23:1
ወዜነውዎ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወይቤልዎ፡ ናሁ፡ ኢሎፍሊ፡ ይትቃተልዋ፡ ለቄዐላ፡ ወይበረብሩ፡ ወይከይዱ፡ እክሎሙ።
有人告訴大衛說：「非利士人攻擊基伊拉，搶奪禾場。」
David was told, “Behold, the Philistines are fighting against Keilah, and are robbing the threshing floors.”
23:2
ወተስእለ፡ ዳዊት፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤ፡ እሖርኑ፡ እትቃተሎሙ፡ ለእሉ፡ ኢሎፍሊ፡ [ወይቤሎ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሖር፡ ወተቃተሎሙ፡ ለኢሎፍሊ፡] ወአድኅኖሙ፡ ለቄዐላ።
所以大衛求問耶和華說：「我去攻打那些非利士人可以不可以？」耶和華對大衛說：「你可以去攻打非利士人，拯救基伊拉。」
Therefore David inquired of Yahweh, saying, “Shall I go and strike these Philistines?” Yahweh said to David, “Go strike the Philistines, and save Keilah.”
23:3
ወይቤልዎ፡ ሰብኡ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ናሁኬ፡ ንሕነ፡ ሀለውነ፡ ውስተ፡ ይሁዳDDD፡ ወንፈርሀ፡ ወእፎኬ፡ ንከውን፡ ለእመ፡ ሖርነ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወቦእነ፡ ውስተ፡ በርባሮሙ፡ ለኢሎፍሊ።
跟隨大衛的人對他說：「我們在猶大地這裏尚且懼怕，何況往基伊拉去攻打非利士人的軍旅呢？」
David’s men said to him, “Behold, we are afraid here in Judah. How much more then if we go to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines?”
23:4
ወተስእሎ፡ ዳግመ፡ ዳዊት፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወአውሥኦ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ተንሥእ፡ ወረድ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ እስመ፡ አነ፡ ኣገብኦሙ፡ ለኢሎፍሊ፡ ውስተ፡ እዴከ።
大衛又求問耶和華。耶和華回答說：「你起身下基伊拉去，我必將非利士人交在你手裏。」
Then David inquired of Yahweh yet again. Yahweh answered him, and said, “Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into your hand.”
23:5
ወሖረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ወሰብእ፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወተቃተሎሙ፡ ለኢሎፍሊ፡ ወነትዑ፡ እምቅድመ ፧ ገጹ፡ ወነሥኦሙ፡ ኦንስሳሆሙ፡ ወቀተሎሙ፡ ዐቢየ፡ ቀትለ፡ ወአድኀኖሙ፡ ዳዊት፡ ለእለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ።
大衛和跟隨他的人往基伊拉去，與非利士人打仗，大大殺敗他們，又奪獲他們的牲畜。這樣，大衛救了基伊拉的居民。
David and his men went to Keilah and fought with the Philistines, and brought away their livestock, and killed them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah.
23:6
ወእምዝ፡ ዘአምሰጠ፡ አብያታር፡ ወልደ፡ አኪሜሌክ፡ ኀበ፡ ዳዊት፡ ወወረደ፡ ምስለ፡ ዳዊት፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወይጸውር፡ ኤፉደ።
亞希米勒的兒子亞比亞他逃到基伊拉見大衛的時候，手裏拿着以弗得。
When Abiathar the son of Ahimelech fled to David to Keilah, he came down with an ephod in his hand.
23:7
ወዜነውዎ፡ ለሳኦል፡ ከመ፡ መጽአ፡ ዳዊት፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወይቤ፡ ሳኦል፡ ሤጦ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ውስተ፡ እዴየ፡ እስመ፡ ተዐጽወ፡ እንከ፡ እምከመ፡ ቦእ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገር፡ ዘቦ፡ መዓጹተ፡ ወቦ፡ መናስግተ።
有人告訴掃羅說：「大衛到了基伊拉。」掃羅說：「他進了有門有閂的城，困閉在裏頭；這是上帝將他交在我手裏了。」
Saul was told that David had come to Keilah. Saul said, “God has delivered him into my hand, for he is shut in by entering into a town that has gates and bars.”
