二邊；你要把這兩個基路伯造在兩邊上。
ἔσονται οἱ χερουβιμ ἐκτείνοντες τὰς πτέρυγας ἐπάνωθεν συσκιάζοντες ταῖς πτέρυξιν αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου καὶ τὰ πρόσωπα αὐτῶν εἰς ἄλληλα εἰς τὸ ἱλαστήριον ἔσονται τὰ πρόσωπα τῶν χερουβιμ
The cherubim shall be spreading out their wings above, overshadowing with their wings upon the mercy seat; and their faces toward one another—toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim be.
基路伯要向上張開翅膀，用翅膀遮掩施恩座；他們的臉要彼此相對，基路伯的臉要朝向施恩座。
καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τὸ ἱλαστήριον ἐπὶ τὴν κιβωτὸν ἄνωθεν καὶ εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν ἐμβαλεῖς τὰ μαρτύρια ἃ ἂν δῶ σοι
And you shall place the mercy seat upon the ark, above; and into the ark you shall put the testimonies which I shall give you.
你要把施恩座安在櫃的上面，又要把我所賜給你的諸見證放在櫃裡。
καὶ γνωσθήσομαί σοι ἐκεῖθεν καὶ λαλήσω σοι ἄνωθεν τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν δύο χερουβιμ τῶν ὄντων ἐπὶ τῆς κιβωτοῦ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἂν ἐντείλωμαί σοι πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ
And I will make myself known to you from there, and I will speak to you from above the mercy seat, between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of witness, and according to all that I command you for the sons of Israel.
我要從那裡使你認識我，並要從施恩座以上、見證櫃上兩個基路伯的中間，把我一切吩咐你傳給以色列子孫的話對你說。
μήποτε εἴπωσιν οἱ Αἰγύπτιοι λέγοντες μετὰ πονηρίας ἐξήγαγεν αὐτοὺς ἀποκτεῖναι ἐν τοῖς ὄρεσιν καὶ ἐξαναλῶσαι αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς παῦσαι τῆς ὀργῆς τοῦ θυμοῦ σου καὶ ἵλεως γενοῦ ἐπὶ τῇ κακίᾳ τοῦ λαοῦ σου
Lest the Egyptians speak, saying: With evil intent he brought them out, to kill them in the mountains and to consume them utterly from the earth. Cease from the anger of your wrath, and be merciful concerning the evil of your people.
免得埃及人議論說：他是懷著惡意把他們領出來的，要在山中殺他們，把他們從地上滅盡。求你止住你忿恨的怒氣，對你百姓的惡施憐憫。
καὶ εἶπεν ἐγὼ παρελεύσομαι πρότερός σου τῇ δόξῃ μου καὶ καλέσω ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου κύριος ἐναντίον σου καὶ ἐλεήσω ὃν ἂν ἐλεῶ καὶ οἰκτιρήσω ὃν ἂν οἰκτίρω
And he said: I will pass by before you in my glory, and I will call by my name, Lord, before you; and I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will show compassion on whom I show compassion.
主說：我要帶著我的榮耀在你前面經過，並要在你面前宣告我的名『主』；我要憐憫誰就憐憫誰，要恩待誰就恩待誰。
καὶ παρῆλθεν κύριος πρὸ προσώπου αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐκάλεσεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς οἰκτίρμων καὶ ἐλεήμων μακρόθυμος καὶ πολυέλεος καὶ ἀληθινὸς
And the Lord passed by before his face and called out: The Lord God, compassionate and merciful, long-suffering and abounding in mercy and true,
主從他面前經過，宣告說：主神是有憐恤、有慈悲、恆久忍耐、滿有憐憫、又真實的，
καὶ δικαιοσύνην διατηρῶν καὶ ποιῶν ἔλεος εἰς χιλιάδας ἀφαιρῶν ἀνομίας καὶ ἀδικίας καὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ οὐ καθαριεῖ τὸν ἔνοχον ἐπάγων ἀνομίας πατέρων ἐπὶ τέκνα καὶ ἐπὶ τέκνα τέκνων ἐπὶ τρίτην καὶ τετάρτην γενεάν
and preserving righteousness and doing mercy to thousands, taking away lawless deeds and injustices and sins; and he will by no means acquit the guilty, bringing the lawless deeds of fathers upon children and upon children's children, to the third and fourth generation.
