36:1
ኀበ ፡ ተናገረ ፡ ኤልዩ ፡ አውሥአ ፡ ወይቤ ።
Elihu also continued, and said,
以利戶又接着說：
36:2
ተዓገሠኒ ፡ ዓዲ ፡ ኅዳጠ ፡ ወእሜህረከ ፡ ዓዲ ፡ ብየ ፡ ነገር ፡ ኀቤየ ።
“Bear with me a little, and I will show you; for I still have something to say on God’s behalf.
你再容我片時，我就指示你， 因我還有話為上帝說。
36:3
እትሜጠዋ ፡ ለነገርየ ፡ እምኁቅ ፡ ምግባርየሰ ፡ ጻድቅ ፡ እበል ።
I will get my knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker.
我要將所知道的從遠處引來， 將公義歸給造我的主。
36:4
እሙን ፡ ነገርየ ፡ ዘኢኮነ ፡ ሐሰተ ፡ ወዓመፃ ፡ ኢይሰምዕ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
For truly my words are not false. One who is perfect in knowledge is with you.
我的言語真不虛謊； 有知識全備的與你同在。
36:5
አእምር ፡ ባሕቱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢይገድፎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለየዋህ ፡ ኃያል ፡ ወጽኑዕ ፡ ውእቱ ።
“Behold, God is mighty, and doesn’t despise anyone. He is mighty in strength of understanding.
上帝有大能，並不藐視人； 他的智慧甚廣。
36:6
ወኢያሐይዎ ፡ ለልበ ፡ ኃጥእ ፡ ወይሁብ ፡ ፍትሐ ፡ ለነዳያን ።
He doesn’t preserve the life of the wicked, but gives justice to the afflicted.
他不保護惡人的性命， 卻為困苦人伸冤。
36:7
ወኢያአትት ፡ አዕይንቲሁ ፡ እምጻድቅ ፡ ወየሐትቶ ፡ ለጻድቅወይነብሮ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መናብርት ፡ ምስለ ፡ ነገሥት ፡ ወያነብሮሙ ፡ በዕልገቶሙ ፡ መልዕልተ ፡ ወይከብሩ ።
He doesn’t withdraw his eyes from the righteous, but with kings on the throne, he sets them forever, and they are exalted.
他時常看顧義人， 使他們和君王同坐寶座， 永遠要被高舉。
36:8
ወእለሂ ፡ ሙቁሐን ፡ እደዊሆሙ ፡ በሰናስል ፡ ይትአኀዙ ፡ በሐብለ ፡ ንዴት ።
If they are bound in fetters, and are taken in the cords of afflictions,
他們若被鎖鍊捆住， 被苦難的繩索纏住，
36:9
ወይነግሮሙ ፡ ምግባሮሙ ፡ ወጌጋዮሙሂ ፡ እስመ ፡ ብዙኅ ፡ ውእቱ ።
then he shows them their work, and their transgressions, that they have behaved themselves proudly.
他就把他們的作為和過犯指示他們， 叫他們知道有驕傲的行動。
36:10
ወዳእሙ ፡ ለጻድቃን ፡ ይሰምዖሙ ፡ ወይቤ ፡ ይትመየጡ ፡ እምኃጢአቶሙ ።
He also opens their ears to instruction, and commands that they return from iniquity.
他也開通他們的耳朵得受教訓， 吩咐他們離開罪孽轉回。
36:11
ለእመ ፡ ሰምዑ ፡ ወይትቀመዩ ፡ ወይፌጽሙ ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ ፡ በሠናይ ፡ ወዓመታቲሆሙ ፡ በተድላ ።
If they listen and serve him, they will spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
他們若聽從事奉他， 就必度日亨通，歷年福樂；
36:12
ወለኃጥአንሰ ፡ ኢይሰምዖሙ ፡ ወኢያድኅኖሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ ኢይፈቅዱ ፡ ይርአይዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወእንዘ ፡ ይጌሥዖሙ ፡ ኢይሰምዑ ።
But if they don’t listen, they will perish by the sword; they will die without knowledge.
若不聽從， 就要被刀殺滅，無知無識而死。
36:13
ወደልዋን ፡ ይኤድምዎ ፡ ለልቦሙ ፡ ለመዓት ፡ ወየአወይዉ ፡ አመ ፡ አኅሠሮሙ ።
“But those who are godless in heart lay up anger. They don’t cry for help when he binds them.
那心中不敬虔的人積蓄怒氣； 上帝捆綁他們，他們竟不求救；
36:14
ወትትመሰው ፡ ነፍሶሙ ፡ በንእሶሙ ፡ ወያሴርኅዋ ፡ ለሕይወቶሙ ፡ መላእክት ።
They die in youth. Their life perishes among the unclean.
必在青年時死亡， 與污穢人一樣喪命。
36:15
እስመ ፡ አመንደቡ ፡ ነዳየ ፡ ወምስኪነ ፡ ወሜጡ ፡ ህትሐ ፡ የዋሃን ።
He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, and opens their ear in oppression.
