15:1

ወገብረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ማኅፈደ፡ በሀገሩ፡ ወአስተዳለወ፡ መካነ፡ ለታቦተ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ወገብረ፡ ላቲ፡ ትዕይንተ።

大衛在大衛城為自己建造宮殿，又為上帝的約櫃預備地方，支搭帳幕。

David made himself houses in David’s city; and he prepared a place for God’s ark, and pitched a tent for it.

15:2

ወአሜሃ፡ ይቤ፡ ዳዊት፡ ኢኮነ፡ ሠናየ፡ ወኢኮነ፡ አዳመ፡ ትኩን፡ ታቦተ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ኀበ፡ ባዕዳን፡ አላ፡ ኀበ፡ ሌዋውያን፡ እስመ፡ ኪያሆሙ፡ ኃረየ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ያንሥእዋ፡ ወያንብርዋ፡ ለታቦተ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ወእሙንቱ፡ ሌዋውያን፡ ይትቀነዩ፡ ሎቱ፡ እስከ፡ ለዓለም።

那時大衛說：「除了利未人之外，無人可抬上帝的約櫃；因為耶和華揀選他們抬上帝的約櫃，且永遠事奉他。」

Then David said, “No one ought to carry God’s ark but the Levites. For Yahweh has chosen them to carry God’s ark, and to minister to him forever.”

15:3

ወአስተጋብኦሙ፡ ዳዊት፡ ለኵሎሙ፡ እስራኤል፡ በኢየሩሳሌም፡ ከመ፡ ያዕርጋ፡ ለታቦተ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ውስተ፡ መካን፡ ዘአተስተዳለወ፡ ላቲ።

大衛招聚以色列眾人到耶路撒冷，要將耶和華的約櫃抬到他所預備的地方。

David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem, to bring up Yahweh’s ark to its place, which he had prepared for it.

15:4

ወአስተጋብአ፡ ዳዊት፡ ኵሎ፡ ደቂቀ፡ አሮን፡ ወሌዋውያነሂ።

大衛又聚集亞倫的子孫和利未人。

David gathered together the sons of Aaron and the Levites:

15:5

ወለደቂቀ፡ ቀዓት፡ አርሄል፡ መልአከ፡ ወአኃዊሁ፡ ምእት፡ ወዕስራ፡ በኍልቆሙ።

哥轄子孫中有族長烏列和他的弟兄一百二十人。

of the sons of Kohath, Uriel the chief, and his brothers one hundred twenty;

15:6

ወለደቂቀ፡ ሜራሪ፡ አሳያህ፡ መልአክ፡ ወአኃዊሁ፡ ክልኤቱ፡ ምእት፡ ወኃምሳ።

米拉利子孫中有族長亞帥雅和他的弟兄二百二十人。

of the sons of Merari, Asaiah the chief, and his brothers two hundred twenty;

15:7

ወለደቂቀ፡ ጌድሶን፡ ኢዮሄት፡ መልአክ፡ ወአኃዊሁ፡ ምእት፡ ወሠላሳ።

革順子孫中有族長約珥和他的弟兄一百三十人。

of the sons of Gershom, Joel the chief, and his brothers one hundred thirty;

15:8

ወለደቂቀ፡ ኤልሳፋን፡ ስምዖን፡ መልአክ፡ ወአኃዊሁ፡ ክልኤቱ፡ ምእት።

以利撒反子孫中有族長示瑪雅和他的弟兄二百人。

of the sons of Elizaphan, Shemaiah the chief, and his brothers two hundred;

15:9

ወለደቂቀ፡ ኬብሮን፡ ኢዩሄል፡ መልአክ፡ ወአኃዊሁ፡ ሰማንያ።

希伯崙子孫中有族長以列和他的弟兄八十人。

of the sons of Hebron, Eliel the chief, and his brothers eighty;