他持守公義，向千萬人施憐憫，除去不法、不義和罪惡；卻絕不以有罪的為無罪，必將父親的不法追討到兒女，以及兒女的兒女，直到第三、第四代。
καὶ τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ τοὺς ἀναφορεῖς αὐτῆς καὶ τὸ ἱλαστήριον αὐτῆς καὶ τὸ καταπέτασμα καὶ τὰ ἱστία τῆς αὐλῆς καὶ τοὺς στύλους αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς λίθους τῆς σμαράγδου καὶ τὸ θυμίαμα καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ χρίσματος
and the ark of the testimony and its carrying-poles and its mercy-seat and the veil, and the hangings of the court and its pillars, and the emerald stones, and the incense and the anointing oil,
並見證的櫃、抬櫃的槓、櫃的施恩座和幔子，院子的帷子和院子的柱子，綠寶石，香料和膏油，
καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λάλησον πρὸς Ααρων τὸν ἀδελφόν σου καὶ μὴ εἰσπορευέσθω πᾶσαν ὥραν εἰς τὸ ἅγιον ἐσώτερον τοῦ καταπετάσματος εἰς πρόσωπον τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου ὅ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τῆς κιβωτοῦ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανεῖται ἐν γὰρ νεφέλῃ ὀφθήσομαι ἐπὶ τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου
And the Lord said to Moses: Speak to Aaron your brother, and let him not come at just any time into the holy place inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark of the witness, so that he may not die; for I will appear in a cloud upon the mercy seat.
主對摩西說：你要告訴你哥哥亞倫，不可隨時進入幔子內的聖所，到見證之櫃上施恩座的前面，免得他死亡；因為我要在雲中顯現於施恩座之上。
καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὸ θυμίαμα ἐπὶ τὸ πῦρ ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ καλύψει ἡ ἀτμὶς τοῦ θυμιάματος τὸ ἱλαστήριον τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν μαρτυρίων καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανεῖται
And he shall put the incense on the fire before the Lord, and the vapor of the incense shall cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimonies, so that he may not die.
他要在主面前把香放在火上，使香的煙雲遮掩諸見證之上的施恩座，免得他死亡。
καὶ λήμψεται ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου καὶ ῥανεῖ τῷ δακτύλῳ ἐπὶ τὸ ἱλαστήριον κατὰ ἀνατολάς κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου ῥανεῖ ἑπτάκις ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τῷ δακτύλῳ
And he shall take some of the blood of the calf and shall sprinkle with his finger upon the mercy seat toward the east; and in front of the mercy seat he shall sprinkle seven times some of the blood with his finger.
他要取些公牛犢的血，用指頭彈在施恩座朝東的一面；又要用指頭把血在施恩座前彈七次。
καὶ σφάξει τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας τὸν περὶ τοῦ λαοῦ ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ εἰσοίσει ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος αὐτοῦ ἐσώτερον τοῦ καταπετάσματος καὶ ποιήσει τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ ὃν τρόπον ἐποίησεν τὸ αἷμα τοῦ μόσχου καὶ ῥανεῖ τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸ ἱλαστήριον κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου
And he shall slaughter the goat of the sin offering that is for the people before the Lord, and shall bring some of its blood inside the veil, and shall do with its blood in the way he did with the blood of the calf; and he shall sprinkle its blood upon the mercy seat, in front of the mercy seat.
他要在主面前宰那為百姓作贖罪祭的公山羊，把牠的血帶到幔子內，照他處理公牛犢之血的樣式處理這血，把牠的血彈在施恩座上，就是施恩座的前面。
ἐπιφάναι κύριος τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐλεήσαι σε
may the Lord make his face shine upon you and have mercy on you;
願主使他的臉光照你，憐憫你；
εἰ δὲ οὕτως σὺ ποιεῖς μοι ἀπόκτεινόν με ἀναιρέσει εἰ εὕρηκα ἔλεος παρὰ σοί ἵνα μὴ ἴδω μου τὴν κάκωσιν
But if you do thus to me, kill me outright, if I have found mercy with you, that I may not see my own affliction.
