ወእደ ፡ ተናገረ ፡ ኢዮብ ፡ ወተሰጥወ ።
Then Job answered,
約伯回答說：
19:2▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወይቤ ፡ እስከ ፡ ምንትኑ ፡ ታሄፅርዋ ፡ ለነፍስየ ፡ ወትተትሉኒ ፡ በነገርኩ ።
“How long will you torment me, and crush me with words?
你們攪擾我的心， 用言語壓碎我要到幾時呢？
19:3▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
አእምሩ ፡ ዳዕሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ረሰየኒ ፡ ዐሥረ ፡ ጊዜያተ ፡ ትትናገሩኒ ፡ ወኢተኃፍሩ ፡ ትቁሙ ፡ ላፅለ ፡ ነፍስየ ።
You have reproached me ten times. You aren’t ashamed that you attack me.
你們這十次羞辱我； 你們苦待我也不以為恥。
19:4▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወኦሆ ፡ አማን ፡ እንከ ፡ አበለኩ ፡ አነ ፡ ወኅቤየ ፡ ኃደረት ፡ ፅበድ ፡ ወነበብኩ ፡ ዘኢየአምር ፡ ቃለ ፡ ወነገርየኒ ፡ ዕበድ ፡ ወአኮለ ፡ ዘአዘለፍ ።
If it is true that I have erred, my error remains with myself.
果真我有錯， 這錯乃是在我。
19:5▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
አሌ ፡ ሊተ ፡ በላዕሌየ ፡ ዳዕሙ ፡ ታአብዩ ፡ አፉከሙ ፡ ዘሆከኒ ፡ ወትትቈናደዩ ፡ ብየ ፡ ወትዘረከዩኒ ።
If indeed you will magnify yourselves against me, and plead against me my reproach,
你們果然要向我誇大， 以我的羞辱為證指責我，
19:6▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
አእምሩ ፡ ዳዕሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘሆከኒ ፡ ወአንኅ ፡ መዓቶ ፡ ላዕሌየ ።
know now that God has subverted me, and has surrounded me with his net.
就該知道是上帝傾覆我， 用網羅圍繞我。
19:7▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ናሁ ፡ እሠርኅ ፡ በኂስ ፡ ወአነግር ፡ ወአወዩ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ዘይፈትሕ ፡ ሊተ ።
“Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard. I cry for help, but there is no justice.
我因委曲呼叫，卻不蒙應允； 我呼求，卻不得公斷。
19:8▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወተሐዕረ ፡ ዓውድየ ፡ ወአልብየ ፡ ምኅላፍ ፡ ወአንጦልህ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ገጽየ ፡ ጽልመት ።
He has walled up my way so that I can’t pass, and has set darkness in my paths.
上帝用籬笆攔住我的道路，使我不得經過； 又使我的路徑黑暗。
19:9▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወሰለበኒ ፡ ትርሢትየ ፡ ወአልብየ ፡ አክልየ ፡ አምላዕለ ፡ ርእስየ ።
He has stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head.
他剝去我的榮光， 摘去我頭上的冠冕。
19:10▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወመሐወኒ ፡ እንተ ፡ ኵለሄ ፡ አሐውር ፡ ወአልሕስ ፡ ወገዘማ ፡ ከመ ፡ ዕፅ ፡ ለሕይወትየ ።
He has broken me down on every side, and I am gone. He has plucked my hope up like a tree.
他在四圍攻擊我，我便歸於死亡， 將我的指望如樹拔出來。
19:11▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወረሰየኒ ፡ ለኃይል ፡ መቅሠፍት ፡ ወረሰየኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ ፀር ።
He has also kindled his wrath against me. He counts me among his adversaries.
他的忿怒向我發作， 以我為敵人。
19:12▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወኅቡረ ፡ መጽአ ፡ ላዕሌየ ፡ መዓቱ ፡ ወሀገቱኒ ፡ ወስተ ፡ ፍናውየ ፡ እለ ፡ ይጸንሑኒ ።
His troops come on together, build a siege ramp against me, and encamp around my tent.
他的軍旅一齊上來， 修築戰路攻擊我， 在我帳棚的四圍安營。
19:13▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወአኃውየኒ ፡ ተናከሩኒ ፡ ወአብደሩ ፡ ነኪር ፡ እምኔየ ፡ አፅርክትየኒ ፡ ኢመሐሩኒ ።
“He has put my brothers far from me. My acquaintances are wholly estranged from me.
他把我的弟兄隔在遠處， 使我所認識的全然與我生疏。
19:14▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወአዝማድየኒ ፡ ኢያንከሩስ ፡ አለሂ ፡ የአምሩ ፡ ስምየ ፡ ረስሁኒ ።
My relatives have gone away. My familiar friends have forgotten me.
我的親戚與我斷絕； 我的密友都忘記我。
19:15▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወእለሂ ፡ ቅሩባንየ ፡ ኢይፈቅዱ ፡ ይርአዩኒ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ዘአምከልአ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ይመስሉኒ ።
Those who dwell in my house and my maids consider me a stranger. I am an alien in their sight.
