18:1
ወኮኖ፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ፈድፋደ፡ ብዕል፡ ወስብሐት፡ ወአውሰበ፡ ኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ብእሲተ፡ እምቤተ፡ አክአብ።
約沙法大有尊榮資財，就與亞哈結親。
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and he allied himself with Ahab.
18:2
ወወረደ፡ እምድኅረ፡ ክልኤ፡ ዓመት፡ ኀበ፡ አክአብ፡ ብሔረ፡ ሰማርያ፡ ወሐረደ፡ ሎቱ፡ አክአብ፡ አልሕምተ፡ ወአባግዐ፡ ብዙኀነ፡ ወለሕዝብኒ፡ እለ፡ ምስለሁ፡ ወአምከሮ፡ ወሰአሎ፡ ከመ፡ ይዕርግ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ውስተ፡ ራሞት፡ ዘገለዓድ።
過了幾年，他下到撒馬利亞去見亞哈；亞哈為他和跟從他的人宰了許多牛羊，勸他與自己同去攻取基列的拉末。
After some years, he went down to Ahab to Samaria. Ahab killed sheep and cattle for him in abundance, and for the people who were with him, and moved him to go up with him to Ramoth Gilead.
18:3
ወይቤሎ፡ አክአብ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ነዓ፡ ምስሌየ፡ ውስተ፡ ራሞት፡ ሀገር፡ እንተ፡ ብሔረ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ወአውሥአ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ አንሰ፡ ከማከ፡ ወሕዝብየ፡ ከመ፡ ሕዝብከ፡ ለተቃትሎ።
以色列王亞哈問猶大王約沙法說：「你肯同我去攻取基列的拉末嗎？」他回答說：「你我不分彼此，我的民與你的民一樣，必與你同去爭戰。」
Ahab king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, “Will you go with me to Ramoth Gilead?” He answered him, “I am as you are, and my people as your people. We will be with you in the war.”
18:4
ወይቤሎ፡ ኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ለንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ኅሥሦ፡ እንከዮም፡ ለእግዚአብሔር።
約沙法對以色列王說：「請你先求問耶和華。」
Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “Please inquire first for Yahweh’s word.”
18:5
ወአስተጋብአ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ነቢያተ፡ አርባዕተ፡ ምእተ፡ እደወ፡ ወይቤሎሙ፡ እሑርኑ፡ ውስተ፡ ራሞት፡ ሀገር፡ እንተ፡ ብሔረ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ለቀትል፡ ወእመ፡ አኮ፡ እኅድግ፡ ወአውሥኡ፡ ወይቤልዎ፡ ዕርግ፡ ወሑር፡ ወይሁቦ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በእደዊሁ፡ ለንጉሥ።
於是以色列王招聚先知四百人，問他們說：「我們上去攻取基列的拉末可以不可以？」他們說：「可以上去，因為上帝必將那城交在王的手裏。」
Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, four hundred men, and said to them, “Shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear?” They said, “Go up, for God will deliver it into the hand of the king.”
18:6
ወይቤሎ፡ ኢዮሳፍጥ፡ አልቦኑ፡ ዝየ፡ ዓዲ፡ ነቢየ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ከመ፡ ንኅሥሥ፡ በኀቤሁ።
約沙法說：「這裏不是還有耶和華的先知，我們可以求問他嗎？」
But Jehoshaphat said, “Isn’t there here a prophet of Yahweh besides, that we may inquire of him?”
18:7
ወአውሥአ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ዓዲ፡ ሀሎ፡ አሐዱ፡ ብእሲ፡ ከመ፡ ንኅሥሦ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ በእዴሁ፡ ወአንሰ፡ ጸላእክዎ፡ ለውእቱ፡ ብእሲ፡ እስመ፡ ኢይትኔበይ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ሠናየ፡ እስመ፡ በኵሉ፡ መዋዕሊሁ፡ እኪተ፡ ይትኔበይ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ወዝንቱ፡ ውእቱ፡ ሚክያስ፡ ወልደ፡ ኢምላእ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ኢትበል፡ ንጉሥ፡ ከመዝ።
以色列王對約沙法說：「還有一個人，是音拉的兒子米該雅。我們可以託他求問耶和華，只是我恨他；因為他指着我所說的預言，不說吉語，常說凶言。」約沙法說：「王不必這樣說。」
The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of Yahweh; but I hate him, for he never prophesies good concerning me, but always evil. He is Micaiah the son of Imla.” Jehoshaphat said, “Don’t let the king say so.”
18:8
ወጸውዐ፡ አክአብ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ አሐደ፡ እምሕጽዋኒሁ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ፍጡነ፡ አምጽኦ፡ ለሚክያስ፡ ወልደ፡ ኢምላእ።
以色列王就召了一個太監來，說：「你快去將音拉的兒子米該雅召來。」
Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said, “Get Micaiah the son of Imla quickly.”