上帝藉着困苦救拔困苦人， 趁他們受欺壓開通他們的耳朵。
36:16
ወተሣለቁ ፡ ላዕሌከ ፡ በአፈ ፡ ጸላእትከ ፡ ቀላይ ፡ ይትከዓው ፡ በታሕቴከ ፡ ወትወርድ ፡ ማእድከ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ምሉእ ፡ ወጥሉል ።
Yes, he would have allured you out of distress, into a wide place, where there is no restriction. That which is set on your table would be full of fatness.
上帝也必引你出離患難， 進入寬闊不狹窄之地； 擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。
36:17
ወመዓቱ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ተሣዓን ፡ ትመጽእ ፡ ዘነሥኡ ፡ ሕልያነ ፡ ከመ ፡ የዓምዑ ፡ ወኢይትረሣእከ ፡ ዘቀዳሚ ፡ ጌጋይከ ።
“But you are full of the judgment of the wicked. Judgment and justice take hold of you.
但你滿口有惡人批評的言語； 判斷和刑罰抓住你。
36:18
ኢያስሕትከ ፡ ሥላቅ ፡ ወስላተ ፡ ስኡናን ፡ በምንዳቤሆሙ ።
Don’t let riches entice you to wrath, neither let the great size of a bribe turn you aside.
不可容忿怒觸動你，使你不服責罰； 也不可因贖價大就偏行。
36:19
ባሕቱ ፡ ተዓቀብ ፡ ወግበር ፡ ሠናየ ፡ ወኢትግበር ፡ እኩየ ፡ ወበእንተዝ ፡ ትድኅን ፡ እምንዴት ።
Would your wealth sustain you in distress, or all the might of your strength?
你的呼求 ，或是你一切的勢力， 果有靈驗，叫你不受患難嗎？
36:20
ናሁ ፡ ጋያል ፡ ያጸንዕ ፡ በኃይሉ ፡ ወመኑ ፡ ዘይክል ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ ተኃይሎ ።
Don’t desire the night, when people are cut off in their place.
不要切慕黑夜， 就是眾民在本處被除滅的時候。
36:21
ወመኑ ፡ ዘየሐትት ፡ ምግባሮ ፡ ወመኑ ፡ ዘይብሎ ፡ ምንተ ፡ ገበርከ ።
Take heed, don’t regard iniquity; for you have chosen this rather than affliction.
你要謹慎，不可重看罪孽， 因你選擇罪孽過於選擇苦難。
36:22
ወተዘከር ፡ ከመ ፡ ዓቢይ ፡ ግብሩ ።
Behold, God is exalted in his power. Who is a teacher like him?
上帝行事有高大的能力； 教訓人的有誰像他呢？
36:23
እደው ፡ እለ ፡ ኰነኑ ፡ ወእለ ፡ ተኰነኑ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ይሄሊ ፡ ለሊሁ ፡ ከመ ፡ ምውታን ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ኃጥአን ።
Who has prescribed his way for him? Or who can say, ‘You have committed unrighteousness’?
誰派定他的道路？ 誰能說：你所行的不義？
36:24
ናሁ ፡ ኃያል ፡ ወዓቢይ ፡ ወኢይትረአይ ፡ ኍልቈ ፡ ፍናዊሁ ፡ ወኢይትአወቅ ።
“Remember that you magnify his work, about which men have sung.
你不可忘記稱讚他所行的為大， 就是人所歌頌的。
36:25
ወኢትኌለቊ ፡ ነጠብጣበ ፡ ዝንማ ፡ ዘይትከዓው ፡ እም ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደመና ።
All men have looked on it. Man sees it afar off.
他所行的，萬人都看見； 世人也從遠處觀看。
36:26
ወያሠርዕ ፡ ዘበልየ ፡ ወይከድን ፡ ደመና ፡ ዲበ ፡ መዋቲ ፡ ወይትከዓው ፡ ዝናም ፡ ዘአልቦ ፡ ኍልቊ ።
Behold, God is great, and we don’t know him. The number of his years is unsearchable.
上帝為大，我們不能全知； 他的年數不能測度。
36:27
ወየአምር ፡ ራኅበ ፡ ደመናት ፡ በአምጣነ ፡ ጽላሎቱ ።
For he draws up the drops of water, which distill in rain from his vapor,
他吸取水點， 這水點從雲霧中就變成雨；
36:28
ናሁ ፡ ይሰፍሕ ፡ አእምሮ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ ወይደፍኖ ፡ ለማዕበለ ፡ ባሕር ።
which the skies pour down and which drop on man abundantly.
雲彩將雨落下，沛然降與世人。
36:29
እስመ ፡ ቦሙ ፡ ይኴንን ፡ አሕዛበ ፡ ወይሁቦ ፡ ሲሳዮ ፡ ለጽኑስ ።
Indeed, can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds and the thunderings of his pavilion?
誰能明白雲彩如何鋪張， 和上帝行宮的雷聲呢？
36:30
ወለእንተ ፡ ትንእስ ፡ ይከድና ፡ ብርሃነ ፡ ወአዘዘ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ዘይዳደቃ ።
Behold, he spreads his light around him. He covers the bottom of the sea.
他將亮光普照在自己的四圍； 他又遮覆海底。
36:31
ወይነግር ፡ በእንቲአሁ ፡ ዐርኩ ፡ እንተ ፡ ረከበቶ ፡ በዓመጻሁ ።
For by these he judges the people. He gives food in abundance.
他用這些審判眾民， 且賜豐富的糧食。