你若這樣待我，我若在你面前蒙了憐憫，就求你把我殺了，使我不見自己所受的苦。
κύριος μακρόθυμος καὶ πολυέλεος καὶ ἀληθινός ἀφαιρῶν ἀνομίας καὶ ἀδικίας καὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ καθαρισμῷ οὐ καθαριεῖ τὸν ἔνοχον ἀποδιδοὺς ἁμαρτίας πατέρων ἐπὶ τέκνα ἕως τρίτης καὶ τετάρτης
The Lord is longsuffering and greatly merciful and true, taking away lawlessness and injustices and sins; yet by no means will he clear the guilty, repaying the sins of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation.
主不輕易發怒，滿有憐憫，且是真實的，除去不法、不義和罪；但絕不以有罪的為無罪，必追討父親的罪，直到第三、第四代。
ἄφες τὴν ἁμαρτίαν τῷ λαῷ τούτῳ κατὰ τὸ μέγα ἔλεός σου καθάπερ ἵλεως αὐτοῖς ἐγένου ἀπ’ Αἰγύπτου ἕως τοῦ νῦν
Forgive the sin of this people according to your great mercy, even as you have been gracious to them from Egypt until now.
求你照你的大憐憫赦免這百姓的罪，像你從埃及到如今一直向他們施恩一樣。
καὶ ποιῶν ἔλεος εἰς χιλιάδας τοῖς ἀγαπῶσίν με καὶ τοῖς φυλάσσουσιν τὰ προστάγματά μου
and showing mercy to thousands, to those who love me and to those who keep my ordinances.
愛我、守我命令的，我必向千萬人施慈愛。
καὶ ἐλεημοσύνη ἔσται ἡμῖν ἐὰν φυλασσώμεθα ποιεῖν πάσας τὰς ἐντολὰς ταύτας ἐναντίον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν καθὰ ἐνετείλατο ἡμῖν κύριος
And there shall be mercy for us if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as the Lord commanded us.
我們若照主所吩咐我們的，在主我們的神面前謹守遵行這一切誡命，憐憫就必歸與我們。
καὶ παραδώσει αὐτοὺς κύριος ὁ θεός σου εἰς τὰς χεῖράς σου καὶ πατάξεις αὐτούς ἀφανισμῷ ἀφανιεῖς αὐτούς οὐ διαθήσῃ πρὸς αὐτοὺς διαθήκην οὐδὲ μὴ ἐλεήσητε αὐτούς
and the Lord your God will deliver them into your hands, and you shall strike them down; with destruction you shall destroy them; you shall not make a covenant with them, nor shall you show them mercy.
主你的神將他們交在你手中的時候，你要擊殺他們，把他們滅絕淨盡；不可與他們立約，也不可憐恤他們。
καὶ γνώσῃ ὅτι κύριος ὁ θεός σου οὗτος θεός θεὸς πιστός ὁ φυλάσσων διαθήκην καὶ ἔλεος τοῖς ἀγαπῶσιν αὐτὸν καὶ τοῖς φυλάσσουσιν τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτοῦ εἰς χιλίας γενεὰς
And you shall know that the Lord your God, he is God, a faithful God, who keeps covenant and mercy to those who love him and to those who keep his commandments, to a thousand generations,
所以你要知道，主你的神是神，是信實的神；向愛他、守他誡命的人，他守約施慈愛，直到千代；
καὶ ἔσται ἡνίκα ἂν ἀκούσητε πάντα τὰ δικαιώματα ταῦτα καὶ φυλάξητε καὶ ποιήσητε αὐτά καὶ διαφυλάξει κύριος ὁ θεός σού σοι τὴν διαθήκην καὶ τὸ ἔλεος ὃ ὤμοσεν τοῖς πατράσιν ὑμῶν
And it shall be, when you hear all these ordinances and keep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep for you the covenant and the mercy which he swore to your fathers;
你們若聽從這一切律例，謹守遵行，主你的神就必向你守他向你們列祖起誓應許的約和慈愛。
οὐ προσκολληθήσεται ἐν τῇ χειρί σου οὐδὲν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀναθέματος ἵνα ἀποστραφῇ κύριος ἀπὸ θυμοῦ τῆς ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ καὶ δώσει σοι ἔλεος καὶ ἐλεήσει σε καὶ πληθυνεῖ σε ὃν τρόπον ὤμοσεν κύριος τοῖς πατράσιν σου
Nothing from what is devoted to destruction shall cling to your hand, so that the Lord may turn from the fury of his anger and grant you mercy and have compassion on you and multiply you, just as the Lord swore to your fathers.