18:9
ወአክአብ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ዲበ፡ መንበረ፡ መንግሥት፡ በዘዘዚአሆሙ፡ ወልቡሳን፡ አዕጽፍተ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ ኆኅተ፡ መርኅበ፡ አንቀጸ፡ ሰማርያ፡ ወኵሎሙ፡ ነቢያት፡ ይትኔበዩ፡ በቅድሜሁሙ።
以色列王和猶大王約沙法在撒馬利亞城門前的空場上，各穿朝服坐在位上，所有的先知都在他們面前說預言。
Now the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah each sat on his throne, arrayed in their robes, and they were sitting in an open place at the entrance of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets were prophesying before them.
18:10
ወገብረ፡ ሴዴቅያስ፡ ወልደ፡ ካህናን፡ አቅርንተ፡ ዘሐፂን፡ ወይቤ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በእላንቱ፡ አቅርንት፡ ትወግኦሙ፡ ለሶርያውያን፡ እስከ፡ ታኀልቆሙ።
基拿拿的兒子西底家造了兩個鐵角，說：「耶和華如此說：『你要用這角牴觸亞蘭人，直到將他們滅盡。』」
Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made himself horns of iron and said, “Yahweh says, ‘With these you shall push the Syrians, until they are consumed.’”
18:11
ወኵሎሙ፡ ነቢያት፡ ይትኔበዩ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብሉ፡ ዕርግ፡ ኀበ፡ ራሞት፡ እንተ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ወይሤርኀከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይሜጥዎሙ፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ ንጉሥ።
所有的先知也都這樣預言說：「可以上基列的拉末去，必然得勝，因為耶和華必將那城交在王的手中。」
All the prophets prophesied so, saying, “Go up to Ramoth Gilead, and prosper; for Yahweh will deliver it into the hand of the king.”
18:12
ወዝንቱ፡ ዘሖረ፡ ሐዋርያ፡ ከመ፡ ይጸውዖ፡ ለሚክያስ፡ ተናገሮ፡ እንዘ፡ ይብል፡ ነዮሙ፡ ነቢያት፡ ተናገሩ፡ በአሐዱ፡ ቃል፡ ሠናየ፡ በእንተ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወይኩን፡ ቃልከ፡ ከመ፡ አሐዱ፡ እምኔሆሙ፡ ወንብብ፡ ሠናያተ።
那去召米該雅的使者對米該雅說：「眾先知一口同音地都向王說吉言，你不如與他們說一樣的話，也說吉言。」
The messenger who went to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying, “Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one mouth. Let your word therefore, please be like one of theirs, and speak good.”
18:13
ወይቤ፡ ሚክያስ፡ ሕያው፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ ዘይቤለኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ኪያሃ፡ እትናገር።
米該雅說：「我指着永生的耶和華起誓，我的上帝說甚麼，我就說甚麼。」
Micaiah said, “As Yahweh lives, I will say what my God says.”
18:14
ወመጽአ፡ ኀበ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ሚክያስ፡ እሑርኑ፡ ኀበ፡ ራሞት፡ እንተ፡ ብሔረ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ለተቃትሎ፡ ወእመ፡ አኮ፡ እኅድግ፡ ወይቤ፡ ሚክያስ፡ ነቢይ፡ ዕርግ፡ ወሑር፡ ወይሤርኀከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይገብኡ፡ ውስተ፡ እደዊከ።
米該雅到王面前，王問他說：「米該雅啊，我們上去攻取基列的拉末可以不可以？」他說：「可以上去，必然得勝，敵人必交在你們手裏。」
When he had come to the king, the king said to him, “Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear?” He said, “Go up, and prosper. They shall be delivered into your hand.”
18:15
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ሚ፡ መጠነ፡ አምሕለከ፡ ከመ፡ ኢትትናገረኒ፡ በጒሕሉት፡ ዳዕሙ፡ በጽድቅ፡ በስመ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
王對他說：「我當囑咐你幾次，你才奉耶和華的名向我說實話呢？」
The king said to him, “How many times shall I adjure you that you speak to me nothing but the truth in Yahweh’s name?”
18:16
ወይቤ፡ ሚክያስ፡ አኮ፡ ከማሁ፡ ርኢክዎሙ፡ ለሕዝበ፡ እስራኤል፡ ዝርዋነ፡ ውስተ፡ አድባር፡ ከመ፡ አባግዕ፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ኖላዊ፡ ወይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አልቦሙ፡ ሰፋኒ፡ ወይግብኡ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ በበማኅደሪሆሙ፡ በሰላም።
米該雅說：「我看見以色列眾民散在山上，如同沒有牧人的羊群一般。耶和華說：『這民沒有主人，他們可以平平安安地各歸各家去。』」
He said, “I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. Yahweh said, ‘These have no master. Let them each return to his house in peace.’”
