Αἰνεῖτε τὸν Κύριον , πάντα τὰ ἔθνη·
'Praise the Lord, all you nations;'
「萬國啊，你們都當讚美耶和華；」
30:2
ἐπαινέσατε αὐτὸν , πάντες οἱ λαοί
'laud him, all you peoples.'
「萬民哪，你們都當頌揚他。」
30:3
Ὅτι ἐκραταιώθη τὸ ἔλεος αὐτοῦ ἐφ' ἡμᾶς , καὶ ἡ ἀλήθεια τοῦ Κυρίου μέ νει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
'For his mercy has been mighty toward us, and the truth of the Lord endures forever.'
「因為他向我們大施慈愛，耶和華的信實存到永遠。」
30:4
Παντί που δῆλον , ὅτι προφητεία ἐστὶ τῆς Ἐκκλησίας τῶν πιστευόντων τὰ εἰρημένα , καὶ τοῦ κηρύγματος προαναφώνησις τοῦ τὴν οἰκουμένην κατειληφότος ἅπασαν
It is surely plain to everyone that what has been said is a prophecy of the Church of those who believe, and a foreannouncement of the preaching that has taken possession of the whole inhabited world.
這對眾人而言必是顯而易見的：所說的話乃是關乎那信者之教會的預言，也是那已遍及全地之福音宣講的預先宣告。
30:5
Οὐ γὰρ ἓν καὶ δύο καὶ τρία μόνον ἔθνη , ἀλλὰ γῆν καὶ θάλασσαν ἅπασαν ὁ ψαλμὸς καλεῖ
For the psalm calls not one and two and three nations only, but the whole earth and sea.
因為這篇詩所呼召的，不只是一國、兩國、三國而已，乃是全地與全海。
30:6
ὅπερ δὴ γέγονεν , ὅτε ἡ τοῦ Χριστοῦ παρουσία ἐπέλαμψεν
And this is exactly what came to pass, when the coming of Christ shone forth.
這正是所發生的事，就是當基督的降臨照耀出來的時候。
30:7
Εἶτα καὶ τὴν αἰτίαν φησὶ τῆς σωτηρίας , ὅτι οὐκ ἐξ οἰκείων κατορθωμάτων , οὔτε ἀπὸ βίου καὶ παῤῥησίας , ἀλλ' ἀπὸ φιλανθρωπίας μόνης ἐσώθησαν
Then he also states the cause of their salvation: that it was not from their own good deeds, nor from their manner of life and boldness before God, but from His loving-kindness alone that they were saved.
接著他也說出得救的原因：他們得救並非出於自己的善行，也非出於自己的生活與坦然無懼，乃是單單出於神的仁慈。
30:8
Ἐκραταιώθη γὰρ , φησὶ , τὸ ἔλεος αὐτοῦ ἐφ' ἡμᾶς·
For, he says, His mercy is mighty toward us;
因為他說：「向著我們，祂的憐憫大有能力；」
30:9
τουτέστιν , ἐπάγη , ἰσχυρὸν γέγονε , πέτρας στεῤῥότερον
that is, it has been made firm, it has become strong, more solid than a rock.
就是說，它已被堅立，變得剛強，比磐石更堅固。
30:10
Καὶ γὰρ καθ' ἑκάστην ἐπιδίδωσι τὴν ἡμέραν
For indeed it increases with each passing day.
因為它確實日日俱增。
30:11
Καὶ ἡ ἀλήθεια αὐτοῦ μένει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
And His truth endures unto the age.
並且祂的真理存到永遠。
30:12
Τότε γὰρ μάλιστα τὰ τῆς ἀληθείας ἔλαμψε
For it was then above all that the things of truth shone forth.
因為正是那時，真理的事物最為顯明地照耀出來。
30:13
Διὸ καὶ οὕτως εἶπεν , ἐπειδὴ τὰ τῆς Παλαιᾶς τύπος ἦν καὶ σκιά
Wherefore he spoke thus, since the things of the Old Covenant were a type and a shadow.
因此他這樣說，因為舊約的事物乃是預表和影兒。
30:14
Τοῦτο καὶ ὁ εὐαγγελιστὴς δηλῶν ἔλεγεν·
This too the Evangelist declared when he said:
這一點福音書的作者也曾指明說：
30:15
Ὁ νόμος διὰ Μωϋσέως ἐδόθη , ἡ χάρις καὶ ἡ ἀλήθεια διὰ Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ ἐγένετο
The law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
「律法本是藉著摩西賜下的，恩典和真理都是由耶穌基督來的。」