在我家寄居的， 和我的使女都以我為外人； 我在他們眼中看為外邦人。
19:16▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ለነበርየኒ ፡ አጼውፆሙ ፡ ወይጸመሙኒ ።
I call to my servant, and he gives me no answer. I beg him with my mouth.
我呼喚僕人， 雖用口求他，他還是不回答。
19:17▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወለብአሲትየኒ ፡ አትጋነይ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ወእዮውሃ ፡ ወትትቃፀበኒ ፡ ወአስተበቊፆሙ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ ገዛአየ ፡ ወአስተምሕር ፡ ሎሙ ።
My breath is offensive to my wife. I am loathsome to the children of my own mother.
我口的氣味，我妻子厭惡； 我的懇求，我同胞也憎嫌。
19:18▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወቀብዑኒ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ወሶበሂ ፡ እትነሣአ ፡ የሐምዩኒ ።
Even young children despise me. If I arise, they speak against me.
連小孩子也藐視我； 我若起來，他們都嘲笑我。
19:19▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወእለሂ ፡ የአምሩኒ ፡ ያስቈርሩኒ ፡ እለሂ ፡ አፈቅሮሙ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ተንሥኡ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ነፍስየ ፡፡ 20፡ ወይትቤጸል ፡ ማእፀየ ፡ ምስለ ፡ ሥጋየ ፡ ወየሐቅየኒ ፡ አዕፅ ፡ ምትየ ።
All my familiar friends abhor me. They whom I loved have turned against me.
我的密友都憎惡我； 我平日所愛的人向我翻臉。
19:21▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
መሐሩኒ ፡ መሐሩኒ ፡ አዕርክትየ ፡ እስመ ፡ እደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ውእሩ ፡ ዘገሠሠኒ ።
“Have pity on me. Have pity on me, you my friends, for the hand of God has touched me.
我朋友啊，可憐我！可憐我！ 因為上帝的手攻擊我。
19:22▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወለምንት ፡ እንትሙ ፡ ታሠርሑኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወኢትጸግቡኑ ፡ እምሥጋየ ።
Why do you persecute me as God, and are not satisfied with my flesh?
你們為甚麼彷彿上帝逼迫我， 吃我的肉還以為不足呢？
19:23▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
መኑ ፡ እምጸሐፎኑ ፡ ለነገርየ ፡ ወይልክዖ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መጽሐፍ ፡ ዘለዓለም ።
“Oh that my words were now written! Oh that they were inscribed in a book!
惟願我的言語現在寫上， 都記錄在書上；
19:24▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ውስተ ፡ ምጽሐለ ፡ ሐፂን ፡ ወአረር ፡ ወእመ ፡ እኮ ፡ ይግልፍዎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኰኵሕ ።
That with an iron pen and lead they were engraved in the rock forever!
用鐵筆鐫刻， 用鉛灌在磐石上，直存到永遠。
19:25▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
አእምር ፡ ባሕቱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢያገምሮ ፡ ቤት ፡ ለዠለህዎ ፡ ይፈውሰኒ ፡ ሕያው ፡ ዘይቀውም ፡ ድኅረ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ።
But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives. In the end, he will stand upon the earth.
我知道我的救贖主活着， 末了必站立在地上。
19:26▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወእንዘ ፡ ሀሎኩ ፡ ዓዲ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ ዝኒ ፡ እምኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መጽአኒ ።
After my skin is destroyed, then I will see God in my flesh,
我這皮肉滅絕之後， 我必在肉體之外得見上帝。
19:27▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ወይትዌላጥ ፡ ማአስየ ፡ ዘለልየ ፡ አእምር ፡ ዘዓይንየ ፡ ርእየት ፡ ወአኮ ፡ ባዕድ ፡ ሠለጡኒ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሕፅንየ ።
whom I, even I, will see on my side. My eyes will see, and not as a stranger. “My heart is consumed within me.
我自己要見他， 親眼要看他，並不像外人。 我的心腸在我裏面消滅了！
19:28▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
እመሳ ፡ ትብሉ ፡ ምንተ ፡ ንነግር ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ወንረከብ ፡ ሥርወ ፡ ነገር ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ፍርህዋ ፡ ለኃሣር ፡ እንትሙኒ ።
If you say, ‘How we will persecute him!’ because the root of the matter is found in me,
你們若說：我們逼迫他要何等地重呢？ 惹事的根乃在乎他；
19:29▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
እስ ፡ መቅሠፍት ፡ ትመጽኦሙ ፡ ለኃጥአን ፡ ወአሜሃ ፡ የአምሩ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ እከዮሙ ፡ እምአይቴ ፡ ዘበጽሖሙ ።
be afraid of the sword, for wrath brings the punishments of the sword, that you may know there is a judgment.”
你們就當懼怕刀劍； 因為忿怒惹動刀劍的刑罰， 使你們知道有報應 。