18:17
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ኢይቤለከኑ፡ ከመ፡ ኢይትኔበይ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ሠናየ፡ እመ፡ ኢኮነ፡ እኪተ።
以色列王對約沙法說：「我豈沒有告訴你，這人指着我所說的預言，不說吉語，單說凶言嗎？」
The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “Didn’t I tell you that he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?”
18:18
ወይቤ፡ አኮ፡ ከመዝ፡ ሰምዑ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ርኢክዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ እንዘ፡ ይነብር፡ ዲበ፡ መንበሩ፡ ወኵሎሙ፡ ኃይለ፡ ሰማያት፡ ይቀውሙ፡ በየማኑ፡ ወበጸጋሙ።
米該雅說：「你們要聽耶和華的話。我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，天上的萬軍侍立在他左右。
Micaiah said, “Therefore hear Yahweh’s word: I saw Yahweh sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left.
18:19
ወይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ መኑ፡ ያስሕቶ፡ ለአክአብ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ከመ፡ ይዕርግ፡ ወይደቅ፡ በራሞት፡ ዘገለአድ፡ ወይቤ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ወዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ።
耶和華說：『誰去引誘以色列王亞哈上基列的拉末去陣亡呢？』這個就這樣說，那個就那樣說。
Yahweh said, ‘Who will entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ One spoke saying in this way, and another saying in that way.
18:20
ወመጽአ፡ መንፈስ፡ ወቆመ፡ ቅድሜሁ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤ፡ አነ፡ አስሕቶ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ለመንፈስ፡ በምንት፡ ታስሕቶ።
隨後，有一個神靈出來，站在耶和華面前說：『我去引誘他。』耶和華問他說：『你用何法呢？』
A spirit came out, stood before Yahweh, and said, ‘I will entice him.’ “Yahweh said to him, ‘How?’
18:21
ወይቤ፡ መንፈስ፡ እወጽእ፡ ወእከውን፡ መንፈስ፡ ሐሰት፡ በአፈ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ ነቢያቲሁ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ታስሕቶ፡ ወትክል፡ ፃእ፡ ወግበር፡ ከመዝ።
他說：『我去，要在他眾先知口中作謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你必能引誘他，你去如此行吧！』
“He said, ‘I will go, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ “He said, ‘You will entice him, and will prevail also. Go and do so.’
18:22
ወናሁ፡ ይእዜ፡ ወደየ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ውስተ፡ ኵሉ፡ አፈ፡ ነቢያቲሁ፡ መንፈሰ፡ ሐሰት፡ ወእግዚአብሔር፡ ሐለየ፡ ላዕሌከ፡ እኪተ።
現在耶和華使謊言的靈入了你這些先知的口，並且耶和華已經命定降禍與你。」
“Now therefore, behold, Yahweh has put a lying spirit in the mouth of these your prophets; and Yahweh has spoken evil concerning you.”
18:23
ወቀርበ፡ ሴዴቅያስ፡ ወልደ፡ ከነዓና፡ ወጸፍዖ፡ መልታሕቶ፡ ለሚክያስ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ አየ፡ ፍኖተ፡ ኃለፈ፡ መንፈሰ፡ እግዚአብሄር፡ ከመ፡ ይትናገር፡ ምስሌከ።
基拿拿的兒子西底家前來打米該雅的臉，說：「耶和華的靈從哪裏離開我與你說話呢？」
Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and struck Micaiah on the cheek, and said, “Which way did Yahweh’s Spirit go from me to speak to you?”
18:24
ወይቤሎ፡ ሚክያስ፡ ናሁ፡ ትሬኢ፡ በይእቲ፡ ዕለት፡ እንዘ፡ ትበውእ፡ እምውስጥ፡ ለውስጥ፡ ከመ፡ ትትኀባእ።
米該雅說：「你進嚴密的屋子藏躲的那日，就必看見了。」
Micaiah said, “Behold, you shall see on that day, when you go into an inner room to hide yourself.”
18:25
ወይቤ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ንሥእዎ፡ ለሚክያስ፡ ወአግብእዎ፡ ኀበ፡ ኤሜር፡ መልአከ፡ ብሔር፡ ወኀበ፡ ኢዮአስ፡ መልአኮሙ፡ ለደቂቀ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወበልዎሙ፡ ከመዝ።
以色列王說：「將米該雅帶回，交給邑宰亞們和王的兒子約阿施，說：
The king of Israel said, “Take Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;
18:26
ወከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ ንጉሥ፡ አንብርዎ፡ ለዝንቱ፡ ውስተ፡ ቤተ፡ ሞቅሕ፡ ወይብላዕ፡ ኅብስተ፡ በምንዳቤ፡ ወይስተይ፡ ማየ፡ በምንዳቤ፡ እስከ፡ እትመየጥ፡ በሰላም።
『王如此說：把這個人下在監裏，使他受苦，吃不飽喝不足，等候我平平安安地回來。』」
and say, ‘The king says, “Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I return in peace.”’”