那當滅之物，一點也不可粘在你手中，好叫耶和華回心轉意，不發他的烈怒，又施憐憫給你，憐恤你，照他向你列祖所起的誓使你增多。
ἵλεως γενοῦ τῷ λαῷ σου Ισραηλ οὓς ἐλυτρώσω κύριε ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ἵνα μὴ γένηται αἷμα ἀναίτιον ἐν τῷ λαῷ σου Ισραηλ καὶ ἐξιλασθήσεται αὐτοῖς τὸ αἷμα
Be merciful to your people Israel, whom you redeemed, O Lord, out of the land of Egypt, that innocent blood may not be among your people Israel; and the blood shall be atoned for them.
主啊，求你憐恤你的百姓以色列，就是你從埃及地所救贖的，不要使無辜之血歸在你百姓以色列中間；這樣，流血的罪就必為他們得了遮蓋。
ἀποδόσει ἀποδώσεις τὸ ἐνέχυρον αὐτοῦ περὶ δυσμὰς ἡλίου καὶ κοιμηθήσεται ἐν τῷ ἱματίῳ αὐτοῦ καὶ εὐλογήσει σε καὶ ἔσται σοι ἐλεημοσύνη ἐναντίον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου
You shall surely give back his pledge about sunset, and he shall sleep in his own garment and bless you; and it shall be an act of mercy for you before the Lord your God.
日落的時候，總要把抵押品還給他，好叫他穿著自己的衣服睡覺，他就為你祝福；這在耶和華─你神面前就算為你的憐憫善行。
ἔθνος ἀναιδὲς προσώπῳ ὅστις οὐ θαυμάσει πρόσωπον πρεσβύτου καὶ νέον οὐκ ἐλεήσει
A nation shameless of face, which shall not respect the face of an old man and shall not have mercy on a young one.
那國面貌兇悍，不敬重老年人的面，也不憐恤年輕人。
οὐ μὴ θελήσῃ ὁ θεὸς εὐιλατεῦσαι αὐτῷ ἀλλ’ ἢ τότε ἐκκαυθήσεται ὀργὴ κυρίου καὶ ὁ ζῆλος αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ ἐκείνῳ καὶ κολληθήσονται ἐν αὐτῷ πᾶσαι αἱ ἀραὶ τῆς διαθήκης ταύτης αἱ γεγραμμέναι ἐν τῷ βιβλίῳ τοῦ νόμου τούτου καὶ ἐξαλείψει κύριος τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῆς ὑπὸ τὸν οὐρανόν
God shall not be willing to be merciful to him; but then the anger of the Lord and his jealousy shall be kindled against that man, and all the curses of this covenant that are written in the book of this law shall cling to him, and the Lord shall blot out his name from under heaven.
神必不情願饒恕他；主的怒氣和忌邪的心必向那人如火焚燒，這約中寫在這律法書上的一切咒詛都必臨到他身上，主也必從天下塗抹他的名。
καὶ ἰάσεται κύριος τὰς ἁμαρτίας σου καὶ ἐλεήσει σε καὶ πάλιν συνάξει σε ἐκ πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν εἰς οὓς διεσκόρπισέν σε κύριος ἐκεῖ
And the Lord will heal your sins and have mercy on you, and will gather you again out of all the nations where the Lord scattered you.
主必醫治你的罪，憐憫你，又從主把你驅散所到的萬民中，再把你招聚回來。
καὶ νῦν ὀμόσατέ μοι κύριον τὸν θεόν ὅτι ποιῶ ὑμῖν ἔλεος καὶ ποιήσετε καὶ ὑμεῖς ἔλεος ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ πατρός μου
And now swear to me by the Lord God, that since I show you mercy, you also will show mercy to the house of my father,
現在我既以慈愛待你們，求你們指著主神向我起誓，你們也要以慈愛待我父的家，
