36:1
ኀበ፡ ተናገረ፡ ኤልዩ፡ አውሥአ፡ ወይቤ።
以利戶又接着說：
Elihu also continued, and said,
36:2
ተዓገሠኒ፡ ዓዲ፡ ኅዳጠ፡ ወእሜህረከ፡ ዓዲ፡ ብየ፡ ነገር፡ ኀቤየ።
你再容我片時，我就指示你， 因我還有話為上帝說。
“Bear with me a little, and I will show you; for I still have something to say on God’s behalf.
36:3
እትሜጠዋ፡ ለነገርየ፡ እምኁቅ፡ ምግባርየሰ፡ ጻድቅ፡ እበል።
我要將所知道的從遠處引來， 將公義歸給造我的主。
I will get my knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker.
36:4
እሙን፡ ነገርየ፡ ዘኢኮነ፡ ሐሰተ፡ ወዓመፃ፡ ኢይሰምዕ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
我的言語真不虛謊； 有知識全備的與你同在。
For truly my words are not false. One who is perfect in knowledge is with you.
36:5
አእምር፡ ባሕቱ፡ ከመ፡ ኢይገድፎ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለየዋህ፡ ኃያል፡ ወጽኑዕ፡ ውእቱ።
上帝有大能，並不藐視人； 他的智慧甚廣。
“Behold, God is mighty, and doesn’t despise anyone. He is mighty in strength of understanding.
36:6
ወኢያሐይዎ፡ ለልበ፡ ኃጥእ፡ ወይሁብ፡ ፍትሐ፡ ለነዳያን።
他不保護惡人的性命， 卻為困苦人伸冤。
He doesn’t preserve the life of the wicked, but gives justice to the afflicted.
36:7
ወኢያአትት፡ አዕይንቲሁ፡ እምጻድቅ፡ ወየሐትቶ፡ ለጻድቅወይነብሮ፡ ውስተ፡ መናብርት፡ ምስለ፡ ነገሥት፡ ወያነብሮሙ፡ በዕልገቶሙ፡ መልዕልተ፡ ወይከብሩ።
他時常看顧義人， 使他們和君王同坐寶座， 永遠要被高舉。
He doesn’t withdraw his eyes from the righteous, but with kings on the throne, he sets them forever, and they are exalted.
36:8
ወእለሂ፡ ሙቁሐን፡ እደዊሆሙ፡ በሰናስል፡ ይትአኀዙ፡ በሐብለ፡ ንዴት።
他們若被鎖鍊捆住， 被苦難的繩索纏住，
If they are bound in fetters, and are taken in the cords of afflictions,
36:9
ወይነግሮሙ፡ ምግባሮሙ፡ ወጌጋዮሙሂ፡ እስመ፡ ብዙኅ፡ ውእቱ።
他就把他們的作為和過犯指示他們， 叫他們知道有驕傲的行動。
then he shows them their work, and their transgressions, that they have behaved themselves proudly.
36:10
ወዳእሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ ይሰምዖሙ፡ ወይቤ፡ ይትመየጡ፡ እምኃጢአቶሙ።
他也開通他們的耳朵得受教訓， 吩咐他們離開罪孽轉回。
He also opens their ears to instruction, and commands that they return from iniquity.
36:11
ለእመ፡ ሰምዑ፡ ወይትቀመዩ፡ ወይፌጽሙ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ፡ በሠናይ፡ ወዓመታቲሆሙ፡ በተድላ።
他們若聽從事奉他， 就必度日亨通，歷年福樂；
If they listen and serve him, they will spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
36:12
ወለኃጥአንሰ፡ ኢይሰምዖሙ፡ ወኢያድኅኖሙ፡ እስመ፡ ኢይፈቅዱ፡ ይርአይዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወእንዘ፡ ይጌሥዖሙ፡ ኢይሰምዑ።
若不聽從， 就要被刀殺滅，無知無識而死。
But if they don’t listen, they will perish by the sword; they will die without knowledge.
36:13
ወደልዋን፡ ይኤድምዎ፡ ለልቦሙ፡ ለመዓት፡ ወየአወይዉ፡ አመ፡ አኅሠሮሙ።
那心中不敬虔的人積蓄怒氣； 上帝捆綁他們，他們竟不求救；
“But those who are godless in heart lay up anger. They don’t cry for help when he binds them.
36:14
ወትትመሰው፡ ነፍሶሙ፡ በንእሶሙ፡ ወያሴርኅዋ፡ ለሕይወቶሙ፡ መላእክት።
必在青年時死亡， 與污穢人一樣喪命。
They die in youth. Their life perishes among the unclean.
36:15
እስመ፡ አመንደቡ፡ ነዳየ፡ ወምስኪነ፡ ወሜጡ፡ ህትሐ፡ የዋሃን።
上帝藉着困苦救拔困苦人， 趁他們受欺壓開通他們的耳朵。
He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, and opens their ear in oppression.