18:27
ወይቤ፡ ሚክያስ፡ እመ፡ ተመይጠ፡ ተመየጥከ፡ በሰላም፡ ኢተናገረ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በላዕሌየ፡ ወይቤ፡ ስምዑ፡ ዘንተ፡ ኵልክሙ፡ አሕዛብ።
米該雅說：「你若能平安回來，那就是耶和華沒有藉我說這話了」；又說：「眾民哪，你們都要聽！」
Micaiah said, “If you return at all in peace, Yahweh has not spoken by me.” He said, “Listen, you people, all of you!”
18:28
ወዓርጉ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ኀበ፡ ራሞት፡ እንተ፡ ገለዓድ።
以色列王和猶大王約沙法上基列的拉末去了。
So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah went up to Ramoth Gilead.
18:29
ወይቤሎ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ አልብሰኒ፡ አልባሰ፡ ነኪር፡ ወእበውእ፡ ውስተ፡ ቀትል፡ ወአንተ፡ ልበስ፡ አልባስየ፡ ወለብሰ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወቦአ፡ ውስተ፡ ቀትል።
以色列王對約沙法說：「我要改裝上陣，你可以仍穿王服。」於是以色列王改裝，他們就上陣去了。
The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will disguise myself, and go into the battle; but you put on your robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself; and they went into the battle.
18:30
ወንጉሠ፡ ሶርያሰ፡ አዘዘ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ መላእክተ፡ ሠረገላት፡ እለ፡ ምስሌሁ፡ ወይቤ፡ ኢትትቃተሉ፡ ኢምስለ፡ ንኡስ፡ ወኢምስለ፡ ዓቢይ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ምስለ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ባሕቲቱ።
先是亞蘭王吩咐車兵長說：「他們的兵將，無論大小，你們都不可與他們爭戰，只要與以色列王爭戰。」
Now the king of Syria had commanded the captains of his chariots, saying, “Don’t fight with small nor great, except only with the king of Israel.”
18:31
ወሶበ፡ ርእይዎ፡ መላእክተ፡ ሠረገላቲሁ፡ ለኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ይቤሉ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ውእቱ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወዓገትዎ፡ ከመ፡ ይቅትልዎ፡ ወአውየወ፡ ኢዮሳፍጥ፡ ወእግዚአብሔር፡ አድኃኖ፡ ወሜጦሙ፡ እምኔሁ።
車兵長看見約沙法便說，這必是以色列王，就轉過去與他爭戰。約沙法一呼喊，耶和華就幫助他，上帝又感動他們離開他。
When the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, they said, “It is the king of Israel!” Therefore they turned around to fight against him. But Jehoshaphat cried out, and Yahweh helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.
18:32
ወኮነ፡ ሶበ፡ ርእዩ፡ መላእክተ፡ ሠረገላት፡ ከመ፡ ኢኮነ፡ ውእቱ፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ተግኅሡ፡ እምኔሁ።
車兵長見不是以色列王，就轉去不追他了。
When the captains of the chariots saw that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back from pursuing him.
18:33
ወአሐዱ፡ ብእሲ፡ ወሰቀ፡ ቀስቶ፡ ወተሐዚቦ፡ ነደፎ፡ ወኄጶ፡ ለንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ማእከለ፡ ሰንብኡ፡ ወማእከለ፡ እንግድዓሁ፡ ወይቤሎ፡ ለሊቀ፡ አፍራስ፡ ኀበ፡ ይፄዓን፡ ሚጥ፡ እዴከ፡ ወአውጽአኒ፡ እምቀትል፡ እስመ፡ ሐመምኩ።
有一人隨便開弓，恰巧射入以色列王的甲縫裏。王對趕車的說：「我受了重傷，你轉過車來，拉我出陣吧！」
A certain man drew his bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of the armor. Therefore he said to the driver of the chariot, “Turn around and carry me out of the battle, for I am severely wounded.”
18:34
ወጸንዐ፡ ቀትል፡ በይእቲ፡ ዕለት፡ ወንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ ይቀውም፡ ዲበ፡ ሠረገላሁ፡ በአንፃረ፡ ሶርያውያን፡ እስከ፡ መስየ፡ ወዓሪቦ፡ ፀሐይ፡ ሞተ።
那日陣勢越戰越猛，以色列王勉強站在車上抵擋亞蘭人，直到晚上。約在日落的時候，王就死了。
The battle increased that day. However, the king of Israel propped himself up in his chariot against the Syrians until the evening; and at about sunset, he died.