23:8
ወሰበከ፡ ሳኦል፡ ለኵሉ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ከመ፡ ይፅብኡ፡ ወይረዱ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወየአኀዝዎ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወለዕደው፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ።
於是掃羅招聚眾民，要下去攻打基伊拉城，圍困大衛和跟隨他的人。
Saul summoned all the people to war, to go down to Keilah to besiege David and his men.
23:9
ወአእመረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ከመ፡ ኢያረምም፡ ሳኦል፡ በእንቲአሁ፡ ለእኪት፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ዳዊት፡ ለአብያታር፡ ካህን፡ አብእ፡ [ኤፉደ፡]፡
大衛知道掃羅設計謀害他，就對祭司亞比亞他說：「將以弗得拿過來。」
David knew that Saul was devising mischief against him. He said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”
23:10
ወይቤ፡ ዳዊት፡ እግዚኦ፡ አምላከ፡ እስራኤል፡ ሰሚዐ፡ ስምዐ፡ ገብርከ፡ ከመ፡ የኀሥሥ፡ ሳኦል፡ ይምጻእ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወያማስን፡ ሀገረ፡ በእንቲአየ ፤
大衛禱告說：「耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，你僕人聽真了掃羅要往基伊拉來，為我的緣故滅城。
Then David said, “O Yahweh, the God of Israel, your servant has surely heard that Saul seeks to come to Keilah to destroy the city for my sake.
23:11
ለእመ፡ ይትዐጸውኑ፡ ወይእዜኒ፡ ለእመ፡ ይወርድኑ፡ በከመ፡ ሰምዐ፡ ገብርከ፡ እግዚኦ፡ አምላከ፡ እስራኤል፡ አይድዖ፡ ለገብርከ፡ ወይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ይትዐጸው።
基伊拉人將我交在掃羅手裏不交？掃羅照着你僕人所聽的話下來不下來？耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，求你指示僕人！」耶和華說：「掃羅必下來。」
Will the men of Keilah deliver me up into his hand? Will Saul come down, as your servant has heard? Yahweh, the God of Israel, I beg you, tell your servant.” Yahweh said, “He will come down.”
23:13
ወተንሥአ፡ ዳዊት፡ ወዕደው፡ ኦለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ፬፻ወወፅኡ፡ (ምስሌሁ፡) እምቄዐላ፡ ወይተልውዎ፡ ኀበ፡ ሖረ፡ ወአይድዕዎ፡ ለሳኦል፡ ከመ፡ ወፅአ፡ ዳዊት፡ እምነ፡ ቄዐላ፡ ወኀለፈ።
大衛和跟隨他的約有六百人，就起身出了基伊拉，往他們所能往的地方去。有人告訴掃羅，大衛離開基伊拉逃走；於是掃羅不出來了。
Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah and went wherever they could go. Saul was told that David had escaped from Keilah; and he gave up going there.
23:14
ወነበረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ዘማሴሬት፡ ውስተ፡ መጽብብ፡ ወነበረ፡ ውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ውስተ፡ ደብረ፡ ዚፋ፡ ውስተ፡ ደብረ፡ አውክሞዴስ፡ ወየኀሥሦ፡ ሳኦል፡ በኵሉ፡ መዋዕል፡ ወኢያገብኦ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ውስተ፡ እዴሁ።
大衛住在曠野的山寨裏，常在西弗曠野的山地。掃羅天天尋索大衛，上帝卻不將大衛交在他手裏。
David stayed in the wilderness in the strongholds, and remained in the hill country in the wilderness of Ziph. Saul sought him every day, but God didn’t deliver him into his hand.
23:15
ወአእመረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ከመ፡ ይመጽእ፡ ሳኦል፡ ይኅሥሦ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወዳዊትሰ፡ ሀለወ፡ ውስተ፡ አውክሞዴስ፡ ውስተ፡ ዚፋ፡ ዘቄኔ።
大衛知道掃羅出來尋索他的命。那時，他住在西弗曠野的樹林裏；
David saw that Saul had come out to seek his life. David was in the wilderness of Ziph in the woods.