36:16
ወተሣለቁ፡ ላዕሌከ፡ በአፈ፡ ጸላእትከ፡ ቀላይ፡ ይትከዓው፡ በታሕቴከ፡ ወትወርድ፡ ማእድከ፡ እንዘ፡ ምሉእ፡ ወጥሉል።
上帝也必引你出離患難， 進入寬闊不狹窄之地； 擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。
Yes, he would have allured you out of distress, into a wide place, where there is no restriction. That which is set on your table would be full of fatness.
36:17
ወመዓቱ፡ ላዕለ፡ ተሣዓን፡ ትመጽእ፡ ዘነሥኡ፡ ሕልያነ፡ ከመ፡ የዓምዑ፡ ወኢይትረሣእከ፡ ዘቀዳሚ፡ ጌጋይከ።
但你滿口有惡人批評的言語； 判斷和刑罰抓住你。
“But you are full of the judgment of the wicked. Judgment and justice take hold of you.
36:18
ኢያስሕትከ፡ ሥላቅ፡ ወስላተ፡ ስኡናን፡ በምንዳቤሆሙ።
不可容忿怒觸動你，使你不服責罰； 也不可因贖價大就偏行。
Don’t let riches entice you to wrath, neither let the great size of a bribe turn you aside.
36:19
ባሕቱ፡ ተዓቀብ፡ ወግበር፡ ሠናየ፡ ወኢትግበር፡ እኩየ፡ ወበእንተዝ፡ ትድኅን፡ እምንዴት።
你的呼求 ，或是你一切的勢力， 果有靈驗，叫你不受患難嗎？
Would your wealth sustain you in distress, or all the might of your strength?
36:20
ናሁ፡ ጋያል፡ ያጸንዕ፡ በኃይሉ፡ ወመኑ፡ ዘይክል፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ተኃይሎ።
不要切慕黑夜， 就是眾民在本處被除滅的時候。
Don’t desire the night, when people are cut off in their place.
36:21
ወመኑ፡ ዘየሐትት፡ ምግባሮ፡ ወመኑ፡ ዘይብሎ፡ ምንተ፡ ገበርከ።
你要謹慎，不可重看罪孽， 因你選擇罪孽過於選擇苦難。
Take heed, don’t regard iniquity; for you have chosen this rather than affliction.
36:22
ወተዘከር፡ ከመ፡ ዓቢይ፡ ግብሩ።
上帝行事有高大的能力； 教訓人的有誰像他呢？
Behold, God is exalted in his power. Who is a teacher like him?
36:23
እደው፡ እለ፡ ኰነኑ፡ ወእለ፡ ተኰነኑ፡ ኵሉ፡ ሰብእ፡ ይሄሊ፡ ለሊሁ፡ ከመ፡ ምውታን፡ እሙንቱ፡ ኃጥአን።
誰派定他的道路？ 誰能說：你所行的不義？
Who has prescribed his way for him? Or who can say, ‘You have committed unrighteousness’?
36:24
ናሁ፡ ኃያል፡ ወዓቢይ፡ ወኢይትረአይ፡ ኍልቈ፡ ፍናዊሁ፡ ወኢይትአወቅ።
你不可忘記稱讚他所行的為大， 就是人所歌頌的。
“Remember that you magnify his work, about which men have sung.
36:25
ወኢትኌለቊ፡ ነጠብጣበ፡ ዝንማ፡ ዘይትከዓው፡ እም፡ ውስተ፡ ደመና።
他所行的，萬人都看見； 世人也從遠處觀看。
All men have looked on it. Man sees it afar off.
36:26
ወያሠርዕ፡ ዘበልየ፡ ወይከድን፡ ደመና፡ ዲበ፡ መዋቲ፡ ወይትከዓው፡ ዝናም፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ኍልቊ።
上帝為大，我們不能全知； 他的年數不能測度。
Behold, God is great, and we don’t know him. The number of his years is unsearchable.
36:27
ወየአምር፡ ራኅበ፡ ደመናት፡ በአምጣነ፡ ጽላሎቱ።
他吸取水點， 這水點從雲霧中就變成雨；
For he draws up the drops of water, which distill in rain from his vapor,
36:28
ናሁ፡ ይሰፍሕ፡ አእምሮ፡ ላዕሌሁ፡ ወይደፍኖ፡ ለማዕበለ፡ ባሕር።
雲彩將雨落下，沛然降與世人。
which the skies pour down and which drop on man abundantly.
36:29
እስመ፡ ቦሙ፡ ይኴንን፡ አሕዛበ፡ ወይሁቦ፡ ሲሳዮ፡ ለጽኑስ።
誰能明白雲彩如何鋪張， 和上帝行宮的雷聲呢？
Indeed, can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds and the thunderings of his pavilion?
36:30
ወለእንተ፡ ትንእስ፡ ይከድና፡ ብርሃነ፡ ወአዘዘ፡ ላቲ፡ ዘይዳደቃ።
他將亮光普照在自己的四圍； 他又遮覆海底。
Behold, he spreads his light around him. He covers the bottom of the sea.
36:31
ወይነግር፡ በእንቲአሁ፡ ዐርኩ፡ እንተ፡ ረከበቶ፡ በዓመጻሁ።
他用這些審判眾民， 且賜豐富的糧食。
For by these he judges the people. He gives food in abundance.