23:16
ወተንሥአ፡ ዮናታን፡ ወልደ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወሖረ፡ ኀበ፡ ዳዊት፡ ውስተ፡ ቄኔ፡ ወአጽንዖ፡ እደዊሁ፡ በእግዚአብሔር።
掃羅的兒子約拿單起身，往那樹林裏去見大衛，使他倚靠上帝得以堅固，
Jonathan, Saul’s son, arose and went to David into the woods, and strengthened his hand in God.
23:17
ወይቤሎ፡ ኢትፍራህ፡ እስመ፡ ኢትረክበከ፡ እዴሁ፡ ለአቡየ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወአንተ፡ ትነግሥ፡ ላዕለ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወአነ፡ እከውን፡ ዘእምታሕቴከ፡ ወሳኦልኒ፡ አቡየ፡ አእመረ፡ ከመ፡ ከመዝ፡ ወከመ፡ ተማሐልነ፡ ክልኤነ፡ በቅድመ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ወነበረ፡ ዳዊት፡ በቄኔ፡ ወዮናታንሰ፡ አተወ፡ ቤቶ።
對他說：「不要懼怕！我父掃羅的手必不加害於你；你必作以色列的王，我也作你的宰相。這事我父掃羅知道了。」
He said to him, “Don’t be afraid, for the hand of Saul my father won’t find you; and you will be king over Israel, and I will be next to you; and Saul my father knows that also.”
23:18
ወዐርጉ፡ ሰብእ፡ ዚፋውያን፡ እምነ፡ አውክሞዴስ፡ ኀበ፡ ሳኦል፡ ውስተ፡ ወግር፡ ወይቤልዎ፡ ነዋ፡ ዳዊት፡ ኀቤነ፡ ይትኀባእ፡ ሀሎ፡ ውስተ፡ ሜስራ፡ ውስተ፡ መጽብብ፡ ውስተ፡ ቄኔ፡ ወውስተ፡ ወግር፡ ዘኤኬላ።
於是二人在耶和華面前立約。大衛仍住在樹林裏，約拿單回家去了。
They both made a covenant before Yahweh. Then David stayed in the woods and Jonathan went to his house.
23:19
ዘእምየማነ፡ ኢያኤም።
西弗人上到基比亞見掃羅，說：「大衛不是在我們那裏的樹林裏山寨中、曠野南邊的哈基拉山藏着嗎？
Then the Ziphites came up to Saul to Gibeah, saying, “Doesn’t David hide himself with us in the strongholds in the woods, in the hill of Hachilah, which is on the south of the desert?
23:20
ወይእዜኒ፡ ለእመ፡ ትፈቅድ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ትረድ፡ ረድ፡ ኀቤነ፡ እስመ፡ ዐጸዎ፡ ውስተ፡ እደንጉሥ።
王啊，請你隨你的心願下來，我們必親自將他交在王的手裏。」
Now therefore, O king, come down. According to all the desire of your soul to come down; and our part will be to deliver him up into the king’s hand.”
23:21
ወይቤሎሙ፡ ሳኦል፡ ቡሩካን፡ አንትሙ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ አሠነይክሙ፡ ላዕሌየ።
掃羅說：「願耶和華賜福與你們，因你們顧恤我。
Saul said, “You are blessed by Yahweh, for you have had compassion on me.
23:22
ሖሩ፡ ወዓዲ፡ አስተዳልዉ፡ ወአእምሩ፡ መካኖ፡ ፍጡነ፡ ኀበ፡ ሀሎ፡ ህየ፡ ዘትቤሉ፡ ከመ፡ ኢይትጓሕለውክሙ።
請你們回去，再確實查明他的住處和行蹤，是誰看見他在那裏，因為我聽見人說他甚狡猾。
Please go make yet more sure, and know and see his place where his haunt is, and who has seen him there; for I have been told that he is very cunning.
23:23
ወአእምሩ፡ ወርእየክሙ፡ ነሐውር፡ ምስቤክሙ፡ ወለእመ፡ ሀሎ፡ ውስተ፡ ይእቲ፡ ምድር፡ እፈትና፡ በኵሉ፡ አእሳፈ፡ ይሁዳ።
所以要看準他藏匿的地方，回來據實地告訴我，我就與你們同去。他若在猶大的境內，我必從千門萬戶中搜出他來。」
See therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking places where he hides himself; and come again to me with certainty, and I will go with you. It shall happen, if he is in the land, that I will search him out among all the thousands of Judah.”
23:24
ወተንሥኡ፡ ሰብአ፡ ዚፋውያን፡ ወሖሩ፡ እምቅድሜሁ፡ ለሳኦል፡ ወዳዊትሰ፡ ወሰብእ፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ሀለዉ፡ ውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ዘማኦን፡ እመንገለ፡ የማኑ፡ ለኢያሴም፡ ወፍና፡ ሰርክ፡ ውእቱ።
西弗人就起身，在掃羅以先往西弗去。 大衛和跟隨他的人卻在瑪雲曠野南邊的亞拉巴。
They arose, and went to Ziph before Saul; but David and his men were in the wilderness of Maon, in the Arabah on the south of the desert.
23:25
ወሖሩ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወሰብኡ፡ ይኅሥሥዎ፡ (ኦፍአ፡) ወአይድዕዎ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወወረደ፡ ውስተ፡ ኰኵሕ፡ ዘውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ዘማኦን፡ ወሰምዐ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወዴገኖ፡ ወተለዎ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ዘማኦን።
掃羅和跟隨他的人去尋找大衛；有人告訴大衛，他就下到磐石，住在瑪雲的曠野。掃羅聽見，便在瑪雲的曠野追趕大衛。
Saul and his men went to seek him. When David was told, he went down to the rock, and stayed in the wilderness of Maon. When Saul heard that, he pursued David in the wilderness of Maon.
23:26
ወሖሩ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወሰብእ፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ እምአሐዱ፡ ገቦሁ፡ ለውእቱ፡ ደብር፡ ወዳዊትሰ፡ ወሰብእ፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ሀለዉ፡ እንተ፡ ካልእ፡ ገቦሁ፡ ለውእቱ፡ ደብር፡ ወዳዊትሰ፡ የሐውር፡ ጽምሚተ፡ እምገጾ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወሳኦልሰ፡ ወሰብኡ፡ ፀብእዎሙ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወለሰብእ፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ከመ፡ የአኀዝዎሙ።
掃羅在山這邊走，大衛和跟隨他的人在山那邊走。大衛急忙躲避掃羅；因為掃羅和跟隨他的人，四面圍住大衛和跟隨他的人，要拿獲他們。
Saul went on this side of the mountain, and David and his men on that side of the mountain; and David hurried to get away for fear of Saul, for Saul and his men surrounded David and his men to take them.
23:27
ወመጽአ፡ ዜና፡ ኀበ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወይቤልዎ፡ አፍጥንአ፡ ወነዓአ፡ እስመ፡ ወረዱአ፡ ኢሎፍሊአ፡ ውስተ፡ ብሔርአ።
忽有使者來報告掃羅說：「非利士人犯境搶掠，請王快快回去！」
But a messenger came to Saul, saying, “Hurry and come, for the Philistines have made a raid on the land!”
23:28
ወተመይጠ፡ ሳኦል፡ ወኀደገ፡ ዴግኖቶ፡ ለዳዊት፡ ወሖረ፡ ወተቀበሎሙ፡ ለኢሎፍሊ፡ ወበበይነ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ተሰምየ፡ ስሙ፡ ለውእቱ፡ መካን፡ ኰኵሐ፡ መክፈልት።
於是掃羅不追趕大衛，回去攻打非利士人。因此那地方名叫西拉‧哈瑪希羅結。
So Saul returned from pursuing David, and went against the Philistines. Therefore they called that place Sela Hammahlekoth.
